I love not working fast food, but McDonald's requires for you to use their kiosk to help keep their costs down by making you a work for free employee. My son loves their breakfast so we go in. I placed an order and the navigation just came to a halt . I could see my order but there was no check out option. I can't believe this billion dollar company makes a user interface this lacking. If you want to pay for your order you have to decode the riddle. I will assist. Once your order is placed and you want to check out you have to hit "view my order button" that is what they feel is equivalent to "check out" or "pay". It is the bottom center.

This McDonalds has great costumer service. We use the self service tablet. Food was fast delivered. Employee asked several times how we were doing and I felt that was great.

Update: They must have a new manager because things are great now. OLD REVIEW: They gave me a cheeseburger with no meat patty! I called the customer service line on receipt and it was disconnected. I called the other number on the receipt, and the number was disconnected. I understand Bill Gates and the World Economic Forum want us to eat bugs and vegan, but this is not what I ordered...

I went through drive through. The screen to order was flashing a bit. The attendant was pretty neutral, but the food attendant was pretty sweet. I bought a mcflurry and large fry order 11 something. Not the staffs fault but yesterday I got a oreo shake and large fries for 10.20.

There is a lot to unpack with this location. Let me start off by saying that it's in an industrial business area, so traffic isn't crazy as there are several other options for food. We have been going here for close to 7 years now and it has finally got to a point where there will no longer be another visit unless management and staffing is corrected. My coworkers and I used to visit once or twice a week and would order our food using the mobile app. For whatever reason, it never failed that someone's order wouldn't be correct. It could be something as simple as adding sauce that wasn't supposed to be on the Big Mac. Maybe a cheese burger that came as a hamburger. In the past we would bring it to their attention and the item would be corrected. Now they get frustrated with you or just flat out tell you there is nothing that can be done. Mcdonalds was built on good customer service and correct orders (don't forget the customer is always right). So this has become a problem. The atmosphere is that of any other Mcdonalds, but this one tends to have dirty tables and a pungent odor in the bathroom. Nobody wants to wash their hands when it smells like a sewer in there. For these reasons I've chosen to give a low rating. For now, we will continue to go the location on Scrantton which is definitely out of the way but friendly, fresh and clean!

Nice McDonald’s location. Food tasted great, got the double quarter pounder with cheese and chicken nuggets with some chocolate shakes. Went through the drive thru and the staff were all very nice and quick. Recommend this location!

One of the worst Mickey D's around. Every time I've ordered from here, the buns are super dry and they can't get my order right. And it's really not a complicated order! Last night I ordered my favorite, a Big Mac with extra Big Mac sauce. I reiterated a couple of times that I wanted extra sauce, because my experience has been that they don't get it right. They charged me for extra sauce, confirmed there would be extra sauce, and guess what I did NOT get? Yep, extra sauce. In fact, it didn't even seem like there was a regular amount of sauce! On top of that, the meat patties were way overdone, the cheese wasn't even close to being melted, and the bread was dry. A total waste of a cheat meal. Ive been to this location a number of times over the past couple of years, and almost every time I am super disappointed in the quality of my food.

Get the application you'll save big this review has a lot to do with the app . As you can tell I like McDonald's this location drive thru was fast and friendly . Fries are always good for me and if they don't meet my expectations they will always remake them . The location of the plaza is big with lots of choices of food plenty of parking . The outside seating is plus for does sunny San Diego days

McDonald's should be $$ nowadays! Inflation has hit. If you're going to order from McDonald's, you gotta use the app. It's the only way to do it. They offer huge discounts, so you don't find yourself paying $20 for a mystery meat burger and fries. Another pro-tip: don't use curbside. Drive thru is almost always faster for take-out. The curbside processes always adds on some significant time.

when short on time and you see a deal, you try to jump on it. especially with inflation going around in the country. got the cheeseburger deal. specifically requested NO ONIONS on it. picked up order and when was ready to eat it later... the cheeseburger was FULL of onions. when I mean full, they put onion in-between EVERY layer. whoever was making the order either hates their life or just wants to ruin others who decided to order from McD. Literally did the opposite of what was on the order, and not normal amount, more than what was asked. other then that, the employee who dropped off the food was nice.

Came in with my kids to grab some quick lunch, and was greeted right away from staff, order was quick, location was clean and staff checked up on us while we ate inside...overall, our experience was excellent. You don't come across great and friendly customer service like that anymore!

Ordered my food today through the McDonald's app and half my order was missing. I have been trying to call this location but their voice box isn't set up yet. Update: The lady on the phone said she didn't know how to do a refund from the app? Then she was quite on the phone, like expecting me to say, "oh no worries, just keep my money, bye." In the end, they just told me to come to the store or do it through the app. I worked in fast food, I know they can do the refund on their end. It's not complicated. I've visited this location before, they are very quick accuse the customer of lying about missing food. Don't order from this location.

I have had appointments early near by so I have had the opportunity to stop by everyday for the last week and use my mobile app and points. The food was doing okay until my last visit. I tried for the first time ever the "Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich" It was 5.29$. Tasted great I was super impressed. Next visit, Big Mac, changed it up, next visit McChicken just didn't want to spend the 5$ on another chicken sandwich my mistake, tasted like one of the chicken sandwiches that AM/PM use to sell. Next visit I totally screwed up, ordered the "Crispy Chicken Sandwich" down side was its just chicken, pickels and a bun. This was worse than the AM/PM sandwich some how, the chicken must have been the worst cut ever or something, chewing it apart was difficult and rough to ingest, dry going down cause there was no type of sauce on the bread/bun. I definitely dont recommend ordering it in the future. To make things worse, I noticed on every receipt I received the word promo and a string of numbers on the receipt. Well its not plain to figure out, you have to go to a website and complete a survey for the "promo". So i found the website. Then after completion you get another code. The website says you can redeem for whatever promo the receipt says. Well looking at every receipt none of the receipts had any type of promo on them just the words. So I went in and was help by the manager. The inside actually looked clean and newly remodeled. Gave my receipt to the manager who had no idea what the promo was so she decided to play it off and provide me the current special, by one get one BigMac, Or 10 piece, or 1/4 pounder for a dollar. Called the 858# on the receipt told her I wasn't complaining just that same special is on the sign in the drive thru. Anywho, do not purchase the Crispy Chicken Sandwich without something to wash it down, you can thank me later.

The minute we opened door, we were greeted with a warm smile and ordered right away. This local restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly with our guests. I would high recommend! We ordered a milk and soda and we were happy.

Excellent customer service today. There was an elderly gentleman in front of me & the manager Maria (2pm on 04/22/2023) was extremely patient, helpful, & kind to him. She greeted me with a great smile and a hello. There was another manager (Filipina) who was also very kind and helpful. Both women were such sweethearts to the elderly gentlemen and kept smiles in their faces.

Picture says all however I rarely treat myself to McDonald's and when I do I kind of expect at least a mostly full cup when ordering a sundae. There was no one in the drive thru so it wasn't a hurrying issue. (And at least a lukewarm burger with semi melted cheese would have been ok but it was room temperature..I still ate it though:))

McDonald's off Murphy Canyon in San Diego is a pretty good place drive through personnel for the most part are pretty friendly, professional and thorough.

Just went here after kids Dr appointment and they said they wanted McDonald's. What a mistake. In addition to everything else I ordered I order 2 happy meals for my daughters one wanted double fries the other wanted double apples which I told them at the order screen. She repeated my order back perfectly. The issues was at the pick up window with Marta and Maribel. When I went to open the happy meals one only had one fry the nuggets toy and nothing else. The other had one apple one fry. Neither what I ordered. I told Marta I'll put one fry with the other one to make the double fry and so just give me an apple to fix it. Well, Marta doesn't speak English and went to get Maribel who is supposedly the manager (who acted like anything but). I told her what happened and what I was missing and instead of fixing it she literally accused me of stealing a small kids fry from a happy meal. She insinuated she made the happy meal herself and knew they were correct. For the record I have 4 kids as witnesses. This supposed manager instead of admitted their mistake blames the customer and accuses them of stealing. WTF!!! Are you kidding I was so upset I told her she could come search my car. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. This location should be embarrassed to have management like this. If I could give this location no stars I would. Shame on you Maribel!!!!

Quick snack for the little one fries and nuggets both hot and fresh. They did fill fries to top and about a handful of dipping sauce. Customer service was great, not used to great service AND food at the same time at a McDonalds restaurant. Today was a lucky day!!

Ordered a sweet tea. It was make in the coffee pot. Waste of money. Smelled and tasted like leftover coffee mixed with tea. Terrible!! What's going on with this place. The staff don't have any passion for what they are feeding the customers. They need a new group of staff. Horrible!!!

I don't always go to McDonald's, but when I do they fu$k my order up 100% of the time, everytime. I understand I have a choice in where I eat. I've lived in the area for about 5 years. I've paid for cheese and gotten McChicken's with no cheese. One time they were so nice they left plastic from the cheese wrapper in my sandwich! Ice cream machine broken multiple times. I get it, it's McDonald's but can you try at least?

I came here for lunch with a couple of my coworkers since I'm in the area three times a week every week. As we pulled up, the parking lot was getting full. The drive thru was even worse as the line lead out to the parking lot. My coworker managed to find a parking spot up front. I ordered a fish sandwich medium combo. I got my receipt with a number on it. I sat down with my coworkers while I waited. Within 5 minutes my number was called. Talk about fast food! The fish sandwich was good although the French fries were really salty. Typically their fries aren't doused with so much salt. This location put too much. Ugh! Made me so thirsty. I drank Diet Coke for my drink. I try not to drink sodas but only on occasion I will drink it. There's plenty of seating inside as well as flat screen televisions up on the corners of the dine in area. I don't think I'd come here again because there's so much traffic coming in and out of here. Air conditioning in here is a plus.

Long wait, iffy service. I hate to seem harsh but they took EVERYTHING out of the lobby except for 2 self serve registers. For one thing I cannot use those because it never gets my custom order correct. There were several people waiting for drink refills for I'm guessing a good 5 to 10 MINUTES, Because they took the soda machine out!! It's like they're trying to turn this location into a drive-through only. I'm guessing they don't have enough staff either. My cashier was nice enough but I needed to know which toys they had to complete my collection, and granted they looked at the top open happy meal boxes, they could have checked just a couple below those. All I wanted to know was if there was a different one available, but I didn't need them to dig around or anything... Did they change manager? Because this location was never so bad before in my experience...

CHUN P's EXPECTATIONS VERSUS REALITY Season 3, Episode 1 My Guilty Pleasure: the McDonald's Sausage Biscuit with Egg. Loaded with fat(35g) and sodium(1080mg), this tasty and oily delight probably has little to zero nutritional value and probably shortens your overall lifespan. However, its delicious and will keep you full for a solid 3-4 hours. Bonus that the marketing photo is quite close to what I actually got.

True story, great help. They honored a coupon on their app for a $2 Sandwich. I got a Smoke house that apparently doesn't qualify for the coupon. Staff was so kind. Only problem was they forgot to put the meat in the sandwich. Drive through of course. Still taste good.

I mostly stop at this location via the drive thru as it is on my way to get on the freeway. It is typical McDonalds food. Staff is usually pretty friendly. Never any real issues. The waits especially at night are not that long. It has relatively easy access in and out. One thing this location and I see in other locations now are the two ordering lanes that merge. I can see the reason for them but not a fan of them. I am kind of the more hop in line, wait your turn, and move on.

Drove through for a quick snack with my kiddo. Paid at the 1st window where the young man was properly masked. Drove to the 2nd window for the food. The young lady who made the sundae had her nose exposed. The gentleman who was putting the order together had his mask below his mouth. I asked for a refund and refused the food. When you have immune compromised children you can't take any chances. Needless to say my kid was very disappointed.

Horrendous customer service. The male manager was rude at the pick up window. He never even spoke or looked at us, basically just tossed the bag out the window & walked away. There was a female manager (pink jacket) in the background eating with her fingers then preparing food orders. The only plus side of our stop here was the sweet girl who took our order. Avoid this location if possible.

I stop at this McDonald's roughly 4-5 times a month, usually through the drive thru. The food is consistently good as you would expect from a McDonald's. I decided to get off and dine in on this visit. The first thing I noticed was the flat screen kiosk as you walk in. I assumed it was user friendly so I placed my order on it. I was able to navigate the menu with ease. If you use the McDonald's application for deals, you are able to scan your device directly at the kiosk. But I was really impressed when I noticed the new antibacterial "wipe" station located near the drink dispensing area. How great is that? Who else is doing this besides grocery stores? My overall experience while dining in was a great one on this day.

Can't expect them all to be great, but I mean when you have 2 drive throughs and a ton of workers you would think "communication" would be on the list of competencies to be an employee at this location. Well, Nope. Been here a few times and normally it's whatever you know? But this location, if more than 3 people in line (WITH 2 DRIVE-THROUGHS) prepared to either get an order confused or infamous in my case, get asked to wait out front for your order and get forgotten about. The worse was the 2nd time after 6 mins waiting, watching the worker come out and hand my food to someone else. #FAIL Again I get it we all have jobs to do, but this is just absurd. Well done Mcdonalds. Keep up the stellar service. Maybe if you had 1 drive through orders wouldn't slip through the cracks. But don't worry they hook you up with a free Big Mac for their service! Oh goodie!

Ordered breakfast and the entire order came out wrong. I gave a them a two because this is my first time being here so maybe they were having a bad start. I ordered the Sausage Egg McMuffin meal with orange juice, and ended up getting a Ham and Egg McMuffin with the McMuffin not being toasted, the egg was not fully cooked and the orange juice being luke warm. Not a great start to the morning but again hoping they were having an off day, but from the looks of the other reviews I would be a little skeptical going back for another go.

When we ask for a handful of ketchups when we order three large french fries doesn't mean for ketchups in the bag. To the Asian girl giving you the food and your drinks is that money coming out of your paycheck for the ketchup are you just don't understand very well I think you do cuz you like to play games and say oh yeah you said handful hahaha like really. 1 November 2020 approx. 1:50pm I ordered my 10 piece nuggets and a sandwich and immediately the person on the intercom said okay please go to the next window. He didn't ask for sauces so I assumed I would be asked at the pick up window. So then I pay, and when I get to the pickup window I ask for my sauces. The girl looks at me like I'm stupid and then asks condescendingly what I want. I ask for three sauces total (one ranch for my sandwich and two (one honey mustard and one buffalo) for my nuggets). She rolls her eyes and walks away and says nothing. She hands me my food and I say thank you! She says nothing. I got home and took out the contents of my bag, and they had added two bbq sauces without my request. I have disliked bbq sauce since I was a kid, so they are useless to me. The ranch and honey mustard were just fine, but the buffalo was slightly opened and leaking and rotting with a foul odor. I understand they're just sauces, and I understand they have guidelines on how many they're supposed to give out. But don't give me attitude if you didn't ask me which ones I wanted in the first place. Maybe the rotten sauce was an accident, or maybe she just did it to be petty. Idk. All I know is this girl needs to calm down and save her frustrations for customers who are actually being difficult.

Attempted murder of my wife. We asked the drive thru what diet drinks you offer. They said diet coke, diet dr pepper and tropic berry sprite. We ordered the sprite. When they handed me the sprite, I asked is it zero calorie because my wife is diabetic and could really hurt her. The guy didn't know so someone else came to the window and said it had no sugar. I said good, it could kill my wife. They laughed and proceeded to say it has zero calories. She tasted it and said it didn't taste like diet. We tested it with a glucose meter and it isn't diet at all. Very disrespectful and quite harmful. They wore masks to protect people, but didn't seem to care about my wife's health enough to be honest with us.

This is a good place to come with your family because they had good customer service and the food is great...it is also very clean. I recommend this McDonald's for people in this area. Normally when I go to other locations,my order gets messed up but this McDonald's gave me exactly what I wanted .

Please double check your order with the customer! I ordered a diet soda (I am a diabetic) and it's hard to tell what is regular and what is diet with some sodas. I was given the wrong diet Dr Pepper (it must be regular Dr Pepper and now my blood sugars have gone through the roof! It may not seem like a big deal but it can impact some people more than others!

I usually don't give positive reviews, especially for fast food restaurants, but I've been to this location many times and they started to fall off completely. I'm talking lack of customer service and effort in making the food fresh. But today it seems like they're making changes. New system and the food was actually really made with care and was fresh. Plus my burger actually looked like the picture, which is rare. Good job. Just try to perfect the new system and you guys will be good.

Loved my visit today! Came for a smoothie because I needed something to cool me down. They have either strawberry-banana or mango-pineapple smoothie to choose from. The small size is only $2.16 including tax! Amazing customer service! They opened the door for me to enter the building and also opened the door for me to exit the building. In the less than 5 minutes I was there 3 staff members acknowledged my presence with smiling faces. They put other places to shame with how well they handled my order. You can skip the line by ordering on one of their flat screens. Very high tech. I feel like they are setting the trend for other fast food chains to follow. I will definitely be back again soon!

I'm finally giving up on this place--Why can't they ever get things right? Who manages this place. This may seem small but it's about the 5th problem Ive had here in a few months. Ordered Regular McChicken and paid extra for cheese. Got a spicy mcchicken and no cheese. Its not that difficult.
