For the shipping department, working hours are 0600am to 0200am. I arrived a day early, and they asked me to wait just in case someone would not turn out. I had to wait till 120pm for my door, which was very nice for me. Doors are positioned at an odd angle, very close to each other, and limited place for pull-ups, but door number 5, which I understand is for semi trucks, allows you to backup from the adjacent street. Overnight parking along the railway lines, but I don't know how safe it is during the night. Unloading and paperwork took about one hour

Truck entrance off of Sohl Ave. Driver entrance by door 1. Tight turn to get here, especially from 41 (Calumet Ave) onto Hoffman and then onto Sohl if there's a lot of traffic. Other than that, nice receiver. Friendly and helpful. Fast unloading. No more than an hour for me

WHEN A MEAT MAN SAYS THESE STEAKS AND BURGER ARE EXCELLENT, YA GOTTA TRY EM! 5 STARS I am a retired butcher with 60 years in the meat business. I've eaten steaks of all kinds from all over the world. Some were great, some not so good. My wife and I now are senior citizens and do not eat that much meat anymore, when we do have steak we want it to be top quality. That is why we wanted to try Linz's dry aged Prime grade Angus bone in rib steaks and their Steakhouse Burgers. The steaks sent to us were EXCELLENT, tender as butter and full of flavor the same as you would get in a high quality steakhouse, one of the best we have ever eaten! As for their Steakhouse burgers, they also were EXCELLENT too, full of juicy flavor the way a great burger should taste. Take it from this retired butcher, if you want a high quality steak or burger, you gotta try MEATS BY LINZ! The one thing I would like to see is a 16 oz. bone in rib steak, the 20 oz. steaks are a bit much for a senior citizen, in fact we both shared one steak, it was delicious and oh so good!

Easy check in and out Took 1 hr to unload. New warehouse. Be Ready for Lumper fee (cheque or card only).

Everyone there was super friendly. Unloaded in 30 minutes! 1 or 2 over night spots to park in, they just ask that you don't block any of their trucks. Would definitely deliver here again. Thanks for a great delivery experience

Showed up two days early and they unloaded me after other appointments were done. Only had to wait an hour. Will definitely come back. Staff is super friendly.

In the past when family members, who live near the Linz shop, would bring our personal orders to us when visiting us. Their travel has been cut back so we now use their delivery service for our orders. All had gone well except for a current order. The product is excellent but our once in a lifetime snowfall created major delays in shipping and hence our boxes sat in a warehouse. Linz re-shipped at same rate and ran into same issue with claims of weather halting/delaying shipments. This third time, Linz shipped overnight and package received. When we opened the box we found three additional items (not ordered) which we believe were a gift for prior delayed shipments. Very appreciated and a shout out to Alex, our customer service represented, who was very professional throughout this ordeal. Thank you again and we look forward to future business.
