The first time we used the touch screen and didn't realize their were 2 big breakfasts, we thought we ordered the one with hot cakes but we didn't. The manager was so understanding, she brought out the hot cakes for my husband for free. Now we will know next time.

Don’t come to this location with the expectation of fast service. When going through the drive through you’ll be told to pulled into a reserved spot with just about everyone else in the drive through. Food is always just as fine as expected but service and speed needs to be improved.

It’s McDonald’s, so no surprises with the food. Service was subpar. Slow, had to go up multiple times for condiments and utensils. Colorful locals made it an enjoyable quick meal.

Staff was rude… they threw my food together messily… then threw it into the bag… I shouldn’t have to spend an hours worth of wages as a manual laborer for a half ass meal thrown together in 5 minutes because you hate your job

Passing through Punxsy and decided to stop during the dinner rush just for something easy. Food was all fresh and not all lopsided and messy like you see at other McDonalds. Very pleased!

Food was on the better side for mcdonalds food. And staff were super nice despite a crazy drive thru line!

About 3 to 4 weeks ago me and my cousins went to eat lunch and there was a huge hair ball in his big mac

I'm so sick of spending my money on a meal and they never fill up the fry carton all the way! I got a large fry and it was barely halfway filled! Why spend money on a large when you are getting just enough for a small??

Food is just made, nice speeds, a bunch of rewards, clean, good taste amazing, service is amazing took about 1 minute to get service.

We ordered from this McDonalds after visiting all the fun groundhog related sites! We used the app and then curbside and we got our food super quickly, even though it looked like it was a bit busy when we went. The food seemed freshly prepared and the employee who brought it to us was lovely!

My friend has gotten hair in her French fries the last two visits told the manager that day she said they wear it tied back didn't offer her money back or anything I went through the drive through tonight order 10 pc nugget got down the road abut 5 miles eating my nuggets felt something on my face a big long hair on my nugget right from the box. I was gagging I'm so grossed out . I will take my business to Wendy's or Burger King and I hate Burger King before I go to this. Mecdonalds ever again

Great, McDonald's this McDonald Is very fast at there work they are very nice. I have been there before and there food is nice and not too burnt and just cooked right. But A couple years back one McDonald's worker at the window just was on that screen working and he just tossed the cash back at us. This is why I am rating this a 3.

As McDonalds go, this is generally a very good one. Clean, the food looks like it should, and the frues are crispy. Service is slow, as stated by others and could improve, as with any place around here. Friendly staff though.

i hate going here they never listen to what your ordering there's always something missing today my sister ordered a kids meal for her grandson and they didn't put in a extra fry instead of apples well my sister told this lady that works there she came back and snapped at my sister saying she was getting it she cant be in 2 places at once we get that but you forgot the fries so why be pissed at us for your mistake .

As a Punxy local, I generally tend to avoid this McDonalds. This is the single slowest McD's I've ever been to. The service is slow inside and the drive thru is dreadfully slow. I recently waited close to 5 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries at the drive thru. This McD's staff is primarily comprised of teenagers (as many McD's are), but at this one the teenaged staff don't believe in serving up smiles along side hamburgers and fries. The attitude I usually get from the employees is a little cold. This restaurant is also notorious for getting orders wrong. Just a heads up. I've had this happen to me on a number of trips. Once I asked for a cheeseburger, no mustard, and I got a hamburger with nothing but mustard. (Not kidding!) Also, I've noticed that sometimes the prices at this McD's can be a bit higher than other McD's restaurants. Is it because it's the only McD in town? Maybe. But still rather ridiculous. If you're THAT desperate to get your Big Mac with fries, go for it. Other wise I have to recommend hitting up one of the other restaurants in town.

Cheap food good prices. Not too bad for Punxsutawney. Everyone wears masks and gloves. Some of the good makes you a little nauseous

Seems everyone wants their picture the the plastic groundhog out front. The restaurant. Incredibly busy! Very small. Very small parking lot. I seriously hope the buy the vacant lot next door and expand. As busy as they are the return on investment would be realized in less than a year Btw. They didn't get my order right either. I want the value meal with a large diet. I do not want my fries supersiZed.

Great starting point if you're trying to see the groundhogs shadow. We stopped here to get a picture with Punxy and snag a breakfast burrito for the road. You can park here and walk to the shops to get your groundhog magnet. As food the food...it's McDonald's. I'm lovin' it.

The food isn't gourmet; but after being cold waiting for the groundhog, hot food and coffee hit the spot.

I've gone to this McDonald's like 5 times. Every time I go it's actually good. The nuggets are crispy and the food is always hot and quick. Doesn't remind me of other locations.

The food was terrible tasted like plastic, while I was eating my plastic food the workers in the back were arguing with Manager about break, first off when you have break take it. Don't argue and complain later that you didn't get break. A complete and utter dumb.

They never get the orders right and on that one occasion where they do your food is cold by the time you get it. It is fast food and I would rather go else where but in a hurry I wouldn't go here. The thing that really makes me mad is that they charge you so much for extra mayo, Mac sauce, sweet and sour, etc. but you NEVER get it or you get a Big Mac placed in the cardboard box and then have Mac sauce dumped in to fill it up. On a separate note, the teens that hangout either outside or inside cuss and swear, throw fits, and be all around ignorant. It is not a place children should go if you have your windows down.

The place is filthy and run by a teenage staff who are more interested in their social lives than serving customers. If you want to go for breakfast you are forced to get it to go because the elderly locals loiter for hours in the dining room. These locals are very rude and should be approached with caution.

My experience on sat 19th Was one i've never encountered with any restaurant, I' am 47 years old and the experience was dreadful and I'am not talking about the food, The way i was treated was beyond words, I tried to file a complaint with management and they basically called me a liar and said that i was the problem, Now for me to take time out my busy schedule to write this review, the experience must have really bothered me to the point that i had to resort to filing a complaint with corperate. I could have dealt with them burning my sandwich twice, But when i tried to get a refill on my tea and the response was i went outside, they considered that leaving the premisis, I thought the correct response should have been sorry for the 20 min wait and burning your sandwich twice, certainly sir let me get that refill right away, If i could rate lower i would.
