worst ever macs branch in SG. went there multiple times as it's convenient, fries is ALWAYS dried up and soggy. mac fries used to be the best, crispy and tasty but for some reason, i think this branch just cook a large batch of fries and just leave it there or something. there must be a reason why when it's served, it gets all dried up. swallowing it hurts ur throat. i bought a meal and got an extra pack of fries free so thats 2 packets of fries. i cdnt finish it, threw out like 80% of it. and i ordered a triple cheese burger, when I open bag, it was like mashed up to the size of my fist. everything's soggy too. pls avoid this branch. go to bedok interchange or east coast one. contacted macdonalds via their website, submitted a feedback and refund request but it's been like 3 weeks now and still no answer from them.

I have posted the same issue before. When you ordered no salt in your fries, they "re-fry" their salted fries, stick on the "Special Order" and serve. The few grams of added salts won't kill anyone but the feeling of being cheated sucks! If MacD will to remove the option of customising no salt to the fries, it would be better than telling the public they have healthier choice to suit you. This re-frying the fries to remove the salts is common practice across Mac island wide. Just remove the option if some outlets cannot make fresh no salt fries.

2nd times facing an issue with this branch. Previously was given the wrong item in our delivery order. This time we ordered pick up and was given only 1 curry sauce (even though our order stated 4 curry sauce) and not a single chili sauce or any other sauce given. Please check your orders.

You know what this outlet is just so messed up they should close down the whole thing. Time and time again, 4 TIMES already, it does not matter if you are dine in, mc delivery (THE WORST), mobile order, every single time you get scammed. You will never fully get what you paid for, the only thing you get out of this outlet is a waste of your time, HUNGER and an incorrect order with no compensation. On mc delivery we waited 3 hours for food, even when the app stated delivered there was no meal delivered, we called the hotline who could not even reach the outlet, this happened twice! Benefit of the doubt, we ordered through grab food, instead of giving us the chicken burger they gave us PRAWN???? after another hours wait (allergic to seafood) Today tried mobile order, paid EXTRA for upsize meal just for the shaker fries (otherwise i would not have gotten upsize cause more expensive) and they forgot all our shaker fries ! Useless, time and time again, never give them the benefit of doubt, they will never change. Please compensate us for these constant messups, we pay and we dont get what we order! At least a refund for what we have ordered. Free money for you all ah nonsense PS rawdogging the burger and fries, zero sauce given! nice one

Went at about 6:30pm on a wednesday, was not crowded and clean, got our food relatively fast. Seah was very helpful and cheerful and provided us with excellent customer service. Would come back again 🙏

Avoid weekends. Waited over 30mins for my food. Number was displayed at ‘now serving’ for over 10mins but food was never ready. Staff prob had to meet their own internal KPIs so had to flash the order.

I ordered a cup of hot tea. Asked the waiter to put it in my own thermos. The waiter refused saying it’s due to hygiene issue ! They will need to use their paper cup; I will then have to pour it into my flask myself. The hygiene issue is understandable, but why is it that Starbucks and some other cafes able, but not McDonald‘s ? Is this an issue with Hygiene, or rather an issue with not wanting to implement the policy I.e bothersome. This goes beyond hygiene, it’s environmental, waste reduction, not to mention with the inner linings of the cup it harms our body. All said and done it’s a social responsibility no ?

This is one of the worst McDonald out there, I think if not because of its premier location, it would have gone out of business long time ago. The staffs there are always rude (to be fair, I think this is the boss’s fault as the shop is very understaffed and everyone looks stressed out). Whenever there are good stuff like a good toy for happy meal, they are always out of stock, and even the auto machines run out of receipt. Recently they hired an older gentleman name Seah, the manager obviously is not happy with him but honestly I think he is best staff there, at least he is very friendly to customers, which is more than what I can say for everyone else there.
