"Those in Pasadena for the Tournament of Roses Parade or the football game, Meat District Co. is open for brunch from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. It’s likely to be a hot spot on January 1, as thousands descend from the parade route for grub and cocktails." - Mona Holmes

My first time trying kangaroo steak, it was definitely worth the try. It tasted just like beef, only more stringy. The beef steak was delicious, juicy, and tender. I ordered the bone marrow as an appetizer, but it arrived last, but that was okay because the delicious taste paid off. When we arrived, the restaurant was full, so we have to waited for about 40 minutes.

The Meat District Co., perched on the vibrant waterfront of Barangaroo at Cockle Bay, Sydney, offers an unforgettable dining experience for meat lovers. Boasting an extensive menu of meat dishes and burgers, this eatery delivers both quality and flavour in every bite. The standouts of the menu were the CheeseBurger and the Crispy Chicken Burger—bursting with taste and impeccably satisfying. The burgers were cooked to perfection and served piping hot, ensuring a delightful culinary experience. Pairing the meal with a refreshing pint of beer only elevated the enjoyment. We noted other meals that were ser ed to others looked great. They included the Hot Dogs, Ribs and the tomahawk platter. The service was equally commendable. The staff were not only attentive but also friendly and efficient, ensuring meals were presented promptly. Their dedication added a welcoming touch to the dining experience. With its stunning waterfront location, delicious food, and excellent service, the Meat District Co. offers a memorable outing. Whether you're a local or just passing through Sydney, it's a spot well worth visiting and heartily recommending.

The experience was very pleasant. The restaurant manager Carlos's service attitude was very friendly and he took good care of every customer, making people feel at home. The restaurant environment is modern and comfortable, located in King Street Wharf, with beautiful harbor views. We tried the signature BBQ ribs and juicy burgers, the meat was tender and juicy, paired with a unique sauce, which was unforgettable. In addition, the restaurant's drinks are also very distinctive, with a wide variety of cocktails and unique tastes. In short, this dining experience was very satisfactory and highly recommended to friends who like delicious food and quality service.

Meat District Co. offers an exceptional dining experience with delicious food, a great atmosphere, and excellent customer service. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming vibe. The industrial-chic interior, paired with cozy seating and upbeat music, creates a perfect setting for both casual meals and hangouts with friends. The food truly stands out. The chicken wings are packed with flavor—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and tossed in a mouth-watering sauce that hits the perfect balance of tangy and spicy. The sweet potato fries are a must-try: crispy, golden, and slightly sweet, they pair perfectly with any meal. The chicken crispy burger is a star on the menu. The chicken is cooked to perfection—crunchy, tender, and topped with fresh ingredients that bring everything together in every bite. The beef burger is equally impressive, featuring a juicy, well-seasoned patty with melty cheese and fresh toppings, all nestled in a soft bun. What sets Meat District Co. apart is not just the food, but the service. The staff are attentive, friendly, and genuinely make you feel valued. Whether you’re there for a quick bite or a full meal, everything is served promptly and with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone who loves quality food in a relaxed, enjoyable environment.

Google
Food was good. Steak was cooked more medium than medium rare but still yum. Ribs were a little dry but the sauce was good and made up for that. The staff gave great service and were lovely to deal with which raised my review.

Google
Easily my best meal in Sydney! We got the Ribs+ Sirloin combo--Sirloin was tender, ribs fell off the bone and marinated to perfection. Salad was refreshing and the coffee drinks were yum.

Google
They have an amazing express lunch menu which is delicious and really good value! My pork belly was a tiny bit burnt but inside was still super juicy and delicious. I ordered the lamb which was a tiny bit salty but otherwise great. Also the atmosphere is really nice.

Google
Great Express Lunch menu on weekdays. The Spiced Beef Salad was delicious with nicely cooked beef. The Portuguese Chicken Burger was a good chicken burger, with nice chips too.

Yelp
I thought I was ready to eat kangaroo...I was not, but I'd done research on various restaurants who offer that type of meat, and the Meat District Co came up in a search. I arrived at the restaurant and was impressed with the look and feel. I'd say modern gentleman's club, with harbor views. I was seated outside, overlooking the bustling boardwalk and boat slips. I ordered the crocodile burger, broccolini, and a cider. I liked the taste of the croc meat...it gave me a fatty bbq pork ribs vibe, so the texture was great and the general flavor was good, but it was underseasoned IMO. Otherwise, everything was great. Service and payment were easy. If I ever do get the gumption to try kangaroo, I know where I'll go.

Yelp
This place has a great location and ambience. Additionally the Kangaroo wass really good. Unfortunately, that is where the good experience ends. The rest of the meal was blah at best with the other steaks being poorly seasoned. Lastly the service was subpar for a restaurant at that price point. I was really excited to go here but left disappointed.

Yelp
Being a pescatarian I was a little spectacle about this place. Seeing the first few pages of the menu with all the meat options got me a little worried, from crocodile to kangaroo hmm lol but they have a variety on their menu that caters for all dietary requirements. They also cater for allergies. Venue is stunning with a gorgeous water view. They have an upstairs and downstairs seating area. Staff are very friendly and restaurant is clean. Great cocktail options and wine list. We had the lamb on the rack which looked very juicy and my husband had no complains. It came with salad and corn. We also had chicken wings on the table which was devoured by my son in less than 5min. I had the barramundi sandwich which was perfect and refreshing with the right amount of seasoning. Ordered a side of truffle fries which paired very well with my sandwich. We had a bottle of the French rośe which did not disappoint on a sunny day. Overall great experience and we will be back.

Yelp
Upon research I was looking for a restaurant to have kangaroo meat on the menu and I found it here. I ordered the kangaroo filet which is cooked rare and it came with garlic truffle mashed potatoes along with a Jack Daniel's sauce. The kangaroo steak itself was really delish and not gamey at all. My steak tasted very similar to beef and I was surprised how good it tasted. The Jack Daniel's sauce was good but a little strong. Perhaps the whiskey needs to be cooked down some more. The garlic truffle mash was very good. The restaurant sits right in Darling Harbour and next to the water with beautiful views from the restaurant. I wish I would've tried the crocodile burger but I was already full. Maybe next time.
google avatar

Patty C.

Yelp
I was excited to try the kangaroo. The influencer on YouTube made it sound like the meat was as tender as a filet. That wasn't the case. It was pretty chewy but the dipping sauce helped to make it easier to chew. The garlic truffle mash had a great flavor but too many lumps for mashed potatoes.

Yelp
The next time you are in Sydney, make time to hit this spot. It's not the least expensive place but the food was worth every cent.

Yelp
Just a treat. Delicous drinks and fun atmosphere. Good music. The CHICKEN HOOK is not to be missed. Easily shared by 2 people. Staff are attentive and very nice. A must visit

Yelp
Disappointed here. Asked for medium rare and got rare. Not even warm by the time it got to me.. Ribeye had no fat on it or salt... service and ambiance ok

Yelp
OMG the Kangaroo dinner and Bone Marrow appetizer where banging!!! I would no doubt recommend this place if your looking to eat something this unique!

Yelp
Great place to come with a view of the water, and 2 levels to choose from! Service was amazing! We came on Sunday around 5pm and enjoyed happy hour 3-6pm wine and bubbly! We ordered a delicious steak and the sliders which were mouth watering yummy! We sat on the 2nd floor and had a nice view of the water and it wasn't too busy upstairs but more busier downstairs so if you want it a bit louder go downstairs!
google avatar

Mariel C.

Yelp
The sirloin was really good, me medium rare was cooked to perfection, I find many place over cook steak. The ribs weren't very flavorful, and the sauce on the ribs weren't the best. I would stick with steak not ribs next time!

Yelp
The sister wanted to try some kangaroo meat so we found this place as one of the restaurants that sells them. We walked in and stood at the entrance for a good 5 mins. No one greeted us or even acknowledged our presence. There were no customers seated at any of the tables and all the workers were behind the bar area. We made our presence known and they told us to seat ourselves downstairs. KANGAROO- chargrilled served rare with truffle mash potato with jack daniels sauce Kangaroo didn't have much taste to it. It was chewy and flavorless. The jack daniels sauce added some sweetness to it, but there was nothing spectacular about this dish in terms of flavor and presentation. The truffle mash potato was very grainy and flavor was also very subtle and on the borderline bland. SLIDERS FLIGHT- 3 mini burgers, an old faithful, crumbled chicken, and lamb pull The OLD FAITHFUL BURGER was a basic beef burger. I liked the sweet caramelized onions with the sour acidic pickle and the meaty patty. It was good, but in terms of good burgers, the flavors are pretty simple and basic. CRUMBLED CHICKEN BURGER was another basic chicken sandwich. Flavors were okay with the mushrooms and aioli sauce. It was creamy and earthy. I didn't like this burger though because the chicken itself was bland and too dry. My least favorite was the LAMB PULL. The bbq sauce was sweet, but it didn't go well with the meatiness of the lamb. The flavor was just off and didn't complement one another. The price we paid was not worth it. Our dishes were very underwhelming in terms of flavors. I was very disappointed. I was looking for unique flavors, but not only did I not get that, but I pretty much didn't get any flavors.

Yelp
Great location with a good view of the water front. As well as outside, that is covered, they have seating indoors and upstairs (great views). Servers are friendly and attentive. My husband had the Brie burger which he said was delicious. It didn't come with fries, you had to order fries separately if you wanted it. I had the rib eye with bone attached with green salad. I felt that the steak was good but I found it a little more on the lean side. I normally order the rib eye because it has some fat to make it more flavourful. It was cooked to perfection. When it came to pay they had added a Sunday surcharge of 10% which we weren't aware of. We are visitors to Sydney, so didn't know if this is what all restaurants do. As a tourist, this seemed strange for us.

Yelp
Amazing Onion rings, but service let's this place down or if I can call it service. I've ofyened watched people walk out after no one approaches to take an order! I visited today not a customer in the venue, staff picks by the sound of it musing blaring that does not reflect patrons walking by. I was handed a menu but never saw the waitress again. Too busy unpacking boxes, another staff member on a laptop oblivious to me in the dining area. Sadly a one star and I rarely give one stars! Never again!
google avatar

Walter S.

Yelp
This spot has a great view of the harbour and on a sunny has a really pleasant atmosphere. You could spend a long lunch here without a problem. The food is tasty. The sweet potato fries are excellent. Unfortunately the service is not up the same standard. Had to keep asking for drinks and the staff wasn't a friendly as I would have expected. Needed to attract staff to take our food order. On the flip side they don't bother you .
google avatar

Yelp
Absolute gem on the waterfront! It's overwhelming how many beautiful patios are overlooking the water in Barangaroo! We didn't walk the entire strip of selection, but we scoped our a couple happy hours and settled on Meat District Co. based on their happy hour beer and cocktails. As they have some kind of not full bar licence that I don't entirely understand, you need to order food in order to keep the drinks coming. Which was no problem for us, we were hungry!! But in my hunger I also wanted to go for something with much needed nutritional value so I opted for the skewered marinated lamb on spinach pumpkin salad. IT WAS SO GOOD! It was everything I wanted in a salad and more! My friend wasn't too impressed with her burger but I wasn't really listening to her complaints because I was so captivated by my lamb. I told her to get the lamb salad next time.

Tina S.

Yelp
Had a great meal here! The staff was attentive the Food lovely and great location to watch the boats and people. Will definitely visit again.

Yelp
Decided to give them a try as we were walking the wharf. The main reason for one star was that the cheeseburgers we had were under cooked had red in both burgers. When we went to pay, two couples the manager refused to let us pay for what we ate only would let us pay on a 50/50 split. He showed us his sign on cash register that said no splitting but not informed before we ate.

Yelp
Nice steak/ribs/burger restaurant with great views on the top floor (especially by the open window area). Food was large sized (especially the ribs/burger combo, which was huge). Friendly service, and some quirky design elements (loved the menus shaped like a cleaver). Ribs were super soft, fall off the bone, but tasted a bit more like boiled than BBQ'd (i.e. should probably have spent a bit more time on the grill)

Yelp
Being an out of towner, I had a wonderful experience eating at this side of the city. This restaurant had a great ambience and the setting is just amazing sitting right next to the harbor. Getting there is pretty easy. My cousins and I took the ferry coming from Circle Quay. Lots of stops along the way, but the commute is not so bad. The service is somewhat very slow.. our food for some reason took longer than expected. Since my cousins and I went exploring around town, we wanted to have a place where we could relax and sit. we were exhausted that day. We sat there what felt like a good 30mins after they took our order. And on top of that, they forgot my burger which was an American burger. Disappointed, bc they took my order and it didn't come out with the rest of the food. They also weren't as annoying asking us how the food was which was good. Maybe ones, but that's it. This is the only reason why I'm giving this 4-stars. The appetizer (which I forgot to mention in the beginning) was excellent. The bone marrow and the garlic fries were so good! The decor inside the restaurant is pretty nice too. They have both Sydney time clock and Los Angeles time clock on the wall. Two stories seating, which is nice.. bathrooms are pretty clean and organized.. what was trippy for was there sinks in the bathroom. It was pretty cool. Can't describe it.. lol Overall, I would give this place another try.. which means I would have to go to L.A. =)

Yelp
Service 5 stars for waiter who was nice 2 stars for hostess who wouldn't let me sit by the window even though it was late and the restaurant was more than half empty 3 stars since it was a bit of a wait for the food Food 5 stars for crocodile burger 3 stars for the ribs. It was a tad too sweet for my liking - honey was overpowering. Overall averaging to 3.6 but bumped it up since I'd go back again for the crocodile burger! Yum!
google avatar

Yelp
I came here to try Kangaroo and crocodile meat. My friends said Kangaroo is chewy but they may go to a wrong place. The grilled Kangaroo here is super tender, much better than victoria sirloin! My husband got crocodile sandwich. The river view is very romantic as well. You should stop here if you want to try these Australian specialties.
google avatar

Anna A.

Yelp
Kangaroo was pretty good but I'm not a fan of the jack daniel's sauce, tasted like chinese soy sauce. The truffle mash and truffle fries were very good. And friend's sirloin steak w garlic sauce were also very good!
google avatar

Eugenie C.

Yelp
Burgers are presented well and taste great here. Truffle fries are the best!!!! Service is poor. Waited 10mins to be served. Waved my arm around like a maniac for several minutes, and even though we were the only ones in the restaurant, the guy behind the bar and waitress ignored us!!! Food took a while to come out. Location is good, overlooking Darling Harbour. I think the reason there were no other diners is due to the poor service.
google avatar

Tyler I.

Yelp
Great place to sit and relax. Very laid back right on Darling harbour. Very good food service was good. Prices were very reasonable. Away from Sydney harbour a little more quiet not so touristy. $2.50 surcharge was a little sketchy, I asked about it they said it was because they were open on Sunday. Maybe it's just because I'm an American tourist and I don't understand but that seems strange.
google avatar

Hector O.

Yelp
Ordered a plain original burger on the menu. Great presentation overall and burger looked and tasted great. It was not greasy and cooked just right. Would have been great if buns were slightly toasted. Regardless they were OK. Overall was very happy with the food and looking forward to ordering a steak next time! Was happy with the service and the location is ideal since it is Darling Harbour after all. Great overall
google avatar

Tanya S.

Yelp
Our one shot to try Kangaroo! And it was available gluten free with potatoes. =) The servers were really knowledgeable about the allergy b/c initially I ordered crocodile but the chef said it contained gluten. The meat was okay, a bit chewy. But I appreciated the experience and the good service. We were there around 1pm on a popular day, and there was plenty of outdoor seating. There was WiFi available, but nothing connected.
google avatar

Heidi G.

Yelp
Tried kangaroo during happy hour. Very nice, casual atmosphere. Much needed after a long week of playing tourist. The employees were great fun and the view was great.
google avatar

Yelp
Really enjoyed dinner at this restaurant. The location is really nice with a nice view beside the water. The service was good - they greet you at the door, show you to a table promptly and take your order. The food is really good, and the menu is quite big so there is a variety of choices. Recommend the sliders flight - 3 different sliders.
google avatar

Daisy I.

Yelp
I got the crocodile burger here with the garden salad. It was so delicious!! The service was prompt and staff very friendly. You get the water view if you sit outside.
google avatar

Sherry N.

Yelp
Amazing service! Amazing cooking! I got the kangaroo meat. It was my first time trying it so I was nervous it was going to be bad since it was going to be cooked raw. But it was perfectly done! The salty sauce complimented the lean meat so perfectly. The scenery was amazing and the presentation for both the entrees and the menu was easy on the eyes. I loved it and would come back next time in Sydney!

Sher W.

Yelp
Great food, a tad bit pricey. The truffle fries alone carries the all the stars. We also got the bone marrow and crocodile burgers(we had to try it). All the food has flavor so can't go wrong ( pick what appeals to you or go crazy like us and pick something new). The crocodile burger was good, reminds me of a crab cake (but better, the patty was seasoned well) only downside for me was the sauce/spread on the burger over powered it. We also got mango tango ( happy hour: 3-6pm) it is more apple tasting than mango but it was a good drink.
google avatar

Czar R.

Yelp
Getting your steak cooked as per your preference (as opposed to the chef's) is almost impossible in the harbour city. But not here. My sirloin was a choice cut, cooked to perfection. The wait staff were friendly to boot. 5 stars, easily.
google avatar

Rose P.

Yelp
Don't waste your time or money at this restaurant. When we arrived around 4:30 pm for an early dinner the upper floor was completely empty except for 2 bartenders and 4 waitstaff. Despite an abundance of employees the service was very slow and we had to get up to find our own cutlery. The waitstaff were more interested in drinking and gossiping with each other than doing their jobs. The onion rings were watery and flavorless although they were served with an extremely salty sauce. The steak I ordered was over cooked, flavorless and cold by the time our waitress bothered to bring it over. All that for only $70! This place is a very poor representation of Sydney's food scene and not worth your time.
google avatar

Hoi-Wai W.

Yelp
The food was ok but the service was a disaster. The venue had two entrances but their host was at the harbor side entry only. I entered from the street side and waited until I realized no one was going to greet me. None of the waiters/waitresses acknowledged my presence. I found a stairs to the other entry and saw the host, who just told me to seat myself. I sat down for 10 minutes but no one came to serve me. It was 5:30-6pm, and the restaurant was't busy at all and the waiters/waitresses were just chitchatting. When I was finally eating, it was the same host who came to ask about my food and refilled my water. Again, the waiters and waitresses were neglecting their customers. I live in LA and it is sad to see that a Los Angeles restaurant can provide such poor service in another country. It is completely unacceptable if it happens in the US. It is shameful how this restaurant degraded American hospitality.
google avatar

Dave H.

Yelp
Good food, service and atmosphere. Nice view right on the Harbour. I ate the classic hot dog and it was fantastic. My wife ate a chicken burger. We both got sweet potato fries. Absolutely no complaints about the meal. The prices are reasonable and around $15-$20/person for lunch. It was a pleasant experience for us.
google avatar

Joey J.

Yelp
Heard about this place and thought I'd give it a try. Arrived as a solo and waited next to several empty tables in a visibly half empty restaurant while a succession of staff approached and asked me if they could help. Finally I was turned away by staff member number 4 as I had no booking . Recommend either: 1. Avoid as the staff don't seem helpful and, lets face it, there are a lot of meat restaurants ; or 2. Book ahead for more than one person, as they really don't seem to like solo diners . As for the food? Wouldn't know. Ps Reading earlier review of this place it seems as though the staff are a problem .
google avatar

Heather I.

Yelp
This was our first meal off of the long haul flight from the USA. we tried a cheeseburger, truffle fries and a rocket salad. The burger was very tasty and flavorful. We enjoyed the fries although it could have come with a little more aioli. The salad was just what I needed after a long flight. We like to order items to share and this meal was perfect for two. Topped off with a couple of local brews- welcome to Sydney!

Yelp
A few weeks ago the family were in town and at some point in the evening we wandered past the various eating establishments along the water at barangaroo. As we wandered, we glanced over the displayed menus (as you do). When we walked past Meat District Co, the daughter announced that she wanted to come here for her upcoming birthday dinner because "those burgers sound awesome" (I class this as a parenting win). Well, on the appointed day, her birthday (13th...both kids are officially teenagers.. I feel old) was duly celebrated with burgers at Meat District Co. And fine burgers they are indeed. Well cooked. Not greasy. Juicy. Really juicy. Well presented. And miraculousy, given the location, well priced. The birthday girl had a cheeseburger, I had a beef and brie burger, the missus had a lobster roll and the stomach on legs had a surf and turf burger because it looked like the biggest burger on the menu. They were all very tasty. None of the burgers come with salad or chips. They will set you back an extra 5 bucks, or you can do as we opted to and go for a separate side of each (if there are 3 or less of you, add the extra to your individual burgers, if there are 4 or more, the separate side is the more economical option). The drinks menu was good. They do wines, beers and cocktails with some mocktail options for those who don't drink. As it was her birthday daughter got a mocktail which I though was horribly sweet and fruity looking but she thought was fantastic. I opted for a more adult glass of red which was pretty good. All in all a good night. The only slightly odd note was that the uniform for the servers was a nice pants shirt and tie for the men but tiny daisy duke denim short shorts and tight t shirts for the ladies. Not sure that this sends quite the right gender equality message to a young lady. I'm guessing this uniform choice is for the benefit of their mostly businessman type clientele (which also doesn't send quite the right gender equality message to a young lady). But, odd uniform choices aside, it was a good night out.

Yelp
I booked this venue for my fiancé's birthday for a "Whisky Tasting Class" and the service and class were a huge disappointment. The marketing really makes this seems like they are the go to for whisky tasting, but in all honesty the marketing way over sold this experience and it was, quite frankly, terrible. They tasted 4x cheap whiskys with an inexperienced sommelier they could hardly hear over the noise of the restaurant (all for $120 per person!!!!). It was hard to order a drink and when they were finally able to flag a waiter, it took over 10 minutes to get their order. Not to mention that the table was cluttered because no one was clearing empty glasses and dishes - it was a mess. Overpriced and under delivered - don't waste your money on the whisky class or Meat District Co.
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered kangaroo medium rare, it came out well done. Ours server never checked if our food was good, she disappeared. I called another guy,he was pleasant and fixed it! Server was no where to be found the entire night. Then they didn't let us split our bill. Maybe none of this is Australian standards but as American, it was extremely disappointing on service and food.
google avatar

Yelp
Yuck! Ribs were fatty. Burger was overcooked and under seasoned, steak was bad... was told by the manager (of 5 years) that grill marks the same as burnt ... salad was plain, sauces were oily and everything was bland (except for the wine)... don't bother
google avatar

Chad S.

Yelp
Hoppin place along Darling Harbor. We had the Kangaroo and Japanese burger, Kangaroo was pretty good, cooked well, mash that came with was also pretty good. Burger was ok, interesting, but not the best burger we've had. Service was ok here, seated quickly, orders taken, checked in on and we got out in a timely fashion. I would eat here again.
google avatar

Yelp
Food was absolutely fantastic - for that I would give them at least 4 stars. The ribs, ah the ribs.... However, the night started badly when we arrived about 9pm on a Saturday night at the main entrance on Lime Street to a sign on the door that read "Private function - please use the entrance to the right". We interpreted this as those attending the private function should use the side entrance. After we entered and stood awkwardly for a few minutes, a lady who I assumed was the Manager, told us to use the other entrance and pointed out the sign, informing us that this upstairs section was the private function and we needed to use the other entrance. I pointed out that therefore they should make the sign less ambiguous because it was unclear what they meant to which she replied with a degree of attitude, "only to you". For the record as well, instead of almost pushing us out of the entrance and making us feel unwelcome, the other way to get to the downstairs areas for the non private function guests, would have been the internal stairs which downstairs guests were using to get to the bathroom upstairs anyway! I was willing to let this go and just enjoy the evening as is as the other staff were very friendly and attentive but my dining companion was clearly agitated the rest of the meal (even though, the ribs, ah the ribs...). I'm disappointed to have to give the restaurant such a low rating given how much I enjoyed the food but I don't enjoy getting attitude or smart comments from a restaurant manager at the start of the meal.

Amnon K.

Yelp
Brisket Burger was very bad, sent it back. I called the manager but he really did not care as someone else said that he liked it. So on average he figured that he is OK, WOW Our waiter was excellent

Yelp
Meat District Co is one of the latest restaurants to open up in the tourist area that is King Street Wharf. They hail from the U.S. of A. and are pitching the farm to table approach (think hormone & steroid free cows and sustainable producers). The decor is casual/rustic with open spaces, metal chairs, and gold saws. The prices are reasonable (steaks, ribs, and hooks for around $30, burgers for around $15). I found my huge half rack of pork ribs tough and needing a few more slathers of sauce. Chips were good, service was slow. There's a lot of competition of the red meat variety in the immediate area surrounding Meat District Co. Unless they seriously up their game, I can't see myself gong back in a hurry.

Ekaterina S.

Yelp
This place is probably worse steakhouse in my life. I really thought Australians DO know something in meat, but nit these guys. Rib eye steak doesn't have any meat flavor Beefsteak in burger was soooo soooo much overcooked (but for the record - it had a meat flavor))) and could be better if cooking properly, and all other ingredients was well combined and tasty) Lamb salad- the greens was good, but lamb ... overcooked again, wasn't juicy and tasty, too much salt. Yelp
I don't get the low rating My wife had a kale salad, absolutely gorgeous! I had a grilled chicken burger and it was really good

Yelp
This was our first meal in Australia. We tried the Chargrilled Kangaroo plate and the Crocodile Burger. We were nervous to try these meals. One word.....Delicious!
