Very small McDonald’s buts it’s one of the very few in town. The place is packed with tourists and serves the usual menu. Tables are dirty as many customers do not clean after themselves. Toilets are also very dirty due to the number of people.

I was going to buy an order of small frys and found the price was $3.68.... I was shocked.. I just turned around and walked out the door. I couldn't believe a small bag frys cost $3,68... what has this world come to?

It is what it is. But this ONE is not very clean , staff is a bit confused 😐, service is slow and only two restrooms to use which should be fine but Mc Dohnal’s stuff has put out of order one of them just to use it for themselves.

First time having McDonald's while in the US, so I had to try it once. Food was decent but both the wait time and prices are the worst I've had in a McDonald's in a while. But that's more to do with the city than this branch itself. In-n-Out Burger is just down the road from here and is actually cheaper. Cheese and bacon fries recommended!

THE WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. The food is typical McDonalds. Nothing remarkable there. What makes this restaurants stand out for its horribleness is the staff. Scandalously bad. Slow, inept, confused, inattentive, incompetent, and largely useless. They are a net negative, less than zero. It is easy to understand why: restaurant management is horrible too. I don't think they went through any McDonald's training, or if they did, they slept through the entire experience. They do not know the first thing about running a restaurant, or about customer service. They also don't know how to maintain their equipment. They can't hire staff that knows how to work a cash register. When you order a menu item, there is a 70% chance you will not be charged the correct amount, and a 70% chance you will not get what you ordered. These are the statistics I accumulated based on multiple visits here. My first visit was so overtly terrible I had to go back to make sure I wasn't having a bad dream. I wasn't. The restaurant is really bad. I contacted McDonald's corporate about the multiple, very fixable problems. The restaurant's manager called me about my comments, and after a lengthy conversation I discovered why this McDonalds stands out: this manager does not know what he's doing. He does not know how to manage a restaurant, let alone follow McDonald's prescribed processes. He was unwilling and unable to take ownership of the problems. He dismissed my complaints as baseless. My complaints were judicious. Not only have I eaten at numerous McDonalds restaurants around the world over the past 60 years, but I have been a fast food restaurant employee, cashier, cook, and manager myself. I know what it takes to run a restaurant. I do so very successfully for years. I know the ingredients to the secret sauce, and I shared my insight with this restaurant manager. i provided valuable insight and input, managerial consulting worth thousands of dollars, but he was too inept to appreciate the advice, or act on it. Thank goodness there is no shortage of other restaurants in the area, because I WILL NOT be returning to this restaurant.

After our cold and windy cruise of the SF bay, we were cold and roaming on Jefferson street with lots of tourist attractions and eateries. As we were cold we needed a hot beverage and for that we went for a tea latte in good old Macdonald's. The place looked small so, a bit crowded but we got what we want in reasonable time. It's just as any Macdonald's would be. A good place to grab a bite or a hot beverage. The Jefferson street is a major tourist attraction in San Francisco pier area.
