The staff is amazing and great at explaining things during the process of buying a house. Great at communicating throughout the waiting period and great at responding. Highly recommend if anyone was looking for a place to call Tammy or any of the lady’s that work here.

I can’t say enough good things about the office staff here. Amber, Heather, Tammy, Mark, and Sal have all gone above and beyond to make living in this community such a positive experience. Anytime I’ve had a concern or needed help, they’ve addressed it quickly and with genuine care. While I’ve been temporarily handicapped, they stepped up without hesitation to help with household and yard maintenance, which meant the world to me. Every time I stop by the office, they’re so welcoming and kind, it truly feels like family. They also make this community so fun and inclusive by organizing events, prize drawings, and parties for holidays and gatherings that bring everyone together, especially the kids. It’s rare to find a team that cares this much about their residents, and I’m beyond grateful for all they do!

My names Christopher and my and my Girlfriend walked in for an appointment, it was my first experience looking to buy a home and the woman behind the desk named Tammy was extremely nice and very helpful, so shout out to her and all of her guidance in helping the application process and anything to help us get in. She’s wonderful at her job and I hope to be part of the beautiful community of meadow lanes soon! Thank you for all of your help!

We just moved to Meadow Lane 2 weeks ago and they have been great so far. Recently had water leaking into my window from all the snow. I called Tammy and she sent someone over and got it fixed right away.

I called the maintenance line at about 12:45 and by 3:20 my toilet was fixed. Mark was Courteous, kind and punctual and worked to get my problem fixed quickly. I’ve had great experiences with meadow lanes maintenance team. They are all wonderful, kind and professional individuals. I’ve worked with Mark quite a few times and have never been disappointed.

Maintenance at Meadow Lane takes great care at our homes. My furnace went out and they got it fixed in no time. They even brought me heaters for the meantime since it wasn’t too cold out yet. Shoutout to Mark and his team. Thank you.

Mark with maintenance did our filters and such today. He was very professional and understanding that we are having someone moving in so the place was a bit chaotic. My dogs serenaded with the song of their kind the whole time and he didn't think twice about it :)

Mark with the maintenance team was super awesome and kind! He made sure to take great care with repairs, and made sure that the whole picture was taken care of, not just what we placed for the order. He found something the old maintenance team skipped over, and is making sure to take care of that issue too since it was skipped over last time. :)

The new owners (Windward Group aka Noble Homes) are gentrifying the crap out of several trailer parks in the area-- jacking up lot rent by a huge amount, changing rules, putting water meters on everything, stuffing in over-priced rentals, etc. Used to be nice here-- now I just want out. I've lived here 15 years.
