McDonald's Siglap

I ordered a cup of hot tea. Asked the waiter to put it in my own thermos. The waiter refused saying it’s due to hygiene issue ! They will need to use their paper cup; I will then have to pour it into my flask myself. The hygiene issue is understandable, but why is it that Starbucks and some other cafes able, but not McDonald‘s ? Is this an issue with Hygiene, or rather an issue with not wanting to implement the policy I.e bothersome. This goes beyond hygiene, it’s environmental, waste reduction, not to mention with the inner linings of the cup it harms our body. All said and done it’s a social responsibility no ?

A more modern macdonalds. Not many seats but just nice for its location. Service is prompt in serving but maybe not for clearing tables - there were some leftovers waiting to be cleared.

Ordered Big Macs with zero expectations—let’s be honest, McDonald’s isn’t winning any plating awards. What showed up were burgers so perfectly assembled they looked photoshopped. Somewhere out there is a fast food artist quietly raising the bar.

This is one of the worst McDonald out there, I think if not because of its premier location, it would have gone out of business long time ago. The staffs there are always rude (to be fair, I think this is the boss’s fault as the shop is very understaffed and everyone looks stressed out). Whenever there are good stuff like a good toy for happy meal, they are always out of stock, and even the auto machines run out of receipt. Recently they hired an older gentleman name Seah, the manager obviously is not happy with him but honestly I think he is best staff there, at least he is very friendly to customers, which is more than what I can say for everyone else there.

We have never had such a disappointing experience at any McDonald’s outlet. In particular, the fries were soggy, seems a little under cooked and tasted stale—possibly the worst we’ve ever had. It genuinely felt like something had gone seriously wrong in the kitchen or with the service process. This is not the standard we expect from McDonald and certainly not what we’ve experienced elsewhere in Singapore. We urge the management to look into this and consider retraining staff or reviewing the procedures at this outlet. Something is clearly not right. There are enough bad reviews on this outlet. No issue with the staff attitude but the food quality is very questionable !

Waited for nearly an hour... So chaotic... So many people crowded at counter waiting for their food. The staff should stop new customers from placing order on kiosks,stop accepting online orders and focus on completing backlog orders. They could never complete the orders with so many new orders coming in... Can't even cancel order.

Noticed a decor on a glass panel beside the self-order booth. To me, it looks like an animated outline image of a pig’s head, as it is pink in colour with a drawing of its pointed ears + what looks like a snout. (see photo attached). I asked the outlet shift manager, he claimed it’s an image of a cow. When I asked him why a cow is pink in colour, he gave me a sheepish smile. When I asked him if the image looks like a cow or more like a pig, he smiled again without giving me an answer. It may be a trivial issue I’m bringing up here, but I feel a change in the colour of the ‘cow’ from pink to brown or black would avoid any unnecessary misrepresentation of the image since McDonald’s is a halal-certified eatery.

Waited 1 hr for an order which they clearly missed. It’s so disorganised inside the kitchen and front of house. Manager Lyn did not manage the situation leaving plenty of angry customers with missed orders. Worse even the orders were wrong after waiting an hour. Honestly should be renamed slow food.
