Honestly the worst experience at McDonalds in a long time not even worthy of the 1 star. Cant understand the lady taking the orders i can be forgiving there, the order was a hot cake happy meal and a sausage McMuffin, got the McMuffin and hotcakes.. no toy. No butter no syrup no forks or knifes, no hash brown no napkins. Clearly the corporation doesn’t vet or test the people buying these franchises. It’s one thing their food is sub par and I’m buying it in a pinch, another that the prices are crazy for this sub par food. And then this service on top… stay away unless you are desperate it’s not worth the headache and long term health complications.

Came with my nieces and nephew , they ate and then had fun in the play area. The food was decent, the staff was friendly and Me and my friend who accompanied me were able to chat and catch up well the kids had some fun. One of the few indoor play areas where there's no extra cost.

Waited a half an hour for my mobile drive thru order in the pick up spot, they told me they gave it to someone else and had to make a me a new meal. Got home and ate my food, only to realize my diet coke has coffee grounds in it????

I brought my daughter to play place first time and she was only in the play place for 2 mins because she got to shy. When I took her out she smelt like pee all over her and she did not pee herself. It was old pee smell so bad that it made her car seat smell and when she came into my home i put her right in shower it was horrible worst smell I have ever smelt. Her socks and pants and shirt smelt really need to clean that play place one of the kids are gonna get sick from that just horrible.

We waited 19 minutes from the time we placed our order until we got our food. 19 minutes! By then most of the items in our order were only lukewarm. When I took my grandson to the bathroom, two young men were in the bathroom and one of them was standing on the urinal looking over the bathroom stall at his friend who was using the toilet. They were laughing and my grandson felt very unsafe. He had a frightened look on his face. I asked them to leave but they would not. I went to the front counter and told the manager on duty. He nonchalantly sauntered over to the men's room and asked the two teenagers to leave. There was no sense of urgency to it whatsoever. And the young men attempted to enter the play area with very young children present. Two young moms intercepted them and told them they could not enter the play area at the Ontario Street McDonald's in St Catharines ontario. They finally left. This is not a safe, well-run McDonald's. I would encourage patrons to find another one!

This is a decent McDonald's with a play place for kids. The food and the service is generally good. I took some stars off, because on my last visit, I ordered an ice cream cone using the mobile app, specifying which table to bring it to. More than 10 minutes past without the ice cream cone showing up. So, I went to the counter to ask about it. It took a few more minutes, but I got the ice cream cone. This McDonald's location has been here for decades. They are nowhere near as incompetent as the McDonald's At the outlet mall on Taylor Road, near QEW & Glendale.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I'm from out of town and two nights in a row I've gotten my order screwed up. Then I ask to buy a key chain and they refuse to sell me one stating I have to order a meal to buy it and when I point out it doesn't state anywhere I have to purchase a meal just that it only says "get a keychain for $3.50" they ask me to leave and stop causing a commotion. If you're staying in the area I'd advise you to avoid this location at all costs.

Absolutely disgusted.. I went in to go pee before I ordered food with my friend. And employee was waiting at the bathroom door and demanded I go tell them to let her in the bathroom. After I finished going pee I heard her come out before I did and not wash her hands. I came out and as I got out the door she was already leaving without washing her hands. I left and went to another mcdonalds.

All I could taste in my fries were oil. I had to wait half an hour for them. The walls looked a bit unrenovated. Maybe avoid this place.

If I could give this terrible restaurant a -100 I would. This McDonald's made me and my cousins wait for over an hour and even when we got our food we were missing the juice AND the fries. I didn't even realize that it had been an hour until I heard one more f the workers mutter it.I would've asked them for more food as an apology for the long wait but they probably would've denied such demands because of our age.I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

Drive through? More like drive through & order. Then pull over & wait. Last time they gave our food to the wrong car. Do you know the frustration it causes waiting over half an hour for your fast food? And no apology at all when I went in to to say I've been waiting so long. And if the drive through is busy it is even worse.

Came here late at night and even when it wasn't busy it still took almost 30+ minutes for a couple junior chickens and a drink which is honestly funny, don't come here especially if you have a big boy order.

Horrible service. Had to talk to the manager because the service was so slow. Took at least 10 minutes just for a hamburger. Been there multiple times and each time I've had to wait 10 minutes or longer. Around 10 cars were waiting before me. I would never in 1 million years recommend this McDonald's location sorry.

Purchased 4 hamburgers at the drive-thru and found them all so soggy they were not edible. I would have taken them back except that I don't live close enough to bother. Very disappointed and very likely will not go there again, at least not that particular location.

Regular McDonald's taste with an abnormally long wait. Waits of 20+ minutes are common at this location and there's almost always something wrong with the order. The drive to Welland Ave is worth it you'll get your food quicker with fewer mistakes

This is an open letter to the staff/owner/anyone involved in working at or maintaining this particular establishment. I am a very quiet, even mannered person that nine times out of ten will never complain or even mention any sub-par service or experiences unless they are particularly egregious, but I had to mention the experience I just had. I was in the drive through and ordered my usual order and was told that it didn't exist. I explained that I had got this order multiple times there and at other locations and kept getting told that I was wrong and couldn't order that because there was no such thing. I was a bit confused and asked for more clarification, explaining this was a regular order of mine. I was then told that I was going to be put on hold so he could ask for help (I assumed from his superior or manager) and was left sitting at the speaker with a long line of other cars behind me for about 20 minutes with no one coming back to even let me know what was going on. Eventually the screen showing the other item I had ordered was cleared and the screen went back to the original welcome screen, which seemed like they had just decided to ignore me, cancel my other order, and maybe hope I would just get tired of waiting to be served and leave. I felt bad for the long line of people behind me also waiting so I drove up to the window thinking maybe then I could get some service. Another 10 minutes approximately went by with the employees inside going about whatever they were doing and still completely ignoring me (and ultimately the rest of the people behind me). The manager eventually did come to the window and asked me what the problem was; I guess no one had even mentioned my dilemma to him or asked him for assistance like I was told was being done. I reiterated, very politely, again what my issue was and finally was informed that the order I wanted wasn't available at that particular location. Now, had I been told that in the beginning instead of being dismissed, called a liar, and then ignored, I would have been fine with that. I would still have been confused due to the fact that I have been able to get this order at any location in the area, but I would have just ordered something different. I did so and it took them another 10 minutes for me to get anything at all, meanwhile the people behind me where so angry and frustrated almost all of them sped out of line in droves, losing the restaurant countless sales due to their incompetence, discourtesy, and apathy to their customers. I work in customer service as well so I know how difficult and thankless the service industry can be, but I also know that treatment like what I was given today is unacceptable. When I finally did get my order, several things were wrong with it and at this point I felt so disrespected like they didn't even care; not about getting my order right and certainly not about the awful service I was given. I wasn't offered an apology, an explanation, or any sympathy in any capacity. I would warn anyone to never go to this location and I sincerely hope the owners of this establishment are ashamed of the kind of service and behaviour being given there.

Do not ever go here if you are in a hurry and want to grab a meal through the drive-thru. Waited ten minutes and there was still two cars ahead of me that had not been serviced. People were honking, and leaving the line without even getting their food. I left after 15 minutes. Terrible service.

The service at the drive-thru is always slow and the orders are usually wrong. I rarely go to McDonalds, but every once in a while when I go I am reminded of why I hate going there. I have never had worse service at any drive-thru before.
