I haven’t visited in a while, so I truly hope the service has improved since my last time there. In the past, I remember it being much better, unfortunately, over the last few years, the service quality had noticeably declined. It’s a shame, especially because I’ve been to a few Brazilian steakhouses in Australia, and I really wanted to see this one keeping up the same great standard.

Food was very tasty, but the food service was a little slow. I found the better cuts of meat were less frequently offered and quite sparingly served. Good atmosphere. Will definitely be back when I'm next in Newie.

Service way way too slow. Food was pretty good but very different to all The other Brazilian churrasco iv been too. Need more workers bringing food around faster we were waiting 15-20 mins between each bit of food delivered. . Very painful. Could be good if they were fast like all The other ones in Sydney. Some of the meats were delicious just didn’t have 3 hours to try it all.

The variety of meats , everything we tried and the flavours were enjoyable . Side dishes are tasty and the right amount to compliment the main meals . Options to have more of your favourites meats to try again before your desert arrives , save room for desert as the banana fritters are delicious. The atmosphere is lively, yet relaxing . Staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive and thoroughly explain the menu . An enjoyable evening and left feeling very pleased and satisfied. A special thanks to Savannah for making this a memorable and pleasant experience.

Waitstaff are super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable Venue is surprisingly large but the lighting and ambience is lovely and though it was busy it didn’t feel overwhelming like some restaurants can. We got the new ( I think it’s new?) bbq tasting plate - 2 meats, 2 sides & a drink each for $35 which I think is hard to beat. Booking it I was scared they’d skimp on portions but for 2 hungry adults (but not ravenous) it was filling. We each chose the rump, picanha, chips & garden salad. The other option was $74pp but genuinely seemed like really good value and the meat is top quality Meat was perfect and sides are sides but still yum all the same Id highly recommend ! Also for anyone searching online where it is (the maps and pictures were confusing us but maybe that’s just us !), it’s next to foghorns.

Unfortunately was not a pleasant first experience and will most likely be the last. Very poor communication upon arrival, no direction as to how the whole system works, terrible direction on how to order a certain type of set meal, I called ahead of time to check if you have to preorder and I was told “no, you just order your set meal when you get there”. $12 for a small glass of wine is absolutely ridiculous as well, considering the brand of wine ordered, is on the cheaper end. A lot of the food came out cold and under cooked, especially the veg style meals, they were also spicier than the sun in the Sahara desert, which not everyone can have or handle heat, not all veg food means hotter than hell. You might as well not bother catering to those with dietary restrictions or requirements as you did not ‘’Meet’ them, at all. What’s the point of different colour plates if you’re going to keep offering meat to non meat eaters? Maybe train the staff on the difference and have them be known that those certain plates mean specific dietary restrictions. Staff weren’t overly friendly, however they were kind enough to discount and rectify some of the food issues that were quite common amongst the table tonight, which was really appreciated. I’m sure this place means well but I can see why the lower end reviews are up here. The staff seem stressed and overworked, with lack of direction and I’m sure that’s super frustrating for them. This place needs to be more warm and inviting. We all deserve a great experience, staff included.

I've been to a few Brazilian BBQ restaurants and was super impressed by MEET. The venue is sleek and spacious, and we were seated right next to the kitchen, so it was great to see the food sizzling away. The servings were really generous, which was a pleasant surprise and something that stood out to us when we compared to other similar restaurants. The meat was all cooked to perfection, and the sides were delicious. I know the grilled pineapple is always served near the end (as dessert) but would have loved to have it earlier. It was so good!

Reservation made 4 weeks in advanced and made note of dietary restriction (which MEET asks on their booking site). Arrived at reserved time and seated, only to have staff member advise us that there is absolutely nothing (in over 70 items on their set menu) that does not have sulphites in. Could offer a plain steak which isn’t even on the menu and not the reason for going to this place. This is an actual life threatening allergy (not something that can be tolerated depending on the mood). Asked staff why they did not advise at some stage over the last 4 weeks that they couldn’t offer any of their menu and was told they were closed the day before! Asked why they didn’t, at least, ring us on the day and she said “we’ve been busy.” Absolutely disgusting service, made even worse by their attitude that we shouldn’t expect anything better as they “are busy.”
