Ungodly, hideous experience at a terrible McDonalds - wish I'd read the reviews first. Do **NOT** give this place your business for any reason. They simply don't deserve it.
Went in with my two younger sons earlier today to get my youngest a snack for lunch. We used the kiosk and waited at our table for about ten minutes (like many McDonalds now, you grab a "tent" with a number once you place your order at the kiosk and return to your seat to await delivery). I finally went up to the counter and asked the server where my food was and discovered it to be sitting on the counter.
I asked why it wasn't being delivered to our table and the individual said, "Sir, we're far too busy. Do it yourself." I indicated that this was a pretty rude way to interact with customers and received additional loud, rude responses as I returned to my table. I went back and took a picture of the server - which clearly really bothered him/her - at which point he/she came over to the table and demanded we leave the restaurant. I said I had no intention of doing that and demanded to speak to a manager, then took another picture of the offensive twerp (apologies, there's no non-pejorative way to say it).
A manager did come over, inquired as to what had transpired, and asked me what I'd like to see happen. I said, "Well, maybe fire the individual?" He said that was outside his authority and I said, "Well, at least leave us in peace to eat our food?"
Not going back to this hellhole, obviously. Suggest you give it (and the general vicinity) a wide berth if you're in Seattle!
