Ordered through the mobile app to make things easy. My food was thrown to me, sandwiches and hash browns were out of its packaging, told to pull forward waiting for my drinks. I was then given my food a second time and I told the worker I just need my drinks. My drinks were wrong when given. I give up on this location. It can’t get any easier with a mobile order. Tried to speak to workers and they just ignored me.

I was just in the store to order breakfast waited at the counter when every employee was glued to there iPhones I waited patiently to be told I have to order at the kiosk that’s some BS I’m on my way to work ain’t got time to deal with a kiosk so I left and won’t return

Food was hot and made fresh. The service was great. The employees were friendly, and thankful. The dining room and outside had people sleeping/ camping out. It is nice that the people had a safe place to be, but it would not be ideal for many to bring a family in to dine. Best to do drive thru.

Placed order online for pickup. The line was long (as lines often are) but unfortunately was also VERY slow. This was at 8pm at night, so after a dinner rush hour. Then the order wasn’t complete as it was missing all of the fries, all of the dipping sauces, and I one order of chicken nuggets. The food was cold. The new chicken stripes were TERRIBLE- I suppose they might be good when fresh but this was not freshly cooked. I don’t have high expectations of McDonald’s, but this hit new lows.

There were homeless people camping out in the lobby, one of them jumped on the counter to steal some food and a worker hit him in the head with a bucket. The workers shoed him off the counter like you would a cat. He then went back to sleep in a booth. Another homeless man was selling drugs to someone, they weren’t even trying to hide it. We waited for about 20 minutes and ended up leaving with about half of what we ordered.

Food was not good. I bought the 2 cheeseburger meal. The only thing that was safe, was the fries! I got sick a few hours later and that was the only food I'd had all day🤔🤮 From now on, only fries and drinks. The breakfast food seems okay though.

the staff is amazing. They are VERY fast. Always polite (even when you can tell they are tired). The food tastes good and so far never screwed up. I've been coming here for years, it's nice and clean and affordable. This is in a rough area so the customers regularly mistreat the workers, telling and even assaulting them sometimes (cops get called at least twice a week). I was here when this middle aged new black manager came in from a different company (I forgot which, or maybe location) and he is still here and doing great. His first week I remember him getting yelled at for no reason. (it's a busy location so things just take time, everyone is moving very fast?) and he never talked back and he is still here being polite and good at his job. Everyone here deserves a raise and at least to not be yelled at by the customers for things they can't control. This is a great McDonald's.

There was not a clean table in the building to sit at after a long walk in the heat. We waited 25+ minutes and never got our drinks although staff repeatedly asked us if we had gotten our drinks yet. Food was cold. A homeless man laid on the front counter and was reaching behind to grab something when staff hit them in the head with a bucket lid.

Never got my food from a mobile order. Horrible service. Was told they couldn't do anything about it because they gave our order to someone else and lost the receipt. Just make my fucking food again. Had me waiting for 30 minutes just for them to say they can't make the food again with the receipt. Do fucking better

This is literally the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It take 15-30 minutes in the drive through and they do not reply to you at all or ask you to wait. My food was cold and I waited in line for over 20minutes at the monitor to order.

Especially the workers were nice and respectful, especially Alexi, she was professional, courteous and has a smile and spirit that welcomes you into this restaurant! SHUT IT DOWN! the amount of time I lost waiting on a mobile app order disrespectfully ridiculous! Why are they still open, made the regrettable mistake of thinking maybe the service improved at this location after not patronizing them for months. I was wrong. They were fully staffed (so no excuse there) and still can't get it together. It took me 45 minutes to get a mobile app order 2 cheeseburgers and fries. COME ON PEOPLE! At this point replace em all with AI robots!!! Standing around doing everything but providing the service they are paid to provide!

Clean efficient McD, newly renovated but in a rough part of downtown near the St Joseph Shrine. Easy in and out, can order at the automated kiosk and have dedicated staff to keep the dining room clean. Also there is a 30 minute limit to how long you can be here, and no outside food may be consumed on the premises to discourage free wi-fi squatters. Bathrooms are locked so you must be buzzed in by staff, and on the day that we visited, one of the windows was boarded up because it had been shot out. So this is clearly an inner-city McD with some areal challenges, but for what it is, we think this McD deserves 5 stars

This was absolutely the WORST experience Ive ever had at any restaurant. Pulled into the drive through at 9:40 a.m. They werent taking orders in the left drive through lane which made the car in front of us very upset. So upset she got OUT of her car and WALKED to the right lane to ask what was going on. They finally took her order. That lady then came to our car and warned us they might not take our order in the left lane. We waited about 20 more minutes to order, 10 of which were in front of the speaker. When we didnt get our order taken, unlike walking to the right lane like the previous customer, we thought we would just order at the window. When trying to order at the window a very unpleasant minor was saying we were lying about the left lane being down and refused to take our order. We didnt ask to speak to her manager, but she walked away and the manager came. The manager, who also looks like a minor, also called us a liar, made excuses about why they didnt take our order at the speaker, and also refused to take our order. "I CAN take it at this window, but I WONT. pull back around." Like I would Wait another 30 minutes. By that time breakfast would be over and I highly doubt they'd let me order breakfast anyway. Simply awful. The bare minimum should be that they should both be fired.

It's just like they don't own salt? Like why is every item on this menu tasteless and salt less. Has no soul. I have never had fries with salt from here. Burgers taste steamed and again salt less like I'm at White Castle. If I wanted a soggy nasty burger I would've went there. Also. The nuggets are never fresh. Idk why they never have the timing right but like please get that in order. Make them to order if you have to but why are you serving nuggets that taste like they were cooked that morning and it's evening time? Service is slow. Menu doesn't show the whole menu at times. Like why do I have to ask if you have filet of fish, why is it not showcased on the menu? For this to be the only McDonald's in downtown, it is piss poor. I'd honestly rather make the drive to Jefferson for a slight step up in service. I'm at the point that if I am starving at night, I just rather starve. I've eaten here 3 different times my taste buds just cannot ever again.

It's astonishing that this location (N Tucker - St. Louis MO) is still open! SMFH Save your time & money and pick another restaurant! Trust me, it's a joke to even consider McDonalds but def don't do this location. Drive thru menu board/speaker is trash, and u can't order at the window so you have to circle back through the drive thru line and pray someone takes your order.

Possibly the worst franchise in the history of McDonald's. Slow service, orders consistently wrong, poorly made of they get it right. They've been consistently bad for years, that's the most positive thing I can say about the place. Avoid if possible.

I went here this morning and nobody answered the drive thru. The car in front of me waited about 5 min before pulling off. Since I could tell they hadn't given their order, I only waited 2 minutes before pulling around to the windows. No workers in sight, but the lights were all on and the machines were making noises, so I knew people were in there. There were also 2 cars parked in the lot. Not sure why they weren't serving anyone, but this is my second time not getting good (or any) service from this place. Not returning. They need to fire the workers or get new management.

I ordered my food at 4:12, 4 McChickens and a 10 piece meal. They gave me the wrong order at first and asked me to pull up to the third window. I waited and waited nobody came. I finally got out and went to the window. Someone came to the window about 5 minutes later, and didn't have my drink or BBQ sauce which I clearly ordered on the receipt. The females gonna say "It's 25¢ for BBQ sauce". And proceeded to just look at me like I wasn't saying anything. It took them another 10 minutes to bring me a BBQ sauce and Large Dr.Pepper. I just wasted 30 minutes all for 4 McChickens and McNugget Meal.

This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life! We were in town for a volleyball tournament & we finished late. My daughter & I were starving & this was one of the only things I could find open. So I sit in a extremely long & slow line, place my order, & get to the first window (no one is there so I drive past to the second window). 2 extremely rude girls tell me that since I did not pay at the first window that I will need to drive back around & sit in line again. I explained that I had already been sitting there for over 25 minutes. They got very nasty & disrespectful. You could tell they didn't take their job seriously at all. I know this is fast food but this was unbelievable. My daughter ended up having dinner from a gas station after playing volleyball all day. They need to all be fired.

This is the worst McDonalds on planet earth. The night crew especially. They will literally answer with "wut you want?!" "nah we ain't have that" "nah you can order a drink of somethin we're not servin food". If you pull up to the window they're in there eating food, jumping around, and talk to you like you're a burden... that is if you can get them to come to the window. Tonight they hid from everyone. 15 people left the drive thru in front of me. I couldn't figure out what was going on so I pulled up to the window and these kids scattered. Started hiding and laughing. Back in January this location held a protest for $15 an hour wages. That blows my mind. They should literally be paying me for wasting my time, gas, and ruining my night. At least I didn't get shot or have someone spit in my food. Which happens at this location. I'm going to try to reach the owner tomorrow but I bet they're as brain dead the employees. Please avoid this location at all costs. If not for the unbelievably bad service, do it because it's extremely dangerous. Someone needs to shut it down -Downtown St. Louis resident

Arrived at this restaurant at 10 am. The menu at the drive thru had most of the breakfast items crossed out with "back soon" written beside them. We waited in line for approximately 10 minutes. No one took our order. Both lines were backing up. No one was taking any orders at all. I'm assuming they were all out of breakfast or didn't want to cook anymore. They could have been polite and, at least, offered lunch items. Instead they just let their customers sit in line until 10:30. Rude.

I live in East St Louis, I now appreciate my local McDonald's, I went to the tucker location near Carr in St. Louis , it's the worst , dirty , trash on counters, the wait is terrible, no communication skills, you walk in you know your in the hood . If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Every night after I get off work they either tell me they are "shut down until breakfast" or they "have their systems restarting, it'll be another hour" even though their location is supposed to be open 24 hours. If you're looking for food after midnight, definitely don't visit this location.

This McDonald's has apparently decided to close at the 10pm without updated any hour or put up any notices. The service was always slow but this is beyond annoying. Multiple cars in addition to ours sat for 10+ minutes waiting at the drive thru. When I went to check the lobby, a woman in an employee uniform was getting into a car. Would've been nice of her to inform us they decided to close.

The staff here are rude . And they are really asking for sauces back out of ur bag if u accidentally get the wrong condiment and need to exchange. What about covid? This is really a last resort too. They seem to close any random times of the night or just stop taking orders in the drive thru , very annoying .

This McDonald's was very clean. They clean off seats and tables after use. The food is prepared fast and good. The workers seemed pleasant. There did seem to be like one group of homeless people but they did not disturb anyone, just people sitting and talking. Overall a good experience.

This location has arbitrarily decided to close 3-4 hours before their posted hours 3 times than I know of now. Don't bother going here after 7/8pm, they probably aren't open.

This McDonalds is by far the worst I've ever been to. It is near my home so I go there to get coffee every morning. I keep giving them chances but I'm done. They screw up my coffee every time I order. I mean every-time . How do you screw up hot coffee. Not only that I'm either missing a food item or it's made wrong as well. After today I'm never going back.

If you want consistency this is the place. You can consistently, no matter what time of day, assure your wait will be extremely long and that the employees will consistently act like they do not care about you, any other customer or their job.

I just recorded myself waiting 10 min for them to even say anything on the intercom. This McDonald's is either not ran good or the owners dont care. Edit#2 This is my 10th time here and I'm really disappointed as this is the closest McDonald's to me and it happens every time. Edit#3 I got a double cheeseburger for a mc chicken. Over an hour in the drive through for a dbl quarter pounder and fries only to find out at the pay window they're out of fries so I'm literally sitting here for over an hour waiting on a freaking burger!!!! Who runs this place?!?! You only get a star because I had no choice. Absolutely ridiculous. And people wonder why no one comes downtown. Then I get my just burger and either it's been sitting forever or the bread is stale.

Today I visited the McDonald's on Tucker in STL and ordered a fish filet, a cheeseburger, a small fry and a strawberry creme pie. I asked the young lady if the creme pies were available she told me, "yes". I paid for my food and as I approached the pick-up window I noticed the customer in the car in front of me experiencing some issues. Once I pulled up to the window I was immediately made aware of his issues. There was a young woman with a mouth FULL of burger that snatched open the window and said thru her mouth FULL of food, "what did you order?". I told her my order, she pushed the bag out and was about to close the window while she took another bite of her burger. I asked if my pie was in the bag. She mumbled ummhmm. I looked in the bag, no pie. I told the young lady there was no pie and she said, "'cause we don't have any". At that point I asked for a refund which was met with exasperation. Someone looking like a manager yelled out the window, "you want cookies?". I said no, I wanted a refund. After waiting about a couple of minutes burger girl returned to the window and repeated, "we don't have no pies so...". I repeated, I would like a refund. Exasperation again. After a couple of minutes burger girl returned, pushed $2 out the window and slammed it shut. A W F U L!!!

Come here only as a last resort. I know it's McDonald's but this place is a new low. The rudest workers not a single one of them know anything about customer service. Be prepared for hostile attitudes- even at 8am. They also like to make up their own hours of operation. If the sign says you are a 24 hour restaurant then you don't get to close at 9pm! I don't know who runs or owns this place but the whole establishment is out of whack.

This is my first visit to this McDonalds and honestly I've never had such a bad experience. I repeated my order twice and they repeated it back to me correctly. Yet, somehow recorded it wrong. A 10 piece nugget with extra crispy fries and a large Dr. Pepper, and then a McDouble & McChicken w/ cheese & fries. They neglected to give me my fries or my nuggets. They gave me Coke instead of Dr. Pepper. When I politely asked an employee to correct my order they refused to do so and then told me to dig in the trash can for the receipt, even though I was still in the takeout lane. After which she locked the door in my face so that I couldn't go inside to ask the manager for assistance. When they finally did let me correct my order they only gave me nuggets. No drink no fries. Sorry, but I'm never going back. A very disappointing experience to say the least.

How is this place still open? Replace it with literally ANYONE ELSE. I live next to this location and have yet to come when they are "open," their registers aren't down, or in the middle of the day when the wait isn't 30 minutes. I'm officially done giving McDonalds my business. (PS- this review is 4 years in the making, way before the staffing crisis of COVID.) Good luck.

I will never understand how one establishment can consistently screw up so many orders. It's even funnier that my receipt said the right thing, and the sticker too, but I still get lettuce. And these are the people who want $15/hr.

It's been about 6 times now that I've pulled up to this McDonald's between 5am-6am that literally no one will answer the window. Seriously? Is it like a game to hide from your job. Won't be returning.

My husband works down the street and I'm usually with him at work so usually about three four nights out of the week we end up at McDonald's because I have the mobile app and it's easy to order and almost every time we go there they are either closed for shift change and it'll be about 15 minutes and then 15 minutes later it's another 15 minutes or they're closed or they just don't answer the speaker at all. Tonight I'm sitting at the speaker for 20 minutes and no one wants to answer so I pull up to the window and ask them what's going on and I had a mobile order can I pick that up and they pretended they didn't know how to get to the mobile orders and said that their entire crew called off so they don't have anybody and they don't know when they're going to be able to take orders again. Something's got to give with this McDonald's it is getting ridiculous when nine times out of 10 I end up going without eating for the rest of the night because they won't take orders when they're supposed to be 24 hours!

Repetitively frustrating This is my first 1 star review on yelp. They told me in the drive threw I'd have to wait 10 min for their system to reboot, because they were in between shifts. I ended up leaving; maybe that was the intent. In the past, they have the slowest drive threw I can recall waiting for.

Lousy lousy service. When my car finally got up to the speaker at one of those double drive-through lanes, I made the mistake of asking is it my turn? The voice on the speaker said we'll maybe you'd like to deal with someone else and hung up. I waited a minute and then drove around to the drive-through window where she was dealing with another customer. I asked what did you do that for? And she just laughed at me. I guess their business must be pretty good, because I was not out of line and I won't be back.

Plan to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and that is when their system isn't down. No exaggeration at all. This is the 3rd time in a row that this has happened. They are incredibly understaffed. They could honestly use 2-3 more workers on every single shift. Will be sending a detailed summary of each experience to corporate going forward.

The only reason I go here is because it's really close to the city museum. The drive through is a forever wait time even if you're the only one in line. It's like you get fast food quality, but just not the fast.
