I ordered through door dash. I am at work and can not leave to get food. So I ordered fries and Double Quarter Pounder with cheese. No onion, no mustard with extra pickles and ketchup. When it was delivered less than a mile away my fries were completely cold. The burger had the special order sticker on a single Quarter Pounder box. Which having had worked at a McDonald's many years ago I remember running out of the Double Quarter boxes before so I opened it. It was a Single Quarter Pounder with cheese all toppings not done even the way I asked. The bun was burnt and so was the meat was burnt. The fries were completely cold. The drink was nothing but carbonation. The delivery driver was so stuck in his phone when he came in he went to wrong door then when he sat the bag on the counter he knocked stuff off the desk. I tried calling to get it worked out and no one would answer the phone. Safe to say I am extremely upset and if could give less than 1 star I would. I only eat McDonald's when I am Missing my Great grandpa and this experience has ruined a fond memory for me and I am out the money they took right off the bat for food I need up throwing into the trash because I couldn't stomach it. Finally after almost 2 hours of calling someone answers the phone. And in order to fix the issue I must prove i am the one who ordered and what my order number was and they will remake it. But have to go in person to get it resolved. I ordered on doordash because I could not leave my work now at rush hour they want me to come in and fix this issue. Wow McDonald's your food and service has gone way below standards of my day! I will never order from you again especially for the cost I paid for my food to now have to go out of my way to fix an issue you screwed up in the first place. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER CARE!!!!

Always try to give this mcdonald’s a chance and it never ends well. i live right around the corner, 3 minutes away. went for breakfast, and ordered the 2 burritos, got home and they were cold. Not just lukewarm, just straight cold, meat and all. tried to call their store number and of course no answer. i get if there’s short staff but serving straight cold food?

This location is horrible! From the managers on down. Corporate training needs to be in effect for the entire staff. I haven’t been to this location in over 5 years because of the poor customer service I received. Decided to give it a try and 5 years later, it’s the same. What happened to service with a smile? They simply open the window and aggressively hand you your food. No greeting or nothing. They barely recognize you. It’s like you’re bothering them by placing an order and wanting to receive your food. No one double check orders. Items were missing and I didn’t even bother to turn around. I wish I could give this place zero stars. The owner(s) need to start with a new staff and corporate training.

We just went through drive through a little bit ago.. and i did not appriciate how the customer service was. It was horrible. No body was behind me, and u feel rushed not only that you can hear the lady huffing and puffing underneath here breath over the intercom. This is by far the worse service iv had.. as soon as i get to window i notice the lady was a manager.. that tells me this place has no hope... wasnt greeted at window by her or the other window. Honestly i was so upset wit service that i went on to see reviews and i was like wow!!!! It makes sense how low there score was i wish i saw before i went.. and the food was good but im kinda worried now seeing the reviews of pryor peoples food. I was not a good experience.

I ordered a spicy deluxe and they gave me a Mac crispy and then I gave it back and then they gave me the spicy deluxe but with buffalo sauce instead of the actual sauce

It took me 40 minutes to get a door dash order. The people at night just don’t want to work. Pulled up and every single car for 40 minutes was being taken care of. Another employee was sitting down and they asked him to help and from my understanding he didn’t even work his full shift. Why were you still there?

Never have had much of an issue with customer service besides people not having manners sometimes.Food is usually good. but in the last month i’ve gotten food here on multiple occasions and at least 3 of those occasions i’ve not received my complete order. One time i ordered JUST 2 BURGERS and they only gave me one. Ordered through door dash a burger and nuggets. gave me the nugget sauce.. no nuggets. just wild.

If I could give negative 0 I would!! And I’m going to leave a review every day until they close this location or change management! The food is horribly my children and I got sick because of the old grease they are reusing! Also the managers doesn’t do anything but let the younger kids run it all….could be why the food is horrible! No one is there at the window at night to take the money so u have to sit for 15 minutes or better just to make payment! Please don’t eat here unless you want to have the runs and experience lowdown service

The parking lot was fairly empty around 3:39 PM. We went in so my toddler can use the restroom and to grab her some food. Went straight to the restroom and the first one wasn't flushed and had a roll of toilet paper in it the second one had no toilet paper. We went to go wash your hands and the soap dispenser did not work. So I wondered how is the staff washing their hands. I hope that there was a saint closer to the kitchen for them to use that had soup so they could wash your hands. I went to the counter and sit there for over five minutes and no one came to the counter. So we left.

WORSE MCDONALDS IN ALL OF THE CITY.eveytime i go there machines are down,there disrespectful and have no care for any customers! THEY CANT EVEN READ how do you get a frappe mixed up with an Ice coffee TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS ! they never answer the phone the manager is just as disrespectful as the employees somebody need to fix this store & fix it fast this shit is Crazy!

REMOVE MILKSHAKES FROM YOUR MENU!!!! 6 Months ,,,, no matter what time, what day, volume of customers, amount of employees ,it's the same dam outcome..,, "IM SORRY SIR,OUR MILKSHAKE MACHINE IS DOWN!!" Service is easy faster than the other McDonald's. Hey you in and get you out. However I ordered a double cheese burger with no pickle using my app code and when I got home, I had the complete opposite. I had a double hamburger with pickles no cheese. I used my code and it clearly stated a double cheeseburger 4 for $5. Then we got no straws.

First off McDonalds has fallen off over the last couple of decades. The experience and food are not good quality. I rarely go there. Today they were slow and it seems like they were messing up people's orders. I saw at least two people who had complaints about the food or drinks what have you. I was told that they were not allowed to sell ice cream today. Which I thought was strange. When I asked why I was told that they just couldn't sell ice cream today. I would have excepted their usual excuse;" Our ice cream machine is down." This further confirms why I don't visit McDonalds like that.

"Smoothie machine is down" is their excuse every single time I visit whether it's a weekend or a Monday or any other weekday or day or even night! They never have that machine up and running. I end up having to go to a different mcdonalds to get the drink I wanted because I'm on a pureed diet for time being and that drink was something my stomach tolerated.

The worst place!!!! Not too friendly at the window. Throw your order at you with no"thank you". Ice cream machine is always broken. My wife and i now take bets to see if it's working,she owes me $8.00 in 2 months. Hate to have to drive out of the neighborhood, but i will until it gets better there.

I pulled up to the drive thru and ordered a #2 w/no pickles and a coke. Was on the phone with a friend and handed the girl my card at the payment window after she told me an amount. Got to the 2nd window and the girl there asked me what kind of drink i had. I told her and she handed me a bag and drink. The bag felt light and i looked in to see no fries. I then told her I ordered a #2 and she said she only had a quarter pounder. I told her that i wanted the fries and would wait it to be reruns correctly. She then speaks to this other girl (shorter, darker complexion, stout stature) who then comes to the window to tell me to pull back around to the drive the through or come in to order fries. I asked why would i have to do all that when they messed up my order. She told me that they did not have a register at that window. I mentioned that she was literally 3 steps away from the register at the front counter. She replied by telling me that they don't do that because i would be holding up her line. I reinterated that I ordered a #2 (verified by friend on the phone) and because an employee messed up ringing up my order, I have to get back in line or come in the store? She said yes. So I go back to the first window and no one is there. I wait and the girl does not come until a car pulls up behind me. She does not speak or acknowledge my presence. Then the short, darker, stout girl comes to the 1st window and tells me that I'm holding up the line so she is just gonna ring me up for a medium fry. I declined asked for a refund and to be rung up for the combo. She states that they just can't give me fries. I explained that I wanted to pay for them but simply paying for them now would be more than the meal. She asks the to pull up. So I've pulled up and then she comes out with ANOTHER lady in a dressier shirt who I assume was the lead or manager. This woman is offering to ring me up for a small fry and give me a medium fry. She said it should come up to equal or about the same amount as the meal. Now what I don't get is why they didn't just refund and re-ring and walk out with my fries. Instead they came out as if they were doing something to accommodate this foolishness by ringing me for a small fry instead of a medium one. FOR THE UPTEENTH TIME, I asked the lady to refund the burger and drink and charge me for #2 like I originally asked for. This time I FINALLY got my fries. WOW...I mean WOW. I couldn't make this up if I wanted to! I surely won't be visiting this incompetent location again! ChikFilA would NEVER!

This was a fail. I waited in the drive-through line for ever! And then, of course, they got my order wrong. I heard those fatal words, "Ma'am, can you pull forward please?" I only drink Diet Cola this location is famous for giving me a regular cola. Service is fair to middling. Certainly not my favorite location.

Every time somebody come here it's a damn problem. Y'all are so slack. You think they would of hired new people by now. First y'all only taking cash. Guess what! Single moms don't carry cash anymore. So fix the damn debit card machine. Secondly I only come here for my daughter kids meal. I been dissatisfied with y'all service which is why I don't eat here no more. My kid insists she have a kids meal every week. Y'all always forget the toy and I have to turn around and go back through the line. I can't even finish my review because y'all just need to much improvement. I hope y'all improve soon because it doesn't look good. I will come everyday and right a new review until the issues are fixed.

Ok we ordered our food very nicely and then the front window was fine BUT the time we got to the second window she had an attitude when we said exactly 3 TIMES that we ORDERED one sprite,and two dr peppers but she gave us three dr peppers we were pissed off after we left the drive thru we were repeating what we ordered ,she gave us an attitude ,AND we didn't exactly have the right amount of chicken nuggets I am pissed ‍

DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALDS !!!!! I went to to the drive thru the first time and ordered a large number 9 extra pickles large water and my fries dropped fresh. I get to the cashier she charged me for someone else's order. When I get the pick up food window the fries we cold and a medium and they gave me a coke. I was already down the street when I realized it. So I turned around went back In the line and requested a Large water and Fresh Large fries get back to the window they gave me a Large clear drink that tasted like watered down sprite and the fries still tasted like they just re dropped them. I took them three tries to get the fries right and the water wasn't even a water. I gave up at that point and will never be spending my money on that McDonald's again.

If I am forced to come here trying to get a chicken biscuit and sweet tea and Chic-Fila is closed I'm might come here if I am starving. Most of the time I don't like fast food at all but when your in a hurry you gotta do what you gotta so. This place is not the best by far, I can't tell you how many times I have received the wrong order or been overcharged over the years. Lucky for us Decker now has more options when it comes to fast food.

Got there, placed my order and got up to the window to pay. She asked me what I wanted, confused I said " I already ordered" she replied with "oh I thought we stopped taking orders... at 10:45pm" so we got our bag and I had previously asked for sauce and when they gave us the bag I asked if it was in there and she said "yes" . So we got home my fries were upside down and WERENT even a medium fry, basically a small... it was the left over fries they had and they gave them to me in a medium container and flipped it upside down so we wouldn't notice, also the sauce wasn't even in there. Don't have your hours as 2am if you close at 11pm... EVERY DAY. check your management because they do not care.

Went Decker Blvd. McDonald's on May 6, Saturday at 9:26pm, in the drive thur. I ordered 3 double quarter pound cheese burgers, 1no pickle, no onion and a chocolate mooca lg. Had to say it 3 times. Told to go to window 1, with no total. At the window another girl ask you had 1double quarter pound, me :no, she: 2, me no. Then 1 repeated my order a 4th time. Was told they can't fix the drink, someone said go head ,ok now the drink can be fix. At the next window management comes to give me my order, i asked is it right and repeated it for thr 5 time. Needless to say got home and you guessed it. The is not right, got the drink right. The sandwiches where not doubles and had 1 with no pickle no onion the other 2 had no pickles. I can't believe it, a simple order and they can't get it done correctly. SAD Alecia Harding

They then come out and ask me what I am waiting on and if I have my receipt. I had been waiting for a while before they asked me. Really!? And didn't even give me anything extra for my loooonnnnggg wait.

A ZERO rating really! Ya'll are the MOST HATEFUL staff EVER!! When you REFUSE to give someone a coffee refill without showing the receipt? STUPID! And you cursed at the person all the way out the door, following them out? O M G !! You need to check yourselves for sure!!!!! No wonder mcdonalds are always changing their people ! No one EVER keeps their jobs at mcdonalds. Now, I see "WHY". Just STUPID to treat people that way!!
