Best Chinese food! They are skimpy on the rice portions but I really the food has been my favorite for a long time. Mee king is a staple in the city of Brockton for ever. There chicken fingers are literally the best in the business. There is no other PERIOD!

This is not my first rodeo eating from MeeKing. This is truly our “go to Chinese” locally. I have to say, we hardly do a pick up or sit in. We get it delivered most of the time. Food is the best compare to other spot in the area. Good service, good price.

Very disappointed. I grew up as a kid eating Chinese food from this place. I talked about this restaurant ro friends and family for years and said when I come back to brockton that's the first place I wanted to spend my money. I finally got Meeking and boy was it sad. The rice was overly saturated with soy sauce it was like the rice was burt or just not made right. The chicken was under cooked and they were very large chicken wings and it makes me think was I eating chicken. This really broke my heart an I know it's just food but it really tarnished my childhood memory. 😢 Drove hour for it to.

The delivery driver was very aggressive and hostile, there was a mixup with the payment they said they didn't received, he was requesting payment at the door but it was already paid over the phone. He was Very angry and agitated for no reason and started yelling at me.wont be eating that food or order from there.

Chicken wings were undercooked. I called and complained and they didn’t have much to say and hung up on me. I will never order from this restaurant again.

We spent 82 dollars yesterday on take out food at mee King and it was absolutely horrible. It was so disgusting. The boneless spearribs were so fatty and the chicken wings not cooked enough. The rice was so soggy and just not good at all. I really should of gone back there and told them . I have not gotten food from there in years and it use to be ok. We are very very disappointed.

Everything was bad they don’t know how to talk to you and there food is bad taste like trash for real

Not all Chinese food restaurants are the same. Mee King proved that they are different. I crave Chinese food at least once a month and when my craving hit I decided to try Mee King for the first time. They did not disappoint me. 1 The phone call order was pleasantly surprising. My family order was taken and repeated back to in a friendly manner. 2 The food was delivered to my car door to abide by social distancing rule 3 Chicken wings were crispy and juicy. Crab Rangoons were filled with cream cheese filling. Boneless and bone in spareribs were cooked perfectly so they were tender and not overly fatty. The shrimp fried rice was also delicious and loaded with big sized shrimp . My son enjoyed the chicken fingers and my mom enjoyed the fried shrimp. The egg rolls were also yummy. 4 I liked the diversity I saw amongst the employees. When you place your order look in the windows, you can see who is working inside. You'll be pleasantly surprised . 5 The portion sizes are huge so prepare for left overs. The food tasted just as good the next day. We ended up ordering again the following week. That is unheard of with my family but they couldn't stop their cravings for more. Thanks Mee King for your great food and service during this time. The food was so good my family

No more Mee King garden for me because the owners are so freaking cheap with the condiments that are supposed to be free with every order of Chinese food.. The last 3 times I picked up my order and was told again that the hot MUSTARD was in the bag. But when I got home and opened it, there was No hot MUSTARD. 3 times getting 2 soy sauce, 2 very small containers of duck sauce, no fortune cookies and no hot MUSTARD for my 2 luncheon orders that cost $24 dollars. I use 4 or 5 soy sauce and 1 HOT mustard by myself. So because you were so cheap with the soy and hot sauce costing less than 50 CENTS, you lost a $24 dollar a week ( or more ) customer. 'Nuff said.

Over priced! Food is good! But very very skimp on the boneless spare ribs. They need to do better!!! I started to go to the Chinese food place around my house because this place has started to become to expensive!

Very bad service and food I will never order food from here again. Think before you order your Chinese food not all restaurants are good with making food

Fantastic place for Asian cuisine! We enjoy the crab rangoon and other fresh favorites as well.

This place has the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant! The owner is rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Pretty lackluster Chinese food. I was working late one night and wanted to get some late-night food naturally, what better choice for this than Chinese food. I got one of the combination dinners from Mee King: general gao's, fried rice, crab rangoons. I was initially excited to pick this up because when I arrived (around 11pm), it was pretty busy with people waiting to pick up their takeout. Thought it was gonna be some tasty food. Unfortunately, it was neither memorable nor particularly tasty. Lots of rice that was pretty dry, the chicken was heavily breaded and kind of tough - not juicy and spicy like I would want Gao's to be. It did the job and I was satisfied, but I don't think I would get takeout from here again. Price was reasonable but you get what you pay for, I'd pay more for better food.

Worst Chinese food I have ever had ordered it last night for dinner tastes like it was hours old . 70 spent on hot garbage 10/10 DO NOT recommend!!!

Ive eaten here a couple times now and this place is delicious! Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. I've eaten in the dining room which is comfortable but it seems to be more of a take out spot. Also, the people who work here are very open and funny. The one complaint I do have is they did seem to skimp a little bit on the pork in their pork fried rice. It was mostly just rice not that much roast pork. Other than that this is an awesome restaurant and still easily 5 stars. Do not miss if you're in Brockton!

Flew all the way from Austin, TX, just to get their Crab Rangoon and steak teriyaki: "Give me the biggest order of crab Rangoon ya got!" There's no where else that makes it the way this place does.

Been coming to this establishment for about a decade. Amazing dining room transition from the early 2000s. Additionally, within the last six months I've ordered three times. The sides are soggy as of late & LITERALLY, all jokes aside I love their rice & appetizer however everything TASTE LIKE BAKING SODA. A lot of it & y almost a numbness to the tongue. The rice isn't as brown as it use to be ... "fried rice" . Like I said the manager is sweet the cashiers are super helpful but I can't understand why the FOOD taste like heavy baking soda

This use to be my go to only chinese place in Brockton never again my last 3x i ordered the food was gross and the l and today a receipt after digging it out my rice it was a receipt and they messed up my order on top of it yet the manager argued with me trying to get out giving me money back no customer service at all they dont care about there customers at all especially ones whose been going there for like 10 years I am a manager and my customer service standards is very different then theres never again Chang Chuns is what i would reccomend

Figure I would give them another try as there is no good Chinese food around here. All the places around here are just bad none of them have more then 1 or 2 things that taste good most taste like swamp ass!! This place is a little more expensive then the rest but they have improved a lot since last time. I order the combo dinner you pick from a,b,c ect. There is enough of the main course to feed two people or my brother Phil. Its nice that the people that answer the phone speak awesome English and you understand them and they understand you. Nothing more aggravating then hearing 18 dollar 59 cent in broken English

This is literally my first time in 41 years writing a bad review,but was necessary! Not even sure if I can use no stars but that's what I'll do if possible. Me and a friend got about $50 in food and this is during the coronavirus situation so yea lol and the food comes ice cold and there is a hair in the rice. I called and let them know and they said delivery would be ANOTHER hour and a half. I said no problem just credit us for next time. Technically speaking any restaurant EVER would do so no question and all I'm even expecting is maybe half the total amount.. they tell me I'll have to speak to "Raymond" so I ask when he'll be in... after a week and a half of trying to contact raymond I must have caught him by surprise and he answers.. long story short is he LITERALLY SAID THESE WORDS VERBATIM "nobody is getting warm food right now" my head is still spinning lol actually raymond I've only gotten take out since this God awful pandemic began and your food is the ONLY place to deliver it COLD.. OH WITH A NASTY HAIR TO BOOT! I'M DONE ALTHOUGH I COULD GO ON! STAY AWAY ORDER. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

My ex orders from here all the time so I figured I would give them a try. This place disappointed me just as much as my ex did! The food was just bland and really unimpressive. The pork fried rice left a funny taste in my mouth. The fried shrimp was okay, not good enough to make me return. Overall.. it's a no for me!

Only place that delivers in the area at night. Unfortunately the food was horrible. Greasy and no flavor. Teriyaki chicken was edible but even the Crab Rangoon was off.

Mee King is pricey. The staff are kind of rude. The food is not good at all.

It's a good "old school" American-Chinese food joint. It reminds me a lot of the Chinese food I grew up with in the 70's and 80's. Very heavy and dense fried rice, good but greasy classics like chicken fingers, egg foo yung, etc. They do peking ravioli very well, here, however...some of the best I've had anywhere. It's mostly a take-out counter. Very run-down looking...a few cafeteria style tables, but not a very inviting place to sit and eat. The staff are very nice. It's usually always the same guy at the counter, and he's always been very pleasant when I've visited.

I'm giving Mee King a five star review based on my experiences in years past. Unfortunately I have stopped eating here because the place has been closed down from time to time by the board of health. This could have been something major, or something as small as having open containers of food in the fridge, but just the thought of them being closed makes me cringe. My dad and sister continues to eat here, and the food looks just as heavenly as it always has. Along with Maui this was my families go-to Chinese food restaurant, and it was always my very favorite. Nothing they served was bad, and everything was delicious EVERY TIME for many years. Their boneless spareribs and beef terriaky are unbelievably good, and nice and sweet just how I like them. Maybe someday I'll get the courage to try this place again, or maybe I'll call and ask what happened, and it will put my mind at ease enough for me to eat there again. After all, they have remained open and have steady business, so how bad can it be?! If you are braver than me, check this place out!

I've ate at mee king since I was in 7th grade which was the time I moved to Brockton never had a problem food is always awesome I would recommend it to anyone. Anyone I ever ask that has lived in Brockton loves this place I don't live in Brockton anymore but I do come back for my mee king fix. I went 2 days ago and they had remodeled the inside looks pretty good and I hadn't been here in years food is great no one makes the lobster sauce the way I like it other than Mee King keep it up.

Mee King never disappoints. I'm from Boston where there is Chinese food galore and since moving to Brockton, the pickings have been slim. Nothing beats a Pu Pu Platter for Friday night hangouts.

Growing up in brockton, Mee king used to be the spot for chinese food. They recently remodeled and the dining room is definitely upgraded. Although, nowadays the food is not the same. Out of all the chinese food delivery places in brockton, mee king has become the most expensive and the lowest quality. The flavors are bland and the food tastes half fast. Me and some friends ordered some food here this week and all of us agreed that we should've bought something else. All i was craving was some scallion pancakes, AND THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE FLAVOR! it literally was straight up dough with a few sprinkles of scallion.

Best take out Chinese food in the city! They are the best. Fast delivery no matter what weather it is. I love me some crab ragging, boneless spare ribs, some lobster sauce, some shrimp fried rice, make it a pu pu platter!

Just ate at this dump..Food was disgusting..I ordered on my driving there.When I got off the phone I was actually alrdy there so I went to a convenient store to buy a soda.When I walked in my order was already ready..I knew that was a bad sign..They must make everything in bulk and wait for the orders to come in.Spare ribs were rock hard..There wasn't positive thing I can say..I would NEVER go back..Nasty

That was probably the grossest Chinese food I've ever eaten. I would eat food court Chinese over this place any day. Do not order the house fried rice, shrimp with lobster sauce or wings. Such a waste of $20!

Have had some bad experiences with stale rice. Tasted as though recooked, sat for too long. But other times have had the best brown rice.

My new go to outside of Boston, the food is made fresh to order and flavorful....only issue is it's so darn expensive, but I can make the sacrifice every once in awhile.

The only place in Brockton we'll ever eat Chinese food from! The food is always fresh and taste great! Clean too! Delivery is fast and efficient! Plenty of parking!

Driving back to Brockton at 1AM, my friend and I were hungry but didn't want any fast food. Roughly the only place open until 1:45AM Fridays and Saturdays. The food is decent and the clientelle is a bit off the wall. Located in a semibad area of town, the late night sketchiness is well worth the food.

Without a doubt the best Chinese food I have had in a really long time. I ordered the small House LoMein, an egg roll and a spring roll. I'm impressed with it all. A nice amount of food and really tasty. This is a must try!

These guys are really good. The only complaint i could say is when I order food I ask "how many rolls do I get? And then I pay for more to get the number I want. Every time and I mean every time I get home they only give me the rolls I ordered. Doesn't matter who takes the order, when we get it home it is wrong.

I've eaten at this place before; in the past it was a crappy dive with good customer service. Now it's nicer inside; apparently they did some renovations. But it took 7 minutes for staff to respond to my standing at the counter and these idiots were just sitting around chit-chatting. I will say the pu-pu platter was good. Crab rangoons are killer.

This is one of the only places I will get Chinese takeout from. I call ahead to order and pick up my food. They offer pretty decent combo lunch meals from certain times M-F. I get meatless fried rice which guarantees that it's fresh every time. The chicken fingers are bigger than many other places. The general gau's chicken is great. I love the spring rolls too. Been eating here since the 90s

This place absolutely sucks, no rice with dish just 2 bread rolls, ordered some yatka mein got noodles in wanton juice that's it and being over priced, save your money, or you will be sorry!!! And they took forever to deliver

I would give this place a zero if I could. This place is so expensive and not worth it. I order for delivery and it didn't come till 2 hours later. The food was so cold and disgusting. The employees there a disrespectful. Not worth it

I decided to order food from here because of the reviews. But I was wrong. I order around 7 P.M and the delivery driver did not come until 9!!! My food was cold. I called back trying to explained the food was not eatable but the manager was rude and hang up on before I could even finish my explanation.

Ordered food for my son and I on Mothers Day, waited an hour. Called them back and kept getting the run around, no one knew where my food was. Talked to three different people including the driver. Absolutely ridiculous. Not really worth it.

Have been coming here for years. Love there crab ragoons. I make it appoint to stop by when I'm in the neighborhood.

I would not recommend the Brockton restaurant for delivery I placed a late-night order waited 45 minutes when the delivery man arrived he called from his car to inform me that he was here and when I told him to ring the doorbell he refused he wanted me to come out to the car for my delivery if I want to leave the comfort of my home I would not have ordered delivery and if he was too scared to do his job as a delivery person that perhaps he needs to get a new one and when I called the restaurant to inform them that their delivery Personnel would not ring the doorbell so I can let him into the common area of the condo not into my apartment but the common area they said we will see what we can do needless to say he still refused to ring the doorbell you wanted me to come out to the parking lot to pick up my order and when I called the restaurant I was informed that all the delivery Personnel had gone home for the day used to say I never got my order I'm glad I was paying cash and hadn't already paid for it if you want your food do not order from the Brockton restaurant you would not get it this was my first time ordering from them and I would never order from them again nor would I recommend to anyone else does either

if anyone lives in the vicinity of Mee King Garden chinese resturant in Brockton please do not ever order from them again. There customer service is atrotiouse. We ordered $90.00 worth of chinese food last night for a 7 Pm delinary tonight to make sure we would have it in time. after an hour of waiting and no delinary we called to see what was going on. they told us that they hadn't ever prepaired it yet and it would be more then an hour. when we explained our situation thd the kids hadn't even eaten they offered no solution or compansation. We canceled the order and now are scrabling to find somthing for dinner. There in the customor service indestry and have no skills what so ever. please boycott there resturant and pass this request along. Thank you.
