I ordered McDonald’s online at 9:30am on Friday 16th January for my 14-year-old daughter. The order was delivered, and while eating the McCrispy Chicken Burger meal, she discovered that the chicken was not properly cooked. She had already eaten about a quarter of the burger before noticing.
This is completely unacceptable and extremely concerning, especially when food is served to a child. Undercooked chicken is a serious health and safety risk, and something that should never leave a professional kitchen.
I tried repeatedly to contact the restaurant by phone, but there was no response. As a father, I wanted to go through the drive-thru immediately, but due to my illness, that wasn’t possible. This made the situation even more frustrating.
I am very disappointed and upset by this experience. Food safety should be a basic standard, not something customers have to worry about. I will be escalating this matter to the relevant authorities because this is not just poor service , it is dangerous.
McDonald’s needs to take responsibility, improve quality control, and ensure food is fully cooked and safe before serving it to customers.
