I got home from picking up my curbside order (which took 5+ minutes to arirve even after the app said it was ready, but whatever) and found a cockroach in my fries.

The mcdonaldler. The burger burger burger place. They make the food I eat it. They put the fri in fries. The my got the grimacler in the McDonald’s house. The chicken nuggets come in 20s I don’t eat no less. I like the ordering booths and getting my iced coffee. Though it did take them quite a while to make it. Nice people tough.

What can I say. McDonald's is McDonald's. You know what you're going to get, and you get what is expected. Three stars for, well it's not exactly healthy food. Okay, I'll change it to 4 stars because I already know that, yet I continue to occasionally get meals there. My only complaints are, the ever-increasing prices, and what is just a pet peeve, I find it annoying, having to open a sandwich every time I get it, and spread the condiments evenly around the sandwich, and take pickles, when applicable, remove them from the single pile in one part of the sandwich and disperse them so I don't get them all in one bite in one part of the sandwich. So annoying! And complaining doesn't seem to have much effect. So be it. It's all good. 😁

Great place. I love their iced coffee with whipped cream! Very clean inside and outside. People here are super nice and fun to talk to. Their food is always hot and good especially their sausage and egg McMuffins. I never had a bad experience here. In fact, it’s always been a very excellent and happy experience for me, personally.

Last time we went it took them almost 20 minutes to give us a drink and fries. At the same time 3 employees were taking a brake eating at the tables. Very slow service.

McDonalds is always good when that craving hits. This location is small. There's not a lot of seating inside or outside. But if you're trying to get a quick snack on the go, this is perfect for you.

This location is good some staff are very respectful and courteous and if your order is wrong they fix it, but thats only a certain shift cause that certain shift they are always the same, but just recently a new employee was doing the drive through that just made its difficult to order, so after that I drive up to pay and the price he told me at the speaker was not the same price when I got to the window. I mean a 10 dollar spike from the speaker to the window was a shock, but more shockingly he really put up an argument saying that he never said a price at the speaker and this is the only price that he said, so I told him to cancel the order and forget it but then he says he can give me a discount for the other price. I have went back there 3 more times and each time he has added money on to my bill. He would tell me a price at the speaker but when I go to pay he takes out more than what the price was then gives me my change I noticed the 3rd time cause I was going to use the change for something and the change was short. I went back on my other 2 receipts and sure enough he charged me more but never said a word about it. He works late night and is a fast talker so just a heads up if you go to this location you'll know who is when you encounter him.

Im leaving this review because of the young man at the counter. Order 298. Me made my day with his good energy.

I've been coming here for years and this McD has always been one of my favorites. This is just a friendly suggestion and not a complaint. I bought a large chicken wrap meal with 2 spicy wraps, fries n coke. I was surprised to find the wraps were cold. Asked the manager n she said flatly... that's the way the wraps are n we don't have microwaves. I said ok, thx. I remember when I had it last it was nice n warm but then it was because I'd brought it home n I had probably put it in the toaster for a couple of minutes. So my suggestion to you would be to toast the wraps before serving. I'm sure all your customers would appreciate it more. I would. Thx.

Now I see why this place has a 2.2-star rating. I went to pick up a DoorDash order and was met with pure attitude from a lady who looks like she bites ankles. She accused me of moving her cones, which I did not they were already knocked over, check the cameras. When I tried to explain, she constantly talked over me and clearly had no idea how the Dasher app works, despite me following the instructions exactly. Completely unprofessional, rude, and unnecessarily hostile. Customer service clearly isn't a priority here. If you open at 5 and allow DoorDash orders to come in before have it ready or don't set it that way.

This place sucks! 2nd time doing door dash without ranch&ketchup!! And the cashier or mgr said they don't forget to put those lmao BS!!! Oh & no napkins! Smh! With her attitude too?! No star!

I can't believe this place has such a low rating. Actually, I can't believe I'm writing a review for a McDonalds!! This is hands down the best McDonalds in the area. The curbside pickup is always super fast, and the server always comes out with a smile (whatever the manager is doing to make the employees so happy, they're doing it right!). I got so spoiled I can't stand going to any other McDonalds anymore. To keep the review objective, here are some not-so-good parts: the "table service" is sub-par. They just call out your table number without bringing the food to you like they should (I guess making their customers stand up and walk to the counter to pick up their junk food can kindda be a good thing?). The dining room gets filled up with high school kids on Friday evenings, but that's to be expected. The drive thru gets a bit backed up after midnight as this is the only place open that late. Otherwise, best McDonalds ever!

No front cashier. No hello. No response for a long time. No response from any worker during busy breakfast No electronic or wall posting for breakfast. Workers so busy absolutely no response. No English response McDonald's needs to shape up!

Great experience today. This place is ways busy but I'm glad I can always depend on the drive thru 24 hours. I ordered (2) McGriddles - but 1 get 1 free via the McDonalds app. Huge fan of the app and the points you earn as well as the deals that they have. I also ordered a Strawberry Banana smoothie. Unfortunately, there was an issue with their machine and they had to ale a switch - so they asked if I could wait at the Stall #3 for Mobile Pick up. It took at least 5 mins or so - but I didn't mind as I just proceeded to eat my McGriddle. When my drink finally arrived, the Manager ensured to give me an extra small sized smoothie due to the wait - which is top notch! I didn't expect this from a McDonalds and more reason I'd go back to support this location!

$3.59+tax for this?!!? Never again, get it together McDonald's, you're low end, at best. The one star is for the FANTASTIC drive thru guy, wish I knew his name, but he's our family's favorite part of this location!

Just wanted to take the time to share my positive experience with this Mcdonald's. The front staff, drive thru staff and manager have always been very friendly even though I know this location gets very busy and hectic sometimes. This Mcdonald's is actually not the closest one to me but I come here for the because they've always treated me well and haven't messed up any of my orders.

Despise this location. Just got home w my to go order and of course it's missing items as always. This location constantly messes up orders and just doesn't care I hate this place

If you like being charged for the most expensive items on the menu, and then never getting even half of what you ordered, come here! This location is exceptional with that! They also hire people with attitude to answer the phones, and who don't even look you in the eye when they hand you your food. Truly a professional place!

Charging for sides sauce is absolutely wild , after I ordered five sandwiches multiple sides of french fries and drinks. I was only offered one side of sauce if this is the way that this owner operates then you should be ashamed of yourself, it's a McDonald's buddy not a five star luxury restaurant.

This is a review of a McRib. Because for some reason, most likely childhood nostalgia and because liking something so trashy feels like a personality quirk, I devour McRibs every time they come back. The meat tastes like a yoga mat coated with protein powder, and has a rubbery consistency like the eraser from a #2 pencil. The barbecue sauce is tangy yet sweet, and has the nutritional value of three shots of sugar packets. The onions are onions, sprinkled haphazardly (sometimes on the tray rather than on the actual sandwich). And the two pickles (always two pickles) are there. That's nice. Yet biting into it is heaven. And while I may regret it, I keep going back for more. I love you McRib. Please never leave me.

Very watery coffee. Hash brown was soggy with super weird and nasty aftertaste. Will never go back or recommend this location.

Food was awful. Dried out old fries, and the spicy chicken sandwich was made by someone who didn't give a shit. Was going to sit down for lunch but couldn't find a single half way decent place to sit. Everything is gross and the people who work here don't give a crap. CLEAN THE DINING ROOM! GROSS!

Late night service is the worst. They are pathetically slow and unresponsive at the drive-thru. They literally take 5 to 8 minutes to serve one car. There is no excuse for them to be this slow. They left me sitting at the drive-through speaker for 10 minutes before they took my order. The nighttime manager here either needs to be retrained or fired

McDonald's becoming a joke as time passes never gets better. Their meals expensive and then they really downgrading their sizes. This is a joke for the drink. Extra small cup and on top not even filled up all way. Workers should at least fill it up. Pathetic

I ordered fry's they were cold and soggy I complained they said did you eat any? I said yes I took a couple. Oh too bad they have to all be returned. What a bunch of jerks specially a little bitch to serve me.

Totally stupid I don't know if it's the store or the app but I paid and then they said it didn't pay all the money even through the app i did so screw them add on from the last review. my daughter made me stop. it's sunday at 9:50pm when we got to drive through. 20 minutes to get to the window, then no one. after 8 minutes I finally waved someone down. a minute later they came. the food was sitting in the counter, the drink was done wrong, so he's redoing it and told me to go to the drive up spot. it's been 6 min. just got the order, he forgot 2 things

This McDonalds is perhaps the worst I have been to especially in the mornings. The morning workers are lazy and don't understand english. How hard is it to read the order right, and how close is bacon the same as cheese? This is the second time this has happened at this location. Time to fire the morning staff and do a full rehire. Completely unacceptable.

Omg quality went down !!!! They give me wrong size of fries for all 5 meals and the manager doesn't look sorry about it. Not sure if they drop my burger on the floor ... looks like dirt ....

Do the people who work at this Mc D not understand English? They constantly mess up my order. I ask for a side of pickles and every time they fail to deliver. It's ridiculous to have to check my order every single time. How hard is it to understand an extra side of pickles? And the person at the window looks like a deer on headlights when I do ask. When I placed my order I asked for this, so what's the confusion about?

I'd give them zero stars if I could. The manager in the morning was hideous and rude and told me that my order got cancelled because I wasn't there in time. I got charged for my food and they said it was my fault and didn't refund me. Worst customer service ever.

Fresh hot fries, decent cheese burgers, and open at all hours. Lines can be long, so be aware.

First of all, this McDonald's was one of the best I've ever been to. The workers were so nice and it just really enhanced my experience. The food was typical McDonalds food, pretty good. I took a drive thru order, but I could see the interior was clean and tidy.

The service at this location is getting worse and worse. I made a mobile order and didn't get informed nor automatically refunded when an item is missing. There's nobody at the counter to ask questions and couldn't get anyone's attention in the kitchen either.

Horrible customer service in the drive thru...honestly rather drive 10 minutes to another McDonalds. lol

Workers show top tier hustle. Big inspiration. Aspiring hustlers should eat here. I am an aspiring hustler and was inspired by the quick and dedicated service.

I go here once in a while and this is the first time I've received slop. It was a busy Friday night but the fries were stale and everything was cold, also looks like a bite was taken out of one of the pickles. Called for a manager just to let them know and the guy on the phone was a nightmare. He first started going off without letting me get a word in, then began repeatedly saying hello and hung up. Very strange man. It's to be expected from fast food managers which leads me to wonder why I ever crave this junk to begin with. Go at your own risk I suppose.

This McDonald's rocks only when Chun is there. You can roll up into the drive-through in a bad mood but I guarantee you'll leave this place with a big smile after interacting with Chun. He is awesome.

The stuff here is rude and unprofessional They serve raw and unsalted fries and try to tell me that their fries are perfectly cooked. Are you kidding me? Don't you think I cannot feel the difference between raw and cooked potato ??? And the colour - it should be yellow with some gold crust, but not white !!! I changed fries 3 times and they were still raw. In the end they gave me one of my "previous" fries just placed again in the oil and asked to leave because I told them that they don't follow quality standards, but should prepare quality food. And BTW it doesn't matter whether I'm paying full price or having discount or promo code - I am still a client and I deserve quality. The rudest part of all is that managers and workers were telling that they usually don't do a pack and won't do it just for me, as they do many at once. I was trying to explain that the whole batch they did was raw and unsalted. I was asked to live lol

This McDonalds is the epitome of a lousy business. I just walked in here to get 9 hamburgers for my family. I asked for water cups for water since we don't drink that sugary fizzy water. I looked down and saw that the guy charged me $1.50 for tap water. I thought he was charging for bottled water, and he said, "no, we charge for tap water..." Go across the street to Super Duper Burger. The people are nice and there is no charge for tap water. Avoid this MCD and take your business elsewhere.

An employee (or group?) put a receipt with chewing gum into my bag. The gum smelled fresh, although this receipt was 2 days old and was not mine. I threw away all foods, for I totally lost my appetite... the person might have spit to my foods or did worse... Dear manager, you should teach some morals to your staffs or lose your job.

Food was fresh and hot every-time i go. when i get off of work which is usually late at night the food hits the spot. Never had any issues staff is polite and always gets me anything need.

I go there every day to get a cup of coffee. The service staff is very nice and the store keep very clean. Highly recommended

I came because I wanted to try their new burger. I had the bacon smokehouse burger, shared some fries with my niece and nephew and had a milk shake. Well, I think it's better than the old McDonald's burger but still not great or really, even good. About 5 minutes after I finished it, it felt like I swallowed a brick. This incredibly heavy thing sat inside me. Was not pleasant. I told my niece to make sure I didn't do McDonald's again for a very long time.

Dine in for lunch, staffs are friendly and really no waiting in line. Had deluxe chicken combo with fried and drink. The chicken was grilled with tomatoes, cheese, and lettuce. Chicken cooked perfectly and does not tasted dry at all. Restaurant environment is clean and comfy. Staffs cleans table and floor regularly. Definitely will revisit again.

Th best food. Always hot! Always fresh! We have been coming here for years. Erika and Maria are the best! When you sit in the car you can see a flurry of activity. they move so fast and keep that line moving! This Mcdonalds and the one in Palo Alto, by Stanford, are the best in the South Bay Area!

If you're looking for a quick, cheap meal, McDonald's is the place to go (reason why I'm rating a 4 star with a semi-negative review if that makes sense lol). I mean, what else can I say, right; come on, it's McDonald's. For first-timers, expect patties with some toppings stuffed between two loose buns. With that being said, something I do appreciate about McDonald's is that they're upgrading the interior of their stores to look more modern now, especially compared to other fast food chains. As for this specific store, it's pretty much the same as its counterparts. Meh service. Meh food.

OMG!!! The Worst McDonald's Ever! I haven't been to one in awhile but I certainly expected better service. By the way, drive through is open 24 hours at this location. Ordered: Ice Coffee with No Cream Sausage & Egg Biscuit As soon as I pull up to the window, I can tell the lady was confused...she's pacing back and forth with an empty McDonald's Ice cup in her hand. Then I see her three fingers inside the top of my cup that she is preparing. She tried to hand me Ice Coffee with no sugar!!! My response, "I order Ice Coffee with no cream." Her argument, "No, you order Ice Coffee with no sugar." I said again, "No, I order Ice Coffee with no cream." I didn't scream like a crazy person. I said it calmly twice. Why she arguing with me!? Just give the order I asked!!! Which was Ice Coffee with No Cream!?!? All I expect from McDonald's is to get my order right! Was that asking too much at 8 AM?!? By the way, she didn't ask me if I wanted any condiments for my sausage & egg biscuits. And it tasted like Cardboard!! The biscuit was dry AF and hard. I will never go to this McDonald Ever!

Had an early breakfast here the other morning as it was next door to the tire shop service I was waiting for. It was the only thing open at 7 am so I opted to give it a go. Walked in as it was quiet and so early, this McDs is well lit, clean and bright. Counter service was friendly enough, placed my order and paid, got my ticket and grabbed a seat. Within 5-7 minutes tops my bacon egg and cheese biscuit, hash browns and coffee were ready. The girl called my number and I retrieved my breakfast. Its a McDonalds there is not much to say other than it was very consistent with what I was expecting. Nothing spectacular though nothing bad, the coffee was actually pretty good and my food fresh and hot. It was cheap, served its purpose and conveniently located to the business I was waiting for service at. 2.5 Stars - rounded up for the decent cup of coffee early in the morning 00657

I've had good luck at this Mc Donald's - my drinks are always properly carbonated and my fries are consistently good. Burgers and nuggets are usually pretty good as well. I've never had any issues with the staff.

I had a LG Big Mac Value meal for dinner here yesterday. They made it to order which was great but the actual reason I went into the restaurant to order my meal ( as opposed to going through the drive-thru ) was that I was expecting to have drink from the Coke Freestyle machine but they didn't have one anymore!!! What happened???!!! I loved those things and all the different drink combinations you could order when you got a soft drink!!! I don't know if it's a Covid measure or what but it really disappointed me :( I got a Coke and went home to eat my meal. Standard Big Mac, nice fluffy warm fries, and delicious McDonald's Coke. Apart from the Coke Freestyle machine I got the standard McDonald's experience which is something I guess EVERYBODY knows about by now so I can't really see why people rate a McDonald's so low when we all know we don't go there for haute cuisine like filet mignon! :)

Absolutely awesome place to go for some munchies it may be mc Donald's but damn are they good I go fresh fries a bonus patty in my happy meal and the nice lady that gave me my food just my night so much better thank you :)

The food from this location is consistent and has good quality, even though they are fast food. There is almost always a line at drive through.

I'm disappointed in their online ordering for breakfast because I placed an order at 10 but they canceled my order since I got there at 10:31, I'm suggesting that they shouldn't receive online breakfast orders after 10 because I was one minute late to picking it up and they canceled it, I thought I was going to get my breakfast since the order was made I just needed to pick it up. So it's not guaranteed that you will get your food even if you order it before 10:30. It ruined my breakfast plans, so I had to go elsewhere.

Best mcdonalds in the area. Great service. Fast, friendly staff. Worth the drive for great service.

this is the closest mcdonald's to my home. I try not to eat fast food too often but let's be honest, sometimes you just want french fries and an apple pie. I'm also very stupid for continuing to return to this location, but since it's the closest sometimes i take the chance. To preface this, I have a minor vocal impairment which makes it so much easier to mobile order and have my order brought out vs drive thru or in store. waited 17 mins in my car and finally went inside to figure out the problem. My food was just sitting on their side of the counter. It's clear they had no intention of bringing it out. It's just very frustrating.

I used to work here. That other day I got McDonald's I can tell you the food quality has gone downhill
