3 orders in a row on our cheese burgers that were ordered with no mustard, the first one we thought could be a simple mistake we ate the stale burgers, the second time we went to the drive thru and checked them out just in case, it was missing onions. I went inside to ask for onions and they took my bag, I’m assuming the lady in the back took a look and said “ay no, esta bien”(oh no, it’s fine) because I’m positive we were handed back the same burgers, health code violation btw. Then I was challenged to look at them right then to which I figured you absolutely cannot mess this up again and got home 15 minutes later to find out they were not fixed at all. I overlook all the previous mistakes because they get so busy but this is absolutely negligible. Their phone is either so busy from all the mistakes they make or disconnected because I can’t get anyone in the phone. I’m saving the owners number next time I come by.
