McDonald's

I went to the drive-thru to get a simple coffee. There was nobody in front of me. There was nobody behind me and I waited 20 minutes and the girl at the register was lost. She didn't know what she was doing at 3:00 in the morning. You need somebody there that knows what they're doing on a positive note, my coffee was good

I placed a mobile order one night and when I got to the store it was apparent the were having issues and couldn’t make my food. But they also told me they can’t refund me and that I would have to call corporate. I was told by corporate that was wrong. They should have fixed it at the store. After calling corporate (who was as helpful as they could be) they started the reversal of the transaction but I was still out that money for 5 days. The stated I would receive a phone call from that store. I gave them nearly 2 weeks and never got a call back. I had to call corporate 3 times to get a call from that store and after all that they couldn’t even give me a credit for some free food. With so many other options in Texas City I won’t be going here any longer. I’m sure the manager doesn’t care but neither do I.

This place has the rudest customers of any place in town. Packed Sunday lunch, or any other busy time...people will sit in the drive thru for their curbsides orders, cut in line at the drive thru, and the Queen of the entitled to do all of these things simultaneously, in front of her Escalade full of baseball youths, sending them inside while she literally has the only 2 parking spaces left (not curbside) place packed, drive thru stacked, raining And it was too much to bear so I ask why she felt it was ok to do this, setting an example for the six pre teens in her vehicle (see attached photo) This is her total disregard to everyone, so when she saw me take photo, she found this miraculous energy to get out of her car, screaming obscenities upon approaching my car, beating on my window trying to fight me....I am on crutches, physically disabled, but not mentally stupid enough to open my door or window... here's my question, at what point is manager going to notice, acknowledge, or take any action? So we have to wait to get physically assaulted? I'm sure the entire ordeal was my fault for being the only person to speak up

It’s not that hard to fill up the fry’s. I had to ask for sauce multiple times even though I had 46 nuggets. Indian guy at the window never knows what’s going on.

Hunter took our order this morning. He has a very friendly smile, friendly face. Hunter took good care of us this morning. Everything was to our satisfaction, Hunter definitely deserves some type of Recognition. I would definitely dine in more. Thank you so much Hunter keep up the good work 🙌🙏 Hunter is at Texas City’s McDonald’s !

Oder on line after 11pm. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru window, never made it to the window. Parked went inside, manager said he didn't even have an online oder. So what's the point. You took the money online. Sitting in parking lot waiting another 15 minutes. If McDonald's doesn't have enough staff to service fast food. Then they shouldn't call yhemsrlf s fast food restaurant.

They never fill the drinks up to the fill line 😒 not uncommon for a large fry to be as big as a medium either

Screw us once shame on you, screw us. twice shame on us. We should've know better than to leave before we checked out order, but we had faith in the backing of a global chain. For the second time today we were given the privilege of having our order short served. First this morning, a drink shy on an order for 2 people. How do you screw that up, they have it down to a science. The second time a 10 piece mcchicken. If you go here for a quick and cheap meal they'll throw in a complimentary McMissing For you. The food you do get probably won't kill you but I could've broken out their window by throwing the bun for my sandwich at it. And the sausage this morning tasted more like.... something other than sausage. Texas city mcds do better please.

The bathroom floor might as well be made of toilet water. The food I read on Wikipedia that it's made of children. The service the service was excellent 5 stars would eat here again.

Wow just wow. Not much more to say. Service I don't think I even knew what that meant in this place. Cleanliness out the window. Food just terrible I'm pretty sure someone spit in it or sprayed skunk on it. Do better McDonald's.

Holy shit the people working here are idiots. How stupid do you have to be to forget something frozen prepackaged and tossed in a box. Wish this wasn't the only 24 hour mcdonalds around, expect chuds to take your order and waste your time.

How can you be in a rush to provide decent customer service when you're the only game in town (Texas City). You're not greeted when you enter the establishment, if you place an order via the kiosk and choose to pay in cash, you'll wait forever for a cashier. If you're not tech savvy and in need of ordering with the cashier, you'll wait forever. It's fast food but nothing is fast about it, and the staff act like they hate their jobs, I mean it may be true (we've all had our moments) but to show it by not caring, is a new level. People frequent McDonalds because of the deals and reasonable prices, not for the customer service.

This is the worst location! They are super slow. No point in ordering curbside because you'll never get it. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I've ordered curbside I've had to go in to get it. Just picked up and my order was just sitting inside by the hash browns for 10 minutes. Do better!

I ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes, a frappe and sweet tea. Uber says it got picked up but I haven't gotten my food. It's been an hour and a half since I ordered. I guess it's time to veto McDonald's on Palmer road in Texas City. I ALWAYS have problems with them. The one in Walmart in LaMarque is awesome. Never any problems from them.

They had gave me a half cookie it took about an hour to get here, it was ten different Dasher and they were steady playing with my food.

This place is ridiculous I see why y'all have all those signs about no giving them attitude yeah cause if y'all actually would pay attention to a paying customer and did shit correctly the first time we wouldn't have to get on to y'all I'm sitting inside while writing this cause I've asked repeatedly for more sugar and y'all are literally ignoring me while y'all are just casually having a conversation one employee finally acknowledged me and Ofcourse when he went to ask where the sugar was y'all just ignored him as well if I could give y'all 0 stars I would smfh

A lot of people gripe about McDonald's but hey it's McDonald's. I remember when AP. Had nothing so yeah they make mistakes, who doesn't? But overall I like the management. She very nice and works hard to get orders out. The only gripe I have is there's no dedicated register person so we wait a long time to be helped.

HORRIBLE!!!!! This is the worst McDonalds EVER!! It takes 30-45 minutes to get your food and when you finally do get it, it's wrong or missing items. Then you have to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix it. If you think that mobile ordering will help you save time it doesn't. It takes twice as long and that's if you can even find a parking spot to wait. This place is an absolute joke and a mess. Avoid this place!!!

Be aware of using ordering on the mobile app. Once you order on the app, and go the store if they out of your ordering they WILL NOT refund your money. They are rude and they is really sad, because even the managers are rude. I quit there for several months then tried again and it the same. Don't waste your time there is too many restaurants in this area.

The dumbest store I've been to all I ordered is a kids nuggets and this is what I got. You expect my kid to eat this and only this for dinner??

So slow, workers don't seem like they work. I've gone through the drive through and been handed the wrong food numerous of times.

Only order from here if you have an extra hour to wait for your food. They are S L O W!!!!

management was very rude both of them and they had a very dirty dining room food was cold but the place was packed so I don't understand that .. will never go here again

Terrible service. Can't ever get the order right. Ordered twice and they always gave me someone else's order. Saw how a delivery driver from doordash showed up to pick up her order @ lobby & she tried to tell this black girl & she just ignored her and went up to another black driver & helped him instead, even tho that other driver was there first. Very unprofessional, rude and kind of racist for not wanting to go up & help out a white customer. These ppl got their heads up their butt. Incomplete orders; wrong orders; racist staff.

Even after confirming 3 (three) times, they still bagged up the WRONG order! Pay attention when you are bagging up orders for delivery or for any customer. You have NEVER gotten a correct order right, NEVER!

My child has gotten major Diarrhea from here. Would NOT recommend. Thanks a lot, my child is currently vomiting because of you guys. Have a nice night knowing you almost killed my daughter.

So I'm only giving this 5 stars so my review goes to the top. I really don't have to say my terrible experience just look at the reviews and you'll see why I'm writing a review about this place. It's honestly sad that this place has been terrible for years. You think common sense would kick in and something would change. But clearly not.... As a manager myself I would take a step back and look at what's going wrong and fix it. I get finding decent workers in tx city is hard especially for this damn city. But you think by now something would've been fixed. There should be no reason that food is getting mixed up and these long lines. Who ever is the manager you gotta figure out on better time management for yourself and your crew. I get jobs get busy and stressful but this is why you make a set task to overcome those challenges but the laziness in improving this place shows. Everyone sees it. I'm sitting here typing this and my timer says I've been here for 45 minutes!!! But I guess the owner of this store doesn't care enough to make changes to management/workers. I have never left a review for a place before but this is crazy. I only ordered two meals thats it. I'm pretty sure I could walk in there and make my own food faster then these employees. But of course this review will just go to the bottom and be push down by the other negative reviews in the future......

I've tried to order delivery through DoorDash here multiple times, but the employees tell the driver that they never received my order. DoorDash had contacted them and it showed on their side that they confirmed my order. They have also been rude those multiple times to the driver after ignoring them for 5-10 minutes. I do food delivery and I know how much of a waste of time, money, and gas this is. They're also rude to DoorDash support. Lucia is the manager.

This McDonalds is very slow. At average you could spend 12 minutes waiting in line on a good day. 20 on a bad day. Since its the only MDs around it seems that everyone is there. During the mid morning the business seems to die down some what. The food is sometimes fresh sometimes not and they are known for leaving a burger are two out of your bag, please check your bag before you drive off and have to go back like i did several times!

Filthy atmosphere to go eat at. Dirty tables, trash on the floors, nasty bathrooms and customer service is non existent. Can't have a quiet meal here, too many loud groups of ppl acting up.

Drive thru service is the best of the worst. 15 min wait with nobody in line. A travesty really. The downfall of American fast food. C'mon guys, even robots can do better!

Horrible Service. I've been here several times. I generally like McDonald's. However, this one is the exception. Each time I have been here, the staff has been rude and they've gotten my order wrong. If the staff can't even get a basic order right at McDonald's, I'd hate to see them try something difficult like at a busy sit down restaurant.

I mean it is good and everything. It's just the waiting they take forever just to come out with the order. They tell us to wait when there are not even any people what is this!!! I had to wait about for 20 minutes and THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG! I wonder if they would make the time for the waiting customers less and if they could see if they actually put the order correctly.

My hometown McDonald's is above average. It's clean, the employees are pleasant, and the service is very quick. The food is prepared well and they rarely mess up my order. Sometimes I order for 4 or 5 people, so that's a big deal to me.

Super unprofessional, if they don't feel like making it, it isn't available at that time of day, called to speak to management and was met with a voice not only could I not understand hollering "micdunls" in my ear. When I asked if it was McDonald's got "yeah, what do you want". Lol No wonder chick fil a across the street is always packed. Got a bunch of lazy, no good workers at this location.

Not great, not terrible..it's McDonalds so you shouldn't expect restaurant perfection..it's fast food..go go go...Friendly staff..quickly paced..clean inside..parking lot drive thru gets busy so come early if you're visiting around the time plant workers make shift change..so I've seen em busiest around 5, 6 am....12, 1 pm...5,6pm and 9, 10pm

The team was very unprofessional. The manager act like she didn't know what she was doin. It took them 20 min to let me know the frappa machine was down. One of the team members thought I had left and started to talk about me before I was out the building. I asked her what she had said and she rudely told me she wasn't talkin to me she was talkin to the manager. so I asked the manager what was the girl name and she ain't say nothen she looked at the girl. First of all the manager she should of handled the situation but didnt.

They don't do online orders after a certain time, made me feel like it was an inconvenience to help me after my card already paid for it ahead of time, why have the fucking app if you don't honor it? I am still waiting on food going on 15 min this sucks I would leave if I didn't already pay

Every time I come here either the machiatto machine or ice cream machine doesn't work. They never have grape jelly. Most of the employees are just down right rude. I went through the drive thru and was greeted "what you getting" so I said "um hello" and they responded again, "yeah what are you getting" it's already bad enough that my food isn't fresh, then it's just thrown on top and put in a bag. The manager Luis is great! But he can only do so much. I hope this place gets it together soon.

This place NEVER has a working ice cream machine. I'm talking middle of the day the ice cream machine is broke. What is that?

Nothing but kids working, they were loud and obnoxious -throwing things around & etc. very annoyed with my service. But I gave them two starts considering it is McDonald's what else are you to except from that.

I am on an afternoon outing with my two grandkids and decided to allow them to choose the dining spot, so here we are. They got the usual kids chicken McNugget happy meal and they were pleased with it, even if I wished it was a little healthier. I decided to try the chicken bacon ranch salad, and was fairly pleased with it as a better option than a burger or fried chicken pieces. For a fast food salad it was pretty good, but not a place I'll take my wife for a romantic outing.
