I went to this location to get a Happy Meal promotion. This location is on a corner, with plenty of parking. There's large touch-screen menus for self-service. The dining area looked fairly clean and updated from my brief glance around. Didn't use the self-service so I called to an employee for assistance. I asked for a specific item and she politely told me someone would help me shortly. Another employee came to the counter that was cordial while taking my order and getting me the specific item I wanted. The food was standard -edible- but the service was good.

I recently visited McDonald’s and had a pretty decent experience. The restaurant was clean and spacious, which made it comfortable to sit and eat. The staff were friendly and service was fairly quick. I didn’t try the Happy Meal this time, but I did notice the toys they looked fun! Overall, it’s a reliable place if you want a quick, familiar meal. Not fancy, but it does the job.

We asked for ketchup and they gave us nothing We asked for 2 creams 2 sugars and they gave us black coffee. What’s the point in going out of your way to ask for something, if they’re not going to do what they say the will. I understand a hectic busy time but there were literally 2 cars in the drive through. No one has pride in their work anymore and it’s so sad.

Walked in and went to use the restroom before ordering and the womens restroom has absolutely NO SOAP in there. My question is, how are the employees washing their hands after they use the restroom AND then prepare the food. That’s gross

I went to McDonald's and realized I'd forgotten my wallet. Luckily, I had enough cash for my meal. The cashier was incredibly kind and helpful, even correcting my order so I could get a promotional discount.

Used the 50% off deal to get two Fish sandwiches. They were freshly made, but the filet seemed a little thinner. Got the 50¢ double cheeseburger deal. It was good. Update: Got a Big Mac and a regular hamburger. Both were freshly made. Update: Got the 59¢ double cheeseburger deal. Better than usual this time. Juicy burger with lots of cheese. Update: Got a double cheeseburger and 6pc Chicken McNuggets with honey mustard. Both were good. Update: Got two Filet-o-Fish sandwiches. Both were very good. Update: Got two double cheeseburgers. Both were good. Update: Got a cheeseburger. It was good. Update: Got a McChicken sandwich. It was ok, basically a large chicken McNugget on a bun. Update: Prices have increased and the size of the Filet O Fish and bun are really small now. They are not at all worth the $6.49 they charge for them. A very bad value! Update: Got a cheeseburger. Not a super busy McDonalds which is great because I was able to order quickly and not have a long wait. The place is clean. Got a happy meal for my kids and they loved the toys today. Super cuteHello Kitty toys today. We went at peak dinner time and were happy with the service.

extremely rude employees. If i could give this place an honest rating it would be negative 5 stars. Was waiting for my mobile order for 15 mins, i was trying to catch their attention but no one ever came to the front and when they did they would straight out avoid everyone. Once I finally got my mobile order the fries were cold and hard, i asked for fresh fries and when i got it the sassy little princess threw the bag on the counter. Curly haired kid needs to be checked. I always try to be understanding but this was just ridiculous Fries aren’t even full

I tried the new Chicken McCrispy strips, they were kind of meh, especially for the price. They are not the legendary Chicken Selects that we have fond memories of. The new creamy chili sauce however was VERY good. I hope they continue to keep it even after the strips go back off the menu. This location has had a huge landscaping upgrade since my last visit. Money well spent imo. The line was long during this Sunday lunch purchase but they cheerfully kept it moving.

Horrible service. Put in a mobile order and they made it the most complicated thing you could ever imagine. Made me put the order in twice. Kept canceling my order saying it was for a drive thru pick up when it clearly was a curbside pick up. Short lady is extremely rude and no help. Has no idea what she's doing and couldn't do anything about my order. I sent my friend to pick up my order and they said I had to be there so 2 wasted trips and still waiting in line for this order I made over an hour ago that isn't ready. Service is terrible here. No one appears at the checkout counter. They all seem to be burrowing in the back. The food, once we got it, was gone. Won't go back because of the service. P.S. The employees seem very unhappy and sad.

This store is unable to ever get your order right. Ordered a 40 piece nugget for my family and only for 12... like cmon. Now I'm not eating tonight so my kids don't go hungry. Great job McDonalds!

This place got worse and worse everyday.!!! Skimpy on the condiments. I paid for the extra condiments and they didn't give it to me. I only found out when I got home. Called the phone no one picks up, called the second time, go directly to no one available message , horrible service. I grew up in this neighborhood and always go here. Unfortunately will not come back.

Got burgers through pick up and got large fries and a soda. As I'm finishing up my meal I noticed there's a big ass wing in my napkin. I didn't know there was a dead bug in my food. Disgusting tbh, wish they would look through the food and make sure no one is getting dead bugs in their food.

Wish it be zero stars I have a McDonald's account so I normally have coupons which today I had a free fries coupon with the purchase of two dollars I bought 2 Oreo McFlurrys and 2 sundaes but everything was delivered to me one by one first off which I suppose is understandable cause something was wrong with there machine keep in mind I'm only there for the fries but got my fam the treats. I didn't receive a single fries I waited then asked Sam I believe was his name bro tells me "did you pay for them" I mean I'm no English expert but I'm pretty sure FREE =you can have it without additional charges excluding the desserts?!?! Then I said yk what I'll show you give me a sec bro just walked away. Horrible service horrible timing and horrible everything.

Minus we'll order a sundae with Oreos on top.. they don't even mix their McFlurrys .. just dropped some crumble on top of some vanilla ice cream.. get paid $20 an hour and can't even do their job correct. Waste of money

Stopped by McDonald's on National Cheeseburger Day expecting excitement, but got disappointment instead. Long lines, slow service, and incorrect orders. The 'limited-time' cheeseburger promo was just a rebranded Double Cheeseburger at an inflated price. Overhyped and underdelivered. Expected more from the Golden Arches.

Make sure your kiosk machines work. I had 3 cards decline at one of them and had to pay at the register. My card worked at the register. it's very frustrating and needs to be fixed. Waited 15 minutes for my food while other people who ordered after me got theirs first. This place has gone crap over the years. Shameful.

Honestly surprised to be impressed by a McDonalds, I NEVER come to Donlards and don't expect much when I do go, usually I'm disappointed, but this time they were great! Got my order right, friendly service, efficient!

Horrible service. Seems like a management issue. Nobody was at the counter taking orders and my order through the app wasn't ever made. I gave up and left after 20 minutes of waiting for a single cheeseburger I ordered 10 minutes before I arrived.

This location sucks, it's absolutely horrible. All the workers look high and are pretty incompetent. Don't know how many times I had to tell the guy that I wanted a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and he kept getting the wrong item before he finally asks "bro, speak English and clearly, tell me what the hell you want". Mind you, I'm white and speak perfect English, maybe this fool shouldn't smoke weed before work. Food sucked, pancakes were cold, English muffin tasted old and hash brown was no joke, still frozen. Plus, a ton of flies in this restaurant, so frigging disgusting. Don't waste your money at this location.

This review is for the restaurant on Linda Vista. I ordered 2 McDoubles along with 2 oatmeal's, I seen the price was quite different form before? I questioned it and was told the McDoubles were no longer 2 for $3.99 but now were 2 for 2 for $7.78. I was told the deference was now, one would get 2 slices of cheese or something like that. I asked to cancel them as I didn't think it was worth it? After getting back $1.25 for some reason I left with my order along with the burgers. The burgers were cold and tasted like someone poured a saltshaker on them. A mcdouble is definitely not worth $4!

The service is kinda rude and some Fries were not cooked well and some were cold even when we just got them also I ordered two McChickens and I ended up getting one of them and getting a quarter pounder instead of a McChicken.

I'm sitting here eating my fries and I look at a couple and they were green. Step it up McDonald's.

The lady taking orders in the front today Friday Nov 10th at about 730am WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Please FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY! Her attitude was shit her conversation skills shit rude as fuxk just horrible! - Manager was really nice Lady taking orders today tho needs to be retrained on how to address customers and how to have correct conversation skills and when you see the line backed all the way to the end of the store maybe help out the people in the front and not be lazy and tell people to use the kiosk. ! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. ! 100000% do not recommend go to a different McDonald's.

The look of extra ketchup and extra mustard and extra pickles, that is less than one packet of ketchup, a single pickle and disappointment, and a manager that should maybe treat customers a little nicer after a problematic experience the day before.... Well they asked for a food order and I definitely did not get an order up to standards... or abiding by their own posted safety standards.... Take two, asked a random employee her view (was ironically night manager) was willing to help me with the previous issues, I don't think they walk or take public transportation because they didn't understand the issue of not being able to come back up a hill to replace a simple order done slightly wrong... I may be avoiding this McDonalds forever, concerned on if they will now intentionally ruin my orders or sicken me on purpose... was called inappropriate words over the phone without me saying anything rude to them.... Really bad look for one of the largest companies in the world and the simplest of things to fix. Don't expect your order made right, or even napkins without asking.... Typical McDonald's franchise, nothing special. Food and service is what you would expect from a McDonald's. They do honor making your fries "FRESH", so that great because most do not. Ambiance? It's what you expect from a McDonald's, this establishment ; tables not wiped, menu display monitor broken in the drive thru, order mix up, missing items.... If you go through the drive thru, ensure you take the time and check the bag before leaving.

One thing i do when i travel abroad is to see what unique items McDonalds offers in other countries. Ive had a McRice Burger in Philippines, Teriyaki burger and Ume seasoned fries in Japan, Fried Chicken Wings in Indonesia, Broccoli Pie and Spicy Chicken and rice in Thailand, Taro Pie in Hawaii. So when they announced world wide favorites here, i decided to give it a try. I got the McExreme bacon burger Meal (from spain) and a Stroop Waffle Mcflurry (Netherlands). It was kinda pricy at $12.60 but i guess to try something born overseas and limited time, it was ok. The burger was nothing special the bacon was the thin precooked variety that could be heated in the microwave, it did have some smoky flavor but still the precooked variety. The 2 slices of gouda cheese were better than one slice from most American versions but in the end it was still a McDonalds burger. I think the fried tomato mozzarella chicken sandwich (Canada) would be a better choice. The stroopwafel McFlurry (Netherlands) was a decent option. Caramel ribbons and pieces of stroopwaffle mixed into the soft serve was a good combination if you like caramel you'd probably like this one. The stroopwaffle adds some texture to it while maintains the caramel flavor. The fries were nice and crispy and how i remember McDonalds fries to be, the last time i got fries from MCD it wasn't that good so i was glad that the fries were back up to par! Overall i wasn't as excited to try these worldwide favorites as i was while traveling. I guess its not as exciting as discovering what different items other countries have while you're still at home. Or maybe the items they chose were too similar to the American palate. When I'm traveling, I want to try stuff thats different and more unique. This location has lots of parking and also 2 touch screen kiosks inside which i ordered from, which was easy and simple. For me i'll try the overseas menu while I'm abroad.

"We don't have ice cream right now" ...hate this place. Never once been able to get a McFlurry here and one time when I pulled up to the window they were making ice cream for themselves.

This place was disgusting, my burger was squished and looked bad to eat. Id rather eat at the chum bucket after seeing this burger.

Love this location and great service always provided. Want to recognize and say Thank YOU SABRI, who on the last few visits gave extra-special attention to my 7 year old son who just had kidney transplant. Sabri showed him Super-Sized care and kindness, and when she found out it was the first time he was allowed to eat a hamburger, she showered him with mega attention. This has always been my favorite location, and it is even better with Sabri and her genuine kindness. Thank you, and please recognize Sabri for her extra efforts. Because of her I am a customer for life!

WORST MCDONALDS EVER! Don't go here!!! Rude ass staff and horrible food quality. I feel like every time I come here there's something wrong with this place. Upon receiving my order from the drive thru , after trying the fries I had to pull up to the front to ask for some new fresh ones. Dine in was already closed so my boyfriend was knocking almost having to pound on the door bc he was being ignored. Eventually we got them switched and went home (about a 4 minute drive) when we saw the fries they looked exactly like the ones we first got, so we tried them. THEY WERE THE SAME FRIES! On top of that the meat on his mcchicken was hard to chew and even hard to try to pull apart with our hands. NEVER AGAIN! No stars

I have been eating at McDonalds from the east coast to the west coast since I was a kid, and this is hands down the worst one I have ever been to. I have been treating my two kids to McDonald's a few times a month for the past two years, and this is the closest one to my house. About a year ago they had an issue with their big screen menu in the drive through where giant black splotches appeared all over the food. It looked like mold or a close up picture of a virus all over the food, it was gross. I noticed today that it was just turned off completely. However, the drive through menu right by the speaker is apparently not working now, so they had a cardboard cut out of some menu items duck taped to there instead, lol. Additionally, 90% of the time they get my order wrong, or forget to put something in a bag. My 4 year old is so used to it, he always makes me check to see if we have sauce, straw, happy meal toy, etc. Today, I checked my bags, as usual, and of course, there was something missing. It was bbq sauce. I ordered a happy meal and 2 sandwiches, I asked for bbq sauce and was given 1. I asked for 1 more and the server refused to give me another. WTH? Robots running fast food joints can't get here fast enough.

Haven't been to mc D's in ages. Ordered some naughty food and either i got the order wrong or staff may have. Sen (manager on a sunday) was polite and gracious! Fixed the order right away.

This place is always over crowded and understaffed. Visited this location twice this week and waited over 10 minutes each visit. The manager was whining about being the only manager on duty, watching her being called by numerous employees. I believe her name started with a C, she was bitchy and rude. My medium fries boxes were half full, ripping off customers isn't cool. The food was made to my specific instructions of no tartar sauce, no pickles, ketchup and onions. Avoid this location, employees and management running around like chickens with their hands cut off.

This damn order is a peace of shit place. The drive-through check-in lady got my order completely wrong. And then have attitude she was working Sunday 7 AM July 2. She doesn't care about her damn job she doesn't care about the damn customers

I had the pleasure of being served by Noah W. D. M. On Saturday, June 3rd at 11pm. The McDonalds app was malfunctioning, and my wonderful drive thru helper Noah, helped us through it and got our order!! he was the best. Noah had us pull up to the window so he could help us face to face, and was readily able to help trouble shoot our connectivity issue. He maintained a wonderful attitude and apologized for any inconvenience! Best McDonald's experience ever!!

I wish I could put 0 stars to convey how terrible this location is. To start they charge for sauces so don't bother going, the workers are incompetent and don't seem to know what's going on or what's on their own menu, and the manager is awful and rude to the costumers. My fries were unsalted and cold as soon as the bag was given to me. No wonder this location has such poor reviews (150+). Just save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. Garbage.

So it's a bit funny-- I ordered a combo, a fry, sandwich, and one 10 piece McNugget. I came home and found 1 fry, 1 sandwich, and 40 McNuggets... 40. Isn't that a lethal amount? Staff was friendly enough, but this was a comically stupid mistake that's a little unacceptable. I'm not mad, my wife and I actually laughed when we saw it, but they need to see this review, because I'm not flipping out, but I've seen enough YouTube videos that someone will lose their sh*t and scream at you guys and you don't deserve that. Hopefully you'll see this and let the 8:00 Tuesday crew know they gotta be more careful.

I usually do my reviews for McDonald's on their receipt to get free food. I mean who doesn't like that, right? Well, of course Mcdonald had to get in the chicken sandwich game. They have their own Crispy Chicken Sandwich for $4.99. I was pleasantly surprised that it comes in a aluminum bag like Chick Fila and Popeyes that keeps the sandwich warm. The bun is thicker and larger than the other two competitors. However, it was soft and toasted with butter. It appeared to me that there are different sizes of chicken breast, because I compared the two sandwiches I had and one was bigger than the other. The taste of the chicken had a crispy crunch and moist goodness inside. I really enjoyed the dill crinkle pickle. It gave it more of a crunch and perfect acidity of the pickle to compliment everything. You want to know if this is a good sandwich? I would say yes it is. Is it better than Popeyes or Chick-fil-A? It depends on what your taste buds prefer. Popeyes is much crisper and bigger chicken breast. Chick-fil-A has the perfect spices and a consistent chicken sandwich that you can count on hitting the spot. So it's up to you, and options are always nice to have. Enjoy Yelpers.

Drive into the drive through to order a mcChicken with no mayo, add mustard. Lady on the drive thru supposedly understood my request. When paying at the first window I look at the receipt after paying and it says mcchicken no mayo, add Mac sauce (extra 40 cents by the way). I tell the man I had ordered it with mustard, not Mac sauce. He relayed it to the kitchen and said they understood. When I drive up to the next window the man hands me my bag of food and I asked him, this is a mcchicken with mustard correct? He says yes. When I get home to eat my food it's a mcchicken with Mac sauce. Terrible employees can't even get a simple request right. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

It is a fast food place, so not everything is great. I wouldn't be craving anything from here aside from their ice cream cones, which are good for its price. I used to always get the spicy McChicken and filet o' fish. It's honestly pretty good, but there's something that always tastes artificial. Can't say I'm lovin' it, but it's okay.

This place constantly screws up orders, and just does not care about customer service. Picky grandchildren, my wife orders cheese burgers PLAIN, but makes it real clear she does want the cheese, and inevitably this place puts either everything (All the sauces) or nothing (no cheese) on the burger. She has had to force them to make food up to three times in one visit just to get a plain cheeseburger. Then, they have no sign telling people what time they stop serving breakfast before the drive thru line, so you you get stuck waiting for nothing at 10:40 (got in line at 1030) when the line gets up to the window. Had to be imprisoned in the line since I only wanted breakfast, they did not care. Don't go to this uncaring, assembly line freedom hating business, I am sure there are other McD's that are operated by humans.

I ordered a 40 pc chicken nugget bundle, I received the bag and dipped. I then looked into the bag and only had 2 boxes of 10 pc chicken nuggets. The service was decent since it's fast food. Tbh the chicken nuggets were pretty fire and still crunchy but I was suppose to recieve 6 sauces and they ain't give me NUN which made and my buddies sad.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALDS LOCATION IN ALL OF SAN DIEGO. I'm an Uber driver and I'm not ashamed to say I have a lot of exposure to McDonald's both as a customer and a service provider. This location is hands-down the worst. Their staff single-handedly makes a heroic case against a $15 minimum wage. They are incompetent and rude at virtually all hours of the day. Today was the last straw for me. The night crew apparently doesn't know the menu. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich, I paid for a classic chicken and was given a McChicken with Mac sauce... HOW THE HELL DO YOU NOT KNOW YOUR OWN MENU?! If it were up to me, I would fire everyone here. I have never once had a satisfactory experience here. Do not eat here if you have any choice. They will fail to notice you in the drive through, they will screw your order up and they will have a stank attitude the whole time. Seriously, just go hungry if this is the only place you can stop for food.

I rarely go to McDonald's but sometimes the kids need a happy meal. Every time I go they are delightful. Today especially, the guy that took my payment, Noah, just was happy, funny, efficient and even gave me a fun fact about killer whales while I waited for the guy ahead to move up. Sometimes it's just a smile and a fast happy meal to pick up the whole family's day. Thanks Noah!

I've been going to this McDonald's for many many years. And there has only been at least one person that was nice to me. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant, and I know It's hard to satisfy a lot of people. Trust me I've worked fast food before, and I understand what goes with it. But the disrespect that I got while I was here was beyond belief. I am so disappointed with the staff, and they always get my order wrong. It's either the drink, the food, or different items. Please be better, I love the food but the service is always sub par.

Just stopped by to get a large coke. The lady at the drive thru gave me a Dr.pepper. I hate Dr. Pepper.

As a kid, McDonald's was one of my favorite places to eat. Happy Meals were my favorite thing to get. Now that I'm older, I realize that Crack Donald's is okay. The food is not great, not good, not bad*, just okay. Who am I kidding? *It can be bad at times depending on what you order. I have to say though that I do like the fries from Crack Donald's. So I came here today because my god daughter wanted an ice cream cone. We had just left Ikea, but she didn't want one from there because "it tastes funny". So we were near Crack Donald's and she wanted one from here. Customer service was good, the cashier was very nice. I agree with my god daughter... the ice cream cone here does taste better compared to Ikea's.

The worst service I have ever received I've never even posted a review but the fact that the service was that bad is beyond me. I ordered two fries and a coke asked me to pull over to the side with another guy . 45 minutes go by and nothing for either of us six cars passed by finally when the old man pulled to the front and my wife got out . She walked in all the children that work there were on there dumbass phones she asked about our order and they just got out forgot . Fries were cold stale straight up just dog shit , old man wanted a fucking black coffee how fucking hard is that, if this shit hole isn't fixed I'll make sure it gets shut down .

This restaurant is substandard at best. The staff is woefully undertrained and is not attentive at the register. When customers walk in you wait and the staff ignores you until you say something or theres an either incompetent or unqualified person at the register. The orders constantly come out wrong and for some reason the system says you get a medium drink with a large meal. The food is constantly comes out cold especially the fries it seems like the fries have been there for a while. The restaurant dining area is severely unsanitary. The restaurant electronic menu boards inside have been out for quite some time and the register only has paper menus. The electronic menu boards outside either have burnt spots on them or are completely unreadable. The other McDonalds restaurants in the area seem to run just fine with little to no issues. I have given this restaurant many chances to get things right to no avail. This restaurant needs an extreme management makeover because this McDonalds is not even meeting the bare minimum for service and food quality
