McDonald's

We go to McDonald's a lot like a lot! I usually take my grandsons especially when they need to get their energy out and the play place at the McDonald's in randleman is their favorite. Why you ask? Because they figured out that it is a bigger play place. The quality of the food and the service at this particular McDonald's is great. The fries are crispy and hot. The burgers are spot on and you would expect that at McDonald's I get that and we've been here multiple times. They never never have gotten our orders incorrect at this particular McDonald's.

Its a rare occasion that I visit a McDonalds..I was on the road and needed a quick breakfast. Ordered a Mc Griddle and coffee..Food was ok but this place is hard to navigate..

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an app order for pick-up at the drive thru. When I reached the pick-up windows, I was asked to pull forward to the curbside service area as they were waiting on my food. I did as asked and waited. And waited. AND WAITED. After 15 minutes of waiting, I could wait no more because I had to get to work before I was late. So, I had to leave without ever receiving my food. I tried to call the location but the call went unanswered. This is not the first time a drive thru wait time has been excessive at this location, but this one was far worse.

I haven't been to McDonald's in three years. So tonight, I decided to go. I was reminded why I quit going. Despite having a long line/ wait time, the fries were cold. Its as if the were microwaved on top of that. So, with that being said, I'll never be back. EDIT: I will not be following the link to customer care in the owners reply. Coupons or a free meal will do nothing to rectify the issue. Its simple. Train your staff properly. Stop serving substandard food.

Food was hot, always a plus! Bathrooms were very disgusting! We let the guy at the counter know about the bathrooms, but he didn’t really seem to care. A indoor playground available, so kid friendly. Handicap parking available.

So I had been having trouble with the McChicken strips being too greasy overcooked and just old tasty I talked to the general manager she said that she would talk to their employees and make things right and she gave me a free meal which I've not picked up yet but today I stop by there and got the same chicken strips which I will not do again and this is why.. the strips was greasy and over cooked and was like rubber. I don't I will never get strips again from here

I really love the Big Mac Dinner Box from McDonald's.. it's soo good and worth every penny. In the Dinner box, you get 2 big macs, 2 cheese burgers, 4 small fry, and 10 piece chicken nuggets for like 14$. Not bad at all. Fries are always fresh and hot. I also really like the spicy McChickens.

The curbside pickup was SO SLOW! Be aware! If you are trying to skip the long drive-thru line by ordering on the app and having it brought to your car, think again. It took 20 minutes to receive our food after ordering on the app, from the parking lot.

Got everything right expect one thing that's advertised. Think it would have be nice to know they didn't have something before paying for it in drive through and reaching the window to be surprised that it's not on the menu and paid something completely different. (chip ahoy frappe)

I only order two meals and they screwed that up. Ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal and a quarter pounder meal and only got fries, burger drink and nuggets. No happy meal

Very helpful when l wanted to change how a menu item came. Friendly workers. Enjoyed my visit to this place .

Only person in the store 14 minutes to get a regular cheeseburger, fries and soda. 400 pound manager waddling around in circle. Food cold. Worst mcD ever

me and my husband will go out of our way to go to this McDonald's. we love this McDonald's. we have never been disappointed here. if it's slow, that means they're actually cooking your food. the fries are always hot and salty and fresh and the Diet Coke is always on point here and the service is always good. love the people and the food.

I got 2 Mcchicken no mayo and the lettuce is old and wilted....... The fries were cold.........

You'll can do better than this, by the time. I got home the patty was stuck to the bun. Had to eat 1/3 of patty with nothing on it

I would give a negative one. Here at 12:17 am July 2. Been in line waiting one car in front of us. They have no tea. How does McDonald's have no tea! Why have we been waiting for over 10 minutes for a Big Mac meal? Nothing special. This is the slowest , can't get an order right, no this is working. No people are working.

Simple requests are too much to ask for. I rarely ever go to McDonalds, not because it "isn't healthy," or any of that nonsense, but because their employees are typically terrible. Today I was in a hurry for dinner so I stopped in an ordered a 40 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce. Apparently this order was far too complex for them to handle. When I got home I was not surprised to find out the sauces were not in the bag. I know I should have checked, but I was in a hurry and under the impression that putting both elements of the order into the bag was not something that required the same neurological capabilities as a quantum theorist... If you expect to get what you order, go somewhere else. If you are having a great day and you need to offset some of your happiness with some planned misery, order from this McDonald's.

Just curious why an employee is allowed to park this way every day and take up multiple spaces that are for customers.

Anyone recall this sponge bob episode? This is McDonalds, except their food has never been good. There is no nutritional value to this garbage. It's basically dipped in garbage, disguised as food. STOP EATING MCDONALDS ‼ Choose YOU, choose LIFE, choose to cook at home! Them 20 nugs for $5 is a good deal but you'd be better off feeding your kids some bugs. Give them lil F'ers some brain food, break the trend.

It took a while to get my food. I was waiting for a good fat hour for my food ( a cheeseburger, mcdouble, the 20 piece chicken nuggets, 3 chicken sandwiches, 4 large fries, 4 large sweet teas and 2 large dr peppers ). I felt as though this was outrageous and i felt violated. Also my chicken nugget ( the first one ) was cold and had a spot of mold. Please fix this.

It was very slow service in drive thru and never have people taking orders. Took forever to have my order taken. Very upset!

I normally wouldn't review McDonalds because, well, it's McDonalds, however, this is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I've tried it around 5 times now and every time there has been an issue.

Went thru their drive thru 3 mornings in a row and ordered the exact same thing, a #2 with sweet tea. The first morning it was $6.18, 2nd morning it was $5.43, 3rd morning $6.51. No price changes on the menu but different prices every single day. When you pull up to the drive thru during morning rush hour (7:15) and you sit there for 3 minutes without any contact from an employee but the other line had moved 5 cars while I waited. Finally I said hello and someone responded. NO IM NOT ORDERING IN THE DAMN APP!!! im ordering in the drive thru dumb asses quit asking everyone that. This store is the worst, their employees are poorly trained, couldn't give 2 shits about your order and prices change daily. Get your shit together or get the hell out of town.

Every time I come to this McDonalds they say the ice cream machine is broken. Either they just don't like running the machine or they don't realize McDonald's claim to fame was the milkshake and fast service.

It's crazy how many issues this store has yet they never change managers. I just came through to get ice cream and I'm told there closed for maintenance. I drive around to drive thru again to ask when they will reopen and I'm told were open now. Then I ask for managers name and I'm told they aren't allowed to give that information out. Imagine that

Supposed to be one vanilla one chocolate - they said it was the lighting. I was told it's more about the taste and not the look. Beware of this McDonald's. They are awful.

While the staff were friendly the laughs they expressed were on us. Our order was wrong not plain like we asked and of course the ice cream machine was down. Why is it, that we knew it would be broken and they even chuckled along with us. This place is going downhill and they don't even have to clean the inside anymore. It wasn't funny really. Fifteen an hour! I sure don't see it or receive it!

Order is wrong every time! I'd leave negatives stars but it's not possible. Ordered two big breakfast/ hotcakes with sausage. Got home to find out they forgot the sausage. Called back and said they would just give me 2 sausage Pattie's on my next visit. Thanks. That helps so much.

Very disappointed in our latest visit..we ordered 2 sausage biscuits ..simple order, nothing else, we waited 15 minutes, inside the store. Even with placing our own order and paying at the kiosk, all they had to do was cook it...there were 2 other people waiting..it seemed like total chaos, and it wasn't even busy. The biscuits tasted old, and the sausage over microwaved.. I'll skip McDonald's altogether next time ..

This location used to be decent. Then the manager retired and someone new took over. This place has become one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Some of the staff can be nice. Most just act like I am lucky they are waiting on me. EVERY time i go thru the drivethru I am asked to pull over and wait. Every time..... Today I was asked to pull up and I said why? there is no one behind me. The answer, management doesn't like cars sitting here for too long. ok. I pull up and literally 2 minutes later they bring out my burger. I rush back to work so I can eat. and guess what? The burger is cold and the inside is pink. Seriously? Worst McDonald's ever....

This has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The drive thru line is the slowest line. The dining room will be empty and the drive thru still takes 30 minutes

If i could give them a 0 i would, The people who take your order are always rude. I always have a problem when i come here, I've sat outside for 15 minutes waiting on a mobile order. Common sense tells you to do the mobile order first, I call the store and they act like me calling is a inconvenience. Maybe if i wasn't sitting here for 15 minutes waiting on a biscuit then we wouldn't have a problem.

Have been going here for sometime but lately have to comment on the restaurant as a whole. I feel that it is declining in cleanliness in the restrooms and often the soda/ice machines are "broken". Poor management seems to be prevalent. Lately, hope this improves quickly.

While the food at this restaurant has improved and is much better than it used to be... The wait times for an order at this restaurant can be excruciatingly slow... So I would not recommend this restaurant as "fast"food.

The sheer incompetence of this place is astounding. You have a better chance of winning the lottery (jackpot included) being attacked by a polar bear, and a great white shark in the same day, as you have with them getting your order right. And god forbid you want to get through the drive through in less time it takes for an nfl quarter to be played. Incomprehensibly terrible.

This McDonald's is honestly my favorite of all yes they might be understaffed but they work hard to try to satisfy customers. It can be difficult to satisfy customers but they try and that is amazing the crew and managers are just great and easy to talk to.

Customer service is great however extremely slow. I have been in line for 20 minutes just to pull up to the window to be asked to park for an egg McMuffin. Randleman McDonalds is in need of serious new management. Fast food chain yet extremely slow!!!!

They need more help during rush hours. It's happened on several occasions not just one. Going inside you'd think it'd be a little faster. Just grabbing your food and going, but every time I go in and eat no matter how big or small the order is you will wait. A long time..... The last time I went in I ordered a drink and a McFlurry, I waited over 25 minutes inside after I put in my order. I had to finally speak up and say something to the girl at the register and she just shrugged her shoulders and told another lady. The other lady at least made the McFlurry and gave me my drink cup, but coulda cared less. It was a rush hour and I understand completely that it can get busy, but 25 minutes is a long time when you have 30 minutes for lunch.

My boys love McDonald's so we go to the one in Randleman A LOT. The service seems to be getting worse as the crew keeps gettung younger and younger. I see no problem with teenagers having a job but it seems as if the entire place is being ran by 21 and under and they arent good at problem solving. The best word to describe majority of our expierences there is chaos! Its rare for things to be organized and ran smoothly. Today i went to get us milkshakes and the ice cream machine was down at 2 p.m. just a few weeks ago i ordered tomato on my McChicken and got a piece literally the size of a quarter my pickle slice was bigger than my tomato....and ice had multiple incidents where food has been left out of the bag and things have been made incorrectly also. The food has never been bad though. I can atleast say that.

This McDonald's always get my orders wrong. Tonight, around 5:00pm I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and a pie. They asked if I wanted 2 and I said ok. After pulling away and getting on the highway I take the pie out and it's hard as a rock and burnt. I looked and the sticker on both pies say Use any 11:06 am. IT'S 5:00 PM!! Seriously how did you do that? And if anyone thinks it's fast food think again. You can wait in line for 15 minutes or more sometimes.

I eat at McDonald's sometimes the food is okay they need to hire more staff, the managers are always running every station it seems like when I come thru the drive thru

went inside for coffee and apple pie. ordered on kiosk, no problem. the dude with black fingernails could not operate register. EVERY time he touched it he messed up literally!! so yep the rest of ya gotta wait. waited patiently I wasn't in a big hurry. but after 15 minutes I get my order and it's ALL wrong! HOW DO YOU MESS UP 2 ITEM ORDER? First of all I got a mouth full of cream so obviously not pumpkin right? so in I go and instead of just accepting the responsibility in which she continues to tell me it's pumpkin I made it myself. I told her I don't care what you say you did -taste it my gosh smell it!!! Would you like a new one , it's a new syrup we're using. I have had one this year so I know what it's supposed to taste like I reply back. Then I said did you stir it ? you should have seen her face-like duh what? Yeah why don't we try that?!?! After stirring the coffee it was perfect!!! I go back to my car happy BUT WAIT! My apple pie is refrigerator cold!! No no no I will not accept this mess! So back in I go. The black fingernail dude took the pie to exchange. I very matter of fact like told him I don't want it from a microwave either. Guess what?? That's right he brings it back in a soggy hot box from microwave and says we don't have any fresh ones. AND walks away. Don't blame him I was 'a little' upset at this point. So I request a manager. I showed her the box and ONLINE folks that these pies are served HOT out of an oven not a freaking microwave! She says our fresh will be ready in 8 minute!!!!! I have been here 30 minutes, no I do not want to wait!! Got my damn $ back! Go to Asheboro hopefully better management cause the management at randleman is non existent! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT MCDONALDS!!!!!!

Literally never get a order right. Cold food and rude service are pretty much standard. Seem to leave off something every single time we are there. Not impressed.

We go here all the time, it's close and convenient however the last few times I've been sitting in drive thru for 5 mins at the window waiting for someone just to take my money and then today on my way to work I ordered 2 mcdoubles and a large sweet tea instead of my mcdoubles I got a mcchicken patty on a biscuit and the lid on my sweet tea was not on properly so when I picked it up it spilt all over me. I called and told the manager and she just had that tone of she doesn't care and she thought I was lying kept telling me to bring the receipt which is no problem but my lord! Get it together! It's not rocket science

Filthy dirty and unsanitary, flies on food! Lacks good management and customer service.
