McDonald's snack wrap is back, and I couldn’t be more excited. This review does not reflect on this location particularly or on DoorDash, just solely on the snack wraps as menu items. Shout out to my dasher Stacey, and all the hardworking folks delivering our lunch today. Like I stated before I was extremely grateful to have had this back on the menu and wanted to give it a try for the past week. I’ll start with what I liked, the price point of 3.99 per wrap is fair given that it’s a chicken tender wrapped in a tortilla. However, I would have liked less tortilla/ lettuce and more chicken/ sauce. I feel this would have brought out the nostalgic flavor profile which you guys were going for. While the ranch wrap had a more classical feel to it the chipotle was more my speed and felt more updated to today’s foodies. All in all, I remember it being more crunchy and packed with flavor. This is best served fresh with warm French fries and a cold drink. I have mixed feelings but I would say go try it out for yourself. It’s really simple but you won't be disappointed.

When it comes to "fast food" this is our usual stop. We have had several good times, and several bad experiences here that usually get resolved. All in all we shouldn't expect too much from a McDonald's, but they have corrected the issues and we will still continue to go back because of it.

First off they were slow getting out orders. Then had the nerve to have attitudes owner and staff. My fish was hard, tried to take it back and instead of remaking it, he said we just remade that. As I was making this review they brought me a fresh one outside so I will up the rating to a two. The ice cream was good too.

Ordered food through the mobile app. Waited at the drive thru while the employee talked and yelled at the other employees without turning their mic off. After 5 min they finally said they were only doing doordash. I mentioned it's a mobile order that I already put in. I was rudely told so cancel it because we are only doing doordash. Guess this McDonalds is too busy to help other customers. Will make sure to let everyone know not to eat at this McDonalds!

Went through and definitely not even worth going back there! I order a number 7 meal just with one thing and you give out the wrong food 🤦‍♀️😡🤬 not even paying attention who getting food!!

This is a rough neighborhood and the security guard in a flak jacket should have been my first clue. The staff appeared to be having a good time with each other, but very uninterested in customers. They were more focused on unlocking the bathroom door from the front counter to allow another employee to walk into the bathroom to prank a third person. I'm three weeks out and still not sure how to process the stop here.

I have been to this establishment numerous times. It does not matter what you order, a diet coke and fries or meals for 4 people, drive through, take out, or order ahead; expect to wait 20-30 minutes. Does not matter time of day or how busy they are. It will be faster to drive to the next closest location.

This McDonald's is dirty! I went here once and will never come back! The staff here is rude! The tables and floor were not clean! The floor was wet in the kitchen. This is a safety hazard! I also observed the person making the fries as he was making them he was eating them! When I was leaving I wanted to wash my hands. There was no soap dispenser in the men's bathroom! What a joke! I will be contacting the corporate side of McDonald's and telling them everything. I also have video and pictures!

Absolutely HORRIBLE / GHETTO customer service! This location had no fountain drinks at all. If you ordered a value meal, customers were required to pay full price without the beverage. The hand written sign (in which they took so much pride in creating instead of printing), stated that customers had to individually purchase value meal items without the beverage in which the total price would be greater than the value meal. The only alternative that was offered was to upgrade and pay more money for shake or sweet tea. Two of the employees became very disrespectful and combative because they failed to understand the point that the customer is at a loss. It's not totally about the money, but the principal of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. My first thought was to go somewhere else. I will surely drive past that restaurant from now on. Come on black people, we have to do better. I wish I could give a negative star rating.

i am genuinely so distraught right now. this mcdonald's has failed me over and over again. the first time i order from them, my nuggets are burnt, didn't even know that was a possibility at mcdonald's. i try them again a few weeks later and try a big mac. burnt big mac. hello???? that brings me to tonight. fast forward to 7:20 pm, i'm not feeling well and all i want is some food. i first try to order chic fil a because this mcdonald's has failed me time and time again. however i order chic fil a and do not hear back from them for two and a half hours, so i cancel. i decide to give this mcdonald's one last shot. i order a ten piece nugget with honey mustard and a dr pepper and request a straw, make not of all of that. an hour passes and my driver is still waiting at this mcdonald's. she finally receives my order and delivers it to me. i'm so happy i finally get to eat after almost three hours. i open the bag to see no honey mustard, but barbecue sauce. i look at my drink and there is no ice, i assume it's completely watered down. worse. it's an ice tea instead of my glorious dr pepper. and ofc, there is no straw like i requested. i suck it up and eat the nuggets but they are so ridiculously thick it's disgusting. i am beyond angry. i am hangry, i am saddened, i am disappointed. will never order from here again

When I tell you the service is the worst possible service, I mean it. I found a fly and a hair in the same burger, I've been harassed by they're armed security (which they have present after 7pm because the establishment is located in the 'ghetto'), and I've been laughed at when I said I wanted my burger with no cheese. Save yourself the pain and go to a mc donald's that doesn't have an armed security detail past the hours of 7pm.

TERRIBLE I ordered online before I got to the franchise. Got there @7:55-8pm at curbside, waited for 30 minutes!! They ran out of sweet tea, cold fries, burnt Big Mac, cold burger !! I could've went to a sit down restaurant pay 10 extra bucks for better service! Mgr didn't even care when we talked about it. No refunds for terrible service! Drive thru was packed, customers were getting angry Not the best location

OMG..... I drive over here only for no one to answer the drive thru, so I proceed to go up to the door and a woman comes outside to tell me that they're closed. No explanation; just go to another McDonald's. I guess I can't technically rate them on a "bad service" scale. I'm writing this review simply because I'm not sure if this happens a lot considering this is my second time it's been closed during business hours.

I usually stop to get something for breakfast when I'm in the area but today as I type this they have all the lights on. Doors locked. And drive thru is blocked off. Nothing else is open around here. Why are you closed 2 hours after you are supposed to be open.

not to be a karen but y'all need to get it together my order is wrong/missing something EVERY. TIME. how do you forget a whole happy meal or a whole burger etc i've worked fast food so ik what's is like but come on do better

If I would give 0 stars I would. This place either has the worst management known to man, or the laziest workers. I live so close to this McDonald's so I constantly give it 2nd, 3rd, even 4th tries. Each time I do I am given some excuse at the drive through speaker as to why the workers won't work. One time I was told they were taking online orders only...through the drive through? Another time I was told that they just flat out aren't open through the drive through, and are open inside only...THROUGH THE SPEAKER. These are, I'm sure, all just strategies that the employees make to just not work. This most recent time, TODAY, I went to this location to buy a quick lunch before work. The line was so long and drivers were honking, I spent 20 minutes in this drive though, I would have made better time driving to the McDonald's in the Third Ward and drive all the way back than to place and order and receive it at this McDonald's. After a long time and impatient customers honking, I receive my food, and it is the worst McDonald's I have ever eaten to date. I ordered two cheeseburgers and an iced coffee. The coffee was absolutely awful and the burgers were HARD. I have never eaten a stone solid McDonald's burger before, like it was left out in a kids bedroom and remembered about 10 days later. I'm amazed by McDonald's for having the same level of quality and consistency between all locations. I've never been more surprised at the state of a McDonald's, and how awful one could be. 0/10,000. After this I will NEVER give it another chance, I feel sick after eating those burgers but I paid for what I got. Please take my word for it and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I get working in fast food is a stressful time, especially in this day in age but oh my GOD y'all are so freaking LAZY!!!!!!! How the hell do you manage to get EVERY. SINGLE. ORDER. WRONG. Even if it's not wrong, the fries have no salt, everything is slightly cold, or the soda needs a refill on the syrup. Be ashamed

McDonald's is McDonalds. Like, what really can one say about? Regardless I'm writing for anyone curious about their iced coffees. Had to stop here because I was so tired before work and I just needed something! Of course not much is in the area. Save yourself the disappointment though. The coffee already comes with cream?! And it's like...all cream! Where's the coffee?! Their iced coffee is pointless because there's hardly any coffee in it. There's so little that I couldn't even taste it. Ugh. Don't bother.

I place a Doordash DoorDash a Order recently and the dumbass idiots decided to cancel the order for no reason it doesn't make any sense so one star for this shit location because I'm so pissed off right now at this

McDonald's has always been my favorite restaurant. However, a large sweet tea and a McDouble shouldn't take 11 minutes. (Actually I left after 11 minutes of waiting/who knows how long it really took). With a known gambling problem in the past ; I had the audacity to go back a week later and the same thing happened. I had a better chance of eating the stale fries in the dumpsters with the squirrels. In a shockingly twist of events, this McDonalds is definitely not a "fast food" location.

I wish there was zero stars. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. There were hair in my fries and my nuggets look disgusting. The people working there were very rude and the lady tried to say that she put sauce in the bag and there obviously wasn't sauce in the bag. I offered the bag back to her to show her and she basically threw the sauce at me. I never received a receipt. This place needs to be shut down.

excuse me, what has happened to this company? back in 2019 this was the top tier restraunt. seriously some people need more work here, otherwise the staff was very nice and knew the food wasn't the best. I don't know but it's well literally a "heart-attack on a bun". otherwise drive here if you need something cause their service is fast.

Worst McDonalds EVER! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and all I got was grilled chicken - no bun, no lettuce, WTF?? I count 7 people working and yet had to wait like 10 minutes to order and longer for my food. ??!! If I could give zero stars - I would.

Terrible service...they don't get your order right, something is missing or you're waiting. Most of the time it's all of the above. Smh

I mean I knew what was going to happen after reading the other reviews. I really have nothing to add other than I hope they do not give someone else food poisoning for lack of cooking their fries. They were cold and VERY raw.

After the concert next door to this McDonald's we were a bit thirsty and wanted a bite. Decided to do the drive through. We asked for lemonade, they were out, we asked for sprite, they were out, finally they had an ice coffee and iced tea. My niece wanted water and a chocolate milk. The lady said with the biggest attitude " you can't be adding more stuff, are you sure that's all?" We told her we are sure and mentioned why she had an attitude. She said she didn't have one and said just pull over. We decided to just leave to avoid and spit in our order. If this McDonald's doesn't change their staff most terrible customer service, it might loose a lot customers. I have never seen the rudest most blunt person ever. We preferred go down the block and get something else.

I can't do this in person believe me I have tried but I must confess this otherwise I might just explode! I am in love with one of the workers at this mediocre establishment. But let me assure you my love for this person is not mediocre. We are old family friends and have grown up together since we were babies. Our mothers were best friends in college. They went to Cardinal Stritch University together. Alas before I even realized my feelings my adoptive mother died. I couldn't think of anything else by the dangerous and unknown world before me that I would have to face without my mother. Sure his family was around to help my adoptive father and my brother. but there was a hole in my heart. I started dating this woman and it clouded my judgment. I pushed him away and everyone away. When we were in our junior year of high school he started dating some other guy. It broke my heart and I am a terrible person for even saying this but I realized I loved him the moment I realized I could not have him. When I saw him give him a fondue pot as a present for his birthday all the moments we shared together came rushing back to me like a fast current in the ocean and it was pulling me under. Every time he put a band aid on me ankle after I hit it with my scooter, every dinner he helped me make because my dad was at work at the family's cheese factory and my mom was gone, the times we got happy meals together, all the fondue we made together, the times he tried teaching me how to make cheese. Everything came back all at once. I realized I had always loved him and the hole in my heart wasn't because I had lost my mother it was there because I had lost him. On a rainy night we ran into each other in the walk in cheese freezer that was my mother's pride and joy. He had taken me home from the carnival because it started to rain and I don't know how to drive. A cheese my mother had planted in the green house had slowly started molding. I hadn't been in there for awhile as life kept me busy and sometimes It became too much to be around the things she loved but no longer had. He helped me make fondue out of the remaining cheese that could be saved. I almost told him then but I was too much of a coward. Every time i go into this mcdonald's it is always so slow. Do i take this as a sign that no matter how long I wait for him there will always be someone else in the picture who wants their mcnuggets more than me... The last time I went into this establishment the service was slow and the first worker I encountered was so rude. The food was also cold! Do I take this as another sign that the love I picture us having and the man I think he is will never live up to my expectations and I will only be met with the cold big mac I ordered myself. Sometimes I think this McLovin ain't for us. Robert. I rated this a one star because of the service and because I know we will never work. I just moved to the area and usually stop on the south side on my way home from work if I'm going to get McDonalds so I haven't been to this location yet. Now, I was pretty hung over and not really into driving so my friend and I went here. It was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. Starting at the drive thru, the guy was less than pleasant and repeated everything back with an incredulous tone like I was saying something he had never heard before. The order was not complicated. He then finishes my order and repeats it back to me, but still has his headset on and starts yelling at the girl next to him over the speaker so I can hear the entire conversation. At first it was funny and then it was annoying and unprofessional. We get to the window to pick up food and I had ordered a large meal and she had a medium drink in her hand. I explained to her that it should be a large and she looked at me like I was speaking french and kept trying to hand me the drink. I am now getting very irritated and tell her I will pay extra if need be I just really wanted my drink. She calls the manager over who proceeds to explain to me that apparently (and this the first time I've EVER heard this so I knew it was a lie) that "a large soda doesn't necessarily come with a large meal because some people like a large fry but only a medium soda because they aren't that thirsty." I was now really mad because I was now getting nowhere with this inept woman but she agrees to go and get a large one. No apology. The food comes to the window as this is happening and I look in the bag and immediately I can see it is wrong. So, as she hands me the soda I tell her there is also a large fry missing and hand her the receipt that clearly states my VERY simple order. She comes back to the window and I ask where my other drink was and she tells me it is not on the receipt which I can clearly see it is, so once again ms. I have no idea how to be a manager or deal with the public comes to the window and I tell her exactly what I told this other girl and she walks away to "check again"...I am then told by the young and very stupid girl that her manager says we need to go back through the line to get those items because they were not charged to us even though they were on the receipt. I pull off and say I am never going back. I am still hungry so I look in the bag with my incomplete order and find a HAIR IN MY FRIES! My friend was so upset at this point and neither of us wanted to eat anything from there after that so we threw them out the window and ended up at another drive thru. Moral of the story is, when people tell you this is the worst McDonalds in the city, heed their warning because this place should be shut down.

This is the worst McDonald's in the entire United States. They took 35 minutes to make me a small chocolate shake, making me wait in the drive thru with cars behind me. Then they didn't apologize or offer any kind of consolation. The manager needs to fired. She was rude and referred to me as "boy" when I came it to ask what was taking so long. Plus, the kitchen was disgusting, there is no chance they could pass a health inspection. I couldn't be more disappointed.

This McDonald's is run terribly. The staff are not friendly and the service is beyond slow. They have a sign to call the manager if there are problems.. and it appears that the employees have scratched off the managers phone number -- most likely because they are tired of being reported for their inadequate food service skills. Skip this one and drive 5 minutes to the McDonald's a little further south on 1st street (they seem to have their act together).

Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. Both bathrooms were closed, EVERY single table in the restaurant was disgusting. The manager was literally yelling at his employees the entire time I was there. When I got my food (I ordered a big mac) the whole thing was rock solid. When I say solid, I mean I could knock on the bun, and the meat and all the toppings were crusty hard. Awful experience, disgusting restaurant, poorly managed. Keep driving and go to the next one.

By far the worst experience you will ever have at mcdonald's. it took about 10 minutes to get our order in and another 20 to get the food. There were probably 15 employees working but nobody actually working. The employees hated their job, which is completely understandable considering the environment was filthy and smelly. never coming back here

This place sucks lol. Every time I'm here they make everyone park and wait for 15-20 minutes before they bring out your Messed up order. And my boyfriend got food that was moldy. So it's not like they're making it.

Attn: McDonald Management Please make sure your employees are dressed appropriate. While visiting the drive-thru window this morning (12/1/19 @ 7;30); I noticed an employee pants sagging. This gentlemen pant was sagging like halfway his butt sagging. A belt would have easily solved his problem. When I suggested he needed a belt; he politely closed the drive-thru window in my face without acknowledging my comment. I hope this gentleman is NOT part of the management team because he's not leading by example. Work attire is required for work and customer service skills need improving. BTW, the orange juice was delicious!

The coffee here is really good and hot! I usually grab one on my way to work and they make sure I always have my cream and sugar! I can't even begin my day without a nice hot cup of coffee!

It's close -- that's it. Other than that, this place will make you wonder why it's still open. There must be a sorcerer in the neighborhood. It's dirty. It's rude. The manager is cool but being cool doesn't make a place successful. I think the people there personally hate their jobs and this is prominent in the way they handle the food and anything else. THEY WILL MESS UP A MOBILE ORDER. How hard is it to get something right on the Internet? TRUST ME, this has to be the worst McDonalds, if you gave the people there raises and the ability to change the store, it will end up the same. Just take it out of its misery, and DO NOT EAT HERE.

Worst McDonald's experience EVER! We literally waited 25 minutes in the drive through. My shamrock shake was horrible! Tasted rotten, old and barely cold! When I said I wanted a refund I got no apology and nothing was said. After waiting while the manager was staring at me and all employees were goofing off one of them only asked if I paid cash or card. Got money back and drove off only to have our food be luke warm at best. The attitude of the employees was horrendous.

It's a McD's. I'll leave the menu out of it. Service here has been pretty good each time I've been through. Although it's not the cleanest of McD's, it's not the worst. And, given it's sketchy location, they do ok. Flaws, however, exist. For example, when I go to the drive-thru, and I ask for nuggets, I'm going to be disappointed when you say the fryer is off at 930pm. I will live, though, it's okay. But then, when I ask for selects, and you say those can't be made either, why didn't you tell me that when you said no to nuggets? And then I asked about the chicken sandwich and that was a no, so I asked what else I couldnt have so that we didn't have to play "go-fish" for my late night craving of grease and salt. Ultimately, I learned that, after 930pm, there would be no chicken-product products, nor fish, apple pies, McBlizzards, cones or milkshakes. I shed a tear over my two McDoubles with no pickles or onions (my choice, they had both options) and orange lavaburst Hi-C.

This McDonald's is consistently slow, crowded, and has poor service. The food is fine, though. To their credit, the management seems to be on the ball, but they hire the stupidest people they can find, it seems. Orders are taken incorrectly, incorrect change is given, you are consistently ignored after your order is placed due to poor task management on the employees' part. Drive-through is usually okay, though.

ZERO STARS. I downloaded Yelp just so I can personally tell everyone how terrible this location is... I came to this location twice last night, the speaker was broken and had our order placed at the window and they took over 10 minutes just to get TWO CHEESEBURGERS!! There were over 6-7 employees just talking at the window with no line inside. The second time around we got to the speaker, there were 4 cars in front of us and they told us to hold and we had to wait about 10-15 minutes just to have our order placed! As if we didn't learn our lesson the first time, we waited another 30-35 minutes in line for our order before we decided to leave (with TWO cars still in front of us). I can not wrap my mind on how this place is still running. I'd rather eat s*!t than to come to this location again.

This McDonalds is single handedly the worst one I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. The staff is rude as hell and never works. I was waiting in the drive thru with a single car ahead of me for over 20 minutes. You got a better chance of getting McDonald's nugs at Burger King.

I stopped here on my way into work today at 5:55am as my regular McDonald's wasn't open yet at this hour of the morning on my way through town. I placed my order and asked the cashier what time they opened, just for future reference. In an very irritated and exasperated voice, she said she didn't know but said she comes in at 5:00am, Really? You don't know? I looked it up when I got into the office and they open at 5:00am. At this point, young lady, you've only been there for less than an hour. Good luck with the rest of your day!!! Then I asked for no ice in my Diet Coke and she added extra ice. I ordered the two burrito meal and, seriously, you could drop those things out of a high rise building and kill someone with them. They are dried out and as hard as a brick. They had to have been made a very long time ago and placed under a heat lamp. Totally inedible. I've stopped at this McDonald's occasionally when I've been running errands during the day and have never had a great experience. While I realize that this is not a glamorous job and that some of their clientele are challenging, at least ACT like you want to be there and that you care about my food. Your day will be much better in the long run. In the future, if I want something from McDonald's, I will either wait until mine opens up or drive a bit further to go somewhere else. This place needs to shut down.

I very rarely go to Mc Donald's. I usually pack a lunch and try to stay away from high fat high salt fast food. On a rare occasion when I'm out of food, I have chosen to go to McDonald's for my lunch. I've been to this particular location twice now and both times my experience has been AWFUL!!! The first time they forgot the chicken on my chicken sandwich! The second time I spend my entire lunch in the parking lot waiting for my food . What's the deal? I thought this was supposed to be fast and convenient isn't that the point? The customer service is horrendous. This place should be shut down. I wish I could give 0 stars.

This is downright the most horrible fast food restaurant, I have ever been too. We had just finished up with a gymnastics meet and it was snowing so we just wanted some food before driving 2 hours home. We went in and ordered and were given our receipts. The dining room was trashed despite having several staff members standing around behind the counter and the store wasn't very busy. They asked to see our receipts before giving us our food despite they have screens that display the orders. When we did get our food our order was only half complete. Three full meals and I only got two sandwiches and one fry. I said something and all of a sudden the girl had my missing sandwich but they had no fries and needed to make some more. I stood there the entire time waiting for my fries to cook and the fryers were just beeping and nobody cared. After they were done I only received one fry instead of two and when I told the girl she ordered another employee to make it and then went to the back. After the employee made it she proceeded to put it in the staging area and walked to the back leaving nobody up front. Finally some employee who looked like he just came back from break gave me my missing fry. We quickly ate and left the resturant because we just didn't want to be there anymore. We also witnessed one employee eating fries out of bags as they were taking the bag to the drive thru window.

Disaster is putting it nicely. They never know who ordered what. Are always behind on orders. Consistently forget to put items you ordered in the bag. The worst

I would rate it zero stars if I could. It took forever for the girl to answer the drive through. Once she said something, she made me wait and I could hear her swearing at customers inside and to her coworkers. Very unprofessional but what do you expect at a McDonald's? Also the ice cream machine "didn't work" like most McDonald's because they don't want to make the machine dirty. We ordered fries and a coke and they were out of coke. Who runs out of soda? So we left.

i would give this place zero stars. this place sucked fucking ass. the employees don't know how to talk to anybody it's like talking to a brick wall. be prepared to talk very slow & ask if the employee has gotten your order correct, which we did & they still got our order wrong. very rude & ignorant.

I'm currently in line at the drive thru for this mcdonalds, and have been for approximately half an hour. There were only two cars in front of us when we arrived and we sat there for fifteen minutes before the line even moved. Your speed is literally the only thing you have going for you, Mcdonald's. This display is pathetic. Do better.

all I gotta say is how can a mcdonalds be out of cheese.... Like huh. Oh and don't get me started on the "yeah we out of coke too" Not cool man not cool

I have been to McDonalds many times over my life but I don't remember having an experience this bad.

I know McDonald's isn't known for their service but this one is outright terrible. They haven't got a single order right out of the five times I've been there. This doesn't include waiting forever and just horrible service. If you can give a negative star rating I would
