Meadowlark Bakery & Cafe

Hands down, this place exceeded my expectations. The food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My Danish was absolutely delicious, even after sitting out for a little bit (that's how you know the baked goods are of great quality). Everything I've gotten so far has been top-tier and fills me up quite quickly. They even have a reward system! ( they also took the time to write out my name in this cute fashion ♡ ) I would definitely recommend coming here; I know I'll be returning :)

Coffee is top tier! Recently tried the coconut mocha Americano and it was delish!! (They have decaf too) Space is very country cute. Shop is small but there is courtyard seating. Food has been good but kitchen can get very slow on busy days so don’t expect in & out takeout. Staff is kind. Definitely recommend :)

Thank you Meadowlark for an amazing dining experience Everyone in our party enjoyed their food so much. My husband could not stop talking about the pork belly sandwich and he’s never even had a pork belly before but said it was one of the best sandwiches he’s ever had. Everything was delicious. The service was amazing and Debbie was as charming as they come. Highly recommend this place. We also took home some pastries and they were out of this world will definitely be coming back soon. I almost forgot everyone should take home a sourdough bread. It’s delicious and gigantic as shown in the picture. Lol

Love their iced chais! Their pastries are also amazing. They always have a wide variety and change the options daily. Everything I’ve had has been amazing- croissants, cookies, various cakes. Staff is so friendly as well. Highly recommend!

Really nice atmosphere. It’s a small shop but many options & variety for sweets. They have an outside area to eat which was very nice prepared. Service was kind and they were efficient. Would come back

Really cute place inside and out and Great iced coffee! Bakery part was amazing and the service exceptional!! We chose 2 sandwiches, the cheese steak on a kaiser, which was very good but the Spicey chicken had a lot going on. There were multiple pickled flavors that didn't really compliment each other or blend with the spiciness of the chicken

Great little café. I ordered an iced latte with caramel syrup and my friend ordered a ham and cheese sandwich (showed in picture). Both were delectable and fairly priced for a small business. Highly recommend! The barista/cashier was very polite and gave us a good recommendation for our first time there. Atmosphere is quaint, clean, and calm. Will go again.

I stumbled upon this bakery taking a friend to Empire Barber Studio which is next door. This is a great spot. It’s tucked away, not obvious and hopefully a lot of people already know about it and if not hopefully this will help. The bakery has an outside area you can sit and eat/drink which is cozy and private. (Not ur average chain type coffee place..SB) 😉 Inside the bakery is warm and welcoming. The atmosphere and people that work there are awesome. I was not sure what to order so I went on the barista’s suggestion Cold Brew Vietnamese which we added mocha and raspberry syrup. He uses sweetened condensed milk which makes it creamy and sweet. It was delicious. I have never given a review on a bathroom…. I have to say this was the coolest one I’ve seen in a very long time , also very clean! I could have stayed in there longer to look at everything. Even the music was good…all around good vibe! I will definitely go back to try some pastries and new drinks. Thank you Meadowlark Bakery! 💕

Great smash burgers as well as coffee and other great treats in the cabinet. Service is outstanding. People are friendly places nicely set up. The outside area is really cool to sit and enjoy your food.

Writing my second review for this new place because I can't say enough good things about it!! Every time I come here the workers greet me with such warmth and kindness and make me feel very welcomed. Everything I've tried so far is absolutely delicious. I got some pastries last week and they didn't disappoint. Today I tried a slice of the cannoli cake and it was fenomenal. I usually don't go for vanilla cake flavor, but this was unexpectedly delicious!! I hope this place sticks around for the long haul.

My family have been several times but I forgot to write a review. We ordered our breakfast and lunch food around 11:30. Anything with a side tater tot's is fine by me. I got breakfast tacos that had pickled onions, guacamole, eggs and some kick. My wife ordered an apricot croissant and hot honey chicken sandwich. Both amazing and full of flavor. We sat in the speak easy room upstairs and it had some fun decor and some board game options while you wait for your food. We loved it so much we got take out the following week. Fries and an Aussie burger, well worth the price tag. You pay for quality and Meadowlark knows what they have. We will continue to be loyal customers to revamped cafe with a great menu! Well done Meadowlark!

I have passed this place so many times...took me quite sometime to realize it was actually a coffee shop. A cute one...and small or should I say "quaint?" Stopped in today for a hot latte. I did not know what to expect...to my surprise It was probably the best latte I have ever had. I chalk a lot of that up to it being exactly the right temperature...perfectly hot. So many times it is cold from the added froth. But not here...absoutely perfect. The Barista who made it was very nice. He was the only one making coffee while I was there so wondering if it could take long to order? The couple after me waited a teeny-tiny bit till mine was made. Glad I was ahead of them otherwise depending on their order...I may not have been able to wait. Looks like the kind of place where they appreciate and get to know their customers. I look foward to return visits!

My favorite local coffee shop. The best food and a very diverse menu. Plus the outdoor seating area is really nice, heated in the winter too. Owned by the same woman who owns my fav local thrift store, Penny Buck Junction. Definitely check both out.

It was just ok. Food was good, prices fair for what we got. Cute decor. There was one counter/table inside where we sat. Later we learned they have other seating space in back/upstairs/outside (?) but none of the employees mentioned it to us. We were going to take out but decided to sit at the counter when it became available. There was a cloth/covering on the counter that had hair and crumb remnants from other previous guests. Employees seemed like they were having a bad day. Head down...barely said hello...no one was very friendly, smiley, or super helpful with suggestions. Maybe they have regulars that they cater to more, but we weren't one of them.

This place has been on my radar since its opening but I am unfortunately only now getting around to checking it out. This cafe took over the old "king of tarts" bakery and whatever is in this location doesn't tend to fair well but it seems that meadowlark is doing a decent amount of business as there were several parties who had come in and out while I was waiting for my food. I have seen so many people post about this business so I believe that word of mouth is keeping them going strong with new patrons but also the fact it is a true cafe - hot food options, pastries, and drink. I did not try coffee - I know a sin. I have to check to see if they are still using Calm Waters Coffee from Bristol because if they are I won't be drinking the coffee as I do not like their coffee. Just a personal preference, nothing bad to say! Their pastries honestly looked so so good but unfortunately I will have to wait to try them. I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich trying to think of the most local place from my house where I could get a sandwich to go made with fresh ingredients and this was it! They offered a few hot options including breakfast sandwiches with your choice if meat which could be made on various bread options. I chose sourdough but I'd love to try a croissant as their chef specializes in French pastry. Each sandwich came with tator tots. There was a good amount of bacon and egg on my sandwich. A choice of cheese would be nice. And the bread was very fresh- nice and thick. I love that they serve food all day and have dinner options. My complaint for the area is that there are no cafes, coffee shops open late - however Meadowlark is. Tuesday through Saturday they are 7am to 8pm and Sunday 7am-3pm. Fair hours! I'll be back and I've got dibs on the chocolate almond croissant and sticky bun! Also worth mentioning they had 1-2 tables inside, counter seating and outside tables. They apparently also have a back patio. Very small inside but cozy! They were doing lots of takeout/ to-go business !

Lovely cafe/coffee/ice cream shop! The lattes were very good - not too sweet and made perfectly. This is nestled away with plenty of parking around and the cutest outdoor courtyard to sit and enjoy.

O.M.G. I wish I knew of this place sooner! Wonderful fresh-baked goods. Like an oasis in this fairly dismal part of suburban Pennsylvania. Creative fare like cookies of mixed ingredients (coconut, butterscotch, chocolate chip [all in one cookie]), danish (berries and cheese), cupcakes (caramelized pear), and our favorite Kouign-amann. It's a tiny take-out place with fun little things to buy around the store (candles, candy) and it also has sandwiches and coffee (that I plan to try one of these days.) 4 stars because some of the bakery items weren't great (like the chocolate raspberry pie, eclair, chocolate croissant...) It's hit or miss, although the misses aren't bad at all!

Very nice and helpful employee. I did not catch his name but he was wearing a floral shirt. We ordered two cupcakes, iced latte, and cold brew. Everything was great!! Advice get non fat milk

Very average place. I heard it was a french bakery. It's really not. Average, sugary sweet treats, with croissants thrown in. "Crossroads" bakery in Doylestown blows them away! Even the new French bakery in Hatboro, "Lilit's" is better. Not sure what this place is supposed to be. A restaurant? A bakery? A cafe? A kiddie play place? If it's all of the above, it's way too much!

This place used to be great, I really don't know what happened. Coffee is bitter with no body and the pastries that used to be amazing are so-so. Good option for a super average non- chain place.

I was really happy with my breakfast and the sticky bun. I'm wavering between 3/4 stars because they don't make a flat white which should be standard at any coffee place, and their drip coffee was only OK. The breakfast sandwich on a croissant was delicious but very greasy, my bf is convinced their eggs are from a carton but I'm not so sure, so we will be back to confirm once and for all. The sticky bun I thought was amazing but he thought was "too sweet". Strawberry scone was a miss sadly.

We tried Meadowlark for the first time today, for breakfast. Food prices were reasonable and we ate in their courtyard. The iced lattes were great. Pastries looked amazing and we tried the cinnamon roll. We also ordered the stuffed French toast which was topped with a Maine blueberry sauce. This was incredibly delicious! However, the sausage gravy on the biscuits and gravy dish was unbearably salty and I couldn't eat it. The hot chocolate didn't have enough chocolate in it. We would come again!

Absolutely love this little gem that is tucked away in a side street. Amazing coffee, food, decor and staff. Will Always be coming back.

Quaint country neighborhood bakery and cafe. Great coffee and tea selections brewed and crafted individually. The best sourdough bread I've ever had. The pastries are so delicious and made fresh daily on site. New menu selections daily. Great place to relax and enjoy the coffee/tea and food offerings inside or out. The Manager is so knowledgeable and friendly. You need to try this one! You wo t be disappointed!

I found this place when searching for a good coffee shop in the area and I loved it. Great drinks, food and the eclectic decor definitely adds a chill vibe.

Seems like a great place so far! Coffee was bold and tasty. The atmosphere was also cozy and pleasing. Our server was friendly and served our beverages quickly. I see they recently changed their hours from 7am-8pm to 7am-3pm. Would be nice if they could take some of those hours they got rid of and open on Sunday! We're always looking for a quick and tasty breakfast place on Sunday mornings!

We tried every pastry, and every single one was outstanding! Will be making this a regular breakfast treat spot! Our daughter also was a huge fan. Edit to add: the sourdough bread was hands down best we've ever had as well. Holy moly!

Great atmosphere! Love the ambiance and enclosed outdoor seating area. The cafe is very cozy and welcoming. The chicken salad wrap made by Marcus and Red was simply delicious. I highly recommend the Affogato for dessert along with a cappuccino made by the one and only Hunter. Bring your family and friends!! My husband and I really enjoy this little local coffee shop! This spot has a delicious assortment of pastries, coffee, and even other food items (breakfast sandwiches, lunch wraps and sandwiches, etc.). We've had multiple pastries from here & they were all great! And the breakfast bowl with tater tots is very good. The place is tiny and can fill up quickly, so if you're going over the weekend, it might be best to use the online order & pickup option :)

Maybe I came in on a bad day but honestly they were just rude as hell. Girl at the front looked hella confused when I was ordering. when I asked for an application all the employees broke their necks to stare at me for a good 10 seconds like I was crazy. Set r food down in-front of us n just walked away w/ out saying a word. Burrito and coffee were good but the tater tots were cold def won't b applying here lol

Thank you for this wonderful cafe Debbie! You have an incredible staff and the atmosphere of the cafe is warm and inviting. This is a delightful coffee shop. My favorite was the pistachio croissant special and the raspberry cheese danish. Amanda is a fantastic chef/baker! Scarlett, Sarah, Morgan, and all the staff I don't know names of are so sweet and positive. It's a great way to start the morning.

I simply can't say enough about Meadowlark. The vibe is perfection as is the food. Whether it's a sandwich, smash burger,pastry or one of their incredible coffee/tea selections...it's all OUTSTANDING

WOW!! Tasty, delicious great staff and service as well make this the new hidden gem in Warwick. Somewhat off the beaten path on Old Old York road and Bristol, the food is fabulous here. The Smoked Turkey on Sourdough, Cuban and Portabella Bahn Mi are amazing! Pastries are also wonderful! So happy to have found this place. We will be back!!

Cutest little spot around. Such a cozy, friendly feel. The pastry I had was delicious, along with the peppermint tea. Quite the assortment of coffee though.

What a great cafe! This is not run-of-the-mill coffee or pastries. They make this "Kouign Amann" pastry which is essentially a caramelized croissant - simply put, it's out of this world. It's soft and flakey inside with a sweet crunchy exterior. I've never had anything like it. And then there's the coffee. I highly recommend the Mocha. It's made with Fruition chocolate and it is insanely addictive and GOOD! Fruition is a rich chocolate which is not sweet, but with all these chocolatey levels of flavor. The Mocha barely makes it home before I finish the cup.

Their baked goods and espresso are fabulous. They make an excellent kouign-amann! Our family recently tried their evening take-out menu and ordered burgers on-line and picked them up. They also are very good! The bakery is small with few places to sit, so it is best for choosing items for take-out. The interior is adorable and they have unique, small gift items along one wall.

Very limited food selections and nowhere to sit. Very surprised by the 5 star reviews.

We love Meadowlark! It is such an amazing addition to our community. They have the best croissants and scones. I love their breakfast sandwiches on a biscuit or croissant. My husband says their coffee is his favorite. Run, don't walk to Meadowlark for a tasty treat or a full breakfast.

Stopped by for the first time today. My husband said the Cubano sandwich may have been the best he has ever tasted. We also tried a Kouign-Amann and chocolate almond croissant which were light, flakey, buttery, and delicious! Although I am used to Mocha Lattes with sweetener, my unsweetened beverage was delightful. If you're looking to sit and eat, there is a small counter and one bistro table. You likely need to takeout.

I hesitate writing this review because I don't want this place to get discovered! We tried the iced coffees and a few pastries. Coffee was perfect and our favorite pastry was the kouign amann which was like a caramelized croissant. They have a nice lunch menu- we'll definitely be back to try. Bonus points for the beautiful courtyard with tables around the side, great vibe for lunch or a coffee date! Great addition to warrington!

The baristas were friendly and happy to provide recommendations on which coffee and pastries to order. I loved the Vietnamese iced coffee for sure. It's a cute spot with local merchandise for sale.

The place is amazing at everything they do. Sweet or savory it all is fantastic. I've never had a bad experience there the service is fantastic and the food is even better. I'm not kidding ANYTHING on their menu will be delicious you literally cannot go wrong.

this place is so cute! i had an iced chai with oat milk and zucchini bread, and both were really good. the staff were all very nice and helpful--we had quite a few questions as it was our first time there. there were a lot of seating areas which were all really cute and clean. will definitely be coming back to try more of off their large menu!

i get the hype. the sticky bun was super delicious, a little sweet but it tastes really good with the hot mocha drink. the mocha truly enlightened my taste buds as it unlocked flavor profiles i thought i wasn't even capable of tasting.
