McDonald’s Roma Giolitti This was an unforgettable stop, unfortunately for all the wrong reasons. Service was very slow and the restaurant felt overcrowded, making what should have been a quick visit drag on far longer than expected. After eating, I personally felt unwell, which took away any enjoyment from the meal. On top of that, the entrance became blocked for a period due to a disturbance, making it difficult to leave. If you’re looking for a smoother, faster experience, the McDonald’s inside Roma Termini is a much safer bet.

It is directly opposite Termini railway station. The staff there are impeccably kind. They served all pilgrims with utmost respect and attention despite the big numbers and immense pressure. But above all they were very honest to detail. It is also very clean. A big round of applause to all the staff. I can visit the place again and again.

Had a terrible experience here today. Before entering the doors, 2 bouncer looking men stopped me to tell me there is no eating in, just take out. They proceeded to interfere with everyone’s business. I needed to raise my legs due to knee pain, and right away they came to tell me to put my leg down. Another lady put her head on her backpack while waiting for her coffee to be ready, the guard came and lifted her head, and told her she was not allowed to do that. They were walking around the tables to check people were not doing something they didn’t like. They even seated people where they chose. They were also ensuring their authority is heard. Just an overall unpleasant environment, I will never come back to this place again!!! And I will definitely inform my family and friends to avoid this place.

Unpleasant service from staff, my food and drinks were thrown onto the tray with attitude from one of the servers. My godson was recording the menu and setup of mcdonalds because it's different from the USA, and they started yelling, throwing hand gestures and having security surround us as if a crime was committed. There are ways to let someone know that recording is not allowed, but that might be too advanced for them.

Not customer centric service. Responsible for the shift guy of color (huge respect to the community, pity such people throw a shade on it), from the today’s night shift should be fired for the attitude. The way how the things are managed and operating are not suitable for this chain.

Food is not Hot , i ordered one sandwitch Smoky Gran Crispy and it comes without Bacon. Furthermore the washrooms are not clean and without basket trash

okay. so. I am blown away with how superior the quality is compared to the United States. Like... parmeggiano reggiano cheese, caramelized onions, and real meat and good bread?!??? and the restaurant is clean, the employees are friendly and attentive.... it's definitely a different culture and far better than the average American McDonald's restaurant. it's still just McDonald's.... not gourmet and mostly for kids. but I was impressed.

Very busy not much seating. Chicken wings missing from order. Ordered cheesy fries but there was only a tiny bit of cheese on them. Fries were also stale and had no flavour or salt etc.
