We went early in the morning just to get breakfast and when we went to pay, the cashier said they're only taking care not cash. We ended up doing an order online to pay with a card saved and were able to get our food that way. It took a while for us to get our food from the second window, since there was another car there. We were sitting for at least 10 mins, then got to the window and the young man handed us the order and said "here". I was highly disappointed at the Early morning service., granted it was about 6am, but after placing 2 orders and waiting, there could have been an apology for the wait, at least.

I order through the drive through and at the pick up window, when they opened the window, a breeze of weed smell came out. Which translates to employees preparing your food are smoking weed. Time and date of visit: Sunday, July 6th at 7.05 pm.

Grabbed food in the drive through as usual. Team was nice enough, unfortunately waited on a special order (normal) but some how the fries were cold. If i have to wait anyways, have it all come out hot.

I don’t know who hired the manager but huge liability. Used my 4500 points for nothing. Didn’t give me an eligible item. Finished my receipt without me finishing what I wanted to order. Tried to talk to her, rolled her eyes ignored my request for manager because she is one, and continued with the drive thru. Never going here. Encourage others to seek others around with proper training.

Used my McDonalds mobile order app. Ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets with 3 ranch dressings. Store did not put the ranch dressing in the bag!! It’s such a shame how bad quality control and customer service has slipped to for McDonald’s. Think I’ll be having it my way from now on. Let’s see if I even get a response?

We went to this McDonald’s after I got of work on 6/3. They decided to close for maintenance at 9 and leave their mobile ordering on. So I ended up placing an order at a closed McDonald’s. Now keep in mind that the whole store was empty of normal employees, and there were just two managers. What kind of store takes money from people when your closed. Don’t eat here. You may not get your order, or you might have money taken from you while you get nothing in return.

Used app drive thru was sent to wait station 5 I sat there 15 minutes with another car station 4 and watched car after car go thru it was busy so I go inside and here is your lead on his personal cell phone not helping no sense of urgency....

I would give negative reviews if I could. Placed a mobile order and entered the drive thru at 7:50pm. There was a sign on the speaker saying they closed at 8. Perfect, just in time right? Wrong! The person on the speaker said they closed at 7:50! When I said I had a mobile order already placed they got somebody else that kept repeating that I'd get a refund in 24 hours. Which is just fantastic because now that they took my money I don't have any left to get myself dinner. No refund for 24 hours but they sure were quick to take my money. Mobile orders should have been shut off if they were closed

Come here for dessert and coffee after lunch. Staff told us peanut is no longer available for Sundaes , too bad we love the peanut along with the ice cream. Coffee is still the best at any time at McDonald's. We can't wait to see they have the special on coffee again soon.

Clearly see why 2 stars. Asked for #1, large, no cheese, extra sauce. What did I get. Nit what I asked fir. Rainy night plays into MickyDs favor tonight, so no return. But dang man, I was looking forward to that extra sauce after seeing Nate Bargatze downtown. Guess I'll scrap the cheese off, squirt some mayo, mustard, katsauce combo and still be ticked it wasn't made right. And thus location you might want to fix your intercom system. Your better then this folks.

It's typical McDonald's and all that comes with it. Came here more out of desperation - though the kid really wanted a Happy Meal (aka the "toy"), so decided why not. It's been a while since I punished myself and my digestive system. A big LOL to all those fake pictures the "business owner" posted on this here Yelp page when the "food" looks absolutely nothing like that. Most know that already and know that McDonalds is garbage fast food, but I don't recall so many of those cosmetic fake pictures posted on a Yelp page before. Anyway, the inside has a modern and somewhat clean look. The pour your own beverage area needs to be maintained. Everything was sticky (including the floor) and messy - makes it seem like the employees should be the ones to make the drinks since a large amount of people are slobs and can't even manage pouring their own drinks without making a mess. You can order your food through the automated kiosk or go to the cashier. I ordered but I needed to pay the cashier cash to complete the order, but was skipped by 2 people while waiting. The amateur manager on duty at the time looked easily overwhelmed and nervous, though he did see me waiting and getting skipped over and did nothing about it - a sign of a poor employee and especially manager. The cashier did notice and apologized, which I appreciated. She was also pleasant (perhaps she should actually be the manager instead of the joke that calls himself the manager). Anyway, the "food" was what it was. My bacon burger lacked bacon - Wendy's should bring back their 80's slogan of 'where's the beef' and use it for the bacon here. The kid was happy with his "toy" and that's all that mattered, though I already decided I would never return here again. If you order to stay, they do bring the "food" out to you. Just make sure everything is in the tray, including the cups - which they forgot with me. They have a decent amount of seating the tables did look clean. The parking lot had enough spaces and there is of course a drive through. With so many better choices out there - including the space this business shares the land with - you have to question why come here in the first place when they can't even manage the basics that they have. When I'm in the area again, I'll go somewhere else.

I never come to McDonald's since I hate fast food because of the grease. But I was living cheap and the kiddo had to get some food. The design of the restaurant is definitely modern. Not like how it used to be back in the day. I ordered on a screen and I guess they bring out the order to you now. There's no drink machine accessible to the public either. You can also hardly see the kitchen. I had to flag the manager down to bring us our order since we were tucked in a little corner. I got my daughter a kids chicken nugget happy meal with fries, apples, and juice,and myself an order of medium fries and a drink of Dr Pepper. She had a buzz lightyear toy. I still don't do McDonald's often, but it was a nice change of pace.

3.2.21: I have not eaten at a McDonald's in quite some time; but, I had a special curiosity to check out their new chicken sandwich. Many of the fast food restaurants have now come out with competing chicken sandwiches to rival Chick-fil-A and Popeyes. I found that the McDonald's chicken sandwich was a very distant contender to Chick-fil-A and Popeyes. It was a small in size, a bit overcooked, not much meat portion (tenderness and flavor were not present) and the bun was not tasty as well. Also it was a bit salty. Definitely, not appetizing at all. This is the first week I think of its introduction so I'm sure changes will come and it will improve with their customer feedback.. For now I'm sticking with Popeyes and Chick-fil-A.

Wow what a horrible food experience..haven't been here in awhile for breakfast but at 730AM you would expect things to be fresh right? Egg biscuits were terrible, egg folded on biscuit tasted like cardboard and biscuit was the texture of styrofoam with no flavor. The whole 'sandwich' was dry and not warm. Never again. Employee at pay window was very courteous though.

I go to this McDonald's often and I get just a oatmeal.. and I'm eating it and get to the bottom only to realize there is a long strand of hair in my oatmeal absolutely disgusting threw the rest away! This happens this morning 11/21 around 7:30 am!!

Horrible customer service. This place is opened "24/7" in a HOT attraction spot and closes the lobby and drive thru takes 30 min just to say I have a MOBILE ORDER. The staff lack MANNERISM or customer service.

ZERO STARS. We went here as a last resort and it was our third attempt of trying to find food. These employees are seriously worthless. We were waiting in line for 20 minutes or so. Then right as we were the second car to order, they told us they took the last order for the night and made about 8 cars leave. The day before my husband went there ordered a couple happy meals and the girls at the window couldn't even close the happy meals. What pieces of you know what...

Almost every drive through order is always missing an item . Last night placed and order, Picked up order at drive through , got home and had seen I was missing 2 items . Had to drive back show them my receipt They gave me the missing items and I asked for 2 apple pies for the trouble and was denied. Said we can't do that. Please don't leave the drive through without checking. They still can't seem to get a simple order right!

On 02/20/2022 At 1505 South Semoron Blvd Orlando Fl 32807 at 2pm I made The woman manager aware that my order was wrong. Instead of treating me in a respectful manor she was totally disrespectful. I was treated like a bug, in a nasty threatening manor. The order I made was wrong which she denied ,and before I could get a chance to explain to her, that my wife took one bite of the food, and got sick, she kicked me out ,and threatened me, by telling me that she called her supervisor which meant she called the police. This store has treated me abusively for years, and the only reason I return is because they are around the corner from my house. This should not give them the right to be so abusive. If the GM cared he would stop it once and for all. I was forced to file legal complaints to multiple agencies. To all the public be aware of this McDonalds ,because I heard complaints from other people.

Super slow night crew! Drove up and took our order, pulled up to pay and wasn't given a receipt. Then we waited 20 minutes at the 2nd window watching employees go by on their phones after we paid only for them to not even have our order on their screen. We then had to reorder our food at the window and wait another 5 minutes to get our food only for them to forget a whole meal which we had to tell them again at the window. Once we got that meal they forgot the fries, sauces and napkins. I ordered 2 meals and a shake. Get off your phones and take care of the people wrapped around the building.

Not only can they not get the order right but the food is rotten. Came home after a 20 minute ordeal for my drive thru order and all the burger buns had rot on them. On the Big Mac buns the mold was cut out with clear circles. Awful shame sick! This place needs to be shit down

Absolutely terrible customer service. Cashier talks to you as if you are a bother and doesn't want you to order more food. Just to come and find out he has his air pods in. Sorry for interrupting your music pal. Then once we get our food, we didn't get ketchup, and while we're waiting the people working are just talking and get pissed when we ask for ketchup. Then the food was cold and there is plastic in the frys. Really classy.

Not only had to wait for about 10 minutes in the drive thru. The car waiting next to me ended up getting my order instead of me. By the time everything was figured out, my sandwich was cold. They did not want to make me a new one. And for my surprise when I opened it. It was just a sad sandwich. Barely any sauce. The chicken was cold. Tomato as mushy and lettuce tasted like grass

The manager was professional and even personally delivered us our mobile order. We came to get dinner here and all ordered separately, yet he knew to bring it all out at once and even apologized considerately for the wait. I recommend this McDonald's for this employee's professional demeanor and customer service!

I ordered chicken strips w French fries and a chocolate fudge sundae. The chicken strips are a good size I ordered their special sauce which kind of tasted like their Big Mac sauce. The French fries were ok I got a lot of little pieces which means I probably got the last batch. My sundae was delicious. The store wasn't packed at all and it took a few minutes to get our food we ordered dine in but the employee put everything in a bag. Customer service was ok there were 3 employees that were done with their shift that were just lounging around talking loud and cursing. I prob would come back if i happened to pass by it but going out of my way no.

I stood in the drive thru for more then 20 just to make my order then when we get to pay it was another 15 mins because they only have 3 workers (children!!! Literally children) as I sat waiting for them to charge me I saw when they were looking at the camera seeing the line get long and not take one order just so everyone could leave! Horrible service. They kept pacing back and fourth looking at the camera and talking. While I just sat there and waited to pay for my food.

CUSTOMER SERVICE Went in at 7pm for dine in. It was not too busy inside. The staff are awesome and service is superb. Did management change over the last few months? Or revised it's training? This is specifically with one of the cashier's name "Ala"...? Not is she making her rounds and checking to see if additional assistance is needed for customers putting in their orders in the kiosk, she is aware of people who are waiting and is alert with the surrounding needs. They even went around the already dining customers and asked if things were ok. During the second round, they even passed out mints. Heading towards a good direction and hoping that it continues.

First time bringing back fast food but it was THAT BAD! The staff was nice tho about refunding us our money for the order.

I was incorrectly charged for a meal. I wasn't paying attention and got my food. When I noticed that I over paid I went back to the store. I'm not angry or frustrated about being overcharged. Mistakes happen. The 'manager' I think she was as I'm not sure as I asked for a manager but she never stated she was. She has no customer service skills. I informed her I paid for 3 large fries and showed her the receipt. I said this 3 times as I wasn't understanding why she didn't understand. I then told her yes I was overcharged. Her reposes was, that was all I was asking. Took my receipt a few moments later came back and gave me the refunded receipt. During this she never once apologized or even like she cared. I been in the customary service field for a long time. A "I'm Sorry" or even "This shouldn't have happened, lets take care of it" would have eased the situation She has no empathy. She needs to lose the chip on her shoulder. I wish I got her name.

food at this restaurant is ok, the serious problem with this place is the service. or the lack thereof. Went thru drive-thru today,placed order, went to next window, paid, went to next window was told to go park in the drive thru parking spot (WTF?). 5 minutes later, when no food had been brought out I went inside to get my money refunded. #1,If the food is not ready when the guest gets to window, they need to be told the expected length of time. #2, being told to move to the drive thru parking spot......why use drive thru? #3, 5 minutes is not acceptable for wait , if they cant get the food out , then they need to reduce menu size

Don't know why I bother going to McDonald's! Hamburgers are tasteless, bread on bun breaks apart, fries are always soggy. Even the baked apple pie is not fully baked. Everything is just warm. Surprised it's still around!!

Service is very slow especially self service. It seems uber take up most of their time. Also reducing staff is not good. Ketchup machine not working and restaurant is extremely messy. They definitely need to keep place cleaner and better staff. Also waited a long time for food.

yesterday at 12:30 AM I went to McDonald's restaurant number 7599 on 6820 N. Orange Blossom Trail I placed an order I was in the driveway waiting 40 minutes to get my order when I got my order I got a less value order but I was charged for a higher value order the manager Gabe supposedly told me to come to the restaurant and get a refund when I got there they did not give me no refund so basically they stole my money The worst servers in the worst managers that I've ever seen I will definitely never go back to that restaurant I will recommend everybody that I know not to ever go to that restaurant unless if you want to get your money stolen the assistant manager tells the manager what to do very unprofessional

This location is amazing in the morning. Super fast service, and it's always fresh. During the nights however it's the polar opposite. Plan on spending 20 - 30 min in the drive thru regardless of the night. What the heck is so hard with burgers and fries? Terrible service at night. Oh and the food at night is never fresh, so it's not worth the wait.

Still sucks. Drive thru on a Monday night at 8:30 and 10 minutes in, still haven't made it to the pay window. I'm not sure what the problem is with this location but every single time, there's a problem of sorts. Haven't been here in months but had to tonight because of band practice for the kid. Won't be making this mistake again. Get to the food and the fries are barely warm. Glad to see the management team still doesn't care nor does the staff.

While service was slightly slower than I'm used to, my meal was fresh and Tyrell, who looks like a Manager, was phenomenal. So courteous, helpful, and always smiling. He amazed me noticing every guest that came through the door and opening it for them. He also headed off nearly every guest heading to the trash can and took their trash for them. I appreciate people like him, who clearly love helping others.

So disappointed. I frequent this mcdonalds at breakfast time they are efficient and friendly both drive thru and lobby. But it seems the ray of the day is always a challenge there tonight I went in with my children and my parents at around 7pm. I ordered at the kiosk as I often do. We sat down and about 10 minutes later someone comes over and says you ordered happy meals which we did. She said we don't have cuities anymore. It's an option at the kiosk. I said ok no problem bring them apples. About 20 mins later I see everyone else that came in after us getting food so I go to the counter no one acknowledges me they are all to busy talking one of them being a manager. I ask can anyone help me? I should add I am there with twin 2 year old boys who are bouncing off the walls at this point. Hence why I chose fast food. As I needed it fast. The manager stops talking and looks at me I ask if order 35 will be ready soon she then looks at the two women working with her and they all look at each other and have a conversation in Spanish. I interrupt and say I need my two happy meals to go and cancel the rest of the order and I want the money back for the food I am not getting. It took her another 10 minutes to do the refund. The only positive is she refunded the full amount and one of the girls walked the happy meals out to my car without me asking her too as at this point I was loading the boys on the car. From the little bit of Spanish I understand they gave my order to someone else.
