McDonald's

Their google business profile (this one you’re reading) says it’s open today, Christmas. So I went here to eat and found it’s actually closed. McDonald’s, it’s important to keep your hours updated and accurate, since folks rely upon what you publish.

Terrible customer service. Took them 15 min to hand out a cold bag of food that just sat behind their counter. When we asked for a fresh warm hash brown , the employee grabbed the cold hash brown out of the bag and chucked it. Then she grabbed a new one with their bare hands (no wrapper) and threw it in the bag…Maybe it was a bad morning, but I’ve never seen anything like this

Ordered burgers with no buns. Ordered nuggets with sauce and fries with no salt and ketchup. Got buns with no burgers, no sauces at all. Asked for FORKS 2x. All I got were spoons. Very helpful.🥴

As expected. Fast food. Friendly cashier. Food was hot and good. Very clean. This McDonald is located inside Sam’s Town Casino located in the food court area. Coffee was also good!👍

The cashier was not the friendliest person I’ve ever come across. The tables near by McDonald’s were dirty and not sanitize when customers sat down. The only positive factor was is the caramel sundae was pretty good

Oh no. Avoid at all cost. Unless maybe you're staying at Sam's Town and you have absolutely other choice. But even then? Good luck. (Bad service, "out of" multiple items, dirty kitchen & dining area, higher prices than most McDonalds, ambivalent (at best) management.) And whatever you do, don't try to get a shake (maybe even a Shamrock Shake, as shown on the big TVs behind the registers, the lobby poster, and the sign hanging literally I've your head when you order) after 9:35 pm, because they've already closed down the machine. And the manager doesn't care.

None of my McDonald’s app offers work here !! Right when I clicked them right on the spot they say “ the code expired” but when I go 30 mins to another McDonalds it works perfectly!

Dirty tables and the Manager was rude. Ordered 2 happy meals with both fries and apple slices. Gave me strictly fires in 1 and only one bag of apple slices. Also why is your manager putting food back into the fry area after it was handed out to a customer thats a health code violation.

Disturbing watching what seems to be some kind of in-house health inspector, or corporate McDonald's manager putting their bare unwashed hands all over the jets that the fountain drinks are dispensed through. I've been sitting here watching her touch all kinds of things with her bare hands. Plus, she didn't wash her hands when she first came in to do this inspection.

This McDonald's is in the Sam's Town Hotel and Casino so, automatically, it's a bit different. The menu is the same but they do not refill drinks-probably because people would refill them the entire stay at the hotel. They are busy during normal meal times so bring patience. Breakfast was always busy. I came down for coffee once and we came down for breakfast before leaving and driving home. The line was long and they had a very small number of staff-but the two (one in front taking orders, one in back making food) I saw were really working hard. The food was good and the place was clean, except for tables that needed busing from customers leaving their waste on the table. People need to be polite and clean up after themselves. Service was very good despite being very busy.

Came here for a quick bite Sunday night when I checked into Sam's town. Definitely a little different because you cannot get a refill and they have a sign to tell you such. Also you cannot order on the app or apply your rewards. The prices though are reasonable and not outrageous like you see sometime. They did have a buy one get one for $1 promo. I opted for the quarter pounder with cheese and a 10 pc nugget. The burger looked small and the nuggets were definitely sitting there for awhile. Looks like they are trying their best with the limited staff. The mgr in charge though looked a little haggard with the shirt coming out- I saw someone else posted in the past. I'm checking out in the am and going to see about breakfast

This place takes forever to take your order. You'll be standing around for god know how long before they even let you order. Very slow and the workers arent very good. Get new workers

Shit is never ready. Shit takes too long rude ass fucking attitude they charge for everything. If I can give no stars, none would be up there

This is a busy location located inside the casino. The staff work hard and are friendly but theyvare short staffed and endlessly slamed. Food and drink are prepared fresh but they can't seem to keep up with the demand and long lines. Do yourself a favor and download/use the McDonald's App to skip the line and avoid the wait. Good luck finding a seat in the food court. If you have a room, go to your room and enjoy your meal in peace and comfort as well as AC on full blast!

Horrible service even from the shift managers. Watched them argue and play stupid with so many customers that it's ridiculous. They don't know how to read the screens to actually get an order correct and when you take it back in there for corrections or to get the correct order, they will argue and they will not give you a refund. When you put in a complaint with corporate and ask for a follow up from the store owner they don't care and will not contact you back to make it right and they don't hold the employees accountable for their behavior.

McDonald's advertisement of the .50 double Cheeseburger yesterday for National Cheeseburger Day. If you use the app as if you could get as many as you wanted period but once you arrived at the restaurant that wasn't the case. You had to pay regular price for any additional. They did not disclose that when they said that they were 50 cents, which leads to false advertisement on McDonald's park. That's what drew customers in leading people to think that these hamburgers, we're cheap. It had massive crowds. At mcdonald's yesterday and people thinking that they were getting such a great deal and this was misleading customers. One customer said that she had ten kids that she was ordering these burgers for not knowing that she had to pay full price for the other nine burgers that she was ordering until she got to the counter All because of the chain misleading people thinking that they were going to pay fifty cents per burger.Shame on you, mcdonald's shame on you

If I could give a 0 stars I would ! I had 2 McDouble with a fry both the buns were soggy the dressings were very liquidy and nothing tasted good and it ended up giving me an infection don't come here.

They don't have bad service at this McDonald's. Unfortunately, when I went to place my order they informed me they were only accepting cash and weren't taking rewards.. It sucks to go hungry because of this

Worst fast food I've ever dealt with. Happened twice that they missing my orders and the coffee sometimes they served very cold I could literally put ny fingers on my cup. If I can give zero I would and not even 1star they deserve.

Every time that I go to the welcome screen on Yelp, I keep seeing "Your next review awaits" with a picture of Ronald McDonald patting a man I don't know. Yelp wants me to write the review and I am tired of seeing this when I go on the welcome screen. So, I will write a review on the McDonald's in Sam's Town. When I write a review I try to look at a unique aspect of the business. When it comes to fast food restaurants, it takes some thinking. What makes this McDonald's unique is that it features the exact Western motif displayed throughout Sam's Town. It is incorporated in a food court in back of the mountain where the robotic Mystic Falls robotic animals perform. I don't know of any McDonald's where I could grab a Big Mac and fries and watch a robotic cast of animals performing in a laser show, What also makes this McDonald;s unique for a location off the Strip is that they do not honor the $1 Any Size Beverage promotion. The Sam's Town McDonald's is one of a few food choices in Sam's Town. In my opinion I pass over their coffee and dessert for Dunkin Donuts. I pass over their lunch and dinner menu for the Firelight Buffet, Panda Express, and Subway. For my tastes, this McDonald's is advantageous for a light snack or a Large Coke for the drive home. The time I spend on the line justifies a check-in. It is the McDonald's of Sam's Town, and it gets busy. In comparison to a similar McDonald's in the D casino, the employees are friendly. This summarizes my experiences for the Sam's Town McDonald's. Yelp should be happy that I wrote the review, and I should be happy to see a new picture on my welcome screen.

Manager (I assume he is the manager) looks like a slob. Untucked shirt, the whole 9 yards. Does not ask me what kind of sauce I want with the nuggets I just ordered. Yes that is a big deal to my kid. Whole thing was pretty sloppy.

The food here is okay. The workers aren't as friendly and they take a while to make the food. I feel that the price is higher than if we went to a normal McDonald's. They made the food good but it was very messy.

So when did customer service become yelling at the customer. I start order with a man give codes some else comes on I give codes WELL YEAH THEY'RE EXPIRED I GAVE THEM ALREADY ,and now a 3rd person and when I ask U to stop raising ur voice I say I have attitude yeah I do ur probably some snot nose 20sumthin Hispanic girl on a power trip YOU ALL SEEM TO BE AT THIS STORE BRING IT DOWN BONITA OR it will b brought down for u y'all really don't deserve the 1 star

I wish I can give this McDonald's a zero star this!McDonald's is actually located inside Sam Town Casino. (Love Sam Town) ANYWAYS the manager or who ever she is was very rude when I came there yesterday. Like girl if you don't like your job quit , vacate , depart from this job. Don't take it out on people who are asking question about an item or a price. So yesterday afternoon I came there with my niece and nephew after watching a movie. While ordering my food I had ask her about the world wide menu I wanted to know some feedback . But all I got was rudeness and short answer . It was not busy just to let y'all know that I didn't have anyone on the back of me waiting to order, anyways I had simple questions just her whole energy was so negative. So we sat down waiting for my order my number was not being called it's like she skipped it on purpose even those it was done finally after 15 minutes she looked at me and was like hey your order is done , so I said you never called my number she literally lied to my face and said she did when I'm sitting in front of McDonald's waiting while you skipped my number because you probably got irritated and miserable about whatever! After eating my niece wanted something sweet told her try to make sure not to go to the same person that served us . I hope they change their attitude or change their management have someone work that is grateful they have a job with great customer service.

You have one job when partnered with Uber Eats, just get the order correct. You couldn't do it. Whomever is supervisor this shift needs to step up the organizational skills and make sure orders are complete and correct before expediting. A copy of this review will be sent to corporate.

Rude, condescending staff. Had to beg to get my receipt. Didn't give me my entire order & states well I'm probably a tourist anyway so won't be back. Newsflash I live on the east side of town & am in Sams Town all the time.

McDonald's is McDonald's!!! Free refills until midnight with receipt that day. Something quick for the kids.

If I could give zero stars I would. I mean everyone knows McDonald's and it's menu. We get what we pay for I get it. It's the service that I'm having issues with. The wait time was ridiculous. Than not having my full order was the next issue. And last not having the right drink. Just when you want a crisp coke you end up with a flat Dr Pepper

This is the best Mcdonald's I have ever been too. Drive-thru was fast & efficient, ladies were all so nice! They got the line in & out. Coffee usually tastes like shit & today it was delicious. My hot n spivey has the perfect amount of mayo on it. All items never forgotten & utensils in the bag! Nice smiles & greetings! Y'all won't regret it if you need some fast food! Thanks for your service ladies.!

Why knowingly put out a product to customers. Each worker should be a ambassador for McDonald's, promoting freshness and service with satisfactory results. I specifically went to McDonald's because I had a taste for the famous golden fries. But when I got home and opened my bag, my fries had aged about 5 years.. some hard and some wilted. These were the fries you would serve your enemy to show then what you thought of them. Very disappointed in what I was served... even made me think about going back out and just going to Del Taco for their fries. Smh.

This McDonalds is pretty good! Come here everytime we are Sam's Town! They are pretty much open ALWAYS and if you keep your cup during your stay you can refil it...

When went to buy food, manager was screaming at all employees and I don't think it's a good job to work & otherwise she charger and gave me my money & went to go get my food without washing her hands, Also my son saw everything and ever since then my kids don't wanna eat McDonald's there. Thank you.

Takes a while to get your food but it's always about the quality you would expect from Mcdonald's. We come here for cookies or pies after we eat at one of the restaurants in Sam's or after the movies. Sometimes just for a drink, which we never have to wait too long for. :) There's not usually too long of a line and it's right by an entrance/exit to Sam's.

Hi McDonald's. The food is great but the McDonald's inside the Sams town needs more work force because when is busy the manager is doing more work than the 2 cashiers he has and the 2 cooks he has in the back this McDonald's needs to be cover everything you need as a manager you can't run out of your stuff you need to make that customer happy McDonald's is a fast food service not a slow motion service please update your customer service in this McDonald's.

Could do better with their customer service. When I walked up to the counter and was not greeted, and when the girl handed me my sweet tea she did it like she had an attitude. Maybe you shouldn't be at work if you're that upset.

Manuel, the manager, gave us the worst customer service I've every had at a McDonald's. Took our order incorrectly, blamed us for it, overcharged us, wouldn't fix it, and was rolling his eyes the whole time, tried to hide his name from us and only gave it to us when we insisted. Then didn't even apologize for any of it!

It was a McDonald's nothing new but the faces was scared to go their when a guy said he got a burger without the meat...but no one is perfect and things happen but I did lmao it's a pretty busy place sitting in a casino that is non stop

This place alright... I mean they skipped my number and totally forget about my order. When I politely asked about my order the manager gave me attitude and snatched my receipt. Not satisfied with customer service. Food is ok.

really bad customer service, super rude as well. they work really slow, literally skipped us 5 times, and we only ordered fries. their card reader needs to be fixed, omg. the people working here really does not care about their customers. plus the ppl behind us were impatient, really annoying and rude, all they did was order one drink.

i stopped going to mcdonalds because their customer service was the worst. This morning i went to try their iced coffe. It was very good and the cashier was actually nice, i am pretty sure everybody has tried their coffe but i just wanted to share this.
