McDonald's

So I had been having trouble with the McChicken strips being too greasy overcooked and just old tasty I talked to the general manager she said that she would talk to their employees and make things right and she gave me a free meal which I've not picked up yet but today I stop by there and got the same chicken strips which I will not do again and this is why.. the strips was greasy and over cooked and was like rubber. I don't I will never get strips again from here

The curbside pickup was SO SLOW! Be aware! If you are trying to skip the long drive-thru line by ordering on the app and having it brought to your car, think again. It took 20 minutes to receive our food after ordering on the app, from the parking lot.

Food was hot, always a plus! Bathrooms were very disgusting! We let the guy at the counter know about the bathrooms, but he didn’t really seem to care. A indoor playground available, so kid friendly. Handicap parking available.

Worst service! I understand if you’re busy but my fiance and I went through the drive-thru and they were not busy. Waited 30 minutes for two double cheeseburgers. This is insane. They had to pull up every single car they had in the drive-thru. They clearly need to work on fast pace. It’s called Fast Food for a reason.

I really love the Big Mac Dinner Box from McDonald's.. it's soo good and worth every penny. In the Dinner box, you get 2 big macs, 2 cheese burgers, 4 small fry, and 10 piece chicken nuggets for like 14$. Not bad at all. Fries are always fresh and hot. I also really like the spicy McChickens.

Absolutely worst McDonald’s on the planet. They are so unbelievably slow. They always have all the extra spots full waiting on their drive thru orders. Sometimes they even park you in the spots for curbside pickup. It is not out of the ordinary to wait 20 minutes or longer for two burgers and two fries. Absolutely terrible. If there was any other McDonald’s within 15 minutes I would go there and it would probably still be quicker.

Placed a mobile order only to be pulled up through the drive thru and wait for 20 minutes. Every car was being pulled up. Got home and I'm missing a burger. Tried to call and their phone number won't go through. Bad service and no food. Lovely.

Ordered on app. 2 big breakfast but they forgot to include hash browns (2.39 each) and no syrup for hotcakes. Ordered one iced coffee (.99) and 2 latte (3.39 each). They forgot one of the lattes and when I pointed this out they brought out another iced coffee instead (shorted me 2.40). I personally can't tell the difference just by looking at the 2 so I didn't realize this until we got and my son tasted his. In summary, on a small order for just 3 people they forgot 2 hash browns, no syrup, and they shorted us on our coffee order (basically shorted us by $6-7). Needless to say, very disappointed. I tried to call to ask about options since I wasn't about to drive all the way back up there, but the phone number listed in Google and on the app is incorrect. I'm guessing too many complaints. So I was only left with the option of leaving a poor review and avoiding this place in the future.
