The 13 Best Restaurants in New Haven, Connecticut | Eater

"A small but growing Connecticut-based chain, Mecha is an energetic setting for snacking on roasted mushroom dumplings and grilled edamame with garlic confit and slurping Asian staples like ramen and pho. The downtown hot spot also keeps things lively with playful cocktails like the Lotus Flower Bomb Sangria with plum wine and shochu as well as a cachaça-spiked, mango lassi-inspired bubble tea." - Stasia Brewczynski

This spot is so awesome! Our server Izzy was on top of everything and was the sweetest! The food, oh the food was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about this place!! We came to celebrate my son's birthday before going to see The Dollop. The happy hour menu was still going on so I started to order everything off the menu except the salads because this is my indulgent meal for the week. Our food came out quickly and it was great because everyone was starving! Izzy was so amazing by checking up on us periodically and ensuring that everything was good. We are definitely going to come back!!

I can’t say enough good things about Mecha Noodle Bar. From the moment I walked in, it was absolutely phenomenal. I sat down at the bar by myself and the manager was incredibly nice. I actually recognized him from a video online where the news highlighted the restaurant, which was really cool. The bartender was super friendly and let me know it was happy hour, showing me all the specials they had going on—like half-off appetizers and sake. I ended up loading up on the appetizer section and trying their Vietnamese egg rolls and roasted mushroom dumplings, which were absolutely amazing. Honestly, I got so full on the happy hour goodies that I barely had room for my main dish. But the whole experience was just fantastic. To top it all off, I took home one of their ube banana puddings, and it was phenomenal. It’s the kind of dessert that you think about long after you’ve left. All in all, Mecha Noodle Bar really nailed it, and I’ll definitely be back!

Really good place to go if you're looking for ramen or pho or just some quick snacks. Red chili oil dumplings were very good. They're spicy beef ramen was really good. Can't remember the one my son got but he really enjoyed it

I don’t like the texture or taste of raw beef. I like lean cuts of cooked beef. When I get rare steak pho, I always ask for the steak to be cooked - and it’s never been an issue at any other restaurant ever. The server told me the cooks would not cook the rare steak slices for me and they had already refused cooking it for another customer that day, so she wouldn’t even ask. She instead recommended their most expensive pho, the Super Pho with a whole strip steak with marrow oil, bc it would be “more cooked”. They were able to accommodate me not wanting the marrow oil. However, the steak came extremely rare, very fatty, tough, and bland. I ended up taking the steak home so I could cook it myself. For the elevated price of the pho, I expected elevated food and service but was left wishing I had gone to my regular pho joint instead. The salmon hand roll and kfc boa were delicious. The banana matcha boba had too much boba, it felt like another appetizer with how much I had to constantly chew

Super flavorful!!!! The people who work here are very friendly and attentive. We ordered lots of munchies and enjoyed them together. Very creative and trendy items on the menu. Will definitely revisit again! (Also the happy hour price drop was so awesome!!)

Google
Fantastic noodle bar with amazing eats and great vibes. Everything from bao, sushi, wings, munchies, stir fry, and of course pho and ramen! Sit at the bar with Seth and let him make you one of their killer cocktails! Don't miss out on the red oil dumplings and laos crispy pork!

I enjoyed the Mecha Noodle Bar. We went on an afternoon during the weekend, so parking wasn't great - there is a paid lot adjacent to the restaurant for about $10. Anyways, I loved walking in as the decor was unique and there was wood designs hanging from the ceiling. The food was alright for the price. As a table, we tried the kale salad, Malaysian noodles, tonkatsu 3.0, and the pho bo vein. We tried two baos, which are different from the traditional bao and are more like sliders - they were very yummy and would be quite the steal during happy hour. For $7 though, it felt a bit small. The Malaysian noodles were tasty and spicy and the tonkatsu ramen was just alright - nothing to write home about but not terrible. The staff had passion about this restaurant and that was refreshing to see. Very friendly and explained dishes to customers and ourselves. I think I'd return during happy hour for the reduced prices on apps, otherwise I wouldn't recommend due to price - you can find similar dishes for cheaper elsewhere.

Google
This place up charges for everything. I’ve had more noodles in a cup a noodle for $2.00 than I got from Mecha. Gas station noodles are better than Mecha. It’s unfortunate because I had high hopes for a noodle spot close to my house. This was my first time trying it and I’m super disappointed. Pho on 6th is 10x better flavor, service, quality and quantity. The price at Mecha isn’t worth any of the hype. I’d highly recommend getting your pho from Pho on 6th. Mecha is not it.

Yelp
We met up here last weekend to wish a friend farewell as she is getting her graduate degree in Thailand. Great atmosphere & very cool location. Parking is super deceitful you can park right out front in what appears to be their parking lot but upon further inspection it's a pay to park lot $14 for 2 hours . No validation ‍ c'est la vie. We ordered several apps when we arrived the wonton dip, poutine, spicy edamame & egg rolls. The wonton dip was a total miss, I thought it was going to be hot - it's served cold & that's a huge miss if it were hot it would add a nice creamy unctuousness to it it was kind of one note & the won ton chips were a little over fried. We left almost all of it. The poutine fries were a great idea however the curry was very salty (or maybe the fries were salted?) so that wasn't my favorite - kind of a miss overall, the egg rolls were delish! Fresh crispy & the dipping sauce was perfect. The edamame was also very good perfectly spicy & the pods were nice as well. Some ordered Bao buns the KFC was popular & some had pho. There was a moderate hiccup with the service they forgot what someone in our group ordered brought out a dish asked if it was ours we didn't know because they weren't sure of the name & to be fair they took the menus away so that person wasn't 100% sure until the food came out & they saw it that it was incorrect. They still had to pay for the incorrect dish even though they ate like 20% of it which to me seems kinda meh I had the Paitan Ramen but with Shrimp added in chili oil, avocado & corn. Omg it was amazing. I'm not really a go out for ramen type but this was great!! Several had Sakes I stuck with a juice. Overall it really was a nice experience. I love trying new things. It's always going to be hit or miss.

Yelp
What a gem in rino! The vibes, the food, and the service were excellent! Esteban's customer service was great! The kale salad was a super yum starter. The KFC bao was just alright (a little too saucy for my liking!) The red oil dumplings are out of this world delish! The hands down best thing on the menu. There are four in an order, so I'd def order two orders next time! The spicy miso ramen has amazing flavor. The general tso shrimp has good flavor but I look forward to trying different dishes next time! Can't wait to come back and try some handrolls, they were out on our visit sadly!

Yelp
I looooove this place. One of my favorites in Denver! Service is always fast. The food is hot and never misses. The inside and patio are super cute. They also have a great happy hour from 4-6pm on weekdays that includes sakes and apps! I usually get the Mala Stir Fry! It has great flavor and I always leave with leftovers. Try this place out!!!

Yelp
We enjoyed the atmosphere. It had enough of a busy bustling sound of youthful customers without being overly loud. The location was okay, but the interior was vibrant, with warm wood and even warmer bowls of ramen. The bar tender was our server and he was very friendly and explained the menu with a bit of history of the place. I ordered the pho with the beef bone marrow. It was not a typical pho. There was some baby bok choy, and the flavor was sumptuous even though it didn't really taste like pho. We also tried two different types of ramen, a spicy shrimp, and some fun drinks. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and would recommend it. It felt like a new take on old dishes. If it's tradition you want, this is not the place, but if you want to go to a trendy spot with some tasty food, give it a try.

Yelp
Took myself to a little lunch after my shopping spree across the street at the King Arthur popup. It was such a beautiful afternoon I popped for the patio. The interior was cute but the patio was quiet and shady. Service was attentive without being hovering! My server (I didn't get his name-sorry) asked about water, offering up liquid death I had a sparkling version with a lovely lime in it. So refreshing! I asked about recommended dishes, and the server offered up the popular ones. I chose a ramen with pork tonkatsu. It was delish! I had a little chili oil on the side. And that gave it a little kick. A great way to treat myself.

Yelp
Pretty decent pho and ramen! We stopped in for a "dunch" meal around 3:40pm there were quite a few tables filled. We started with a pork belly bao and it was yummy. Soft bread and the pork belly had a crunchy exterior. Veggies were pickled and crunchy! I got the Pho Bo Vien with steak and meatballs. The broth was a classic pho taste with a decent amount of cilantro/onions. The broth was piping hot so it cooked the streak in no time. My husband got the Tonkatsu 3.0 and the broth was tasty and the soft boiled egg was perfectly jammy. The chicarone on top was soggy though. We did meet the owner and and he said he was looking to move locations to Wash Park or the Platte Park area (big time eye emoji since that would be right by us!) We would return to Mecha Noodle!

Yelp
Staying quick and objective here - Service was great, drinks were ehhhhh. Vibes were pretty great! Even though it was kinda slow for a Saturday evening. We got the tune hand roll, salmon hand roll, wings and general tsos shrimp The salmon hand roll was not good and the tuna roll was average, nothing crazy. There was too much rice in both of them and the sauces were strange. The wings were SO SALTY. The meat was awesome and tender but the salty dry rub literally altered my taste palette for 5 minutes. The general tsos shrimp was actually amazing. It was easily the best thing we got and I would get it again if I came. The shrimp was fried and breaded perfectly and the sauce was spicy but sweet, super super good.

Yelp
"Mecha" means mom and pop in Vietnamese--and that's exactly the kind of welcoming, community-focused vibe you'll get at Mecha Noodle Bar in RiNo. While they have multiple locations, the Denver outpost feels truly local in the best way. First off: they give back. * $0.50 of every ramen goes to a local nonprofit * $2 of every Rainbow Road 2.0 cocktail benefits The Center on Colfax * AND they just opened a super cute patio I'll definitely be living on... once it's not 100º outside What I tried: * Tropic Like It's Hottt - Rum, tea, citrus, pineapple... served in a fish cup. Fun and tropical. * Rainbow Road 2.0 - A frozen vodka slushy that tastes like a boozy tropical vacation. * Red Oil Dumplings - Pork, shrimp, Sichuan vinegar. Flavor-packed. * Laos Crispy Pork - With sticky rice + jeow som sauce = OBSESSED. * Spicy Miso 2.0 Ramen - Pork belly, chili oil, and braised greens. Pro tip: add corn + tamago. * Bonnie's Banana Pudding - Made with ube and banana chips. Sweet, creamy, and not too heavy. Bao buns (yes, I tried all of them): * Smash Burger - American cheese + shallot bacon jam. LIFE-CHANGING. * KFC - Korean fried chicken + gochujang. A spicy, crispy dream. * Pork Belly - Classic and comforting with hoisin + pickled veggies. * Shiitake - Vegetarian and surprisingly bold with hoisin + scallions. Favorite bites? The smash burger bao was unreal--I'll be thinking about it for days. The Laos crispy pork with jeow som sauce was a standout, and the ramen was the warm, spicy comfort food I needed. Also, do not skip the banana pudding. Just trust me. The service was also fantastic--shoutout to Jason, Mario, and Lena for making the experience extra special. Whether you're here for cocktails, noodles, or just a cozy night out, Mecha Noodle Bar delivers on every level.

Yelp
Pho, ramen, and cocktails--we serve some of Asia's most comforting and crave-worthy dishes. Our menu features creative takes on street food classics from across Southeast Asia. Whether you're stopping by for a relaxed Sunday lunch with family or grabbing late-night cocktails on a date, there's something here for everyone. We tried several dishes: the chicken baos were packed with flavor, the noodle dishes were perfectly cooked and satisfying, and while the matcha drink was a bit too sweet for my taste, it was still enjoyable!

Yelp
THANK YOU DEREK! Came here on a rainy Friday night with a few girlfriends and had the best time with tasty food and best service from Derek and team. We got some hand rolls that looked more like tacos but they really filled to the brim w fish - oh so tasty! Since it was rainy and chilly we were debating between pho and ramen. Since this is a viet fusion place, most of us went w the pho option. This is the only place where rare beef stayed tender the whole duration of the meal. You know, most Vietnamese places the rare beef slices is tender at first and gets tougher as the meal goes on. Not this place. The confit brisket is definitely worth the add, and so is the tendon - if you do those. Good collagen for the body! Had a yuzu sake bomb and it's so refreshing and tasty - also a rec from Derek! Finished off the night with some hot mint tea, really filled the belly before headed home in the rain. If I really had to nitpick, we got a sprig of basil to share between 2 bowls of pho. Probably could have gotten more by asking, but 2 leaves per bowl was not what I'm used to for pho lol. Love the wall paper in the bathroom and the clean decor in the restaurant. Overall an amazing experience, again, thanks Derek!

Yelp
i was really impressed by the spiked thai tea and mushroom dumplings... both items were absolutely fantastic. my ramen was tasty as well. i was disappointed by the lack of vegetarian or pescatarian options on the menu. there's no vegan pho broth :( nevertheless, the ambiance is tasteful and edgy, and the service is great.

Yelp
Loved Mecha for their innovative takes on Asian fusion! When I recently visited Mecha Noodle Bar with some friends, we opted for a more tapas style feast rather than the typical ramen experience and I'm glad we did -- this spot has tons of amazing dim sum options! For the table, we ordered the Crab Rangoon dip and the Red Chili Dumplings and both were a total hit. We also got creative with the extra sauce and toppings from the dumplings, combining the chili oil and crispy onions with a scoop of the crab dip, a total win for me! Our server agreed that the dumplings sauce was good and offered us a side of bao buns just to dip it in, definitely try this combo out. Separately, we each ordered a few handrolls and bao buns, as well as the kimchi fried rice. The flavors were exceptional, but heed this warning: the spice level on the Spicy Tuna handroll varies and the batch we got was SUPER spicy, so order with caution. I also really enjoyed the cocktail I ordered, it was deliciously floral and tart, topped with fresh sage. To top off the experience, the interior is casual and inviting, with classic anime favorite playing on flatscreens throughout the dining room. I'll definitely be coming back to Mecha to try their larger dishes!

Yelp
As you walk in, it's def an experience. I really enjoyed the effort of the interior design. My husband and I went around 12 and we were seated right away. Service in the beginning went smooth but as people started to roll in, it got worse. We waiting for our food way longer and to be checked out. Food -- Super Pho Sizzle 4/5 -- we felt like this broth wasn't bad. We wish it had a little bit more flavor but overall felt authentic. The only part was we didn't like was the bokchoy in the pho. Tonkatsu 4/5 -- overall the ramen was great but I did wish I had a different type of noodle. The noodle was very stringy and on the harder side. It was still very edible and fine but wouldn't prefer it in a ramen. Limeade 3/5 -- it was good but too much sour Vietnamese Coffee 5/5 -- very strong Overall, I don't think I would come back to this spot. It wasn't a bad experience but nothing out of the ordinary to bring me back.

Yelp
We ate here tonight and it was not a good experience. I love ramen and wanted to love this place but, unfortunately, Mecha was a let down in terms of both food and service. First, the service. It took them over an hour to bring my wife's ramen even though my daughter's food came out after about 20 minutes and my food came out after about 45 minutes. While both my wife and I were waiting, a table of four sat down next to us approximately 20 minutes after we were seated, ordered their food, and received all of their food before either my wife or I received our ramen bowls. It should not take 45 minutes to bring out a bowl of ramen, and it certainly should not take an hour. As a result, I had finished my entire ramen before my wife even received hers, which is inexcusable. Second, the food. My ramen (spicy beef) was good, as were the mushroom dumplings. My wife's ramen--that she had to wait an hour to receive--was inedible. The vegetables in the dish were cold, the chicken appeared undercooked, and the flavor overall was just off. Also, we ordered a side of corn (the ramen add-on) for my daughter, and they brought it out ice cold. My five year old daughter said it tasted like a corn popsicle. The only reason why I'm giving this place two stars is because I genuinely enjoyed the spicy beef ramen. This was the worst service we have experienced in quite some time, and the food unfortunately didn't make up for what was lacking in service. While I would like this place to succeed, you cannot have a table of two adults being served their entrees so far apart that they can't even eat at the same time, and you cannot take an hour to bring out a bowl of ramen.

Yelp
INCREDIBLE! Favorite ramen I've had in awhile!! It was so good!!! Highly recommend the chili oil on the side, it was so delicious. We both enjoyed our ramen and drinks! The staff could be better though. Not bad, but seemed unorganized and not as helpful as they could be. Kind of slow. But I would still recommend going! Also a very cute place. Nice vibe inside.

Yelp
The ambiance of this place was nice. We sat at the bar and I felt that it had enough counter space for all our food which was good. Service was slightly slow (why I gave it a 4/5), but that may be because we were sitting at the bar and the bartender had many things that he was tasked with. The food was delightful. The ramen broth wasn't too salty (usually ramen broths are salty to me). The soft shell crab ramen with lobster was a really good deal and the corn compliments the soup well. 4/5 for overall rating due to service 4.5/5 for food

Yelp
Food: Beef meatball Pho: Delicate and complex flavor, huge portions Short ribs: Perfect tart sticky sauce and crispy ribs. Edamame: This is the best edamame I have ever eaten. Rosemary and thyme harmonize into a perfect crispy topping with umami flavor. The portions are huge and are worth the price. Service: The service was great. The waitress was very patient and knowledgeable. Furthermore, she talked to my young nieces. Ambiance: The decor is hip and unique, with a tv playing anime/manga in the background. Overall, the food is phenomenal. Additionally, the portions are huge and the prices are worth it. This is a must stop in Denver.

Yelp
Cute ramen spot in RiNo. Very busy on the weekend. Ramen was pretty good, but overall a bit expensive for what you get. With the ramen and a sake flight it came to be about $40 with tip which seems a bit high!
google avatar

Yelp
Came here on a snowing Friday night and there were some spots at the bar. We ordered within 5-10 ish minutes of sitting down but we waited around 45 mins to an hour for the food. The bartender was super nice and comped the spring rolls for the wait. Unsure what the issue was but we waited. The springs rolls were filled nicely, uneven fry but still good. The ramen was just ok nothing desirable especially for the wait. The portion size was good but mostly noodles. Unsure if I'll come back again.

Yelp
They hail from the East Coast and just opened in RiNo next to Corsica and in the former Stem Cider location. This is actually a much welcomed addition to the Asian food scene in the area without being Hop Alley prices. You can actually come here multiple times a week - especially during their M/F 3-6pm HH with 50% their munchies (lots of good apps) and sake. The music is slightly loud if you are bringing your kids but you can entertain them with Naruto playing in the background. The Pros: 1) Bar Seating, lots of room for groups and I hope they will have outdoor seating soon? 2) Very good service bc I always had water 3) The Red Oil Dumpling with pork and shrimp was my favorite. The huge amounts of herbs and spices were great. 4) Mushroom Miso Dumplings are a must for all the carnivores please 5) Bao Buns were good and I got the Soft Shell Crab but maybe the batter was slightly heavy. They should be on HH too! 6) Kale Salad was a Kale Salad but helped cut the saltiness of some of the food and the sauces 7) Lots of mocktails and cocktails and sake offerings. The drink menu is larger than the food menu. The Cons: 1) OMG. They have the off-brand fake sriracha sauce. You know what I'm talking about when the original OG rooster sauce with the green cap was like MIA bc they had a supply chain issue. It's no longer an issue and they use the off-brand stuff here. I saw it on the shelves bc they put their sauces in smaller bottles but that is foul. How you have Pho without the OG sauce? So skip that - ask for the hot chilli oil. 2) Hard Hard Past on the Tuna Handroll. It was totally not really fresh and mushy and the rice was hard. It is not the Source Hotel handroll Temaki joint. 3) So - I actually liked the ramen broth, but the noodles weren't the ramen springy noodles. So Osaka is still better here. They were like the thin Loi Mein noodles. I knew they are still working out their service and being that this is walkable for me.. I will def be back for HH to try their wings and Pho offerings with brisket and Marrow. Don't expect federal Blvd Asian authentic food and vibes but I always welcome this Asian fusion date night spot to RiNo. Actually - I hope they do well and I'll be back.

Yelp
I have not been to this side of town since I moved out of Colorado 9 years ago. To say I was shocked is an understatement. This was such a cool little spot to grab a bite to eat. Staff was friendly. Even pulled out my chair and hung my coat for me! I LOVE the decor. The ceiling looked like noodles hanging to dry in an abstract way. The music was good, the staff was friendly. I ordered the summertime sadness cocktail and OMG. If you are as old as I am and can remember the lemon flavored jolly rancher, this was just like that. I also got the vegan ramen and mmm mmm mmm! Was perfect for that sloshy, snowy afternoon. I can't wait to come back to town to have it again.

Yelp
Really impressed by this new ramen bar in Rino! We happened to be walking by and decided to pop in and we are so glad we did. We started with hand rolls - crab and tofu and both were delicious and unique. The sauces were so tasty! The mushroom miso dumplings were something we've never had before but are already craving. I can't even begin to express how delicious these were. The arugula was also such a nice touch. The ramen itself was really tasty, too! But I must say the appetizers/starters were the star of the show. The space was vibey and the staff was attentive and efficient. We're adding this to our rooster and we can't wait to go back to try other menu items!

Yelp
AMAZING!!! You need to go! They have a Japanese curry poutine as an appetizer that will blow your mind! The curry is beautiful and their hand rolls are so fresh and delicious! They wait to seat you until your whole party is there which is understandable. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. I'll be going again and again. They also have a great hh for half off apps and sake!

Yelp
I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to try Mecha Noodle Bar pre-opening during a friends and family type experience, and while that makes this review undoubtedly biased, you should still trust me when I say it's definitely worth checking out. Mecha's menu could be described as a modern fusion blend of eastern Asian cuisines; these aren't authentic mom and pop type dishes, and (for the most part) they're not trying to be. There are a lot of creative spins on classic flavors with the introduction of new elements. The cocktail menu was particularly inspired. We ordered a whole variety of food items, but focused primarily on the snacks and bites that made for easy sharing (read: no pho or ramen). We had the spareribs, KFC bao, soft shell crab bao, tuna and eel hand rolls, kale salad, mushroom dumplings, spring rolls, beef noodle bowl, and general tso shrimp. I most enjoyed the soft shell crab bao, mushroom dumplings (yum!) and spring rolls (which given how I feel about white pepper is a true testament to their tastiness). We liked the kale salad with crispy tempura kale bits a lot (note there were some raisins in it, if they're not your jam.) The spare rib sauce was a winner with the table, but a piece or two were a little tough. The hand rolls were tasty, but note they're not done in the typical style (more of a taco fold than a roll). The general tso shrimp were coconut batter and generously portioned. The "beef noodle" (aka Vietnamese Bun Bo Xao), contained really tender pieces of beef and was plentiful. I liked that Mecha had so many cocktail and beverage choices including low and no ABV options. I think the Smoke Show was probably the table favorite of what we sampled. (I probably wouldn't revisit the Island in the Sun, but that's entirely my fault for believing I'm a fan of pandan when all evidence points to the contrary.) The lotus flower bomb reminded me of a mulled wine sort of sangria given the warming flavors of five spice. The vibe inside is hip and fun. The servers we interacted with were friendly and upbeat. As with any new restaurant, it takes some time to get up to speed and in stride. But I'm looking forward to checking Mecha out again soon!

Yelp
I love this Asian fusion spot! So many good dishes! I have tried the dumplings, spare ribs, and chicken wings - so delicious! The pho is full of flavor and so is the ramen! I can't wait to come back to try more of the main dishes. The vibes are amazing. I love the upbeat music. The service is great too!

Yelp
after reading all the good reviews, I was super hopeful for this place but honestly, I thought it was just OK. I should've looked a bit more closely because I had assumed the red oil dumplings were steamed, but they're actually fried. Which was disappointing. The KFC bao had all the makings for a really good bun, but had a bit too much sauce on it for my personal taste. The Thai tea was surprisingly bland. The only redeeming quality was the service!

Teola N.

Yelp
The food was absolutely amazing! Such good flavor in the roasted mushroom dumplings and the pudding! Service was great too, very quick and help me pick out what drink I'd like. Ended up with the black cherry down east cider which was so yummy. Great music and atmosphere here!

Yelp
Best happy hour menu till 6. The apps half price yet full size. Chili oil wonton were the best. Sale is good too. All around quality dishes. Hip hop playing in this modern decor. Pretty easy parking in early evening.

The brisket in there, beef spicy Ramen was extremely tough. The server was nice, but did seem a little understaffed. Ambience was cool. Probably wouldn't go back.

Yelp
One of our new favorite noodle bars in Denver! The apps are unreal, we got the hamburger bun and gyoza, then ended with the spicy ramen. The carafe of sake pairs fantastically!

Yelp
I loved the atmosphere here and service was very friendly and quick! The ramen was delicious and the firecracker wings were great too. Definitely worth it to come in between 3pm-6pm to take advantage of the half off munchies (appetizers) special!

Yelp
The food here is amazing and the service is always on point when in restaurant. 10 out of 10!when I ordered tonight at home while working the delivery service was less than to par when delivered by 3rd party services but was able to work out a resolution with management in a very personable and hospitable way that is overlooked in so many other establishments. I appreciate this team, the food and their service. would recommend any day!

Yelp
The interior of this place is really nice! It's comfortable and bright. They had some anime going on in the background, so that was very cool. Ample seating, and the service workers were quite nice! Onto the food, the red oil dumplings were delicious! Very very delicious! So highly recommend. The Pho is pretty good, but I don't care for any of their sauce options (outside of the typical Sriracha choice). The boba spiked drinks... they aren't very good. I think the drink by itself could be great if they were to use fruit jellies rather than tapioca pearls with the fruitier drinks. Also, the tapioca pearls had 0 flavor, so it's not worth it. Overall pretty cool place and I could see myself coming back here!

Yelp
My date and I had the best time here! The food was delicious and the staff and vibes were great. Cute, anime themed decor, with some truly yummy spicy ramen! Will definitely be back soon!

Yelp
Stopped in on a Friday night to hit happy hour apps and then dinner. Atmosphere is lively and modern although the stools at the non high top tables are awful, so uncomfortable. This is not a comfortable spot to sit and stay because of that. Food was great, we got curry fries, edamame, some bao buns, and ramen and it was all really delicious. The happy hour apps are a great deal and it's nice to try a few things. Service was okay, we sat down around 5:40 and by 5:55 nobody had been around to take our order, happy hour ends at 6 so it was a bit frustrating to not have someone getting those orders in asap. We managed to flag down our server and order, but I just feel that during happy hour as it's wrapping up more care should be taken to getting orders in on time, especially because there were quite a few open tables, it was nowhere near busy yet. By 6:30 it was packed and there was a wait so was good to get in early. I'd definitely go back for the food and maybe a bit earlier for happy hour. If I was planning a get together with friends and wanting to sit and enjoy and talk I'd look elsewhere just because of the uncomfortable seats.

Yelp
Ohhh love a new food spot in Rino! Their menu has a little bit of everything from sushi to ramen to bubble tea, I love the variety. I got the beef noodle bowl, it's a lot of food! So delicious, it was a tiny bit salty for me but still very good! My friend got one of the ramen bowls and loved it. The interior is fun with all the wood and I can't wait to come back!

Yelp
The vibe of the restaurant is very trendy! It is somewhat Japanese video game themed which I appreciate being pretty unique. The service was very attentive and friendly. All the food was quite good but also quite pricey. The spare ribs were so good! They were my favorite thing we had. Overall, it is a nice spot for variety of solid Asian cuisine.

Yelp
Gorgeous restaurant! I could have stayed here all day. I ordered the spicy beef ramen and it was the best ramen I've ever had. Also ordered the strawberry matcha boba which was incredible. Our servers were very nice and the food came out quickly for such a large table

Yelp
Service... amazing Friendliness of staff... amazing Food... REALLY good Anyone who rates this place low is an idiot. Favorite was the pork belly Bao, I've had lots of bao before, and it's easily top 3 I've ever had.

Yelp
Mecha never misses. The apps are next level; firecracker wings, red oil dumplings, and edamame are all must-haves. The KFC bao is absolute fire. The pho is always perfect and hits every time! The real star of the night was the bar. Massive shout out to Roberto (bartender), total legend. He makes Killer drinks and great energy & makes the whole place even better. Mecha has the food, the vibe, and thanks to Roberto is the reason we come back weekly! -Linette & Tanner

Yelp
Good food, terrible service. Sat at the bar for happy hour and Chuck took care of us - he's great. Got seated at a table for dinner and everything went down hill from there. No one checked on us for at least 15 minutes. First round of drinks took another 15. Food never came out. We had to ask about it after an hour. To top it all off they still stuck us with a 20 % mandatory gratuity because we had a table of 6 and then asked us to tip on top of that which several at our table did before we caught the 20% they already hit us with. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for tipping but this felt like we got take advantage of while having a subpar dining experience.

Yelp
I went with some coworkers for lunch and got the crab Rangoon dip as my entree. I was worried it wouldn't be enough, but they pack this thing with crab meat! I was stuffed before I was finished. It was so good, with yummy crispy chips. Our server was attentive and kind. Will be back soon!

Yelp
Food was so good! Good interior vibes. Everything on the menu sounded tasty. The spicy Sichuan ramen and the chili oil dumplings were a must have and so flavorful. The service was also lovely.

Yelp
This place is a 10/10!!!!!!!!! I wish I can honestly give more stars because this place deserves it. The super pho bowl, WOW! I've never had NY strip steak in my pho before and chimichurri and it was soooo good. The red oil dumplings, phenomenal! Our server was so sweet and friendly and because of her, we got everything she recommended and it did not disappoint. I wish I lived in denver so I can come back here everyday lol

Yelp
This was a double high five for me. Best flavors I've had for ramen in all of Denver. I've been waiting for something like this and Hi, Helloo, I'll see you again very soon ;)

Yelp
My friends, family and I had a great evening. It's my second time eating here and both 10/10. We made it in time to take advantage of the last part of the happy hour menu and it was a steal. Our waitress was super sweet and a great personality, refreshing to experience good food and good service!!
