I’ve been buying food at this location for around 20 years and am at the point that I will no longer visit them. The last couple of months I’ve repeatedly been asked at the drive through window to pull forward and wait for my order and then been completely ignored for a minimum of a half hour. Then they make me go through the line again, even though I’ve already paid and try to show them my receipt. Tonight I refused to go through the line again after being parked and waiting for my order from 10:04 PM when I checked in for my mobile order, was asked to pull forward and told they’d bring it to me, then was ignored until I went to the pickup window at 10:35 PM. I went to the window where they tried to give me two different random orders, then was told to go through the line again. After I refused, asked for the manager, and told the woman that I already ordered but she didn’t speak English and kept saying,”No, you go around and order.” She refused to even look at my receipt even though the other woman behind her asked me for it. Then she closed and locked the window and said she was calling the police! I told her that was a good idea, I’ll wait here. I finally got tired of waiting and went back through the line again showed her the receipt and she closed the window again and told me to leave! Fortunately, the other woman did take my receipt and looked up the order and told her I did have an order but the manager who didn’t speak English again tried to refuse me. This time I told her I was not moving until the police came and she (finally!) gave me my ice cream at 10:55 PM. The last time this happened two other people were also parked at curbside pickup having the same problem with having waited over half an hour just to be given the wrong food then refused service when they tried to get the correct order. The manager also threatened the man, who was parked next to me, with the police to be called if he didn’t leave the property! Just for trying to give back the wrong order and get his order. It’s absolutely unacceptable that paying customers are being treated in such a horrible manner and I’d definitely advise against anyone using this location if you have any other choice. I’m driving to the Gilcrease location from now on.
