I would like to share my positive experience with Krystal from McDonald's store #31779. She offered truly exceptional service, demonstrating kindness and attentiveness. My order was prepared accurately, and the food was good, which is always appreciated. It is refreshing to interact with such a positive and friendly employee. Krystal certainly deserves recognition for her efforts.

Just went to this location. Seems like every time the workers attitudes get worst. No interpersonal skills at all. At the window the girl said the order back to me half a**, "Big Mac meal, Quarter pounder and the rest" 🤔 so I finished my order off for her. We received our order and, of course, made the mistake of checking it at home. Fries filled halfway, bottom of the fry container not folded, so they looked full, no salt on the fries. 10 piece nugget missing a nugget. No receipt was given, I had to ask for one. Don't work nights if you cannot handle it. There were 2 other cars besides me. Paid close to $50. Do better. It's frustrating as heck. Update: it got worse, the Quarter pounder was raw, shown in image. 🤦🏽‍♀️

The quarter pounder with cheese tasted as if Gordon Ramsay himself had prepared it for me. The French fries were crispy on the outside. Soft on the inside season's just right and every bite was better than a threesome with 2 Victoria's secret models. come on people, it's McDonald's.

I should know better by now because every single time they get the order wrong. After you order, they make you pull over to the site and wait 5-10 minutes. Last time I was in a rush, and they forgot my ketchup and sauce. Seriously, who orders nuggets without sauce and fries without ketchup.

If I could put zero stars I would. This location has been incompetent and inconsistent for as long as I have lived here. For 10 plus years this establishment has been a sorry excuse for a restaurant let alone a fast food chain as big as McDonald’s. Save your money and travel to Tucson or buy food elsewhere because I can almost guarantee one of a few things will happen with your experience here. 1. Your customer service experience will be abysmal due to the fact hardly anyone on the staff cares (including management). They are in a people business, yet do everything they can to avoid interaction. 2. Your order will be wrong/cold. I have eaten here countless times over the course of a 10+ year span and I have progressively gone to this specific location less and less due to the HORRENDOUS overall experience every time. 3. You’re going to wait in a ridiculous 20+ minute line for absolutely no reason. There are staff chit chatting while customers wait to have their order taken or issue dealt with. Overall this business should probably be shut down and replaced with something that is consistent, enjoyable, responsive, responsible, and respectful. 0/5 ratings for me. I advise others to stay away as well for the benefit of our community.

i got cheated here.Girl prolly thought this order was for me. but it was for my client. I walked in for M sugar free vanilla ice coffee. I was given a Small. went back 2 days later to order same. this time drive thru and I was given the right size. sounds like somebody needs to be retrained on sizes. or it was something else going with her. Valencia very unfriendly

For some reason 5 cars went through right lane before I was asked for my order. Decided to just cancel the order. Not sure why I had to wait 15min vs the other line. Cancelled order and then was told as long as it wasn't picked up that I wouldn't be charged. So I left then received a message 20min later saying my order was picked up and I was charged. Called the store to be told that I would now have to go in for a refund.
