MCP Uptown

Please dont list on slice and Google as open and then be closed. They take your money hostage and then tell you "your pie is almost ready" when the store is fully closed. Nobody home. Your pies are delicious!

Heard a lot about this place. I absolutely love pizza. Give a rating everywhere I go! Nothing compares to this pizza I’ve tried in the area. Gave a score of a solid 8.8! All my favorite toppings and still crispy! Beautiful undercarriage! Came back again! Even better the second time! My favorite pizza!

One of the best pizza's in the city! They are consistently good as I order once per week. Update: I just dropped this rating down to three stars as they have joined the extraordinary league of mediocracy.

Food is very Delicious I'm not gonna take away from that, but come on y'all be to stingy with your toppings.I just got a pizza 5 minutes ago literally it looks good but I ask for meatballs and I barely see any on there it's only on like 2-3 slices out of the whole pie!!

I am a New Yorker living in NOLA for the past 5 years, and I can say with confidence that this is the best pizza that I have had in the city. Pizza delicious is a close second, but MCP uptown definitely has the edge, especially for its plain cheese pizza. I generally judge pizza based on its plain cheese slice, so I can't speak for the exotic toppings that they may have, but for plain old Pizza MCP is the best.

Something is going on at MCP. My husband and I have been ordering from here for years, but the last two times, the pizza tastes like its been under a heat lamp for several hours, even though we always pick it up within 10 minutes of ordering. Not sure if they are prepping whole pizzas for slices and then if those don't get bought they sell the whole pizza without baking a fresh pizza off ? Not sure, but the dough was also super tough. We barely ate the pizza and ended up throwing out the leftovers.

This pizza place was a letdown. The environment was chaotic, with rowdy kids and baby’s crying and a singer who was so loud and distracting it made conversation impossible. The pizza itself was mediocre—a 6.3/10 at best. The cheese and toppings slid off like a waterfall, making it hard to eat. On top of that, the customers seemed entitled and constantly in the way. You’re not missing much if you skip this spot.

Great dive spot for Togo pizza, calzones, Stromboli, and garlic knots!!!
