Came here tonight wanting a coffee and ordered 2 medium sized drinks. Got my drinks and realized that they were not mediums and let the employee at the window know that it says small on the side of the cup. A woman came from the back trying to explain the sizes to me with an attitude as if i’m blind and can’t see that it says SMALL. If i’m paying for something then I expect it to be exactly what I ordered.

McDonald's in Vestavia Hills is on another level. Always fresh, hot. Excellent service. But McDonald's Corporation needs to stop. Fish sandwich is half the size it used to be....and it costs more!🙄

We spent $40 via the McDonald's app. Selected the option within the app to add additional sauces. The curbside order contained only 1 sauce, so I went inside to ask for the remainder. The employee said they're only allowed to give 1 sauce per nugget. That's fine, I ordered extra. They said it was 25 cents per extra sauce, regardless of what the app says. So I ask how am I supposed to pay with the app if I would like extra sauces? They don't know. So what is the point of the app order? They don't know. When I tried to use the 'contact us' feature on the app to provide feedback, I received an error. All around unpleasant experience.

App order. Very disappointed in the way everything has started to downsize. I ordered a double fish combo for myself, and the fish was so thin, and the bun should have been for a kids burger. Fries were not hot and fresh. I was outside the building as I placed my order. So there was no reason for the fries to not be fresh and hot.

Service was my big issue. The person at order box was very polite and spoke to me. The person at pick up window said nothing, looked pissed off at world, and didn't give me napkins or a straw. Will go to McDonalds 3 miles further just to get someone to be nice enough to go a step further and for need of napkins, ketchup, or any other condiments that I may have forgotten to ask for, as a reminder if ( ex- mustard) may have been forgotten about by me... with some facial expression other than "sourpuss"

Google maps said they opened at 4:30, I show up at 4:45 and a worker spraying the parking lot says they don’t open until 5:00. So I come back at 5:02 and sit at the drive through screen/speaker for a couple minutes and no one answers. I pulled to the other windows and no one answered, but could clearly see people inside. So I went to Starbucks across the street and they answered immediately.

I visited this location and unfortunately had an issue with being overcharged. The cashier charged my card three times the amount, which I suspect may have been due to inexperience or simply not paying attention. Once I noticed the error on my account, I attempted to call the store to inform the manager. However, no one answered the phone, and after leaving a voicemail, I never received a follow-up. It’s incredibly frustrating that the overcharge wasn’t addressed, and the lack of customer service left me disappointed. I highly recommend always checking your receipt and making sure any issues are handled on the spot.
