McDonald's has the best iced tea of any national fast food chain. This location has always provided friendly and fast service without. Botched ordering issue unlike the Continental store that has endless problems.

I would like to share my positive experience with Krystal from McDonald's store #31779. She offered truly exceptional service, demonstrating kindness and attentiveness. My order was prepared accurately, and the food was good, which is always appreciated. It is refreshing to interact with such a positive and friendly employee. Krystal certainly deserves recognition for her efforts.

Just went to this location. Seems like every time the workers attitudes get worst. No interpersonal skills at all. At the window the girl said the order back to me half a**, "Big Mac meal, Quarter pounder and the rest" 🤔 so I finished my order off for her. We received our order and, of course, made the mistake of checking it at home. Fries filled halfway, bottom of the fry container not folded, so they looked full, no salt on the fries. 10 piece nugget missing a nugget. No receipt was given, I had to ask for one. Don't work nights if you cannot handle it. There were 2 other cars besides me. Paid close to $50. Do better. It's frustrating as heck. Update: it got worse, the Quarter pounder was raw, shown in image. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I hate giving bad reviews but tired of getting ripped off here. I know it's my fault for not checking every time if the order is right. It happens almost every time I have ordered food here from the drive through. The last two times my wife got all the way home on Duval Rd. to find the order was missing items. Yes we got a refund but they need to do better.

I’ve lived in this area for a year and a half now. The amount of times I’ve been to this McDonald’s and gotten good service or a good attitude from the worker is ZERO. NONE. Every single time I come I get an attitude from each of the workers. No customer service whatsoever.

30 min wait just to take my order!! I was stuck in line and had no choice but wait. I think that's ridiculous. I could have made it to Tucson, ordered and ate by the time I even got to the second window. The crew needs to step it up!!! Come on management.

I should know better by now because every single time they get the order wrong. After you order, they make you pull over to the site and wait 5-10 minutes. Last time I was in a rush, and they forgot my ketchup and sauce. Seriously, who orders nuggets without sauce and fries without ketchup.

I ordered extra stuff for my big breakfast.2 sausage and 2 more scrambled eggs ..all they have me was my extras and I paid way more 25 and some change .

The employees at this McDonald's are the rudest! I don't know what it is, but for some reason, whenever I come here they talk to me in such a rude tone and have an attitude. Sometimes the code on my app won't work or they refuse to use a different code- making the purchase more difficult for me. I won't be back- the McDonald's a few miles down will have my business from now on.

Menu changes from midnight to morning at around 4am cool no problem I put in my order in and drive to the location to find out they are closed my money has been taken and no food is even available great way to do business take your money and don't get food at all shut down your app if your closed it's vary simple

Always messing up my orders. Coffee always tastes like crap. They need to pay more attention to what they're doing

This place is hands down the worst. The second lane is twice as slow as the inside lane assuming it is working. The staff is slow compared to other McDonald's and cannot figure out how to fix simple orders. If I could give a zero I would. Skip and make the extra drive to all the places down by Walmart. You will thank me for it.

If I could give a -1 I would. This has got to be the worst McDonald's ever. They're always out of stuff. Their machines are always broken. Today no ice. It's 90° out, and no ice!

Convinced the night crew is purposefully ignoring order requests. Ive worked at this McDonald's previously a few years ago, and I assure you that this wouldn't have happened unless it was laziness followed by blatant disrespect for the customer. I made an order for 3 triple cheese burgers with no pickles and add mac sauce, as I always do when I come here. Received my three burgers, after I watched the girl at the window stand there with the bag and the food for 7 minutes laughing with a coworker after checking my order. I didn't realize what they were laughing about until I got home, and realized that my burgers were just COLD Big Macs with EVERYTHING stripped off and wrapped in the proper wrapping. I am a regular at this store during the lunch hours and always have a pleasant experience. I know it gets busy and spirits get low, but this is genuinely disappointing and appears that the employees have no intention at making their management or the Mc.Diaz Organization look good. I know that Paul and Nelie Diaz will be appalled when they discover what has come of this once great establishment.

worst mcdonalds i've ever been to. i've always had issues coming here. They are lazy and unprofessional. Out of all the times i've been here they could never serve me coffee, ice cream, or even something simple as a spite. I asked for a chicken sandwich with mac sauce and please tell me where is the mac sauce?? They just slammed my sandwich together carelessly. I got off work late around 2 AM and they told me they couldn't serve me because they had no food. It's a 24 hour fkn fast food restaurant service, tf you mean you can't serve me?!! It was 2 girls laughing around just being lazy when all i wanted was a burger. The food isn't even that good. It sucks that it's the only mcdonalds out in sahuarita. I hope this location can get their shi together and service customers with respect and reaching their needs to the best of their abilities.

I was so excited to come to McDonalds. and I got 2 McGriddle and a McMuffin and the forgot all the egg and the hashbrown you charged us more for you no to give it to us. you lost a very good customer

Everything the place is dirty and restrooms are not clean always out of toilet paper people using the napkins slowest counter people ever and drive thru is really slow. The Windows are so nasty n dirty and floors look like they have never been mopped at all and tables are always dirty. The only focus they have are on the drive thru and online orders always out of more than one item and staff are cussing in a daily basis and I used to like the fries but that is out the window at this location totally the worst location ever... NASTY

it was the best! They had great service and drinks+food! The best part was the playground. it was so fun!

Go to Culver's go to Arby's go to panda which all suck but are a way better option the. This P.O.S. Establishment . If you wanna get your food wrong spend 30 minutes in a drive-through for them to give you incorrect food incorrect change to drive back through the drive-through have to wait 45 minutes they put a bunch of cars in front of you that shouldn't be in front of you Because the person doesn't know how to work the @ucking drive-through line properly how hard is it to do one line then the other .... These mangers need to hire people with common sense

The night crew is by far the worst crew, very confused on how i asked for extra pickles and got one. Also it raises high concern that we were the only car in the drive thru after hours and sat for about 5-8 minutes at the window without any interaction and the girl was unsure if she had even seen us before giving us the food, it seemed as if maybe she might just lack common sense or maybe just has an attention issue not sure but do better! (i wanted to put a .5 rating but it wouldn't allow me to)

I was very confused with the ordering board in the restaurant. I wanted to use my app points. I received such great service in helping me figure it out. The machine wasn't working properly that day, so they gave me my item anyways. I really haven't had a bad experience there. I never have been a big fan of McDonalds, but the app helped me try it again, and it has saved me money and it's convenient.

Worst McDonalds ever. If you like cold fries, incomplete orders, lots of aggravation then go to the Sahuarita McDonalds. Almost every time I go through the drive-thru I leave not receiving the right items. Often they are out of popular items. I hate this McDonalds.

This is probably one of the dirtiest McDonald's. The playground around was so bad, I will not be bring my child back to play here. fries on the floor everywhere, the tabletops were extremely dirty. Spills wherever. The food like at every other McDonald's, not good. The mcchicken patty was dirty and cold, the employees are stingy with the sauces and only give you one. The soda machine smelled disgusting, it smelled like urine. The least possible effort was going into cleaning the place up. The play ground actually smelled like poop.

EXTREME ISSUES WITH THE MC DONALDS ON 775 W Via Rancho Sahuarita Sahuarita, AZ 85629 United States ***THE YOUNG GIRL WORKING THE DRIVE THROUGH OCTOBER 3RD'S LATE NIGHT SHIFT INTO THE 4TH IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNIMAGINABLY DISRESPECTFUL*** ***SHE IS SUPER SKINNY AND HAS SLIGHTLY TAN SKIN WITH MEDIUM/LONG CURRLY HAIR*** I would've rated this mc Donald's a 4-5 star if it wasn't for one employee who single-handedly ruins everything about this mc Donald's in Sahuarita Az. I'm not sure what her name is she never wears a name tag probably for situations like these where customers are trying to name her but can't. I arrived at mc Donald's at 11:25 pm to order a Big Mac bundle and 2 large drinks, when I was done ordering I asked if I could pay for 10 bbq and 10 honey mustard sauces seeing as the Big Mac bundle comes with 40 chicken nuggets, and I was met with "we don't sell sauces and I'm not going to give you 10 sauces each" with extreme attitude and anger. So I responded I can't purchase the sauces but I won't be given the sauces either? And she proceeded to hit me with "nah", "omg" "stop talking to me" so I pulled through the drive thru to the first window to pay for my food and my fiancé asked her to clarify why we couldn't get more sauces and she called us dumb because she "already told us that we weren't getting anymore sauces" so me being an adult and not having the time or the patience to deal with a bratty little girl who is so unhappy with her life that she is trying so hard to make mine a complete strangers life as miserable as hers, I drove up to the second window to get my food and be on my way. To my luck this lovely young lady was at the window with my food with a nasty hate filled smirk on her face and she proceeded shoved my bag of food into my hands with extreme force. I proceeded to drive away as my fiancé checked the bag of food because we definitely don't trust anything she put in the bag at this point and we had 3 sauces so not even the 4 we were allotted to get with our meal and she dumped fries into the bag with out a fry container. When we got home we checked the Big Macs and chicken nuggets and the Big Mac was completely just thrown together and the chicken nuggets were frozen. I will be adding pictures below. This is not the first time I've dealt with this young lady. a month or two back i had an order for a few cheese burgers with the curbside pick up and when she came out to give me my food she was extremely rude and almost threw the bag of food into my car and just walked away not even a half ass have a nice day nothing!! PLEASE IF YOU KNOW THE NAME OF THIS YOUNG GIRL PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT IT IS I WANT TO REPORT HER TO CORPORATE OR THE DISTRICT MANAGER AT THE VERY LEAST. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS MC DONALDS BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER KNOW WHEN SHES WORKING AND WHEN WHAT HAPPENED TO ME WILL HAPPEN TO YOU. Such a disappointment this use to be my favorite Mac Donald's in green valley and sahuarita with everything from customer service to food preparation and cleanliness in the establishment.

I wrote a review on google and I'm writing one here! Absolutely horrible location!!! If you're desperate, there's a better location more into green valley. I've MAYBE met one nice employee here, and I don't go often because of the wait times and barely edible food, but I had a rough night and just needed something. Not only was I double charged, I had the employee shut the door on me when I went to ask about it. I've worked fast food, and I understand night shifts are tough but that was out of pocket. One of the employees didn't even have a uniform on. You are better off just flushing whatever money you would've spent here. STAY! AWAY!

I made a mobile order at 2:10am because website said they don't start breakfast until 3:59. I came in for my food at approximately 2:20-2:25 and they said they were getting ready for breakfast. They also said if I don't pick up my food the app will automatically refund me and it has not in fact refunded me. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, first time I made the order at 1:30am.

Customer service is a four letter word to the people who work at the Sahuarita store. I walked in and found the only way to order was thru the kiosk. I do not like using them but there was no alternate. I elected to pay cash and the instructions "Please pay at an open register". Only there was no open register. After several minutes and being ignored by 3 staff members ( no eye contact or even acknowledging of my presence) I left hungry. This is not the first time I have been ignored by staff but it will definitely be my last. There should NEVER be a time when staff ignores a custome.

Zero stars if I could. Took over 30 minutes for 2 kids meals and 10 piece chicken nuggets. This place needs help. Wasn't even busy and it took this long. Place doesn't have their AC on either.

Service is not welcoming, very rude, and very slow. Have to pull into a spot to wait for our food, then when we receive it the food is cold. Not clean. Tried this place 3 times due to convenience, not worth it and will never return.

Being a resident of Sahuarita, we have limited options for fast food. Every time I go to this McDonalds something goes wrong. Today I ordered an Oreo mcflurry and I noticed that there was a little bit of Oreo crumbs on the top. Thought it was something new. Half way home I grab it and noticed that the only Oreo it has is that top little bunch. I called them and I asked the girl who answered if they weren't mixing it because it was only on the top. She replied with " we're changing the machine right now so we can't mix" I told her it would've been nice for them to disclose that at the time of the ordering, because if all I wanted was a cup of ice cream then that's what I would've ordered. All she said was sorry. So annoyed with this place and they really don't care about customer service or the people that go in there to purchase their food.

Drive through service is super slow, and staff are extremely rude. This is the third time and I live 5 minutes away, not going here again. I do not recommend. Needs better management.

The drive thru employees at night will absolutely treat you like shit. I stopped going because of the food poisoning, this McDonald's is absolutely terrible.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a #5 and I swear it looked and sounded like the girl at the first window where you go to pay was half asleep. She told me how much the order was and it came put to be $19.99 which was fine because I ordered a frap to go along with it. But then I asked how much a mcflurry was and she said 19.99 and I asked that much for a mcflurry? And she didn't reply instead she just starred at me with a blank stare with a smile on her face. Mind you I spoke pretty clear.

This place is the worst! They should shut it down asap. The management are the least competent people I have ever talked to... the manager would not even tell me her name.. that's saying something.

Disappointed. I got a smoothie and had a few drinks only to notice plastic debris. Thankfully I wasn't able to drink it fast due to patient care at work and when it melted some the plastic started to appear. I am very disappointed. They should be doing regular maintenance!!! Terrible service. Workers had no idea what was going on. When we checked our food at home, we noticed that there was a hair stuck on one of the sauces and another sauce had exploded in the bag making a sticky mess. This location is not worth being open.

This store is terrible. They don't seem to care about the customers. It feels like they just want you to hurry up and order, pay quickly eat fast and get the hell out. They don't even crack a smile. My visit was in the inside and not the drive thru.

it's a waste of breathe to say this but the people running night shift are super rude. i am a general manger of a fast food restaurant and i understand having bad customers. but the girl who i spoke to was extremely rude. I came late at like 12:30 at night. placed an online order and they claimed they couldn't access their POS system, which i 1000000% understand, as i worked over night shifts and it happened to be plenty of times. I was simply asking the girl what time they would reopen, she came in the speaker extremely rude saying "i am talking, you can talk when i am done" like i said before i just wanted to know when i could come back to order and she was SO freaking rude to me.

Upper management needs a serious lesson in scheduling! I grabbed food for the fam on a Friday night, 11 PM and waited in their drive-thru for 35 minutes. WTF. Their drive-thru speaker kept repeating the other person's order and I realized after about 15 seconds I wasn't talking to anyone but myself. Odd, never seen a drive-thru speaker echo another person's order. The food was OK and customer service was actually decent but you can tell that these workers are so short-staffed that their hands are tied. I saw maybe 4 people working in there: To man 2 drive-thru windows, cook, clean, and cashier people. Really? Again, customer service was solid. Employees were super nice but darn are they overworked and it shows. Badly! Won't be back.

I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero. This McDonald's gets my order wrong at least 75% of the time. I've brought this up to the manager numerous times but it just keeps getting worse. Also, do not go through the drive through as they will just send the other line through as you sit and wait.

Worst customer service. They stop taking any orders between 4:00-5:00 am because their "system is down". Everyday. when their system happens to be up and running, they make sure your order is messed up somehow. soggy fries is typical. 1 less chicken nugget sometimes. Wrong fountain drink realized by the time I get home. this location never seems to get order right.

Sunday morning customer service is very unfriendly. Both window staff employees gave dirty looks and appeared to care less about their jobs. I understand working Sundays are a drag but I had to work them most of my career and provided friendly service (even when I had to fake it) making $8 per hour. Starting pay at $14 per hour you would expect at least "have a good day" when you say it to them first. Anyways friendly customer service is hard to find on a Sunday morning at the McDonalds in Sahuarita.

They always give me something wrong or don't give it to me at all. Today I asked for iced tea and they gave me an old tea that tastes like water and ice

This is a typical McDonalds. Same food- consistent with the rest of the massive chain. The food is generally fresh and orders are generally correct. The service in the drive thru is pretty good. There's a gentleman at the first window who is always friendly and always has a good tip. Considering how busy this place stays it's clean and pretty fast. One of the better McD's I've been to!

This Mickey D's is located close to my home, but it's very poorly run. Many mistakes are made on orders & I ALWAYS have to check my order b/4 I drive away & they seem reluctant to provide me w/my receipt. Last night the girl seemed perplexed when I handed her a coupon for a buy 1 get 1 free frappe Y when I politely asked for my receipt she took several minutes to provide it. They should change their name to McHorrible!!

So tired of the lazy night crew. Half the time you try to order at the 24/7 location, their "system is down" or "rebooting". Other half of the time they have poor attitudes and get the order wrong (how does that happen when you're the only customer?) Wouldn't be surprised if these were the type of people to spit in your food because you simply want a mistake corrected. Manager needs to clean house and hire people willing to not only work, but provide pleasant service as well. These kids just want to be paid $15 an hour and not lift a finger. My grandma always raised me so that "no matter what job I do, I do the best I can at that job". These kids didn't get the memo..

There was a helpful employee who made using the kiosk easy. The food was standard Mcdonalds breakfast fare but the coffee was hot and tasted good. The manager stopped by and offered to get us refills. Coffee just a dollar but a latte was 4.26. Higher than Starbucks. Much better than our last visit.

Not that it really needs to be said BUT this McDonalds IS the ABSOLUTE WORST IN THE UNITED STATES. I feel as though I can say this with a great deal of certainty, too. Being a part of a military family, I have spent my fair share of time visiting various restaurants, using their facilities, interactihg with employees and consuming their food. Now, bear in mind "food" and "employees" are words that can and are terms I use very loosely when referring to McDonalds. Well, since living in the Sahuarita /Green Valley area we have tried both the McDonalds in the area. Tonight I wanted an apple pie. My husband, my wonderful, sweet husband of 32yrs told me he would be more than happy to run out. He choose SAHUARITA MCDONALDS. The drive-thru was long....he went in. He was there with only one other person. The African-American girl took his order and told him they were out of pies. He said he would wait the 8 MINUTES for one. She then said they were TOO SHORT HANDED to make it. So, my husband took a look and he said to her that there were 10 EMPLOYEES WORKING....how many needed to be on the clock to make a pie? Then he requested the manager (another young lady) who also told him there weren't enough people working to make a pie. NOW...BY THIS TIME THE PIE WOULD HAVE ALMOST BEEN DONE. I asked my husband if he knew how they cooked them...they put them in a tray and into a type of toaster oven. (PERIOD) no skilled, certified, trained labor required. IS ANYONE SURPRISED BY THIS STORY? PROBABLY NOT! BUT....MAYBE...IF THE STARS HAVE ALIGNED, THE OWNERS MAY ACTUALLY READ THIS &TRY TO AT THE VERY LEAST PUT MANAGENT IN THERE THAT CARES A LITTLE. ***I wish I didn't even have to give them a single star to publish this. The fact that my husband had to spend time driving over there and NOT getting the apple pie makes them deserve LOSING STARS

Great service by staff at this Sahuarita location, everyone was so helpful. Food was good, and the place was clean.

You know I never have any high expectations for McDonald's, But when you can't even make a Burger the way that you order off the menu with zero modifications. Well that's just extremely disappointing. Then when you have to go into the restaurant to show them the burger to get a replacement and the manager chooses to argue with you even though you have the burger in your hands showing them that it was wrong and the receipt even showing them that it's wrong. Well anyway 5 minuets later she finally had them make me a new burger. For the price McDonald's is now it's not worth it. I much rather go to a sit down restaurant and eat enjoyable food for the same price.

Most ​nights we do not get our food we do mobile order we get there and we are told they can not make any food. Tonight they poured all the grease from the fryer onto our burgers that we can not eat or we will get sick. We can't even pick the burgers up without them pouring grease out of them. $40.00 and can't have our lunch. A 2am order you would think would be made a little better since there's not that much service at that time! I would add pictures but it's not allowing me too!
