Waited 45 min. Staff cancelled our order (2 orders) on the screen. On a Monday morning, I was there at 10.20. I only got my food after asking 2 to 3 times at 11.05. The staff said she didnt cancel my order too, but it was. Cold hotcakes I received, how to eat? Missing hash rows from my order. Old drinks became cold too. Supervisor was not doing anything about situation inside? Quite a few people got wrong orders too. And very very slow service. Still have time to pick up phone calls and attend to mobile service, when the people there didnt even know their number. Very very bad service. Left after getting my orders because I couldn't even eat the hotcakes cold and everything cold. Couldn't even ask them again to make it hot or do something because because of their no urgency, slow service. People have work on a Monday morning, and how can the service be like this? I expect something to be done about this. Very bad. Zero stars!! Not even 1. (and best part, when I first entered, it was empty with one other person.)
