McDowell Mountain Ranch Community Center Park and Pool

Nice set up for the most popular new feature in many communities. Courts are well thought out with limited foot print and seem conscientious about sound. Club house with full court hoops run and splash park for kids and lawn area to relax in Winter months. Permanent courts get most shade depending on time of year. Blended lines courts for overflow. It’s a bit snug but effective. They could use gates to control traffic and rolling balls.

McDowell Mountain Ranch Park and Community Center is a fantastic spot for families seeking fun, fitness, and a sense of community. My three daughters loved every moment of our visit, and it’s safe to say we’ll be coming back often! The park itself is beautiful, with plenty of open space and well-maintained sports fields. My kids were thrilled with the playground, which offers a great mix of climbing structures, slides, and swings to keep them entertained for hours. The splash pad was another big hit—perfect for cooling off and burning some extra energy on a warm day. Inside the community center, the facilities are top-notch. The pool area is incredible, featuring lap lanes and a recreational pool that’s perfect for kids. My girls loved swimming and splashing around, and it was a great way for them to stay active while having fun. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring everything was clean and safe. There’s also a great range of activities for all ages, from fitness classes to community events, making it a true hub for families. Whether you’re looking for outdoor adventures or indoor fun, McDowell Mountain Ranch Park and Community Center has something for everyone. Highly recommended!

One of my favorite places - great community center with a beautiful green lawn, clean pool and area. Great playground for the kiddos, splash pad (seasonal) and the best pickleball around. Lots of fun with community events.

Love the farmers markets at McDowell mountains. The only thing is it only comes once a month. First Sunday of the month. Lots of vendors. Come check them out next month.

Farmers Market is a blast and so much to see each month. The kids and I love it and wish it was more often.❤️

We loved the face paint by Krazy Kris, Celia's Gourmet Foods Olive oil infused in Oregon that is delicious!! &The $5 burritos and salsa from 3D is soooo good. My favorite salsa. We had a wonderful time being at the market. The restrooms available and playground is a nice touch at the location. We started off at the bounce house by AZ jumpers for 30 minutes of fun with my 3 year old for just $10 dollars. Top it off with best snow cones we have ever had and we will be back monthly.

McDowell Mountain Ranch has two parks the residents can enjoy. They have childrens play equipment, basketball courts, tennis and pickleball courts, barbecues, tables, and swimming. We also have many walking trails that connect to the parks. McDowell Mountain Ranch is a great place to live!
