My visit to this establishment was disappointing from the very beginning. The hot no‑sugar tea, which should have been a simple and reliable order, arrived lukewarm and took an unreasonably long time to reach the table. When a restaurant struggles with something as basic as tea, it sets a troubling tone for the rest of the experience.
The environment did little to improve matters. The dining area was noticeably dirty, creating an atmosphere that felt neglected and unwelcoming. Cleanliness is one of the most fundamental expectations in any dining space, and its absence made the entire visit feel careless.
Service only added to the frustration. It was slow, unclear, and lacked the professionalism that elevates a meal. Instead of attentive hospitality, the experience felt disorganized and indifferent, as though the staff were overwhelmed or simply not invested in providing a positive visit.
Taken together, these issues — the poorly prepared tea, the unclean environment, and the weak service — resulted in an overall experience that fell far below expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place, and I will not be returning.
