They cut down the line fairly quickly, this McDonald's is usually pretty busy. Got the spicy snack wrap, it was disappointingly small. Can say that it was actually spicy which was a surprise. The chicken wasn't dry, or hard which was good. Had a good crunch to the chicken

Came through the drive thru about an half hour ago staff was very rude ignored us on the drive thru speaker and when we pulled up to place our order they slammed the window in our faces multiple times! No way we should be treated like this we eat here often but it’s to the point I’ll rather go to the other side of town wasn’t rude or anything just wanted the manager’s information! Just because it’s McDonald’s doesn’t mean you can treat people horribly! Adding the people who were rude hopefully managers see this and do something! Girl at the first window turned to use her phone in our faces multiple times. Second window is who were taking orders ignored us and slammed window in our faces. Definitely want something done just getting off the road from traveling only thing open wasn’t busy so definitely no excuse to be so rude and unprofessional!

This McDonald's does not listen to orders is overwhelmed and will intentionally give you the wrong order if they don't like you. I was there 2 days ago ordered a snack wrap non-spicy they put on the label it was ranch I ate it and I cannot handle spice because I am extremely White and I am a constant customer there so they know me I spent 30 minutes trying to cool my mouth down and now have a blister on my lip because of the fact I cannot handle spice.

I’ve been buying food at this location for around 20 years and am at the point that I will no longer visit them. The last couple of months I’ve repeatedly been asked at the drive through window to pull forward and wait for my order and then been completely ignored for a minimum of a half hour. Then they make me go through the line again, even though I’ve already paid and try to show them my receipt. Tonight I refused to go through the line again after being parked and waiting for my order from 10:04 PM when I checked in for my mobile order, was asked to pull forward and told they’d bring it to me, then was ignored until I went to the pickup window at 10:35 PM. I went to the window where they tried to give me two different random orders, then was told to go through the line again. After I refused, asked for the manager, and told the woman that I already ordered but she didn’t speak English and kept saying,”No, you go around and order.” She refused to even look at my receipt even though the other woman behind her asked me for it. Then she closed and locked the window and said she was calling the police! I told her that was a good idea, I’ll wait here. I finally got tired of waiting and went back through the line again showed her the receipt and she closed the window again and told me to leave! Fortunately, the other woman did take my receipt and looked up the order and told her I did have an order but the manager who didn’t speak English again tried to refuse me. This time I told her I was not moving until the police came and she (finally!) gave me my ice cream at 10:55 PM. The last time this happened two other people were also parked at curbside pickup having the same problem with having waited over half an hour just to be given the wrong food then refused service when they tried to get the correct order. The manager also threatened the man, who was parked next to me, with the police to be called if he didn’t leave the property! Just for trying to give back the wrong order and get his order. It’s absolutely unacceptable that paying customers are being treated in such a horrible manner and I’d definitely advise against anyone using this location if you have any other choice. I’m driving to the Gilcrease location from now on.

I paid for a spicy chicken deluxe and I received a tiny bun with a thin piece of. I don't know what and nothing else on it but a tomato. I am very dissatisfied. This was the one on Peoria in Tulsa, Oklahoma and it's around 9:45 this evening. Do not eat there. Very disappointing. They will not get your order right

I asked for 3 chocolate chip cookies if they were fresh. Instead of fresh cookies they Microwaved them and told me they're fresh. When you microwave already baked cookies, you overcook them and they become hard and taste burnt. in fact they're so friggin hard I can't even eat them. This mcds does not care about their customers and it shows

my daughter used the mobile app to order, she goes up there to get it and the person that is taking orders in drive thru asked her if she had a mobile order she said yes and gave them the code, pulled around to the first window and no one would even open it, so she pulled to the 3rd window and someone finally came to the window to talk to her very rudely and said their system was down for their mobile app, she had shown the lady her receipt from her email and showed her what her order was, the lady slammed the door in her face and locked it, I showed up to talk to a manager about it pulled up to the speaker and again they asked me if I had a mobile order even know according to them their system is down and can’t receive the orders from the app at the moment, pulled to the 3rd window since I wanted to talk to a manager finally after 5 to 10 mins of sitting there someone came over, she was very rude and had an attitude wouldn’t let me talk and all she said was I had to come back up there in the morning, even know they still could of made the order since it shows that my daughter paid for the food. I worked at a fast food place that has their own app so I know they could of made it with no problems. We always come to this McDonald’s since it’s closer to our house and never had any issues from using the app, never been spoken to rudely by any of the employees or dismissed about an issue that they were having. Everyone that was working tonight NEEDS TO BE FIRED, you don’t treat customers that way. Will never return to this location. If I could of gave ZERO STARS I WOULD OF.

Always have problems here. One morning they forgot one of my breakfast sandwiches so they stuck it in a bag with no wrapper. Constantly forgetting the fries in happy meals, they put my drink in a big bag with my bag of food and when I opened the big bag the cup was dumped over all on my food. People are rude, won’t even tell you your total they just hold their hand out waiting for a card or money. When you try to tell them they’ve made a mistake they will shut the window and ignore you. If you try to bypass all the rude workers and do a mobile order you have to sit out there for 15+ minutes and get cold food. 10/10 would not recommend

Two stars just because it still tastes like McDonald's. Let's talk about a window lady named Brissa in the drive thru. Miserable person. Dry, bland, and just rude. You should have kind, professional speaking people working the window. Not someone that short answering, that keep saying "what else" "what else" "what else"? And at the end "first window" click. Lol. And then the dude at the window. Haha. Don't like your job bud find another one. Just not a happy person at all and forgot our sauces. I did check my bag before we drove off or I would have been SOL on l sauce. So no harm no fowl there. But then I get home and my cheese burgers look like they've been pressed or sat on. (Pic) Hahaha. All in all probably one of the worst McDonalds I've been to. Workers, food, etc. When I asked for the window ladies name the women I asked gave me an attitude and asked why before giving me her name. Haha. Might need a new manager at this franchise.

I went here at 12:00 ish waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes no one asked for my order and then pulled up to the window 3 people looked at me several times and waiting for another 15 minutes they said they couldn't give me my refund everyone who was working the night shift needs to be fired.

This place makes way to much to be running out. Plus you taken customer's money. I work hard for money. And I will NOTTTTT LET YOUR BUSINESS JUST HAVE IT. NO WE DONT AND NOTTTTT GONNA DO THAT. Honestly this McDonald's gets a hard rap. There are so many people in this line and they ALWAYS get the food done pretty quickly. Only complaint is sometimes the drive through people are rude. But what can you expect. 4* rating compared to other fast food joints obviously

They just finished remodeling this place and it is much better now. Service was amazing and my kids loved the new playland. The new interior design was really nice too. It was a nice, contemporary look. I saw a table that lights up and changed colors. They have new machines so you can order your food yourself instead of someone taking your order but you can still order at the counter. It also has three drive thru windows to make the line go faster. Best McDonald's I've been to in Tulsa.

Y'all. I am SO mad. It is 4 in the morning. I just got in from driving most of the day to get home. I'm hungry, I'm sleepy and I just want to eat and get home. I pull up to the drive thru to order and I wait for 10 minutes. No exaggeration. And nobody comes on. So I pull to the window and see 2 women inside. One is making a drink and the other is talking to her. I see them. They see me. I see them see me. And they shake their heads and keep talking. YOURE OPEN 24 HOURS! So I call them while sitting by the window and make it obvious I'm calling. They don't answer. So I pull back around to the drive thru. And I wait. FINALLY she comes on and says, "Yeah. What can I get ya?" So after 20 corrections and speaking slowly, she get it and I pull up to pay. I hand her the money and she says, "I can't take a hundred. I just got my drawer and only have 5's and 10's." And I told her she better figure something out. So then her manager says to take it and she holds her hand out and rolls her eyes to take the money with a nasty attitude. IM SORRY. DID I MAKE YOU DO YOUR JOB?! THEN we wait and wait for change. Which when she finally gives it to me, she doesn't say a word or count it back...and she TOSSED IT AT ME. And I go to get my receipt (which had her name on it) and she drops it and says "oops." And closed the window. Just Wow.

There was an employee on her cellphone phone in the drive thru another employee eating an ice cream cone and then to top it off all of my food was cold. The manager watched all this gone down and I brought it to her attention after waiting for 10 minutes my food was cold she looked surprised. This place is so unprofessional. Come on McDonald's you gotta do better

A complete shitshow even by McDonalds standards. Ordered a simple double cheeseburger only ketchup and a medium fries at the kiosk - 20 MINUTES. Do I need to say anything more than that? Nothing - no explanation or apology when we finally had to go up to the counter to get the food (which was supposed to be brought out to the table). Employees walking around aimlessly behind the counter ignoring buzzers and alarms which went off incessantly. You don't expect much from McDonalds but please.

The dollar menu only had a drink on it all other items were crossed off. Should've been the first sign. I ordered #2 with sweet tea, 2 happy meals and some McNuggets. We waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes before getting our food. When we got the food it was all room temperature and the tea had a huge glop of unstirred syrup in it.

Went tonight 02/14/2020 ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese they brought 2 quarter pounders with cheese told no a double. Takes it back comes back gives me the right one I think. I get home and open up the box and it was but minus one side of the bun.

The order shows right on the screen, but when I got to the window in the drive up, THEY JUST CAN'T GET IT RIGHT! Then they wanted me to pull over to the side and wait! If you can go to another one GO! because this one THEY JUST CAN'T GET IT RIGHT!

Served raw chicken in happy meal on 1-26-18. (Not previously cooked, the chicken is raw/pink/cold/slimy). Hoping my 2 year old doesn't get sick. Will make sure everyone knows to avoid this McDonald's location.

The manager was quite insistent that I resembled Edward Norton, which was a nice little confidence boost on a day when I had taken a pretty goofy looking driver's license picture. The place seemed clean, too. But! I had a coupon that offered me either a free premium salad or an extra value meal, and I was going to do the right thing and order the salad, but my cashier (who, poor thing, seemed new both to the job and to the English language) could offer me no information about said salads other than their names. Lacking further detail, I resolved to stick to the tried-and-true chicken sandwich. As I drove away, however, I found that my bag contained some sort of cheeseburger instead. The cheeseburger tasted fine, but what if I were a devout Hindu, or concerned about the risks of colorectal cancer posed by red meat? As nice as the manager was, job one of the fast food place is to get the order right.

I love the McCafé iced caramel macchiato. The only problem is, that no one will make it for me with light ice and topped off with the iced coffee. I mean they'll give me one with light ice but normally won't fill It up the rest of the way with coffee. Even though i tell them I'll pay extra for it. I have to explain how I want it made and other places have told me they just can't do that like the McDonald's on East 1st st and Utica in Tulsa. I went to the McDonald's on Peoria and East Pine st in Tulsa the manager Marry is the best, she makes it right and she's very polite. I will come back to this McDonald's because of her. The other employees were also kind. McDonald's at Peoria and East Pine st in Tulsa is the best Thank you Marry.

Good grief. I waste so much time at this stupid drive thru stating and then repeating my order. Why ask for my order if you are not ready? Then still not listen?? 1/2 the time i get to the 1st window and I can tell they still don't have the order right. Correct it again. Today I actually checked my sandwich at 2nd window before pulling off and guess what: of course it was not right. This was after saying it 3 times at the menu board, correcting at the 1st window and telling them at the 2nd window what it was I ordered. They STILL give me the wrong thing! They don't even care about doing a good job. Sign of the sad times we live in. More sad still: I keep going back because I know I could no expect much better anywhere else.

Horrible Service went through the drive through to order two large drinks after a 15 minute wait a car came out of nowhere pulled up at the window where you receive food and three orders were taken along with their money I pulled up and ask for the manager told her what has just happened and she had nothing positive to say but I guess someone told them to pull around. I told her it's not sanitary to take money were the meal are being served and they jump ahead of me and my orders was already taken...she walked off let me sitting there.. So I am here asking people DO NOT EAT HERE 1441 N. Peoria AVe Bad Service and UNfit Manager.

This McDonalds charges $.30 extra for mayo only! How can somebody charge more for less? They also have higher dollar menu prices than the other nearby stores. I won't go back to this location.
