The serve staff was rude. Had no heart Ava kindness. I’m done spending my money in places that don’t appreciate it. I grew up in this town and can be treated this rudely. I will delete your app which I use daily as well and find another option

I’m very sorry but this place has just truely disappointed not only is this 24h but how is the app still gonna let u place food if the store has “no food” I placed my online order went on my way to get it and all they say we don’t have any food ur order will be cancel and a refund order has still not been cancel it only said we hope u enjoy ur food but I did not received any food! This is truely devastating I could of at least recived my money back to get food somewhere else truely disappointing 😓

Food is good, but the service is slow as hell. I would rather go somewhere else because how long I have to wait (like 30 minutes) just to get some lemonade. Smh 🤦‍♂️

The order was N4 (morning menu) and instead of two mini burgers, it came with fries and only one mini burger. I ordered a coffee with milk and cream and it came with only sugar. They lie about the menu and reduce the food for customers with drive-thru service.

worst McDonald experience. Unbelievable bad, an employee use key to open the restroom door while I was inside using it, she didn’t even knock the door before opening it. Everything happens in 3-5 seconds. After she sees me, she didn’t even say sorry. She just closed the door and go. So against personal privacy and disrespect. I understand McDonald workers get pay low and work negatively but this is so unacceptable

2nd time they gave me a crispy chicken sandwich rare cooked, the meat had a nasty look inside, tried to call to let them be aware of it and it only sounds busy. Disgusted

$22 old tasting stale fries could not even eat it. Usually food is fine but today was trashed

When it comes to Uber eats this place is absolute garbage. Whoever is in charge of hiring I think is retarded ( freedom of speech ) I ordered three meals through Uber esta why was half of the meal missing from each order. If it was that hard to read I am sorry for sending a order to this incompetent store. You all are useless and are only good for making drinks barely because you have to include a straw for your order I thought straws were automatically with the SOFT drink. You guys should be closed down but I know you won't you'll continue to give bad service and I hope you see this because you deserve everything I'm saying. IF YOUR JOB IS TO HARD GET A NEW JOB !!!!! YOU GUYS AS A COMPANY MAKE ME SICK !!!!!

I ordered a fish fillet expecting that golden kiss by the sun patty. The fillet looked over cooked and was dry as hell. Bring back quality real food.

Not only did an employee deny a chronically Ill patient with IBD bathroom access stating " it's not there problem" when they have a medical card granting use of the bathroom in an emergency. They kept on humiliating them until they finally allowed then use of the bathroom but kept on verbally amusing then while in the bathroom. It's not Mc finals fault that there employees are uncaring and mean but something should be done regarding this incident as soon no other IBD patient or any one who needs bathroom access needs to go through it again. This employee was indecent, humiliating and disgusting and should be punished for there actions.

Extremely slow service. Staff is disorganized. Seven minutes to order a cup of coffee. One register open.

i asked if their apple pies were fresh. i was told yes and when i received it. it was hard and tough to pull apart. i asked why wasn't the date and time on the Apple pies posted like other McDonald'. i was told, "we stop doing that just because."

First off, they should have a greeter outside that says welcome to getto Donald's!! The quality of food is absolutely horrible!!! The fries are always burnt, as if they are cooked in dirty oil. The nuggets are always hard, over cooked or old. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I will go out of my way to make a formal complaint with cooperate. Eat here at your own risk. My cousin got the winter/ 24 hour pooh pooh virus from there.

Dear McDonald's here in Roosevelt, NY! I did not like how I was treated as a customer and how I was over charge for a $3 happy meal! When I went explain the situation to the team member then the manager. I was told. And I Quote " That's the way it's supposed to be and your not being over charged! I was charge $.39 for the Honest Apple juice! I tripled check with my calculator. So the manager lied. I Understand its only $.39! But it's my $.39 and it's unfair. So that means... Mcdonalds is doing false advertisement. I need this addressed. I know that your over charging the people in the community! Btw. I did go an purchase another happy meal from a different location and I was not charged an up fee for a honest Apple juice! I have all my receipts! I'm willing to show them if need to be.

This is one of the worst mcdonalds in long island. Most of the employees have bad attitude and look like they want to kill you. This location is 24 hrs which I love since its by my boyfriends house. However, they need to change the staff. They are so nasty. Also one time I went there and they said their fryer was not warmed up yet. Therefore, I had to wait 10 minutes for my food. What kind of service is that? Terrible. Stay away from this McDonalds!

How hard is it to drop frozen fries into the fryer for 3min. How could you stand behind the McDonalds corporation & serve oil socked, soggy fries.This wasn' t one time, every time I came to this location. Where to start came here on a late night told them I wanted fresh french fries with my order ended up getting some refried old French fries extra hard milkshake machine customer service Burger put together horribly you guys need to reevaluate your staff and getting other people to work for you or you're going to keep losing customers

The employee's dont take pride in making the food. They just getto it together and throw it in a bag. Everyone in Roosevelt calls that location mchood Donald's. Please tear this place down and build something new or fire everyone and start over.

The service is horrible you barely get the correct order...the coffee is terrible the sweet tea taste like water and when you complain they get attitudes. The food presentation is always sloppy. I went there another day for a free mint hot chocolate and the Manger gave me a cold hot chocolate and told me it will get hot when I stur it up. He knew that made no sense. It's bad enough the meat is not real beef between that and the service will not go back. I live close by but will go to burger King.

My 13 year old son has recently called this McDonalds and he was asking about how to order online and instantly you could hear the frustration coming off of this women it was late at night so it was hard to decipher either she was tired or just and excuse my language a BITCH she repeatedly got angry and my son and even went to the point of calling him a faggot and a dirty asshole so come the next day I go into the store to get some food due to the fact that I was hungry and the second I took a step in that place I was presented with what i believe is one of the worst McDonalds on the face of this earth, the staff was quite frankly very rude and the food was very not well cooked and it took and total of 3 tries to remake the burger I had asked for I tried to ask for a corporate number but was not given one I believe this goes against the rules of McDonalds and I will try yet again to get a corporate number I do with a strong tone believe this so called establishment to be shut down or be fixed up and have the employees properly trained they look like they don't want to be there and they barely even talk to you or say anything they most of the time just mumble or grumble and roll their eyes like they have better things to do, this store is also very messy at times and unpleasant to be inside I would rather spend time in a Russian gulag then spend 2 minutes in this place it is again atrocious

BAD BAD BAD The Manger that worked on 5/25 /2015 is the worst every about 10pm I went in to order food he was very loud cursing .I order my food as i stood there he took a order from the drive through and he had a cup that had sugar in it .He never used the cup but he put it back with the clean cups . I asked lady to take the cup out and through it out and she was very nice and through it out. This rude man came up and started talking very nasty when i ask him for his name he took his badge off and started swearing and i did to then called the police on me for no reason at all .This is not the first time he did something nasty .One day he put on lip gloss or chap stick and rubbed his lips and then made the french fries . I told him that he should where gloves .He does not need this job . I will tell every one Bad Bad BAD..Tamie Williams

I am very disappointed with the way management runs there business at the Roosevelt Macdonalds after 9pm. First off let me say that I am a local resident and I have been going to our local McDonalds since it first opened in 2000-2001. This particular week I've been going to McDonalds at night because of my work schedule. It's fast, it's cheap, it's convenient. That's good enough for me. But I've noticed ever time I order a meal, they always charge me for a large. At first I thought nothing of it. I thought, " well I'm hungry anyway, no big deal". But by the third night I began to notice a pattern. So tonight I decided to express my concerns to management. The manager told me that the "system" was set up that way. (LMAO!!!!! ) I told him so why is it that whenever I order a meal I'm always charged for a medium in the morning or the afternoon? He stuck to his story and told me it was the "system". Now besides being a consumer, I manage a store myself. And I know a manager's job is to promote sales and service, and I respect that. But you shouldn't mislead customers to gain revenue. I expressed this to manager and he replied that, " every McDonalds is different, they are a franchise". When I mentioned that I've been coming to the same McDonalds for years, he offered me a medium meal and refund me the difference. I declined, and told him I wouldn't feel comfortable eating food from a restaurant I criticized for being unethical. DO NOT EAT HERE AFTER 9PM!!!!

Worst McDonalds restaurant I have been to. Customer service very poor. Food quality is also poor. French fries were very thin and never seen anything like that in any other McDonalds restaurant. Rest rooms were extremely dirty and smelly.

Filthy establishment with ZERO management supervisory!! I live in the immediate area and have frequented this McDonalds in Roosevelt over 30 times while I have been here. My last order was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. COFFEE GRINDS WERE PURPOSELY PUT INTO ALL OF THE SODAS I ORDERED!! I placed 3 orders of 10 piece chicken nuggets and fries about 2 days ago around 9 PM, I was not answered at the ordering promoter for 3 minutes, then when I paid for the food, it took 12 minutes to receive the order! The staff is eagerly disrespectful and gives attitude to many customers that I have observed directly over my visits to this McDonalds as well as this particular visit. When I returned home with over $20 worth of food for 3 people, we all began to drink our sodas. Everyone began to complain that their throats hurt and I felt a soreness and almost closing of my throat as well. I opened up the soda cup to investigate and saw a plentiful amount of coffee grinds all over the surface ice and top of the cup. The same was true for all the sodas. To estimate how much coffee grinds were in the drinks, I would say about 1 cup worth. This immediately grossed everyone out and we had to throw out the entire meal for fear of our health. With the attitude that was displayed by the staff during this visit, I feel that this was done intentionally to be spiteful. I have been handed incorrect orders and waited excessively long at least 50% of the visits I have had here. Every time I visit this McDonalds during the day and dine in, there are always flies all over the cookies because the covering flaps are old and out of alignment. DISGUSTING PLACE! For your own safety avoid this place at all costs until the health department or McDonalds corporate closes this health hazard down.

this is honestly the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to. i feel like service has been at the lowest for years and there needa to be a change. this establishment has disgusting bathrooms & the service is poor. it is very slow and it seems my food is thrown in the bag. to conclude, this resturant needs to be removed. or needs a total revision. this is the worst mcdonalds on long island.
