I have lived here for many years and I just decided that I spoke up! Mr Clark has been the first manager that has tried to clean up and enforce rules of the court since Haven Park bought it! He has tried to get the trust of the tenants through following through with repairs and maintenance in a timely manner! As a retired manager I understand he has his bosses to answer to but he stays on top of projects and tries to keep us informed! Thank you James Potter

its good to see the improvement to the community, it has become a good place to call home. the credit is due to the current manager and his dedication to the community and the residents. some say he is to hard on the rules but it has played a big part in the positive changes to the park. thank you Charles its good to have a dedicated manager.

The best thing out here is Charles he has been such a big help to me sense I've been out here. From coming to jump my vehicle last winter because my dad called him to being a friend when lost dad. But the biggest thing is last week when all my pipes froze nd broke he had plumber there in no time helped me get everything fixed and atdecent rate. He is workd with me a few things I am very grateful for him. Thank you Charles he ben God addition out here

I do have to admit, there have been a lot of changes, but the best one has been Charles. One of the best things is hes not just in the office, he works out here too and he's involved with our lil community.

I can't say enough good things about our trailer park and the manager, Charles! Since he has taken over, the entire park has been absolutely transformed. It's so much cleaner and more well-maintained, which makes a huge difference. Beyond that, Charles is incredibly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything. His positive attitude and dedication have made our community a much better place to live. Highly recommend!

I stopped by the office and the park seemed much cleaner and nicer than it was in years past. Looks like the new owners have made many improvements. I know the community manager and she would not work for a company that did not operate with integrity. The staff is kind and very capable. I believe they are doing everything they can to help fix current issues and bring conditions up to a higher quality for their residents. Unfortunately major projects and improvements take time and, in this day and age, A LOT of money. I've seen the plans for the park and I feel like their goals, once achieved, will make Meadowlark an even better place to live.

I bought a mobile home in Meadowlark and absolutely love it here. The new management is great and really cares about cleaning up some of the older homes. The lot size is fantastic. You don't feel like you are so close to your neighbor that you can see what they are having for dinner! My dogs have a nice big fenced yard. Lots of room to run. I would highly recommend this place.
