ME Madrid Reina Victoria (Madrid, Spain) 23 Hotel Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"In typical Madrid style, this modern boutique hotel actually an update of a classic building, or perhaps even an update of an update. This gorgeous 1923 building housed first a rough crowd of bullfighters and associates, then a more sedate and upscale haute-luxury crowd; now it’s the ME Madrid, a glossy and stylish new-school boutique hotel, with all the design features and entertainment options that that tends to entail." - Tablet Hotels

ME Madrid Reina Victoria | Best places to stay in Madrid

"One of the city’s grandest hotels, originally opened in 1919, the Reina Victoria was gutted and transformed to create this glitzy, glamorous ‘lifestyle’ urban playground in the heart of the buzzy Santa Anna neighbourhood. The interior, preserving many of the original architectural features has plenty of wow factor, from the beautiful Ana La Santa Restaurant on the ground floor, to the Radio ME rooftop bar – a notable hotspot for Madrid’s well-heeled, frequently hosting DJs and live events – with giddy panoramic views. Rooms are white, minimalist cool with hardwood floors and maxi minibars that are hard to resist; those on the fifth and sixth floors have balconies with rooftop views. Guest are offered special priority access and rates at the Palacio Santa Ana Metropolitan Club gym and spa next door to the hotel: all in all, a glamorous base for sightseeing or diving into the city’s legendary nightlife. We arrived just past midnight and the receptionist was quick and efficient in allocating our rooms. We found the reception to be friendly and helpful during our stay. The room, as requested, had a "courtyard" view that was not particularly attractive, but that did not matter at all, as we slept well and were out all day.|The restaurant offered an okay continental-style breakfast that was satisfying. However, the restaurant was closed in the evening -plenty of options nearby.|We did use the rooftop bar to enjoy the view.|The hotel is a short walk from the Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum . |Overall a comfortable hassle free stay.

This is a wonderful hotel. Great location close to everything. The staff are gracious and spend time to tell you about the hotel and offer any assistance with what you need. The room has a generous mini bar, , flat screen Bose like sound system that also carries into the bathroom if you don't want to miss anything, gorgeous marble bathroom with rain shower head and spa like 8 headed shower sprays, multidimensional mirror and a magnifying mirror. There is a roof top bar for evening tapas and drinks, and restaurant on the first floor for breakfast option. I read some of the other reviews and felt they were unreasonable. First, if you are traveling to Europe, expect smaller rooms. We have been to nearly every country in Europe. This is a luxury hotel. If you want bigger, super luxurious hotels plan on spending more than 800 euro a night. But for 200-500 euro a night four star hotel, this hotel has a lot to offer. Hospitality in Europe is an art and they are very proud to spend as much time with you that you need. Even if that means people behind them have to wait. But I assure you when your turn comes up they will be just as gracious to you with all of your needs addressed. We could use more of that in the world. Not less.

ME Madrid Reina Victoria – Where Style Meets Soul (and Champagne) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 From the moment we checked in, ME Madrid Reina Victoria had main character energy. This beautiful hotel is right in the heart of the action — as a New Yorker, it gave me major Village vibes: trendy restaurants, buzzing nightlife, and charming shops just steps away. But the real star of the show? Nicole, the concierge (Aura Host extraordinaire). She didn’t just help us book our high-speed train to Barcelona — she hand-wrote a note with our tickets and another sweet welcome-back note for our return. When we arrived back in Madrid, our luggage was waiting… along with chilled champagne and fresh strawberries. Talk about rolling out the red carpet. The rooms were sleek and stylish, the staff warm and welcoming, and the entire experience felt like a thoughtful, luxurious dream. ME Madrid doesn’t just meet expectations — it dramatically exceeds them. We left feeling spoiled, impressed, and already planning our return.

Besides the convenience of the location ,I don’t think they have much to offer. It’s a 4 star hotel, and they don’t have a kettle and coffee/tea sachets. The lifts were terribly slow and half the time I took the stairs instead. Checking-in experience was pretty bad. They were too slow despite 3 staff’s doing the work. Its a ok/decent type hotel for stay, however it didn’t live up-to a typical 4* rating.

Called three times for ice to be delivered to our room since there are no ice machines. Finally delivers after 1.5 hours. No hot water kettle to make tea. The cup coffee maker only makes mini espresso. No smart tv so you can’t stream. Really? This is year 2025…..Also paint is severely peeling from the exterior. I’m paying for a superior balcony and panoramic view and I’m looking over a construction site…..Which I understand they can’t control. I expected the quality of the hotel to have a tub to soak in but was informed on arrival that it will an extra $1000 for a tub. Better options nearby.

Paint peeling from exterior. No hot water kettle or smart TV to stream. Really? In year 2025? Ordered ice and called three times and was finally delivered after 1.5 hours. Although I’m in a superior panoramic with balcony view there is no tub. I was informed it will cost an extra $1000 for a bathtub. |Unfortunately the view is of a construction site as the square below is being renovated…

Rooms are cute, beds are comfortable, location is incredible. I asked for an ironing board for my clothes and didn’t get it for more than one hour after calling 3 times. I still have not gotten it as I write this review and I’m very late for a meeting. Service is really lacking and incredibly frustrating.

American Express Platinum travel booked a room for 2 at the last minute so I wasn’t able to see the rooms. I was shocked at the small size - 14’x14’ for two of us. Twin bed pushed together so there was only about 2’around the beds. No place to put luggage except on the bed to unpack and then store the luggage in the closet. The only good thing was a beautiful rooftop bar. Upgrade is usually available with AmEx but we were told it was fully booked and we were so jet lagged we chose not to argue about the room

Yelp
Hello old friend. I had been to Madrid before about 15 years ago and had short stays on either end of my trip and stayed here both times. I recalled really liking my experience. So when it came down to returning to the city I said hey I stayed here before let's do it again. Really glad we did. As I recalled the hotel was in a great location walkable to all the attractions and neighborhoods. The impeccable service here is what sets them apart. Any time we had an issue it was resolved immediately. When we arrived the mini bar refrigerator wasn't working at all and they checked on it and replaced it immediately. Simple requests were also met with the same immediate attention. Rooms are very comfortable decorated with high end finishes. The shower is amazing. A few little nitpicks: The rooftop bar is great with wonderful views and really nice drink selections. It is disappointing it's not open 7 days a week and hours are limited to evenings. The gym is nice but very small and cramped so they limit it to 4 people at a time by appointment. But that's not enough to knock it off a 5star rating for me. Bravo!

Yelp
I fell in love with this hotel when I had to do a last-minute check-in because my Airbnb was full of indoor cameras (which is against their policy). I visit Spain several times a year and often love to go to the rooftops of various hotels, but this was a new find! The staff let me check in at 10 am (my reservations were made via Amex Platinum), and they warmly greeted me. I felt so much hospitality staying here for five days. The concierge helped me book tix to Altico Madrid tix--there was a glitch, and she spent 2 hours with me--I kid you not--2 hours--while offering me great espresso, tea and CAVA!! The rooftop restaurant/bar is gorgeous, and I loved being able to whizz up there without standing in a line--as a guest, you go straight to the 7th floor!

Yelp
Loved our stay at Reina Victoria. It's true that the hotel is a bit older, however the incredible service by Marta at guest services made our stay incredible. If you have the chance, pay for breakfast with your room- it's a very nice buffet and they are even packing us a picnic as we are leaving early for our flight. Lots of espresso available in the room and lobby is a big plus for me. Be sure to hit the rooftop at sunset! For dinner, Inclán Brutal around the corner is not to be missed,

Yelp
When I lived in Spain back in 2008, I stayed at this hotel many, many times and I was curious to see if it still lived up to my memory of this wonderful hotel. While this location is definitely getting long in the tooth, it is still a hip, upscale hotel right in the heart of Centro Madrid. I stayed in two separate rooms during my stay. One an "Aura" room on the 5th floor with a small Juliette balcony and wonderful views of Plaza Santa Ana. The second one was a cheaper room with views of the interior courtyard. I couldn't help but notice that the furniture, hardware, and accessories in these rooms are a little tired. In fact, I am sure that nothing has changed since I last stayed in 2008. If you can get a good deal on a room rate here, it is definitely worth a stay. The Spanish modern style has aged well and the staff is very helpful (in English, Spanish or French). However, there are definitely newer places to stay for less money. I just really enjoy the vibes at the ME Madrid. Their funky style perfectly blends both authentic Spanish class and modern contemporary design.

Yelp
Wonderful hotel in the heart of Madrid. I picked this hotel due to its location - We had a two-day layover and I wanted somewhere that gave us easy access to all the sites. The ME Madrid did not disappoint! The staff were extremely friendly - Offering suggestions on food, helping us book reservations, and helping us find a bar where we could watch the Super Bowl! Typical Americans, I know ;) The room itself was tiny but extremely functional and perfect for a short stay where you aren't planning on spending too much time in your room! There is a safe and minibar in the room, and a great hairdryer.

Yelp
THE ROOFTOP IS THE SPOT. We tried catching this place on a Saturday night and it was bought out but when we came back for Sunday funday. Wow. The atmosphere is amazing! The staff were very friendly. The drinks were even better. They had a dj playing chill house music which went well with our mood and we just enjoyed the sun and drank. I do wish they had a pool so we could have taken a dip but regardless it was awesome. I would recommend this place to everyone even if your with family. Very casual environment yet upbeat. I wish we could of stayed at the hotel a night to experience the full concept but in Mallorca we will check out the ME.

Yelp
Stayed here while on a business/pleasure trip in August. The hotel is located in a quaint historical plaza and conveniently situated near several restaurants, bars and shops. Having stayed at their sister location in Cancun, I arrived with high expectations. That being said, check in was a breeze and the staff treated me like VIP from the get go. They offered a spacious upgrade, which provided me with more amenities and a panoramic view of the plaza below. Of course, I accepted the upgrade and never regretted it. The room was well appointed with chic modern decor, a comfy king bed, a living area with dining table and sofa bed. My reservation also came with complimentary mobile wi-Fi, which was a big bonus when I was strolling the streets of Madrid but it only lasted one day. For some reason, the signal died and they weren't able to get it working again. Beyond that, everything else was incredible, like the nightly turn down service and nightly treats that the hotel would surprise me with, which included a charcuterie plate, fresh fruits and candies with premium bottled mineral water. One additional beef I had though was the loudness of the crowds and street performers in the plaza. I could hear them clearly late at night, while I was tying to sleep. It's not the most ideal situation when you're trying to catch an early morning seminar. Overall though, i enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it if you're looking for a more hip, modern hotel in a great location close to all the action, with easy access to local bars, restaurants and entertainment.

Yelp
Madrid, I love you! This place is just awesome, a little overly modern for my taste, but who cares. Located in the middle of a square which our room overlooked. You will have a problem trying to get to bed early or taking a mid-day nap as it is always loud out there. i loved waking up and looking down into the square, it was great. The hotel was nice and well maintained, fitness center was really small but then again how much equipment do you need on vacation? Morning breakfast buffet was nice and full of choices. This hotel is really centrally located, i would go back in a heartbeat....

Yelp
We had a terrific stay here. We opted for a suite with a connected room; both on a high floor with fantastic views of Santa Ana Plaza. Breakfast buffet options were plentiful and of high quality. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with arranging transportation and tour as well as giving restaurant recommendations. The Reina Victoria is centrally located; there is plenty to do within walking distance. If we visit Madrid again, no doubt we would choose this hotel. Highly recommended!

Yelp
After walking throughout Madrid, I can say without a doubt that this hotel is in the best location for the 35 and under set. On the corner of the Plaza de Santa Ana, there are literally hundreds of bars, eateries, clubs right outside. We never took a taxi anywhere and anything else worth seeing in Madrid was a comfortable walk away. The Mercado de San Miguel and Plaza Mayor are within 6-7 minutes--this is where you can also catch a hop on/hop off bus (25 Euros for 2 days). Like all W's, the interior was sleek, modern and surprisingly warm. We opted for a superior room overlooking the plaza. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to think twice. Locals begin their nights at around 10PM and regularly go hard to 3-4AM, 7 days a week. The plaza has multiple outdoor cafes, restaurants and street performers so it gets pretty lively. Aided by an iPhone sound machine app, we slept peacefully. The room was spacious with tall ceilings, smart storage niches, a full wet bar with martini glasses and desk outlets for all your gadgets. Outside of the annoying $20 charge for slowish internet, service was warm and the staff was as easy on the eyes as the beautiful rooftop bar.

Yelp
We went to the rooftop bar at the end of the day. It's winter so it's a bit cool but the views were great. I think this is probably an awesome place to go in the warmer spring and summer months.

Yelp
I cannot say enough about our experience at ME Madrid. It's modern and trendy (like the W brand) however, the service was better than any W that I have been to. When I arrived, I was fortunate to have been checked in by Pedro. He explained everything we needed to know about the property. He took us up to our room, described everything in detail and parked our car. In future exchanges, he remembered my name and was an excellent conversationalist. He also gave us a great recommendation on where to find the classic Paella dish. What a delight he is! Our room overlooked the Plaza, which I highly recommend upgrading to. There are panoramic views of the plaza and cafes. Most times, when you have a breakfast included in the cost, it's a light continental with 1 semi-warm dish. This was a full, well done breakfast with Spanish items along with American items. The service was wonderful! I am looking forward to returning to Madrid so I can experience ME Madrid!

Yelp
We arrived early from our flight. They had rooms available but charged us 60 euros for early check-in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean and beautiful bathroom. Room is small. This is normal for Europe. Nice lobby and central location.

Yelp
This review is for the bar only. I walked into the lobby looking for "The Roof" (http://www.yelp.com/biz/the-roof-madrid) but found myself at a chill bar with a great view of the plaza. The service was good, the drinks were better and the music was great.
google avatar

Alex C.

Yelp
We enjoyed the hotel but had a horrible experience on the roof top bar. Re-Ordered a drink with no ice delivered incorrectly. We were charged for it after we returned it and in the end we escorted off the floor for debating the charge. Imagine the evidence being a whole drink, not consumed and they claim it was water. I felt shamed by the staff and for those who know me, well, you can guess the feeling.

Yelp
First time in Madrid and I absolutely loved this hotel! The location is magnificent and is central to tons of shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff were friendly, room was clean, and hotel was beautiful! The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast buffet. It was less than average and did not have much variety. The service was also mediocre at best. Overall I loved this hotel, except for the buffet. Would definitely recommend it!

Yelp
Omg I Loved this hotel. Very modern rooms. Comfy bed, electrical lighting system. The bath rooms were to die for. Black granite and huge lighting mirror and the shower had a 2 ways to water you from the sides from 8 shower heads or a huge shower head from the top. The bath room and the room were separated giving you a hall way and a huge wooden door to separate it. Hotel gives you free water when entering and leaving hotel as well as champagne. Friendly staff, easy access to Grand Via and many local shops and Restaurants. I really wanted to go to the Rooftop Bar but it begin remodel when I was there maybe next time. Affordable hotel compare to LA hotel's especially for a 5 star hotel. Definitely will be back in 2018 Thank you for the awesome experience hotel staff.

Yelp
This review is not about the hotel stay itself, but rather my experience trying to get back a jacket I left behind at the hotel. After my stay, I realised that I'd left my jacket behind in the hotel room. After I contacted the hotel, the staff found the jacket for me. As I was no longer in Spain, I enquired about different options to get it back. Over several emails and phone calls, all of which were very pleasant and courteous, I learned I had 3 options: have it posted to Sweden for 235€+TAX ( a rather ridiculous sum for a lightweight jacket being posted to another European country, especially so considering we'd already spent a lot of money at the hotel for a 3-night stay); have it posted to an address in Spain for 40€ - much more reasonable; or have someone pick it up from the hotel. What the hotel failed to tell me in all my communication with them was that the hotel has a policy of holding lost and found items for two months. I would expect a policy like this to be one of the first things mentioned to someone enquiring about an item they'd left behind at the hotel, especially as it influences decisions about whether to arrange for the item to be picked up or to ask for it to be posted. But at no point in my contact with the hotel was this policy mentioned. Quite the opposite, I was assured that they would hold on to the item for me. As such, I opted to arrange for someone to pick it up. When I learned that a friend would be staying in Madrid, I called the hotel to check if she would be able to come up and pick the jacket up. I was told that she could. A few days later, when my friend was on her way there, I received an email to say that the hotel didn't in fact have the jacket any more, and it's at that point the 2-month policy was first brought up. I should mention that this is not a complaint about the policy itself (sounds reasonable to me), and the hotel staff were all very pleasant and friendly. But in failing to notify me about the policy, I have lost a jacket that I wanted to get back, and would have paid 40 Euro to have posted to an address in Spain had I known about the policy. The failure to mention the policy and the lack of a goodwill gesture from the hotel, means that I cannot recommend it.

Yelp
Great hotel. We stayed one night in Madrid and I really wish we had a couple more nights, especially at this hotel. The location was great, views were beautiful and the staff/rooms were all lovely. We had no issues with the rooms (yes, small, but it's Europe) and the staff were all very accommodating. When I go back to Madrid, I will definitely be staying here.

Yelp
Awesome hotel for hip, fun loving travelers. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our two week tour of Spain. Location, location, location. It's situated right in the middle of everything, and in a great neighborhood for nightlife and dinning. The room are a little small, but very well furnished. The showers with the full-body sprays ROCK!!! Particularly after a full day of walking around and sightseeing, the showers will refresh like you wouldn't believe. After a shower and a little freshening-up go to the roof top bar for amazing sun set views of the entire city. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Joel S.

Yelp
To the Restaurant, unfortunately it is not possible to bring starters at the same time, we ordered 4 tapas and half an hour later the main dish, after the main dish arrived we were asked if we want to geht the starter now, thanks but no thank you, we had to order our drinks 3 times, on 3 different waiters, so we can get our drinks one time, at least that worked... The only 3 stars go out to the kitchen, the food was awesome.. so if you can ignore the 1* Hotel service it's a great place...!

Yelp
Beautiful hotel and excellent location. Breakfast was incredible and I highly recommend the rooftop bar. If you're used to London prices for cocktails, you'll be surprised when you basically get a fish bowl for the price of a shot! Rooms are incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and clean. Extra points for the shower with full body sprays! Also, a nice little feature are the "sexy lights" in the rooms. It just makes everything pink and pretty! Great to put on after a night out where you want to relax but normal lights are just a bit too bright.. Overall I had an amazing time!

Chad C.

Yelp
Great location! The bed was super comfy! The food at the restaurant was ok...I had the steak and fries. There was a lot of grizzle in the steak. The New Year's celebration was a MAJOR letdown! Paid $2200 euro for a "twenty course meal" which ended up being small hors d oeuvres. Very misleading.

Yelp
Elegant boutique hotel ideally located in the old Madrid. Some rooms are smaller than others. Upgraded to a Mode ctg, the Viber and Aura are really small even by European standard. Breakfast is incredible with lots of choice, staff was very helpful with all demands. If you want to be close to the theaters, enjoy tapas bars, have a drink on Madrid's unique roof top ... this is your hotel.

Yelp
We stayed here during our time in Madrid. The rooms were nice and the hotel had a swanky feel to it. I love how centrally located the hotel was--walking distance to lots of shops and eateries. The wireless was inclusive and opt in for the breakfast...totally worth it! My only complaint was that it got really noisy in the evenings ( we were on the 3rd floor facing the square) and the showers did not really drain very well - In both of the rooms we had. The plumbing smelled weird when you first walk into the room. Other than that I would recommend it for a stay.

Yelp
I stayed here for 2 nights during my first trip to Madrid in March, 2012. The hotel is nicely located on an active square in front with lots of restaurants and bars. The location is within walking distance to all the major sights in Madrid. My room was on the 5th floor and had a private terrace in the front. It was a nice feature although the lack of any outdoor furniture took away from its usefulness. In addition the outdoor space impacted the size of the room, making it even smaller. Like many reviews, I agree that the rooms are small - but are quite nice and the bathroom is spacious with a very nice shower. One of the larger items in the room is the minibar, which while having a nice selection of products, really takes up a lot of space in the room. Didn't care much for the size of the room and didn't spend much time there. I did go up to the rooftop bar which has a nice view of the surrounding area. It was still too early in the season and a bit cold so there was no seating outside and didn't end up staying long. I also stopped by the bar on the ground floor one evening which was lively has an extensive bar and drink menu. I would recommend that instead of spending the 25 EUR for the breakfast buffet, which is nice enough with lots of options, to go out to one of the cafes in the neighborhood. Overall, I would be glad to return to ME Madrid if future travels bring me back.

Yelp
Located on Santa Ana Square the first thing this hotel had going for it was location. We arrived late on Christmas eve so the place was very quiet. I noticed the very modern decor and a comfortable (livingroom-esque) lobby sitting area. We opted for the "mode room" a few notches up from the standard, this room was a little larger and had an amazing view of the plaza. In the room there was a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate cover strawberries (always appreciated). It was so late (even for Spain) that we decided to stay in and order room service. The Jamon Iberico with raspado was melt in your month goodness. The room had a great bed, killer towels and lovely bath product (I have ordered some for myself since). Great hotel group, I look forward to staying in anther ME property in the future.

Jackie M.

Yelp
I am giving 3 stars because the check in was awkward. Check in started at 15:00 but at 17:15 our room was not ready and we had to wait. Not too long of a wait but still. At 17:15 our room was not ready. Really ?! Also finding the hotel was not easy because the signage on the square is lacking. We were still looking for the hotel but we were almost right in front of it.

Yelp
Our stay at the ME Madrid Hotel is one of the best Hotel experiences I have had in many, many years. It is difficult as to where to begin as there are many great things to say about the Hotel. I will begin with the staff: they are friendly, courteous, and competent. The location is ideal, fronting a quaint plaza (Plaza Saint Ana) in the heart of the center of Madrid. It is situated within easy walking distance of Plaza Mayor, the National Palace, and the key museums. The food is great at the hotel (especially the buffet breakfast) and there are dozens of good restaurants situated within a 3 block radius. The rooms are modern and the beds are very comfortable. When we return to Madrid this is where we will stay!

Yelp
OMG, so amazing! The location is perfect. The staff are young and hip and very, very good. Miriam is an excellent representative for the Hotel. She got us settled in our suite and then made sure we had a remote wifi that we could take with us around Madrid. Every day, they sent a treat to our room. Free WiFi, bottled water. There is a refrigerator stocked and a full bar (not free). The best part is that they have the most comfortable beds and bedding that I have ever slept on. Better than my own bed at home. I would highly recommend this hotel in the beautiful Plaza Santa Ana. Oh, I forgot about the buffet breakfast. Excellent!

Katie G.

Yelp
I knew of this hotel because I have stayed in the ME in Cabo San Lucas Mexico, so I generally knew what I would be getting - modern, trendy, clean, good amenities, party atmosphere. I pretty much got what I expected but it is not quite up to the standard of the ME in Cabo. I stayed here in the end of May. This hotel is in the perfect location. I can't say enough about the location. It is right on Santa Ana square which has 6 or 7 different restaurants all with outdoor seating in the square. You could pick any one and just sit there and have a great afternoon (although I would recommend going on a weekend if you like action...the crowd on Monday was about 1/4 of the size as Saturday/Sunday). Weather was perfect so we were very excited to have some drinks on the rooftop patio ("The Penthouse") that we had heard so much about. Unfortunately on the Saturday it was closed for an event. So we went on Sunday and it was a great patio with a great view, but the bartenders were painfully slow, and oddly, there was no seating. It's just a rooftop deck. I guess I just wasn't expecting to have to stand and drink, and was expecting table service and maybe a few snacks which is usually the norm for trendy hotels. As I said, it's all about expectations and I was just not expecting to have to stand and order from the bar. That being said, still had a good time and the other patrons were friendly and fun. The standard room is very small. I went with a friend and you get two single beds and there is no chance a cot could fit in there (so don't try to squeeze 3 people in to a room). They are extremely comfortable and not bad at all, but usually in a hotel I expect two double or queen beds. The bathroom was very big and modern and the shower was huge and had strong water pressure. If you are a girl and plan on styling your hair in front of a mirror, you may want to bring a chord extender. There is no plug anywhere close to the mirror. All in all I had a great stay and there were no real problems, and it's a gorgeous hotel. I was just thrown off slightly by the room/bed size and the lack of seating on the rooftop. Would definitely stay there again if I go to Madrid.

Yelp
Really noisy ALL night long. Couldn't sleep a wink. There are many hostels nearby and they party in the street outside the hotel. It is a beautiful hotel but they have no night manager and of course the can't control the plaza. Stay there if you love style and do not intend on rest.

Yelp
What a great stay! From the second we arrived the service was top notch and very attentive. From the front desk greeting us with champagne and taking care of our luggage right from the car to the room, we couldn't have asked for a better greeting after a long flight. The hotel itself is very well kept, very warm and inviting while still having a trendy, upscale feel to it, very nice mix in my opinion. The exterior of the building is absolutely gorgeous and the rooftop bar is the best in Madrid in my opinion. We either started or finished each night at the rooftop bar! Overall the location is perfect, the ambiance is amazing, the service is top notch and 5 star all the way through till the end. Loved the rooms and the lighting options they give you. The huge mirrors in the bathroom are a great touch and this Me hotel might just have the absolute BEST shower I've ever had in a hotel! Jets coming out of everywhere, rain style shower head and removable handle it had it all! Our view from the room was a perfect view of the plaza. Couldn't have asked for more, thank you!

Yelp
Hotel Me located in the hub of Madrid at beautiful Plaza Santa Ana is an experience i will not forget for decades to come. Clean. High tech. Modern. Awesome friendly and helpful staff. Convenient. You name it. Hotel Me is it. Even the cab driver commented on what a great choice of hotel and location we chose. Even going to the bathroom was a great experience. Wifi. Different ambient lighting modes. Surround sound. There was even a high tech conference going on there. Wonder why? I did not wanna leave Madrid or Hotel Me!! Adios amigos!

Yelp
Super small rooms. Friendly staff. Beautiful hotel exterior and rooftop bar. Rooms suck. That's the main thing. They are small. Good luck sleeping. You are in a hotel with a rooftop bar with a continuous rave. On the other side you get all the traffic of the tourists and transients(a lot of theses here). I would not recommend this place due to size, noise, rate and all the transients.

Yelp
Fancy spending 15 quid on a cocktail, in a city where the average price of wine is €3, while looking at a nice view? If you said yes, then visit the rooftop bar at the ME Madrid. The view is lovely, there are loads of seats for the summer, however it's massively pricey and you feel a bit like you're in a bar in Miami. I also got hit on by a sleazy married man, but you may not experience that.

Yelp
I really love this hotel. External Classic Elegance, internal modern hip vibe. Our rooms which are one of the level 1 rooms is great, though when they say balconies, I think they really mean more large windows. You can't walk out which was a disappointment.

Yelp
Apart from the expense, this is an absolutely amazing hotel. The decorations are trendy, and the rooms are very nice. The rooftop bar is an excellent idea, and the outside area on the roof where you can look down onto the city is perfect. Room service food tastes amazing and is available at any time. Also, if you get sick, they have a doctor at the hotel that will come visit you--for 150 euros. The location is excellent with many great restaurants on that block or two or three blocks away. A pharmacy is next door. The plaza right there is nice. This place is especially good for late night partying. Wifi is free in the lobby, and the couches are nice. My only problem with it was that I don't like overly scented candles, and that seems to be popular in the lobby. The ladies at the check-in desk are very helpful and are good at making recommendations for where to go in the city.

Yelp
Stayed here during our honeymoon in Spain. Perfect location near Puerta Del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Front desk staff is very accommodating and assisted us with any problems we had. For those scared to carry their passport around to banks for currency exchange, the front desk can change currency for you (though $200 is their max). Hotel is very upscale and chic. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. Only gripe was the very tiny elevators which some did not work during our stay. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this hotel to guests.

Yelp
We went to this hotel 2 years ago while we were in Madrid. My husband and I loved this hotel. It's is well situated in the city. It's walking distance to a lot of main tourist areas. Hotel has a great rooftop view. Definitely try to make it to the rooftop for sunset. It also becomes a night club at night. If I ever go back to Madrid I would definitely go to this place again.

Yelp
Did not get to stay here, as we were staying a few blocks away, however, made several visits to the bar and the food and service was great. Tapas menu that offers something more than anchovies, sardines and smelt. Good drinks, good food, good time, great atmosphere!

This is in a great location and most everything worked perfectly. The only problem was too much noise from the strert
