Good morning, I came here for breakfast— it was good— and fresh coffee 👍. The only thing I didn’t like was that an older white lady working here charged me 50 cents for A CUP of water!!!!

I ordered a double filet-o-fish. It was fresh. The bun was soft, fish filets were hot. I use to order 2 filet-o-fish, it always seemed like I wouldn't finish the second one completely. The double filet-o-fish is perfect. Bonus is the second filet, extra slice of cheese and another dollop of tarter sauce is only .32-.75 cents more than a single filet-o-fish. Prices vary a little for each location.

It’s McDonalds. It’s always the same with food and service typically. Same taste as anywhere else. But I don’t know what it is. I don’t know if it’s the fryers or what. But the past couple of times I’ve been here, this specific location only, it’s smelt like straight sewage. Like, “I can’t stand to be in there more than a few moments” type of smell. I don’t know what it is, but it is horrendous.

I can't believe what a disparity there is between my experience of this McDonalds and many other (negative) reviews. I like this place because the food is always fresh and good and the lobby is always clean. (Almost every time I come here there is someone mopping the floor). Now, granted, there are some fringe type people here and outside, but they have not bothered me. I'm from Chicago, so a few "yellers" just don't phase me. One thing I want to stress is that management should be looking at their parking lot situation, because the parking lot is constantly filled with cars...but the lobby has practically no one. Last time I was there I had to park on the street but the lobby had a total of 3 people there (and frankly, they all looked like bus-riders not car owners). This is probably only going to get worse and worse, when the "pod" community gets up and running next door. McDonalds, please check out the current parking lot situation.

If I could give 1 million stars I would. This McDonald’s literally went above and beyond. I ordered breakfast at 10:55 AM when it ends at 11 AM I first drove to the wrong McDonald’s and then since I ordered curbside, I just like a screw it I’ll go to the right McDonald’s to get my food because the other McDonald’s wasn’t serving breakfast still cause I got there past 11. Well, there’s amazing manager here whoever he is thank you so freaking much because even though my order canceled itself when I pulled up, the manager still gave me my food and it was so nice. I was just so excited and he duff definitely went above and beyond. Thank you so much for being an amazing person.

It's McDonald's. It's delightful and the folks have never once messed up my order in five years of going here. Drive thru is a little goofy. Just ignore the first speaker and go straight to the second one.

I am soooo disappointed with the puny little fish burger you sell! It got smaller and you put very little tartar sauce on but charge more for it! What is the world coming to where money is more important than being honest business owners? You disrespect your customers and you disrespect your businesses! This is all you people can see: $$$$$

Ordered a frappe. Service was prompt, paid at register, same employee made my drink. In and out very rapidly.

AVOID Terrible food and they think they're clever ripping off their customers by folding the sides of the fry boxes inwards instead of outwards so fewer fries fit in the box. I won't be back but if you must eat here check your bag before you pull away.

Friendly staff and quality food! They made our frappe the way it's supposed to be and like no other Mc's does

Plastic tinsel looking thing in my cheese burger? I almost threw up finding it what in the world?? Not sure if their corporate number other wise id call, this is and was such a health hazard. Ugh. EW. WHY

This branch is unprofessional. My coke had a urine smell to it. I drank half of it before I realized. I ate the two Big Macs I ordered before I had realized my drink was tainted. I've got food poisoning now. Explosive diarrhea for the past 4 days and stomach problems. Wouldn't recommend. Manager refused to give me owners contact information.

We went to the drive thru and paid for our order. After only receiving half our order we let them know and two employees said they don't care and told us to go away like I didn't receive most of my stuff. They kept messing up bringing other stuff we didn't even order. Worst place to go to, hope corporate can look at this because it's ridiculous.

They refused to serve me unless I ordered through the app. I really, really don't feel like allowing a big corporation to harvest my data indefinitely is a reasonable requirement to order fast food... and I really doubt it's legal.

Fries didn't have any salt, they didn't give me the nuggets I paid for, and my Mcchicken had no sauce. Don't go here

The mc stuff was weird and it looked really dirty and it had some wired people around the place and they got my moms order wrong

Awful even by McDonalds standards. I paid $6 for a chicken puck, bread,and two pickles (no sauce). A hostile worker demanded more money for sauce. If the food poisoning deaths weren't enough it is time to cancel this location but also probably this company.

Bathroom code is 2527 since the employees want to walk past me and give me judging looks but not HELP me. Hope this helps someone else. Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. 1/10 recommend.

Supper bad customer service. Im Asian and they make me feel they really discrimination me. I hate them

The Mcdonalds on S.E.82nd and stark in Portland OR, will charge you over $3.00 more for the same food as some other Mcdonalds will. I ordered 2 Mcdoubles, 2 McChickens and a Coke. The price never came up on the board and when I asked for the price the guy showed the price screen at the drive thru for about 1 second after repeated tries to get a price at the drive thru. After 5 minutes in line, he told me verbally that the price was $10.39. The Mcdonalds on N.E 82nd South of Freemont did the same exact thing. They Obviously do not want you to see the price of the food you ordered. And you will not get a receipt either. They got me once before, but I thought maybe I was wrong. I drove away from both without ordering the second time. This really made me mad. I do not go to any Mcdonalds much anymore, Because I never know what the bill will be.

Wtf why is this McDonald's almost twice as expensive then other ones on Uber eats no way no how

I'm not sure what's changed but slowwwwwwww. This is our go to McDonald's and in the last month, it's like 10 min each per car. I hope they get it figured out.

wish I could give a zero star review, I'm a door dasher and when I asked for instruction about the wait time they hit me with a "did you wait the 15 minutes,no then go wait over in the reservation parking " the mean girl did not need to treat me like that when I was just asking a question.

Ok, I am completely re-vamping my prior review. This McDonalds deserves a lot of credit. Inside...it is spotless. The staff is courteous. I'm "off" any chicken sandwiches because of a previous bad experience...but recent burgers have actually been excellent. The fries have been consistently hot and not too salty. I know a lot of people don't like McDonald's food, but I do...and I have been completely happy every time I've gone there lately. I can't help but hope the prices will come back down again in the future..but that's an issue everywhere.

The cashier sucks! put in a BOGO code from the app for first order and the second order with my rewards points code expiring the next day, tried to charge full price of the BOGO purchase he must've used it and cancelled out the order while being confused between the two orders. Went back around the drive thru and tried to use the code and they said it was invalid even though one of the pick up window employee said I should go ahead and do that, second time around the employee on the speaker was clueless! I asked if a manager can override and honor it, and just got the same response a few times "Uhhhhhh... I don't know...." while I was stuck in traffic by other drive through customers, NEVER AGAIN will I Patron here!

ZERO stars. Five minutes of arguing with the drive thru attendant trying to get a breakfast sandwich without meat. A VERY common order I've gotten dozens of times. McDonald's website clears states this is an option - all you have to do is make a fresh sandwich and not put meat on it. They tried to charge $9 to order the biscuits and eggs separately and were completely unwilling to accommodate this easy request.

This is the worst experience in McDonald's. I guess the worker who i gave order was on her period or she was just being racist. Pretty much i can see most of staff don't care about customers. They were super rude and tread other customers so bad.

This location is not great the lines be very slow and long and they don't not do online orders right

Thank you for providing a home for me. Thank you for providing food. My family is so happy that I finally got a job, my dad finally stopped bothering me about getting a place to live. Now I saved up enough money to buy a house, I've moved out. But I just wanted to say thank you once again for having me for a while. I love all of you. They've literally got my order wrong three times in a row and the manager is very rude! She was rude with attitude last week at the window and rude on the phone when I tried to correct my order. We are definitely done with this place.

Seriously. One Person on the registers. It was not that busy but it's lunch time. The ice was empty. I watched for 20 minutes as people kept trying it and had to go to counter to get ice. The girl knew it was empty, I told her. But she kept handing out cups... No one tried to fill machine. Epic customer service failure.

Absolute worst McDonalds I've ever been through. Don't waste your time coming late at night. I waited for a solid 30 minutes and did not move. Maybe 6 cars in front of me. There have been slow times before, but this one made me so pissed I had to get on Yelp and bitch about it. Jesus Christ, what is wrong with the location. I'm glad some fool took out one of the walls with his truck. Get it together

Despite less than fantastic reviews posted previously, we decided to stop here for a quick take away brekky and got their bacon and egg biscuit with a hash brown. Quick and efficient service, hot freshly cooked food, plus it was delicious! We don't get biscuit brekky in Australia, so it was a real treat for me, and I'm loving American biscuits!!!

I got in McDonald's email saying that we could have free Coke and fries with the air land and see. They refuse to honor that here. $12 for a stupid McDonald's sandwich not going to happen again that's for sure

This McDonald's is horrible. Especially in the evenings. The MGR let's everyone play. There all yelling & screaming about us there customers. It took 25 minutes to get a burger Cin the drive through. There lack of attention to detail is unreal. There Diet Coke tastes horrible. There ice cream machine usually isn't working. AVOID THIS MCDONALDS!!

I generally come to this location because it's on the way to most anything that I do. But this location never stands up to the others in my opinion. This is the only McDonald's I drive up to, and worry they'll mess it up, or not have something I'm looking to order, or not offer good customer service. For example, yesterday I came through and both drive thru girls were so sweet and offered good vibes. Today, I came through to order the same exact thing because it was delicious and I actually really liked my vanilla iced coffee (and I had a coupon lol). But I didn't have a great time in the drive thru. They must've been busy, but no one smiled or asked me if I needed anything else or wish me a good day. I just didn't feel welcome coming through. But I get it, I used to work in food service for many years and sometimes I could feel I wasn't giving my best effort. Was handed the iced coffee and it looked horrible. Asked if it was the vanilla iced coffee and she lightly nodded and handed it to me. About 3/4th creamer and the rest coffee--okay maybe it'll taste good if I mix it up. Didn't taste any vanilla syrup--well I can manage with plain iced coffee I guess. Then as I kept trying to love it, I couldn't taste ANY coffee. Very irritated since I just got home, I drove back, went inside because I didn't want to deal with the drive thru ladies again, and got a really really nice cashier. I didn't catch her name. But she apologized and told a manager who then looked at me and yelled for her to remake it with a touch of attitude. Honestly, felt sorry for the cashier. She seemed newer. She came back and asked if I could taste it and if I wanted it sweeter, she could put more vanilla in it. Much better customer service than anyone else there today. I'll just go back to my Starbucks because honestly what was I thinking.

It has been bad weather here in Portland and we finally got out today and looked forward to a hot chocolate visit at McDonalds. 1. The young person at the counter was not friendly and acted put out when we asked what was the difference between a mocha and a hot chocolate. "no difference" he muttered. 2. There are signs put up everywhere that this McDonalds is for paying customers only, no loitering, etc. 3. Despite the signs my husband and I were possibly the ONLY "real" paying customers -- the place was filled with loud foul mouthed street people and homeless. It made us quite nervous. I feel badly about homeless people, and I am grateful not to be one of them, but I don't expect McDonalds to be a warming shelter. 4. Our table was filthy and we had to wipe it ourselves. 5. As if all this weren't enough, our drinks (that cost 6 dollars plus) were not even close to being hot. Lukewarm. Entire visit extremely disappointing.

This place forces the customer to order from the panel. Everyone has to touch that dirty screen to order food. The person in front of me was coughing with the flu. After waiting an exaggerated amount of time for my food they got my order wrong.

Full of homeless, service is what you would expect from a McDonald's, seats were a mess ( probably due to the several homeless people sitting there loitering) took my child to the bathroom to find a woman in there half overdosed in the stall next to us... Took our food to the car and got the hell out of there.

I was going to leave a long rambling review about why this location sucks so much. Then I scrolled through the recent reviews and saw how many of them are 1 star and they all said what I was going to. Nothing has changed so I'll just leave it at this.

They do exactly what a McDonald's should. This isn't a luxury restaurant by any means, but you really can't ask for that. They do what they do really well, I have had a lot of great experiences from this location.

In the mornings often times it's one of the best McDonald's in town, but at night not so much. Last night I got food poisoning from a McChicken again from this location and I would not advise eating here after like eleven a.m.

2 Big Macs for $2 every Thursday. That leaves you with some spare change for that hooker you met at the bus stop on the corner of 82nd and Stark. So it's like three-fer-Thursday!!! 24-hour drive through in case you feel like punishing your body in the middle of the night too. That's when the most hookers are hanging around at that bus stop anyway.

I did it for you... Okay, we've all been there. This morning I decided to try out this new fangled chicken biscuit for breakfast. Not sure what all played into that idea. Maybe it was my craving for McFood after last nights Yelp event at the Dockside. Maybe it was the commercial right before I pulled into the drive through, whatever. At any rate, I did it for you. I tried it so you don't have to. Turns out, the chicken is different. Its moist & the batter is appealing to the eye. But as soon as you get one whiff you know that's some funky chicken. I think maybe they reached a little too far with this one. They tried to be too southern or too something and they screwed it up with some herb or flavor that just shouldn't be there. I think maybe it was dill? Either way, its all wrong. Take my word for it, stick to the sausage on that biscuit.

Most of the staff was great. A few members not wearing any mask at all which is shocking since it is a statewide workplace mandate. I'm not even talking like they had it under their chin or not over their nose. Like ZERO mask on site so if this is how they and by default management cares about following the health and safety guidelines I would strongly recommend NEVER getting food from this store. I'm following this review up with a call to the OHA.

Every few months, I get this sudden urge to make terrible life decisions... like eating at McDonald's or developing a debilitating drug addiction. This location provided an extra bad breakfast experience, and I probably should have just opted for some crack instead, in retrospect. Even though I immediately stuffed my hash brown in my face, it was a bit on the lukewarm side. I'm used to food served at a temperature that can burn off a few layers of skin if you're not careful. Honestly though, it's McDonald's --- what can you expect? Two stars because, despite a decent line, I wasn't stuck there for ages.

Still manages to under impress.... Look, we all know McD's, but somehow, someway, this one always seems to be worse than the others. The servers are grumpy, the napkins are always out, no wifi (even though their coffee cups tell me otherwise)... Should I go on? Yes, because I've only been here for breakfast and there always seems to be a meth-cooker convention. If you can afford something else, go there. If you can't, enjoy a different slice of life.

I know, 5 stars for fast food? Seriously though, this is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. Maybe it is just the time of day I frequent (late afternoon), but I am always happy to come to this location. It is always super clean (both the dining room and bathroom), food tastes fresh, orders are quick, but best of all the service is excellent. The ladies who work here are always friendly and kind, helping customers with doors and even coming by the table and taking away trash for people as they finish eating (what fast food restaurant does that!). I don't know who does the hiring here but they have picked some of the best McDonald's employees I have ever met. It honestly feels more like a neighborhood coffee shop than a fast food joint and I feel comfortable sitting here sipping my hot chocolate and munching on fries without worry that they will try to rush me out the door.

On occasion I may exaggerated. But this place gets my order wrong litterally every single time.. the sad thing is that I dont even like their food, it's just the ONLY place open when I get off, or am going to work. The only saving grace is the drive thru team. They are constantly sweet and apologetic for their kitchen staffs ineptitudes.

All staff had masks and gloves. Are always polite and nice. Food is always fresh. Just a solid McDonald location.

The place was really clean which is very important to me the employees were very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

Really bad went to go get a quick bite,but had to throw away a 20 piece chicken nuggets because it was stale and old.

Very poor customer service, make you order at kiosk and then after you push assistance button they take orders at front desk from someone that came in minutes after you have been waiting for assistance.

Still not fixed ice cream machine. At this point it is just a joke that we like to ask. Franchise owner - we are going to the McDonalds on Powell.

These guys are BAD neighbors. They have 30 parking spaces, including two handicap spots. When we were there, there were five cars in the lot who appeared to be McDonald's customers. We saw three cars parked on the far side of the lot get towed. Yes, the sign says "McDonalds parking only", but really? There was a "spotter" car in the lot and he was calling in to the towing company Sergeants to take these cars away. Bad PR and well deserved.
