I was really looking forward to trying this Korean barbecue spot, especially given all the hype about the food. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. We weren’t greeted with much enthusiasm, and it took quite a while for anyone to seat us—even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. Once we were finally at our table, we waited another 15 minutes before anyone came by to take our drink orders. The biggest letdown, however, was the inattentive staff. We had to flag someone down multiple times just to get basic things. Our server seemed rushed and uninterested. To be fair, the food itself was decent—the marinated beef and pork belly were flavorful, and the side dishes were fresh. But with service this poor, it’s hard to enjoy the experience. Meat love BBQ is meant to be interactive and fun(there’s even a bar attached to the restaurant), but we ended up feeling frustrated and ignored. There are definitely better options out there where you’re treated with more care and respect. TBH I don’t know if we’ll be returning.

Meats and side dishes were pretty good. Their salads were not as good as some other kbbq place. Their garlic pork belly was one of the best I've tasted and the prime brisket was one of the best I've tasted as well. Overall a good ayce kbbq if you are in the area.

03/22/2025 First off I’m shook, that anyone that has reviewed this place had the audacity to give it 5-Stars, the experience was horrible. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was awful. The servers were unfriendly and seemed disinterested in providing a welcoming atmosphere which set the negative tone for our meal. To make matters worse, I noticed the restaurant had received a B rating from the health department, which made me nervous from the start. This feeling was only amplified when we were served a veggie kabob that had visible mold on it (image attached) When we pointed it out, there was no apology or explanation from the staff – they simply took it away with no real sense of concern or accountability. And BTW!! **Gratuity is already included on your bill** All in all, this experience left much to be desired. Between the lack of customer service, questionable health practices, and subpar food quality, I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone. If you're looking for a satisfying Korean barbecue experience, there are definitely better options out there, this is LA.

So many Korean BBQ AYCE restaurants in LA. The food was good and the meats were delicious. The only complaint as most people suggested is service. the service was very slow. You need to flag them down for more meats and ice water. They seemed annoyed. Maybe because the tips are already included in the final bill that they don't need to do their job? Overall it's a decent BBQ restaurant. But with so many other Korean BBQ in LA they need to step it up to win the customers back.

Google
I’ve been looking for pet friendly KBBQ and finally found this place. We had early dinner here yesterday. Everything went well, the quality + quantity of meats were good and generous. Service was pretty attentive and fast. Probably you should arrive earlier since it will get busy during dinner. BTW if you can’t find parking spot, they have valet parking service for $3. The fact that they welcome dog, I would definitely come here again in the future.

Google
Great ayce for the price. I did the premium version and got the beef short rib and marinated beef rib which was good. I liked the steamed egg too! I thought the rib eye steak was too lean. Everything else i got was standard fare and didn’t stand out to me, but wasnt bad either. Service wasn’t too slow, but I think they should incorporate a button at each table to call a waiter since it was hard to get attention.

Google
This did not feel like Korean BBQ. The side dishes tasted moldy, and the marinated meats were overly sweet, likely due to the use of a cheap sugar substitute. While I understand that AYCE restaurants often use lower-grade meats, the issues here go beyond that. The cleanliness, sauces, and overall quality of the meats were unacceptable. The only thing I could manage to eat was their egg dish. The grills weren’t cleaned properly, with leftover grease and meat residue bubbling up when heated—it was incredibly unappetizing. Also, there was a strange purple substance on the meat, which seemed unusual and concerning. I regret trusting the 4.3-star review. This place urgently needs a health inspection. I recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Meat Love is a really solid Korean BBQ restaurant here in LA. I will first mention why only 4 stars. First, seating is only outside in a tent. This is not good for a variety of reasons. The grill is elevated on a small burner on the side of the round table. This makes it hard to access, but what is worse is that the splattering oil will hit you and burn due to the height elevation and wind. Second, staff aren’t as attentive as I would prefer. You have to really hunt them down to order more meats or side dishes. Third, they intentionally give you a ton of the meats you order up front, causing you to get full fast and not get to try other meats. The good parts about this restaurant is that the meats are delicious and fresh. The best meats of the night were the beef brisket and smoky beef belly. These super thin cut meats had so much flavor and melted in your mouth. The pork belly was ok. Definitely chewy and Not that fatty. It was fine but nothing like I have had elsewhere. The marinated pork ribs were pretty good. Tons of flavor, but the quantity was too much for one order. They had good side dishes of rice, radish wraps, spicy cucumber, macaroni salad, bean sprouts, and fish cakes. These were all delicious and bountiful. They brought out some fermented radish, but this was so fermented that it began tasting like wine which was not good. Sauces included a standard sweet soy sauce, a spicy sambal, and the coveted salt and sesame oil. Overall, we all had a good experience, and at a price of just $24, it’s a great value. They DO include 15% tip when they bring out the bill, so be aware!

Yelp
I was only able to get one picture of the food because I was toooo busy stuffing my face! The meat was excellent quality, plenty of sides! Although there were many sides, kimchi wasn't included so had to pay extra for that side. There is valet parking, very affordable and makes coming here even smoother. I came here with 3 other friends, in total we spent around $140 and split evenly between us was $35 (the gratuity was automatically included) We went on a Tuesday around 7pm and it wasn't crowded at all and very quiet! It started getting packed around 8pm but still was really comfortable Would definitely come here again!

Yelp
A lot of people were mentioning this place when it comes to korean bbq, and now I understand why. I wish I could gatekeep this place to myself a little more, but I won't. This place was definitely worth the price! Probably one of the best prices in ktown. The regular AYCE menu was definitely good enough for us. Prime brisket, pork bellies, etc. So good! No LA Galbi (I think?) though, if that's something on your must-have list. Steamed egg, corn cheese, etc are all included. The steamed egg was a winner. The corn cheese was good, but felt a little more on the mayo side than the cheese side to me. The ban chans were good! The list: pink radish, bean sprouts, japchae, mac salad, fish cakes, salad! You can ask for kimchi and rice paper rolls, but they won't put them out on the table. Almost like a secret banchan menu. Overall, the meats were great quality, the vibe was fun, and parking was not bad (although we did come on a Monday at 5:30pm). Valet is $3 but there's street meter parking that only goes up until 6pm so we ended up only paying 50cents at our meter. Meat Love, we will definitely be back!

Yelp
My husband and I enjoy trying Korean BBQ a from many different places. My husband is a touring artist so we've tried plenty of different Korean BBQ places. After a long work week we decided to try this spot out for the first time and although the food was decent; the service was literally by far the WORST. There was no wait but somehow the staff look a lengthy time to seat us. The service progressively got worse. One waitress finally came to take our order and only looked at my husband, did not ask me or look at me and just walked away. Since she didn't return to take MY order I asked another waitress for a few items on the vegetarian menu; inky one item made it back to the table. When the original waitress finally came back I asked her the same item I did not get. STILL the items did not come after asking an additional 3 times. TWO hours before the restaurant closed we were told that the kitchen was closing and to make our final orders ( I tried to order a salad for the FOURTH time). At this time and after they were STILL seating new guests but soon told US the kitchen was closed and that I could not get my salad because they had 'already brought it.' When we said no it hadn't the older waitress got angry insisting she did and stormed off. She came back a few minutes later and tossed a salad on the edge of the table with no words. This has by far been the worst BBQ experience but when we paid we realized they include tip for ALL parties so perhaps that's why they don't care to treat their customers poorly. With so many other Korean BBQ places in the area I would definitely NOT recommend; save your money for another establishment that won't treat you like garbage.

Yelp
This place was really good during and before the pandemic but it has since gone downhill. We revisited this spot after maybe 2 years and were really disappointed. The meat wasn't all that tasty and was more on the tough and chewy side. We found hair in our food twice, one embedded deep into our pile of seasoned boneless rib and another in my friend's corn cheese. This killed our appetite and our night. After reading multiple reviews on the place it seems this isn't unusual for this to happen. The service was okay, I informed one of the waiters of the hairs. She was polite and apologetic for the inconvenience and was attentive to us thereafter. One of the employees seemed upset at us after we brought up the hair situation. Inside the restaurant was nice but a little crowded and cramped.

Yelp
Meat - overall pretty good - bulgogi could have been marinated longer as the flavor wasn't as strong - ribs were so good and marinated perfectly! - cheese corn was a must - kimchi rice was just ok, it also seemed to be lacking in flavor but it was cool that it came in the Korean lunch box for you to shake - fried dumplings were ok and so was the fried chicken The service was great once seated as they did a good job at coming by and changing the grill out pretty frequently. The place was bustling even though it was mid/late afternoon. They do charge a 15% tip automatically fyi

Yelp
Meat Love is staple in my friend group known for their outstanding food choices and great vibe. It's can get pretty crowded real quick especially Friday through Sunday. The service is awesome and everything comes out the kitchen pretty quick. My personal favorite and go to is bulgogi. It's nice sweet and savory and it juicy and tender. It's everything anyone could want in meat. After bulgogi the next go to thing is the brisket because it's cut so thin you can eat so much of it and it has tremendous flavor and a lot easier if a texture. The chicken options are also good. I like the spicy chicken personally but they are all pretty well. The fried chicken that comes on the side is kind of like orange chicken that is great as well. The dumplings rule nice and crispy packed with tons of flavor and the corn cheese is rocks too. I love meat love I go a lot and will always recommend this place for KBBQ. 10/5 stars

Yelp
My friend showed me this place and I love it! It's AYCE (i forgot the price) but appetizers and so many different types of meat fit into the deal! We always leave this place with our stomachs bursting. Staff is super nice and always give refills of sides. They finally moved their tables inside instead of outside so that's a bonus for us! Def check this AYCe place out
google avatar

Stephanie L.

Yelp
Good place for AYCE that has the standard beef, pork, and seafood options along with popcorn chicken! Service was okay and orders were served fairly quickly. Ambiance is casual and mostly younger patrons. Valet parking available for $3
google avatar

Anny O.

Yelp
AYCE bbq 3/5 - I didn't like this place very much. I thought the flavors of the meat were a little off from traditional Korean bbq. Some of the meat we got like the rib fingers were SO CHEWY. I chewed on most of them and had to spit it out. I felt gross after eating here bc of all the oils. I wouldn't come back here.. I think there's better places in ktown
google avatar

Louis S.

Yelp
For how cheap this place is, Meat Love is one of my go to places for kbbq in LA when on a budget and looking to get a big meal. I love their kimchi rice lunchbox and beef belly. The service is great and have TVs for entertainment . It does get a little smoky at times, and the meat is of course not the best quality due to the price. However, definitely worth the money!
google avatar

Doreen T.

Yelp
Meat Love only had outdoor dining under a tent, which is great because you don't smell like KBBQ afterwards! Another plus is I can bring my dog while dining! How awesome is that! The banchan are small but you can ask for more, that is if you get the worker's attention. Service is hit or miss here since they are short staff. I saw one waiter, one waitress and one busboy the whole night. Our group ordered various meats, salads, steam eggs, spicy tofu soup, cheese corn, veggies skewers. Surprisingly the kimchi lunch box is very delicious! The secret is to shake it up with the lid on and mix it all up! Although our 2nd order did not come with a lid and my friend actually asked a neighboring table to borrow theirs lol We found parking on the street a block away and as of Dec 2023 it was $27/pp for the regular AYCE menu.

Yelp
Another AYCE Kbbq in the house! It's not a bad place to go for Korean BBQ. But it does feel weird to still eat outside after the pandemic. Basically, the whole parking lot is a large tent erected to serve. To my amazement, the inside was not used, as it shows by its storage and lack of maintenance. I observed a bar with large flat screen televisions hung on the walls, used a quite dirty restroom, and dirty floors. Anyhow, it's more about the food and the service. Aside from the bonchons and the delicious steamed whipped eggs, we ordered beef brisket, Bulgogi, ribeye steak, pork belly, shrimp, chicken, and more marinated beef and pork meat. The meat quality was very good, and the service was superb. Very flavorful marinated meat along with our dipping sauces. I particularly like the steaks. Quite marbled visually to prove its quality. Even though the service was great, we had to cook ourselves. Something I can't get used to nowadays as most kbbq places, the servers help cook. I guess it was fine eating outdoors since the whole area was still smokey, and the outside breeze helped, but it was still quite warm under the tent since it was a hot day. Parking was not easy to find as the establishment obviously does not have a parking lot. Park around the neighborhood, and be sure to read the signs. Overall, it was a good experience. Very reasonable price for kbbq. I think it was about $25. Add beer, and it's around the $40 range. I like this place... but they should think about re-opening the inside.

Yelp
The place is extremely great for people with a big appetite you get your moneys worth in the food especially if you're coming with a large party or plan on having a dinner out for the night
google avatar

Mariela O.

Yelp
This place was worth a try, I probably won't be coming here again unless I'm in the area. Overall the food was good, meats tasted good once cooked, pork belly did throw me off a bit because it looked different from what I'm used to seeing at other kbbq places. Parking is a hassle, though I was lucky to have found parking right in from on the Main Street, just plan ahead knowing that you have to find somewhere to park. One of my favorite items in the menu was the kimchi friend lunchbox rice, I'm pretty sure my friends and I asked for at least 3 + Besides that, it's seems a lot of places in K-town have this tent set up AYCE kbbq. I only see it when I'm in the area. I think it's cool
google avatar

Theresa L.

Yelp
I'm glad they took down the tent in the parking lot and is back to being inside the restaurant. This was our 2nd time coming here. You write your name and party size on a clipboard at the front. We waited about 30/40 mins on a Saturday night. The restaurant is decent sized and has plenty of tables/searing. Service is quick, you can let them know which items you want more of. We liked the brisket, bulgogi and kimchi rice lunch box. The side dishes were good too. The price is also good. FYI, they also include 15% gratitude to your bill. We found street parking around the corner.

Yelp
My go to kbbq in LA. Service is great, food is great. Very attentive staff and lots of options tk choose from.
google avatar

Alisa B.

Yelp
This is a solid KBBQ spot!! You really can't beat $25 for this quality. Their best cuts were the Beef Belly, Beef Rib Fingers, and Black Pork Belly. The Marinated Pork Spare Ribs get an honorable mention for being so tender! The Beef Brisket was decent, but very lean. They give a few basic banchan with the additions of salt, ssamjang, and a house sauce. I wish they gave sesame oil too, but these did the job. Be sure to ask for some rice paper! KEEP IN MIND: Parking can be a pain, so definitely expect to use valet or circle the neighborhood for parking.
google avatar

Vivian H.

Yelp
When I moved down to LA, my friend introduced me to this spot.. it was still $17 at that time, and it was one of my favorite AYCE kbbq spots. Cheap and you still get good meats and appetizers. If you "upgrade" you get better meats. unfortunately, the $17 has gone up to $25 from what I heard I enjoy getting both the unmarinated and marinated stuff, because sometimes the marinated stuff can get too overwhelming. the beef brisket and intestine is fave among friends. I also enjoy the beef rib and finger (more expensive menu). The pork belly and chicken take a long time to cook, so be mindful of that. The garlic pork belly is good, but not the wine one! I also like the variety of salads, and the dumplings and soups are always nice to have on the side. the dumplings are not the bestttt but it's just something to snack on. my boyfriend likes the kimchi lunchbox -- its a lot! but I dont think its worth the stomach space LOL the banchan provided is usually japchae, beansprouts , some pickled veggie, either the potato or Mac salad, and fish cake! dipping tray is ssamjang, salt and the pickled jalapeño/onion ponzu sauce. I ALWAYS ask for a bowl of the sauce at every kbbq place I go. it's my favorite dipping sauce. it's tangy and perfect pairing of the salty meat. and I never forget to ask for more rice paper or the sliced pickled radish. parking is a giant pain, but its LA, so what can you expect? we usually find parking a block away in the neighborhood area, so its not that bad.
google avatar

Kevin L.

Yelp
I went during lunch time. The restaurant wasn't busy, but the food was terrible. All of their meat was dry. I felt like I was eating erasers. Their white rice was hard and stale. Their Korean lunchbox (kimchi fried rice) was also bad. What happened to this restaurant? I used to come here all the time. They jacked up their prices, but serve worse food now. Don't even bother with their more expensive menu option. It's hard to get LA Galbi wrong, but they do sadly. Felt scammed walking out of the restaurant.
google avatar

Paola C.

Yelp
Great meat quality, service, and price! Adding Meat Love Korean BBQ to my go-to KBBQ spots.

Tyrese R.

Yelp
I just left this place the food was good and on the way out I grabbed one of the ice cream macaroons inside of the case next to the exit . I started taking a few bites peeled the paper back and notice a few black spots, upon further investigation i realized it was GNATS . Also known as fruit flies. I immediately started to gag and called the restaurant and informed them of this situation. They told me they could not give me a refund on this item if I did not come back . I was already headed to the airport and told them I had not enough time . They stated well then they can't do anything for me . Completely lacked acknowledgment that there are bugs in the ice cream, and brushed me off.

Yelp
Great, fast service. They replaced the grill without you even needing to call them over so pretty cool. This place is known for being affordable. Not a whole ton of variety in meat options, but enough considering the price. Valet parking available for $3. I got the basic plan. The meat quality overall was alright, but definitely nothing standout. Brisket imo was cut a little too big, not in thickness but in width. My table felt that the garlic pork belly was not that great as the garlic heavily overpowered the meat. I'd say the fresh black pork belly is good if you want pork belly. There isn't much banchan provided when you sit down, so you need to ask for it. Side dishes such as the kimchi rice lunch box and corn cheese were good. Be careful when ordering some dishes though. I asked for one order of fried dumplings and ended up getting about 13 of them. Giving benefit of the doubt, maybe they assumed 1 order as 1 order for each person at my table (5 ppl). Though, that many dumplings is indeed the size of 1 order, I would not recommend getting the fried dumplings or even the fried chicken in spicy sauce if you're thinking of getting a tiny portion to satisfy a craving. The grill and table were also quite small. The restaurant attempts to mitigate this issue by setting up mini-tables to hold your meats using those big circular waiter trays. Overall, considering the average cost of kbbq in LA, I can't really knock this place down that much. Come to Meat Love if you're on a budget. But if you can afford a few more bucks, consider other kbbq joints.

Carina V.

Yelp
Corn cheese had mold in it. Dinner was otherwise good, but the moldy corn cheese was a bit off putting.

Chloe C.

Yelp
FOOD - my friends said it was better than road to seoul and should be the new go to kbbq, but personally I haven't had road to seoul in ages so hard to compare. but this place was indeed good, but I would say road to seoul has more dishes (I'm thinking seafood pancake). PRICE - prices are same, came out to be $35 a person with tax and tip which is so worth because we got 30 plates between 5 of us. SERVICE - waiters are super nice and constantly come to ask for more orders and clean the grill AMBIANCE - we sat outdoors tent it was nice
google avatar

Mark M.

Yelp
This place had such a good deal for Korean BBQ! I parked on the street and was seated outside pretty quickly. The banchan was very good and the meat I ended up getting was bulgogi, garlic pork belly, and beef spare rib. This was such an enjoyable feast. I also had egg soup, salad, and dumplings as sides to help with the variety of what I was consuming. The ambience was great and was filled with good music and welcoming vibes!
google avatar

Ryan L.

Yelp
Meat Love is one of the most reasonable Korean Barbeque places in Los Angeles. Under $30 for all you can eat, and the quality of the brisket is good. They even say on signs that they don't make profit on food aha. The kimchi lunch box is fun too and a great way to end the meal!
google avatar

Allison P.

Yelp
Meat Love is a rightfully popular, super consistent option for reasonably-priced all-you-can-eat Korean Barbeque in Ktown. I really enjoyed all the cuts of meat, especially the beef brisket and beef rib fingers, and I appreciated how you can order lots of banchan and kimchi fried rice! Service was also reasonably quick and accommodating, and the energy inside is always bustling and welcoming.

Agnes P.

Yelp
So disappointed. I've been at so many Korean BBQ & this one is the worse. Not only the food, we are 4 & they auto added $21 tip. Meats are dry & no flavors.
google avatar

Benjamin R.

Yelp
Pretty good all you can eat restaurant! For about $30 per person, you can't get a better deal! You just have to find the best meat which is the marinated bulgogi!! Overall, the restaurant is not really Korean bbq because the quality of the meat and pan chan are not completely authentic, but it's definitely a great place to go for meat lovers!

Joyful S.

Yelp
Great customer service by all the staff. I was disappointed by the restaurant not offering bossam..or ssam. Or gochujang.... Other than that it was perfect
google avatar

Elaina E.

Yelp
A relaxed mid-quality ATCE KKBQ. Service was super friendly and welcoming. Big screen TVs for sports and I'm assuming K-POP. The night we were there, hubby was happy the big game was on. Whatever makes him happy, makes me happy. Plus: I like watching hunks chase the pigskin in tight pants with shoulder pads. You know what I mean, right ladies? ;)
google avatar

Yelp
found this location on tiktok! So many KBBQ spots in Ktown and decided to give this a try. We showed up Sunday afternoon, there was no wait and were sat outside. The meat servings seemed bigger than other KBBQ spots we had been to so that was a plus. The Kimchi fried rice is what I was most excited to try and it did not disappoint! Also a very good serving. All of the sides were great, I did not try the meat but my partner said it was good! This reviews for this place it was the best for your buck without sacrificing flavor and they were right.
google avatar

Andrew C.

Yelp
Please take you're time to read this review and DO NOT come here... the service is horrible, once you're seated you have to individually ask for everything "can I have rice, can I have salad, can I get forks, can I get straws, can I get napkins ETC" The ambiance is tragic, we came here to celebrate a birthday and the table set up is basically Outside under some canopy tents in a parking lot. You can clearly see the parking lot "white lines" on the floor under everyone's table. You would expect a "salad" at a KBBQ spot to atlease be decent and this was FAR from it.. save yourself the disappointment and either spend $10-20 somewhere better or pay their $31.99 per person somewhere Else cause this place should be demolished.
google avatar

Devin T.

Yelp
Service was great and super quick. The food was good, but I thought it tasted about the same compared to most other kbbq places I have eaten at. The price was around 34 so pretty decent. Street parking was pretty difficult for us to find, but there are valet spots nearby. I will say that since we sat near the entrance, when people kept opening the door, it blasted us with cold wind. Overall, pretty good spot if you are in the area and want some kbbq.
google avatar

Harrison Y.

Yelp
An acceptable KBBQ spot, not my favorite layout can be pretty cramped. It can be good when it's not busy. Fair prices. If I remember correctly, parking is a scam so go during the week or expect to circle the block for 20 minutes to ultimately park across someone's driveway. It's K-Town.
google avatar

Jack P.

Yelp
This place has gone downhill I'm afraid. Felt rushed this time. It wasn't a relaxing atmosphere. Below average food and $4 more per person than the last time I came here. The place was not busy which is a sign something is wrong.

Sabrina D.

Yelp
Go-To KBBQ spot!! Started to come here because I have a friend in my group who is vegetarian and this place seemed promising. We all love this spot! So worth the money and staff is always around to cater. Only downside is the wait for bigger parties but all KBBQ is like that imo. Highly recommend!!

Yelp
It was DELISH! Parked with valet right infront very affordable 3$ on the lot. This was our first time at this location my husband myself and 2 boys they have different price for kids 2 and below free? Up to 10 yo half off? Older is regular adult price. So my kids wasn't worth full price but any who Space is tight i wouldn't recommend bringing a stroller we arrived few mins after they opened on a weekend. We left and it was jammed pack. We only ordered 3 types of meat. Some extra sides complimentary that is on your table when you're seated. It was good! Service is BUSY so you can only imagine ...it wasn't too bad i would go again YES!

Yelp
Ambiance: large outdoor dining area converted from parking lot, limited spots onsite, amble street parking available Service: lack of service, not very patient and rushed ordering Food: two options, basic one has very limited selections, most would choose the premium one Banchan - *** limited choices Fried Chicken with Spice Sauce - ** Korean style pop corn chicken, over cooked and very dry Lettuce Salad with House Dressing - *** average Steamed Egg - *** overcooked Kimchi Rice Lunch Box - ***** simple ingredients but rich in flavors, highly recommend Cajun Shrimp - ** overly seasoned, too salty Beef Short Rib - **** with bone, recommend Rib Eye Steak - *** tender texture, average taste Marinated Beef Rib - **** sweet and boneless, recommend Beef Tongue - *** frozen texture Pork Jowl - *** average Baby Octopus - *** spicy flavor Mushroom Only - *** king oyster mushroom Price: affordable price for ayce, ordinary meat quality, about $40 per person, just be careful 15% tips are included in all bills already

Yelp
LA locals have told me AYCE is notorious for bad quality meat so imagine my pleasant surprise when I ate at meat love! beef tongue is a must order here if you're a fan - so tender and delicious! brisket was a bit dry and I would opt for more beef belly instead next time great service by our host John and we definitely will be back! such a steal for 24.99 (or 30.99 if you order certain meats)

Yelp
Was looking for another spot to try for AYCE KBQ and found Meat Love.I called and asked how long the wait was for a party of 2 on a Saturday Night and was informed 30 minutes. Found street parking on the side street but they do have valet. The outdoor seating area wasn't available but the inside is pretty big. They have TV's and this worked for the football game we wanted to watch. As we signed in I was informed the wait would be 50 minutes and it was only 21 minutes. We received a txt that would keep us updated on where our number was and wait time, which I love. Was seated and promptly was placing our order. Our waitress was friendly not hovering over us how some places do and gave us space. For the side dishes they don't have much selections but the ones they do have are good. They changed our grill so many times and this helped with the meats cooking. They do add the tip to the receipt for us it was $11.50 added. They offer two menus standard $26.99 per person and the premium $31.99. Didn't like the metal bowls we were given but they worked after all. Paper Disposable cups for the drinks, you might want to ask for a couple more cause they do drip fast. Other than these small things it's a good place. Clean and the staff is great.

Yelp
This review is for an experience I had a few weeks or months ago that I just had to get off my chest finally. Worst Korean bbq I have ever had in my entire life save yourself the money pain and stress of eating at this place. Total flop: everyone sat outside in the cold with no type of ambiance, the meat was all frozen, and the shot glass I was served looked nasty and barely washed (which I did not notice until the shot was poured). When I brought this to the server's attention, he replaced my glass with no comp so I then had to ask for a comp'd shot. The food was not enjoyable as the meat was not up to par and even the other items (kimchi fried rice) were just as bad. I was devastated to have to pay over $100 for this meal. I felt duped off of the TikTok reviews/internet reviews that brought me here. I don't even have photos because no moment I had there called for one.

Yelp
Went on a Sunday around 3pm. My partner and I got the base level all you can eat. For meats we ordered the brisket, beef belly, and black pork belly. As for sides we got the tofu soup and steamed egg. Overall food was pretty good. I'd recommend the brisket, pork belly, and the steamed egg. Service was good too. Server accidentally splashed some water on my partner but apologized. We were checked on pretty often and we got our orders fast. Seems like they would get busy at night so I recommend coming around the same time I came.

Yelp
One of my favorite Korean bbq places by far, I love the prices (very affordable) and all the appetizers you can get alongside the meat. Workers are very attentive and quick to help. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for good meat with reasonable prices.

Yelp
One of my go to spots in Ktown for Korean BBQ! Their meat is solid, and their sides are AMAZING. I love their steamed egg, kimchi fried rice, and fried chicken. They charge $26 per person which is super reasonable now a days. They have indoor and outdoor seating and a small parking lot in the front.

Yelp
Meat Love Korean BBQ has outdoor seating. There are plenty of tables with portable butane stoves and grill top. The gas canisters are convenient, but both stoves at the table ran out of gas during lunch. There's 2 hour limit. For the food: The premium all you can eat ($29) is incredible value for the extra options available. My preference: Rib-Eye Steak, Beef Short Rib, Marinated Beef Rib, Pork Jowl, Prime Brisket, Beef Rib Finger, Kimchee Rice Lunch Box, Steamed Egg Soup, Corn Cheese, Green Onion Salad, Onion Salad (put on grill to caramelize)

Yelp
I came here again on a Sunday night around 10 pm. Thankfully, I was able to get seated. I ordered the usual, bulgogi and brisket. For the sides I got my usual: steamed egg, spicy tofu soup, white rice, corn cheese, kimchi rice. I also wanted to try out their fried chicken with spicy sauce and fried dumplings. Their fried chicken was very spicy to my liking and the dumplings were okay. I always have a very good experience at Meat Love! I'd like to note that when you bring your own bottle of soju there is a $10 charge which is so not worth it. Very excited to come back again!!

Yelp
Found hair in the meat...not once but twice in the same sitting. Ordered , server brought out the 1st round of meats and voila....A long black hair wrapped in the ribeye. When the server came back around, I alerted him to the issue, he offered apology as he placed next portion on the table and again another hair included! The double dose of hair was 2 too many for me. This place has some major quality control issues or perhaps i missed the "BBQ weave" on the menu. Either way this place needs to implement a serious hair net mandate for the staff that's handling the meats and perhaps a quick pop up from the Health Dept. to help keep them on their toes. This shouldn't happen. EVER.

Yelp
This place was great but I just didn't like the environment, it felt too dark and crowded. Putting that aside, the food was great, excellent selection of meats and they had my favorite non-meat kbbq dish, steamed egg! However, this is the first place I've been to where you can order a fried rice dish and that was genuinely amazing!
