Meet Fresh San Jose

OK Meet Fresh spot (comparing to Cupertino location). Unfortunately, similar to the Cupertino spot, there is a single kiosk for ordering. A family in front of me was having issues so I decided to order in person with the staff. I originally wanted a cold herbal tea drink with grass jelly, but unfortunately, staff said it was no longer something they were serving. I ended up waiting to order at the kiosk since I wasn't sure what I wanted. I ordered a grass jelly signature. Took awhile for staff to make it even though there wasn't anybody else waiting. Took it to go and it help up ok. Could use more ice. Overall, compared to Cupertino location, this might be better. Less hectic and more space for seating. Parking in the area is relatively easy to find. Might need to compete with the tire shop customers next door.

We put in an online order at the store for a double taro signature. - After putting the order, we were told that the wait was 50 mins. Ouch, I wouldn't have ordered had I known it would take so long. - We confirmed the order time with the worker, and left for 30mins to grab some groceries. Came back to our order ready and the ice cream all melted - turned out it only took them 8 mins to make it. - After we finished and left, we got a text message that our order was ready 😂 So while the desserts are tasty, the operation is a bit of a mess. If you order anything frozen, prepare to wait without leaving the store.

Clean facilities, plenty of parking, delicious desserts that are totally cravable. I like how the desserts here are not too sweet, and you can customize most of what you order to your liking.

Under staffed. Waiting in line for 20+mins without getting someone to order, there were only two employees here and only three groups of people in front of us. Too slow Sep 2022 update: The owner needs to clean the place!!! Dirty floor everywhere, no one clean up the table and left the finished dishes on the table forever. I’m kind of worried about how they can keep their kitchen clean!!

Received our order 5 minutes after ordering on a busy New Year’s Day afternoon! The drinks taste weren’t our favorite but appreciated the quick service

I noticed and got quite excited when the place was about to open but only get to try the place finally. This branch is not as crowded as those at Cupertino and San Mateo but the taste is comparable. We ordered the Signature hot grass jelly and hot tofu pudding with sesame balls. They both are not too sweet and tasteful. Service is decent. Glad that I finally made it. Came back again and added sesame balls. When I got home and the balls are missing! Not happy about it. (Order#30410)

I tried one of their beautifully crafted jasmine green teas with milk and I ordered 50% sugar. It was perfectly sweetened. It was perfectly done and the price was a bit too high for my taste but other than that I love it I think if I were to get 100% sugar. The sweetness would be even better but 50% was more than enough.
