McDonald's Ang Mo Kio Park

Service is extremely slow. There was only 1 person at the counter she was sauntering around the place delivering singular packets of fries to tables instead of assembling and serving the food at the counter. Someone ordered 3 ice cream cones and they were all melting on the counter. That 1 employee assigned to the counter felt a bit lazy; like she didn’t want to work.

Nice place to enjoy Macs. There is ample carpark lots. Not that crowded. Diners made up of students, residents living nearby & professionals working around here.

App got issues, credit card got deducted but apps still shown at payment page. Went to counter and was quickly brushed off to ask me to call for refund and ask me to re order at kiosk. No guidance was given on the refund process. Lastly, parking is chargeable now. Gantry can't detect IU, got wind down to manually tapped in a heavy rain.

The food quality is not consistent. No SOP, the chicken fillet was over fried and harden. Tough to even bite. This is not the first time. At times. Chicken muffin with egg, came without egg. I had very bad experience once where I found egg shell in the egg.

Came here for weekend breakfast, standard McDonald, managed to get a table easily, there’s a mini play area for kids inside. There’s a drive through and a small carpark as well. Unfortunately the area has ongoing construction which will be ongoing for sometime

Nested inside Ang Mo Kio Garden West park. Offers indoor and outdoor sitting, a decent indoor playground as well as a big outdoor playground with real sand a stone's throw away. Went on a Sunday morning, not too crowded, one of the best McDonald's around despite the constructions along the road.

Fries was cold and stale, ran out of cotton candy but staff was simply too inflexible to swap it out for regular McFlurry. Seriously need to reflect on how to out your customers first. Exercise flexibility especially when it doesn’t even affect your food cost.

Ordered 1.Big Mac with extra lettuce, onions and pickles and came with no lettuce, no onions and no pickles at all! 2.Ordered Quarter pounder with extra onions and no pickles and came with no onions at all! 3.order chicken nuggets with honey mustard sauce and the nuggets came with no sauce at all! 4. Ordered Coke Zero with no ice and it came filled with ice! Such a waste of time and money ordering from this place! They managed to screw up every single item in my order!

Does anyone rate McDonals on Yelp? I do... They are The Best since the invention of quick meals. They always have a new menu item to tempt your taste buds. Comfort food is what it is.

This is actually a very unique McDonald's in terms of its surroundings. It's nestled in a park, with two doors to two separate unique spaces which will get you very close to nature. Expect it to be quite crowded during the weekends. It is a wonderful place for supper as well.
