Brian R- the R must be for ☆Rocks!☆ until my visit 2 days ago, I didn't have the same opinion of this chain. But from the moment I pulled up on my bike, the security guard was super helpful parking my wheels. When i went inside, Brian R listened to what I was looking for and produced 5 items fitting my description for me to choose from. He would have shown me more if I wanted but I didn't want to shop for long. Boom-my pax era pod scene HANDLED!

First experience at a dispensary... couldn’t have gone to a better one. Super attentive budtenders and a great selection overall!

I recently moved to Long Beach from the UK, the team at Madmen have been more than fantastic. I understand that customer service is taken seriously in this country, it really shows with the friendly and extremely helpful team that is ready to greet their customers with huge smiles on every visit. Working as a manager myself I would be so pleased to have such a great team, they are very aware of their products and go above and beyond to help their customers get the best service and best price, every time.

I have been a client of theirs for over 4 years and their customer service has always like no others. The first time I went with no knowledge of what would be best for me, the clerk described the possibilities and recommended a selection that has done the trick for Four plus years. I visited One Love on a whim . I hadn’t compared places on where to find product, just saw the sign next to a cool coffee shop. Let me tell you though. It was clean. It was beautiful. Selection was humongous! I was obviously overwhelmed considering I come from a non-legal state. My “guide” was amazing. She explained everything very well. She asked me what I was looking for and got me on my way. I was amazed at how inexpensive everything was.

Oh my, how I love this spot! First off, it's family owned by a nice family that is the antithesis of the "stoner mentality". They couldn't be more knowledgeable or helpful, every time. They are providing service and educating our neighborhood and I am so glad they're here. I have referred so many friends who have had similar experiences and only reported the best possible outcome. Their spot is clean, bright, and has a SHOP DOG. Wonderful!

The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable, spend a couple of minutes or 15 or 20 minutes. It's very close, either driving or a nice walk. The very best of the best in Long Beach, keep up the great work and into the future, for 1 Love really does help people. Bless you all. Job well done.
