McDonald's

It is directly opposite Termini railway station. The staff there are impeccably kind. They served all pilgrims with utmost respect and attention despite the big numbers and immense pressure. But above all they were very honest to detail. It is also very clean. A big round of applause to all the staff. I can visit the place again and again.

Had a terrible experience here today. Before entering the doors, 2 bouncer looking men stopped me to tell me there is no eating in, just take out. They proceeded to interfere with everyone’s business. I needed to raise my legs due to knee pain, and right away they came to tell me to put my leg down. Another lady put her head on her backpack while waiting for her coffee to be ready, the guard came and lifted her head, and told her she was not allowed to do that. They were walking around the tables to check people were not doing something they didn’t like. They even seated people where they chose. They were also ensuring their authority is heard. Just an overall unpleasant environment, I will never come back to this place again!!! And I will definitely inform my family and friends to avoid this place.

For how busy it is, staff is clean and reliable. I can see how short staff can affect customer satisfaction but definitely not a deal breaker. Thank you. (They have cool looking uncover security guards/ workers inside)

Not customer centric service. Responsible for the shift guy of color (huge respect to the community, pity such people throw a shade on it), from the today’s night shift should be fired for the attitude. The way how the things are managed and operating are not suitable for this chain.

Avoid at all costs very untidy very lazy staff won’t clean tables full of people sitting keeping tables with no food been ordered basically a homeless shelter avoid at all costs deffo won’t be back also charges people to use the toilet and security ones pocket the money for themselves

Food was good and service quick. The area where it’s located is sketchy. Definitely do not go by yourself if you need to make a stop here. Avoid at night and early in AM when it’s still dark. We stopped here quickly and it was uncomfortable for us. There is a McDonalds at Roma Termini inside, but it was closed when we tried going.

I ordered and paid using electronic order table, it gave me a receipt with order number. I waited some time before I asked security personnel am I right with waiting until my order number is shown in screen. He said that it's right, I should wait until they call me. After waiting another some time I realised that people were staying in line taking their receipts. They begin to make your order when you face them independently what is your order number is

Food is not Hot , i ordered one sandwitch Smoky Gran Crispy and it comes without Bacon. Furthermore the washrooms are not clean and without basket trash
