They cut down the line fairly quickly, this McDonald's is usually pretty busy. Got the spicy snack wrap, it was disappointingly small. Can say that it was actually spicy which was a surprise. The chicken wasn't dry, or hard which was good. Had a good crunch to the chicken

Came through the drive thru about an half hour ago staff was very rude ignored us on the drive thru speaker and when we pulled up to place our order they slammed the window in our faces multiple times! No way we should be treated like this we eat here often but it’s to the point I’ll rather go to the other side of town wasn’t rude or anything just wanted the manager’s information! Just because it’s McDonald’s doesn’t mean you can treat people horribly! Adding the people who were rude hopefully managers see this and do something! Girl at the first window turned to use her phone in our faces multiple times. Second window is who were taking orders ignored us and slammed window in our faces. Definitely want something done just getting off the road from traveling only thing open wasn’t busy so definitely no excuse to be so rude and unprofessional!

This McDonald's does not listen to orders is overwhelmed and will intentionally give you the wrong order if they don't like you. I was there 2 days ago ordered a snack wrap non-spicy they put on the label it was ranch I ate it and I cannot handle spice because I am extremely White and I am a constant customer there so they know me I spent 30 minutes trying to cool my mouth down and now have a blister on my lip because of the fact I cannot handle spice.

I’ve been buying food at this location for around 20 years and am at the point that I will no longer visit them. The last couple of months I’ve repeatedly been asked at the drive through window to pull forward and wait for my order and then been completely ignored for a minimum of a half hour. Then they make me go through the line again, even though I’ve already paid and try to show them my receipt. Tonight I refused to go through the line again after being parked and waiting for my order from 10:04 PM when I checked in for my mobile order, was asked to pull forward and told they’d bring it to me, then was ignored until I went to the pickup window at 10:35 PM. I went to the window where they tried to give me two different random orders, then was told to go through the line again. After I refused, asked for the manager, and told the woman that I already ordered but she didn’t speak English and kept saying,”No, you go around and order.” She refused to even look at my receipt even though the other woman behind her asked me for it. Then she closed and locked the window and said she was calling the police! I told her that was a good idea, I’ll wait here. I finally got tired of waiting and went back through the line again showed her the receipt and she closed the window again and told me to leave! Fortunately, the other woman did take my receipt and looked up the order and told her I did have an order but the manager who didn’t speak English again tried to refuse me. This time I told her I was not moving until the police came and she (finally!) gave me my ice cream at 10:55 PM. The last time this happened two other people were also parked at curbside pickup having the same problem with having waited over half an hour just to be given the wrong food then refused service when they tried to get the correct order. The manager also threatened the man, who was parked next to me, with the police to be called if he didn’t leave the property! Just for trying to give back the wrong order and get his order. It’s absolutely unacceptable that paying customers are being treated in such a horrible manner and I’d definitely advise against anyone using this location if you have any other choice. I’m driving to the Gilcrease location from now on.

I paid for a spicy chicken deluxe and I received a tiny bun with a thin piece of. I don't know what and nothing else on it but a tomato. I am very dissatisfied. This was the one on Peoria in Tulsa, Oklahoma and it's around 9:45 this evening. Do not eat there. Very disappointing. They will not get your order right

I asked for 3 chocolate chip cookies if they were fresh. Instead of fresh cookies they Microwaved them and told me they're fresh. When you microwave already baked cookies, you overcook them and they become hard and taste burnt. in fact they're so friggin hard I can't even eat them. This mcds does not care about their customers and it shows

my daughter used the mobile app to order, she goes up there to get it and the person that is taking orders in drive thru asked her if she had a mobile order she said yes and gave them the code, pulled around to the first window and no one would even open it, so she pulled to the 3rd window and someone finally came to the window to talk to her very rudely and said their system was down for their mobile app, she had shown the lady her receipt from her email and showed her what her order was, the lady slammed the door in her face and locked it, I showed up to talk to a manager about it pulled up to the speaker and again they asked me if I had a mobile order even know according to them their system is down and can’t receive the orders from the app at the moment, pulled to the 3rd window since I wanted to talk to a manager finally after 5 to 10 mins of sitting there someone came over, she was very rude and had an attitude wouldn’t let me talk and all she said was I had to come back up there in the morning, even know they still could of made the order since it shows that my daughter paid for the food. I worked at a fast food place that has their own app so I know they could of made it with no problems. We always come to this McDonald’s since it’s closer to our house and never had any issues from using the app, never been spoken to rudely by any of the employees or dismissed about an issue that they were having. Everyone that was working tonight NEEDS TO BE FIRED, you don’t treat customers that way. Will never return to this location. If I could of gave ZERO STARS I WOULD OF.

Always have problems here. One morning they forgot one of my breakfast sandwiches so they stuck it in a bag with no wrapper. Constantly forgetting the fries in happy meals, they put my drink in a big bag with my bag of food and when I opened the big bag the cup was dumped over all on my food. People are rude, won’t even tell you your total they just hold their hand out waiting for a card or money. When you try to tell them they’ve made a mistake they will shut the window and ignore you. If you try to bypass all the rude workers and do a mobile order you have to sit out there for 15+ minutes and get cold food. 10/10 would not recommend
