I took my son there on Saturday. It was extremely clean and the staff could not have been nicer. Our breakfast sandwiches weren't so great unfortunately - bagels weren't toasted, the cheese wasn't melted and there was mayo on them. Still, because of the nice people and clean restaurant, we'd go back and try something else.

I went a couple of weeks ago and the service was top tier for breakfast. A gay guy took good care of me and even hand delivered my meal with both of my sauces. He made my day! Excellent customer service, breakfast was great. Warren mcdonald's for the win!

Is this real life or is this a hunted house McDonald's with working zombies? 35min to pick up food i ordered 20min ago and also had to wait an additional 25 min for 1 crispy chicken 😱..are they killing cleaning and making it cause if so ill cut ya the slack! DO NOT STOP HER IF YOU WANA GET SOMEWHERE IN TIME

These employees were on point. One guy was working both lanes and the register without any problem. When I got to the second window, the woman had it ready and I ordered food for several people.

I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese and a medium fries. The fries were fine but my burger was raw and pink in the middle. Be mindful to check your food before you leave this parking lot and additionally, check your food in the light.

I pay 6 dollars for a large fry and this is what I get? Half full and not even cooked.

lately i have been sick & forgetting things, i ordered another medium fry which should've been a drink for my friend. the manager on shift, his name is Justin & he was really kind and sweet towards me. he offered to give me both the fry and drink, and the staff was overall kind as well, but I had never gotten this experience before! a true kindhearted person, thankyou Justin! have a good thanksgiving!!

Service was awful with no respect to the customer. It took ten minutes to get our food and it was still not completely correct. The overall mood was down and the service couldn't be worse in my opinion.

The last 5x at the Bristol McDonald's the attached picture shows what a Coke looks like from there. I love McDonald's fountain Coke and this has no taste. I went inside to order one and the result was the same. I don't understand how the syrup could be so lacking for so long and not be fixed inside and out unless that it is set that way for a reason. It used to be one of the better McDonald's around.

I went through the drive thru and wanted a chocolat/vanilla shake and drive thru attendant said they don't serve that, when I in fact got it from the store numerous times before, I then called the store later to talk to a manager and all he could say was that people get trained differently and I should have talked to someone when I was their, some people don't have time to stop and talk if I'm going thru the drive thru its for a reason, I'm putting this review up because this is messed up and want more people to order chocolate/vanilla shakes there amazing

I am really hating on this Mc Donalds. During Covid they refused to give change. Either charge or they keep the change and donate it to Mc Donald's charities. I did not like that. I have had experiences with rude adults at the takeout window. They don't give you your total when you order so I ask, and they act like it's too much work to tell me. Come on. Just saying "have a good one," like you're miserable... makes me want to go to your Mc Donald's. Compared to all the little chirpy birds at the Chik Fil A. Training and better management would go a long way. On food, I have had more problems. Cold food, breakfast sandwiches with half the bacon and egg in them as usual. Tough biscuits. Bad coffee. Not a fan of Mc D's. This one especially!

Me and my brother went to McDonald's he ordered his food first and the total came out to $18. I then ordered and the woman took off his meal and only kept mine. When I was paying I asked to make sure she got both of our meals. I knew the girl her name was Kelli. She went to school with me, and when I asked her if she got both of our orders cuz I knew she didn't she gave me an attitude while saying she did. She did in fact not get both of our orders. Crazy to me how McDonald's decides to hire such incompetent people. But in their defense she only got hired because her mom's the manager. Sad to say this McDonald's has absolutely pathetic service. There's an issue every time somebody goes I wouldn't buy from here if I was you. (Not everybody from here is bad I do love the morning shift)

Sat in the second drive thru lane for 10 minutes and watched three other cars get served before we drove away.

Genuinely the most lazy & half-ass Mcdonalds I have ever been to. Closes at 11pm every night when they advertise closing at 1am. They close their inside dining at their own pleasure with no real reason. The staff is rude & has no desire to cater to the customers only to what is most convenient for them. Definitely do not recommend unless you like horrendous customer service & having your time wasted.

Went through the drive thru, when the worker handed me back my card he touched my fingers. The lady that gave me my sundae also touched my finger. I don't like that. The soda was good

Stay away!! Warren McDonalds is the worst! Not worth the money. First pic of a big mac bun completely charcoal black hard as a rock. Couldnt eat dinner that night. This morning 6/18/2020 the bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle with a piece of a piece of bacon. Like wtf why add it at all at that point. Tired of paying for sandwiches that are inedible or not as supposed to be.

Had a Craving for a McDonald's Burger and Fries, Should Have Just Waited for it Just to Go Away! Should Have Gone to Another McDonald's As This One Poorly Managed! Had a Special $2. Double Cheeseburgers! Ordered 2 Dbl. Cheeseburgers and 2 Large Fries...Came to $13.-- Since When Are Large Fries $3.50 Each! Burgers Weren't Hot, Meat Was Mealy and Fries Soggy, Lukewarm and Only Half Full! Hopefully No More Cravings for Another 5 Years!!

Once again, I stopped at the Burger King on Metacom Avenue in Bristol. I was craving a charbroiled burger, knowing full well I pay the price later. I've been coming to this Burger King for 30 years. The place is typically not very clean at all. The staff are least qualified of all the local restaurants. Today, for the fourth and last time, I try to use the Burger King app and get those bonus meals for drive-through only. Once again, the app did not work. Various things could not find pricing or would not let me purchase them. I entered the store and spoke with the manager. She explained they have no control over the app and would not sell me the requested items at the app prices without the drive-through. She is currently met her Peter principle long ago They just let a 30 year customer walk out the door. I've never filled out a job in my life. I would've easily taken $10 out of my pocket paid for the meal and argued with my boss. She just smiled at me like I was an idiot and kept repeating the same thing over and over shaking your head with a big grin. Really really unqualified for working with the public. When you see such terrible management running a restaurant the last thing you want to do is risk your health and eat there. Should you choose to, good luck and God bless.

This McDonald's is the most amazing one I've ever been too. I've never had so many wrong orders created in my lifetime. Literally every other time you go through the drive through you won't leave with the right order, it's amazing. I don't know how they keep their franchise status with their low quality of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Even tonight I went to get a crispy chicken sandwich and though the tag read right in the bag to my surprise it was a completely different sandwich in the box. Awful, please just stop everything you do. Oh, uncooked semi frozen chicken nuggets too. Sorry, almost forgot the health code violation!

I oder a 6 piece chicken nugget meal and got no nuggets all I got was fries. instead of a happy meal I got a disappointment meal.

In this crazy pandemic world in which we live, it is important that we all do our part. Unfortunately this was not the case today where the drive thru employee was not wearing a mask at all. Obviously, management doesn't care about the health of its customers and employees. Also, the manager gave me attitude because I paid through the mobile app. Due to lack of professionalism and common sense during a pandemic, I will not visit this location again or recommend to anyone.

Really bad customer service at Warren Mc.Donald's. Was told twice in the drive thru that they are too busy to get my order correct. So we drove away.. .girl that came to the window was rude about getting my order right, they only had half of my order...too busy to do their jobs???

Of course it's McDonald's so you can't really say too much about it but the fries were done right and my buttermilk fried chicken sandwich was pretty good too. One of the better McDonald's I've been to so far even though I try to stay away from it. So food done right and friendly staff which makes this one a better McDonald's.

Great staff and efficient. The only thing I hate about this location is there is only one way to get out of their parking lot and if you are making a left turn it's super dangerous. They should have made another exit on the side where the drive thru is. There is a traffic light on that side and it would have made getting out of their lot so much safer. I avoid going here sometimes because of the difficulty of getting in and out.

By far the worst experience I've had. I ordered my food at 9:06 in the drive through and did not even get my food until 9:30 it was missing fries a pie and a chicken sandwich. I informed her. She rolled her eyes. Then came back 5 mins later and said to pull up because the chicken wasn't done yet. 10 mins go by (I think they forgot) I go inside and I'm standing in line to get a refund and it took 5 mins for someone to help me. Terrible service and even worse manager.

I have been there twice after 5 and both times when I got home my order was wrong... check your food before you leave the drive through

Much smaller location compared to others and a little outdated. Very friendly staff for the most part. They look like they are trying very hard when it gets busy and sometimes you might have to wait a bit, yes, but I haven't ever felt cheated coming here. Mistakes happen at any fast food place. I worked at a McDonald's when I was a kid and you don't realize how stressful it can be. So maybe my view is a little biased. Came through and they forgot a 10 piece, but it was a kinda big order so no problem. Came inside, talked to a manager. Very sweet, apologetic lady and she was happy to replace my nuggets and even gave me hot fries. However, I know this same lady was in tears another time I came in with my bud to get a sandwich and some soccer mom was literally screaming at her and threatening her and it sounded like it was over a product they didn't even serve. She's still working there, but I don't want to say her name in case of embarrassing the girl. She still greets everyone with a smile but I really hope she can land a better job. She deserves it. Overall, would suggest. But don't be a jerk and complain about a wait when the line is already long. Its a small store and they usually do fine, but sometimes they seem to get a bit overwhelmed at busy hours. Don't order 50bucks worth of food in the drive thru if you're in a hurry because you're just dumb

been here a few time, had many bad incidents. first off they need to fix their mcflurry machiene because it is ALWAYS down. I am not from RI, so how am I supposed to know what time Mcdonalds closes? I called and asked them, and the women replied to me, very NASTY, "what do you think", and hung the phone up on me. I found this so disrespectful and not to mention I went back and ordered a burger, and forgot to mention i didnt want mustard on the burger. I told them at checkout and the women who put it in the bag had a problem and started flipping out cause she had to make a new one. Dont work there if you dont like the job. SIMPLE. AND THE FRIES ARE DISGUSTING TASTED LIKE CARDBORED EVERY TIME I GO THERE!!!!!

Don't let the size fool you it might be small but the people there are larger then life so is the service. When i came in the place was busy every one moved well the manger there was in the trenches with them helping them and still giving good leadership.
