Had an amazing lunch after a fun round of disc golf. Stopped by for a round and had the opportunity to grab a bite... I was impressed by the menu and presentation but even more impressed with the taste. Great flavors and presentation with great staff! Keep up the great work.

Some of the absolute best vegan food I’ve had anywhere!! Always fresh, creative, and packed with flavor. The Korean broccoli wings are in a league of their own. So so good.

Super delicious all vegan food truck. We ate it parked outside of Highland Brewery. Had the Bahn Mi, Poke bowl and broccoli wings. Would 1000% eat here again.

Incredible food truck parked at a great beer-garden-style, dog-friendly brewery. We ordered two entrees and three sides and spent the entire meal debating what was best. All of the food was phenomenal. We’ll definitely be going back early and often.

Best vegan restaurant in Asheville!! The crunkwrap is exactly what you want. The Korean broccoli wings are beyond incredible. They make all of their vegan proteins in house. The burger pattie is delicious. They always have fun specials too!

This is some of the BEST food EVER! We first tried a limited time only “pb&j burger” and it was amazing! All their other dishes we’ve tried are phenomenal and you’d never know it was vegan. Can’t wait until they make their return around town after their winter hibernation. It can’t get here soon enough!

Broccoli wings? Out this world. Tofu Bahn Mi? Amazing. And very kind and lovely people working the truck. Cannot wait to catch them again. 👏

Best food truck experience! So good and reasonably priced. If all vegan food was this good I'd be vegan in a heartbeat

Yelp
First of all... Mandy is NICE as heck! I heard of this new vegan food truck and have been looking forward to trying it. The folks working on the truck, including Mandy, were beyond kind and sweet. That alone makes me want to come back to try the rest of the food! The gochujang broccoli is... the best thing ever. It's really a unique dish and also so smart because broccoli is so good and that combo just makes sense, it's crispy and saucy and lightly spicy and delicious. I shared the first order and had to get a second that I did NOT share. The furikake fries are also really unique and delicious, they are served with a really good sauce that tastes mayo based. If you're a vegan or not a vegan, come try Mean Mandy's! It's really great food served by awesome people. Also how can your resist visiting a food truck that has such a unique name :) Thanks Mandy & team

Yelp
Tried their food while the truck was at Ginger's Revenge. Who knew vegetarian food could be this good???? The truck itself looked clean and in good shape and the staff inside were friendly and efficient. The food was among the best vegetarian food I've ever eaten. We had their signature Super Crunk Wrap, which we decided is intended as a play on Taco Bell's Crunch Wrap. No offense to Taco Bell, but Mandy's wrap was in a whole different world (of course it's priced a bit more than Taco Bell, too, though). It was crunk enough that Mary J. Blige might even sing about it if she ate one. Yes, it was that good. A lot going on with layers of taste. If you are afraid of vegetarian food, this tastes like it has taco meat in it. And the outside of the wrap did have a great crunch to it. We also shared an order of furikake-spiced fries. They were served with kimchi mayo, which was good, but honestly, the seasoning on the fries was so good on its own I didn't even bother to dip them much in the sauce. One order of fries is definitely enough for 2 people to share. The menu is small, but still almost anyone should be able to find at least one or two things to order. Somewhat surprisingly, they were doing a pretty brisk takeout business, so it seems like they must have a following who look for when they are parked in their area. And for good reason. We'd definitely hit this food truck again!
