1 Star. I do not recommend this location. I've been here many, many times and have almost always had issues but this visit was the last time. I'll never go back. Read below for a detailed review of each component.
Food: My friend and I ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits, which are 2 for $4. Instead, we received 2 sausage biscuits (no bacon, no egg, no cheese) which are $1 each, and more importantly, NOT what we wanted to eat.
Service: Not friendly. The line was pretty long. When we got to the register, the server did not smile at us. We asked her what were the sandwiches that were on the 2 for $4 menu, and she just walked away without saying anything (while my friend was still talking to her). She came back with the dollar menu, which didn't even answer our question. That's pretty bad already, but the fact that our order was almost entirely wrong is just too much. I mean seriously...to completely mess it up, all they had to do was put it in a muffin instead of a biscuit! *eye roll*
Ambiance: Very crowded, hectic, and uncomfortable. There seemed to be a bottleneck in ordering, which caused the line to wind all the way to the door, blocking the entrance. But clearly there are issues in the back as well, since food was taking long to get out and it was wrong when it came out. People who placed their order were forced to constantly be moving around, trying to get out of the way.
Overall experience: I think anyone who goes to a fast food place has experienced something being wrong with their order, so by now we are all pretty good about checking in the bag to see if we've at least got the right number of items. But to now be expected to actually unwrap our items and open it up to ensure that they've been made correctly, that's just unacceptable. And can you still call it "fast" food if you have to wait so long for it?
Final words: I do not recommend this location. Slow service, unfriendly staff and most importantly, chances are your order will be wrong. It's an incredibly busy location so I have to assume that things are so bad here because they're understaffed. I'm sure no one there intends to be rude or mess things up on purpose, and a part of me feels for the team there, because they're probably all really stressed out. But that being said, I just can't continue to patronize a business that consistently provides me with a bad customer experience.
