Really enjoyed this place. I’ve tried a few Armenian BBQ spots nearby and none of them really impressed me, but this place definitely did. The food was flavorful and satisfying, and everything I tried was really good (lamb chops & luleh wrap). The staff was welcoming, which made the experience even better. Parking can be a little hit or miss during busy times. I had to wait about 10 minutes for a spot, but it was worth it. This is easily a new go-to spot for me!

We’ve ordered catering from this Mediterranean spot a few times now, and it’s always such an easy and smooth process. The kabobs are so good, super juicy, and flavorful. They hit every single time! 😋 The sauce that comes with the shawarma wrap is next level and pairs perfectly with everything! Highly recommend if you’re looking for great Mediterranean food and a small business worth supporting.

1st time there, we ordered a cheeseburger combo and the rib plate. It took a little bit of time. The guy, mostly the owner, should have told us it would be a little bit because they cook the ribs fresh, but I can say it was worth the wait. And unlimited refills, of course, it's a small, clean place, with friendly and pleasant staff.

Omg! Ordered a cheese burger with no tomatoes, and was expecting nothing special but this BURGER IS SOOOOO FREAKING GOOD!! I jumped online and had to give this 5 stars! Just based on this burger alone!!

I love this burger place!!!!! My coworker told me about it and I am so glad he did. The burger meat is soo juicy and very very flavorful. The burgers are huge! You definitely get your money worth. The prices are very decent too. The Hawaiian Burger is my favorite. The costumer service is good here. The outside of the location does look a little skeptical due to homeless that stand in the little complex but don't let that scare you away. There isn't much parking. If you can't find parking in the parking lot you could park in the target parking lot.

Huge burger, so hot and fresh. Great service and very quick as well. Fantastic value given the quality of ingredients. I had the Famous Burger, it's almost too big for one person so bring your appetite!

Wanted to try this place. I checked out the reviews, which were mostly for the cheeseburgers, so I decided to give it a try. I'm not sure what kind of meat this was, I think it was meatloaf made into hamburgers. It definitely didn't taste like any burger I'm used to; it was terrible. Will not be going back.

Everything this place dishes out is delicious. They use top quality meat and cook everything fresh to order. The guy who runs this place has a passion for food and goes out of his way for you. I have tried the Burgers, Philly Steak, Kebab Plates, Lule Skewers and Kebab Wraps and every single item has blown my mind. Don't pass them up. It's a rare find.

I live all the way in Orange County now. But I still do my best and find a way in coming down hear to visit these guys, and grab some food here. I have been coming here since the last owners had the place. These guys bought the joined around 2 years ago. I was here last weekend, and I ordered the Chicken and Beef Hummus plates with french fries and drinks. Food is pretty cheap here. Depending how much food you buy. I love the Kebabs and Mediterrinean food here. Place has indoor and outdoor seating. The parking kind of sucks here on busy nights and days. You have Popeyes, and some Mexican and Japanese restaurant on each side of the place. Guys and owner that work here are nice guys. I will be coming here every chance I get.

I recently visited Meat&Flame for the first time, and I have to say, they have the best burgers in town! The quality of the meat and the delicious toppings made for an unforgettable meal. The service was excellent, and I felt truly welcomed. I highly recommend everyone to come and try it out. I can't wait to come back and try the other items on the menu!

Awesome experience. This restaurant is such a gem. Although I have not tried this kind of food, it really suited my Mexican-American tastebuds. The salad was really good, it came with tzatziki I believe. The hummus was some of the best I have tried. The dude at the front was really welcoming and friendly. I felt right at home. The inside was cozy, the outside seating looks perfect for the summer. 10 out of 10 would dine again.

Ok so went to target to shop around until my partner and I decided we were hungry. We decided to walk around and found this place and we are so glad that we did! It's a bit of a hole in the wall place but their food is delicious! We each got a plate and they included either rice or fries, salad, hummus, pita bread and a drink. Not a bad deal for the price. The best part was it was all cooked fresh and was perfectly done. If you're looking for a kebab/ shawarma place I highly recommend checking it out! You'll absolutely leave full!

Super disappointed, took me awhile to decide what a feel like having and when I call to order, they told me they have an old menu on yelp and they don't have items I asked for. Like Gyro cheese burger. Or any of the sandwiches like Philly or pastrami

Such good food! Ordering ahead is definitely recommended because it takes a bit of time for the food to cook (made fresh to order) very worth the wait. Tastes amazing, authentic Armenian food. Parking in the plaza available right in front of the shop.

Wow what an amazing lunch today. This is a burger and kebab spot. Or maybe it's a Middle East kebab place that also served some standard American fare. Everything on the menu and in the pictures looked pretty tempting. The smell in the dining room was amazing. My buddy and I wanted to try everything kebab, burger, cheese steak, pastrami. There was a good combo mixed plate lamb kebab and ground meat skewer "Lule" $20. Big chunks of fire grilled lamb, with smokey charred flavor and hints of mint, served on a hefty portion of soft pilaf style, moist tender rice. A side Caesar salad and hummus make this a big plate! You could tell by the people in the dining room that there is a following of this authentic cuisine. They are also known for big burgers, we opted for the pastrami burger ($8.25 deal!) to try both. Huge sandwich topped with pretty good pastrami and all the fixings and sauce. Moist and nice balance of meat bun and produce. This burger kind of melts in your mouth, so satisfying. The Philly fries were huge $9. Crispy fries topped with really good well spiced cheese steak meat, American cheese and aioli sauce. We could have split a burger and loaded fries and called it a day, but so glad we tried it all. Nice owner/ chef came out and thanked a couple customers and the helpful cashier Steven did a bang up job. You could eat here twice a week, and the dining room was Full!

So delicious. Not only is the food cooked to perfection, on a grill outside, but the service is also amazing. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I would come back!

Tasty, juicy meaty chicken plates, Very nice staff. Right next to Mis Burritos. Glad I stopped by to try, I had my food out within 3 minutes.

Nice clean restaurant with an inviting vibe. Greeted right away and ordered the chicken thigh meal. A great portion, of fresh grilled chicken thighs on a bed of rice, a huge grilled pita, small salad and a side of delicious humus. Next time I'll order ahead to save myself a little time. Highly recommend, a hidden gem on a busy intersection.

Really really bad. They treated me like a jerk. Bacon cheeseburger was sooooo sad. Should have gone to McDonald's across the street. Makes me sad that I gave them a chance. Save your money!

My favorite kebab shop hands down. Beef luleh kebabs are my favorite. But the pork and steak are great also. Hummus is too notch as well

This place is the best of both worlds. On one hand, I wanted burgers. And on the other, my wife wanted Mediterranean food. Luckily, we found this place and glad we did! The Beef Kebab plate that my wife got was one of the best she's ever had. And for their burgers...wow! I got the double Soujuck burger combo and damn, that was incredibly delicious. Even my sons plain cheeseburger was amazing! The place is tucked in a little corner plaza in Burbank and could be hard to find. Parking is limited and the seating inside small. But if you make it to this place, you'll be treated to a foodie gem. Can't wait to go back again!

Food was great. Price was affordable for quality fast food. This guys have magic with taste.

We weren't sure what to eat and came across this place that had many different options so decided to give it a try. I go the beef lula kebab and I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I haven't had a lula kebab sandwich before that had so many ingredients inside so I wasn't sure how it would taste. But it worked..the beef it self had a lot of flavor and a bit spicy and the sauce inside worked perfect with one another. Fries where a bit soggy not much flavor. My husband got the pastrami sandwich and he was disappointed in the flavor and how very oily it was. He ate the other half of my sandwich and enjoyed that more.

Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Staff is also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Definitely recommend!!!

I have been here many times lately and everything is delicious, veggies are home grown and fresh and you get a great meal for a great price with no corners cut and friendly people who run this place. I don't know what else to say objet than awesome!

I am very impressed with this place! I was trying to walk into popeyes when I saw this new spot. I ordered a beef shawarma wrap (not sure if this is part of the menu but they made it) and it is the best I have had in LA! Not dry at all and the beef tasted really fresh and extremely tender! I only took a photo towards the end of my wrap when i slowed down lol. Kind servers as well. Will be back.

This place is consistently great. We always do take out and the iqibir, kebab, shawarma, and burgers are always excellent and delicious. Also, their customer service is top notch.

This home in the wall serves up some great food. Not sure if the young man that handles the front is the owner, either way it's a good place with some good fresh food. Try the lamp chops they're awesome. Only thing is the place is way to bright with little ambiance. I've been back several times.

Meats and Fame.... Came across this place last week, eaten here three times since then. Pork Shawarma, off the chain... The burger with the garlic sauce was great, really messy, not something you would eat on the go. It was so good, the first time I ate there, I called them later that day to tell them how good it was. Who does that? Just eat here..

Price: excellent. Can't find prices like these nowadays. A burger with guacamole and bacon and cheese would easily get labeled "gourmet" and cost $15 easily at any spot in town but here? Less than $7. And it rings true that their burgers are homemade, they taste like it. What a nice little gem in the middle of north Hollywood. I'm not a burger gal but I ate the whole lot and enjoyed every single bite. The bun wasn't eccentric and over the top, so I didn't need to make it protein style. The meat was juicy enough and never dry, and it had just the right amount of guacamole and avocado. Their fries though? Meh. After a few bits and the initial dry wore down, they were left undesired. A big ups to the service. I'm sorry I forget the woman's name behind the counter but she was super sweet and accommodating. At a burger place with paid service at the counter to me she went beyond expectation!

We've been trying to find a Mediterranean food restaurant in the NoHo area for a while and just ran into this restaurant tonight! Food was outstanding and the prices were amazing! Food was well seasoned and cooked adequately.

Love this place. We do take-out from here all the time and it never disappoints. Very affordable and delicious. I love their iqibir, lule kabob and the shawrma. The owner and the staff are extremely nice. I haven't tried their burgers yet, but the Armenian food they make is amazing. Thank you!

Mi wife suggested this place because she knows how good it is. This morning I'm getting two pork kabobs and a double cheeseburger and they are amazingly delicious. And the customer service by aram was amazingly nice. Thanks aram for your awesome service

Do not come here. Aside from the food being complete shit, the workers are very kind. Gotta give that, however, I would have been better off getting a McDonald's Big Mac to at least taste a real burger. They provide fountain drinks, yet they don't provide ice. The cups they also provide for fountain drinks are small styrofoam cups that are meant to drink coffee in. I ordered the burger and it literally did not taste like beef and it was DOUSED in ketchup. Maybe they do that to make up for the lack of flavor of their meat. Also, the beef lule kebab plate with the rice tasted nothing like it. Again, I would've been better off buying a Big Mac for $7 compared to this nasty burger for $17. Do your appetite a favor and don't visit this place.

Had zero expectation when I walked In and ordered food but the food was surprisingly GOOD!! Chicken breast were perfectly cooked tender and juicy and lule was pretty good too. Seasoning on rice was little too salty for my taste but it was a good meal in general. Will be back again

Okay just tried this spot again (I've been here a few times). I finally figured out what is wrong and why the burgers taste weird. The meat. It's not good at all. It has a weird flavor. It's a thick frozen patty that tastes chemical. It's odd that the hamburgers pretty much fall apart after the first bite. Maybe they should wrap the burgers up to hold them together as In-n-Out does. The bread isn't really fresh. The portion size is huge, but who cares when the product isn't good at all. While I'm happy that they are open for takeout and outdoor seating during COVID, I wish they would really improve their product.

Delicious Mediterranean food and Burgers. If you live in the area and have seen this place and though about trying it but haven't yet, you won't be disappointed. The food here is delicous. Just check out this Kebab Burger!

These people are not playing around!!! By far the biggest burger I have ever seen or eaten in my life!!! Good thing I didn't get the double monster this is only the regular monster. Pretty huge and pretty tasty if you like ginormous burgers this is it!

I wanna thank the 2 gentlemen for the service they gave when I walked in the store. They have a variety of plates to choose from with great prices of combos with drinks of course. I ordered 2 plates which of lule & chicken kebab. I also order 2 hamburgers ( Spanish -- la comida tiene un buen sazón que ase la comida bien maravillosa. Tienes que pasan h ordenar la comida ). The kebabs had the perfect timing to make them crunchy yet juicy at the same time. Mad props the cook who made the dish. Didn't get a chance to get his name but definitely coming back to get his name. Forgot to take the before pictures for being distracted on the food. Definitely recommend to stop on by.

Called this place because of the good yelp reviews. Asked for the price of a cheeseburger combo (man said $7) I said wow, I ordered 3. I went to pick up the food (1 man alone cooking & working register). Waited 15 minutes for the food and then all of a SUDDEN he tried to charge my boyfriend $29. We said what?? You said 7 on the phone. Then he changed the price to $21. BUT WAIT-- We get home and open the burgers and theres a strange meat inside!! Super white, definitely not beef!! We call back, and tell him. He responds that " It's a turkey/beef blend" and that "we should've KNOWN it was a blend when we called to order the cheeseburger" Excuse me?!?!!!!! Wow.!!! Smh. We went back & asked for a refund. He then said no that he would remake them with 100% beef. The burgers were okay after, he ended up apologizing and remade it but man, what a crappy situation. ‍

I love this place it's food is always very delicious and hot and fresh and they take care of you. It's become routine for me and my girlfriend to come here.

Great place for takeout, always bring some for the family and they always rave about it. Definitely worth a try :)
