The staff and service were great—very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet expectations. The pizza was disappointing; the sauce tasted canned and the crust seemed pre-made. I wouldn’t recommend ordering it. The risotto, on the other hand, had a nice flavor and was the highlight of the meal. The carbonara was just okay—not terrible, but not something I’d order again. Overall, a mixed experience.

Great Chicago pizza! Gnocchi is not the best, but if it could be pan fried instead of boiled, then it should be better!

OMG this place has the cheesiest dishes for those cheese lovers out there. I had the pizza and oh baby was it loaded with cheese and was so so so delicious. A must try especially if you're a cheese lover like me 🤤😍🫰❤️🇯🇵

You HAVE TO make reservation for the restaurant. I thought the food was okay comparing with its popularity. If you wanna take instgrammable pictures, it probably is a good place. But i don’t think i would visit again

I was tempted by the viral Instagram videos of the deep dish pizza filled with cheese. Normally you should really reserve a table, but we were lucky to get in without one - we couldn't make one anyway, because we didn't have a Japanese phone number. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, I must say I did expect a bit more from that pizza - it had a great cheese pull, but the flavor was little dull and not zingy. The seafood salad was good though.
