If it wasn’t for the food i would leave no star’s!
On May 21 I went to this place with a large group. I ordered 1 drink from the bar when the bartender ( a tall light skinned bald man) printed my receipt it came up blank so he asked another bartender about it. it took a min for anyone to address me , or even say there was a problem. I looked at my phone and noticed i was then charged a 2nd time for a totally different amount , I asked if there was an issue because i still hadn’t signed any receipt, they told me the system was messing up and printing blank , i told them i was charged twice and they assured me they fixed it and I would be refunded because they would get a manager to handle it, and someone should bring me a receipt before I left. I was there for hours and nothing , when i went back up they said i wouldn’t get a receipt but i should get a refund of the 2nd charge in 3-5 business days. I waited still no refund, so I reached out via insta as they had no contact info at the time ( no response) went up the during the supposed business hours doors locked .
STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK!
