The Best Boba Tea in Seattle - Eater Seattle

"This Chophouse Row boba shop (with a Redmond outpost) carries a wide assortment of drinks, ranging from milk teas to yogurt smoothies. Its black milk tea sets itself apart from competitors with the usage of orange pekoe leaves, giving the drink a colorful tinge and tangy, bold flavor. The toasts are excellent as well, filled with cheese and boba or taro paste and pork floss. Available for pickup via the website or delivery." - Ryan Lee, Jade Yamazaki Stewart

Google
Cute cafe right next to pike street. They have a variety of drink options from coffee to smoothies to boba drinks. They even have different food selections. There is some seating inside but the building is also connected to a courtyard with other shops and seating. I def recommend if you are in the area.

Lily

Google
There is a small bar seating area that fits around 6 people. This is more a grab and go kind of place rather than sit down. I noticed other reviews mentioned service being bad but for me it was ok..I ordered via self serve tablet so had little interaction with the staff. While only one person working on a Sunday, I got my drink promptly. The fillings in the macaron wasn't that good. The shell texture was chewy. The drinks were ok. It is decent for cap hill. It tasted like any other chain . While this place has coffee, it is not a coffeehouse as it opens at 10am. It does have breakfast sandwiches.

Google
Customer service is lacking. Came here with my friend and we each got different drinks, I got a tiramisu coffee that was pretty good and my friend got the honeydew tea, they didn’t have any boba ready so it was just “tea”. My friend had asked for 50% sweetness and found it way too sweet. She spoke up to the girl who was working because she thought that it was made wrong and she just said “well that’s 50% sweetness 🤷‍♀️” and so I asked can you remake it for her, and she said we would have to buy a new one… Idk I feel like most places are more than happy to fix a problem as long as you speak up, and she had only sipped it once. I also tried the drink and being someone who enjoys sweet drinks I still found it to be very sweet, so I can’t imagine what 100% sweetness tastes like. Overall we won’t be coming back…

Google
Nice simple boba shop in a convenient part of town. I ordered the boba milk tea which is black tea based, and the sweetness level and chewiness of the boba was just right and reasonably priced. Would come here again!

Google
It took 25 minutes to get two drinks and a sandwich even though we were the only customers in the shop. Surprisingly, they didn’t have any boba ready, despite being open for over two hours. Pretty disappointing for a boba tea spot. Customer service was lacking. We weren’t greeted and had to wait about five minutes while the worker washed something, without acknowledging us. They were not busy. The same thing happened to another customer who came in ,they stood at the counter for a while and eventually had to ask how to order. As for the food, it was mediocre at best.

Google
cute and yummy spot for boba smoothies!! easy and quick, chill music and vibe

Google
They have standard fare boba drinks which taste good and have good, chewy boba but nothing too special. They have a few unique items on the menu, including a boba cheese toast that I enjoyed. It's a sweet not savory toast with some boba and sweet milk / cheese inside, a bit messy to eat but I liked it for sure. 1 star off for very bad service. Girl at the counter was very unfriendly, mumbling when taking our order and was visibly annoyed when I asked any clarifying questions.

I ordered a matcha boba latte w crema and pudding. It was super yummy!! Wish the matcha was sweater though, but everything else was perfect.

Yelp
Came here to grab a quick bubble tea! The staff was very nice and answered some of my questions on the drinks. The store was cute and clean. I enjoyed my drink! Parking in cap hill could always be a challenge for me. Appreciated that I could grab a drink on the go while I was walking around the area.

Yelp
Fun little tea spot. Good luck finding parking. Got the hot taro milk tea and a meetea family. Both were great!

Yelp
Order: Purple rice yogurt smoothie ($6.45), boba taro dirty milk with creama ($5.99), Cheese boba toast ($5.50) tldr: it's alright. The toast: It was not really good value. The boba to cheese ratio is overwhelming, I would expect there to be more cheese than boba in it. The crust ratio is also kinda bad, like there was probably a 3/4 inch thick frame with a 3 inch wide square of filled bread. It also is made of the plain white bread you find at costco in bulk. Not really worth $5.50 but if you're feeling like it, it isn't bad. boba taro dirty milk with creama: It just tasted like milk, couldn't taste the creama as much. This drink wasn't it. Purple rice yogurt smoothie: Pretty good value drink. A little strange of an aftertaste for me, but I think others may like it. The service overall was pretty good. Two things I noticed, though; one, our toast wasn't cut in half when the picture kinda showed it like that, and we came as a couple. Not a huge deal, but still something. Two, I saw mobile orders being left out on a table for a while during the preparation of our food, so I'm sure that those were getting pretty warm while the delivery person was driving over to pick them up, especially since it was a pretty hot day out and there wasn't a ton of air conditioning throughout the space. Overall the space is also a pretty nice place to chill, but there didn't seem like there was a ton of seating.

Yelp
I love the array of options and this place feels and offers different items than what you'd see on a standard boba chain in the city. It's nice to have such a shop in the area, given the plethora of nationwide, as opposed to smaller-scale, chains of boba shops. I'd say the ambiance and service is slightly lacking, at least the time I went. The space is small with limited seating. The snacks look okay, but super heavy. Sometimes when I pass by, I overlooked it because it feels a little quiet, even though it deserves more foot traffic. I love taro and appreciated all the taro options on the drink menu. Ordered the taro smoothie and it was a tad too heavy on the ice and sweetness, but still good. They have drinks with less common combos of sago, purple rice, sweet potato, and yogurts as well. But the options don't feel overwhelming, but rather thoughtfully curated. Will definitely be back to try their other options.

Yelp
I'm not a big fan of tapioca pearls so I got things that don't have it. Starting with the tarp and pork sung/meat floss toast, it made a pretty good snack, though lacked a bit of taro. It's somewhat small so I wouldn't recommend sharing. They don't add any extra flavorings so expect these things to taste exactly as what they are when panini pressed. For a drink, I went with the oddity on the menu - pumpkin milk tea. (And it's not even fall yet!) I can't tell if it's made with real pumpkin, but at least it doesn't have an artificial taste to it. Judging by the tea flavor in it, I can tell that the regular milk tea or green tea would be good. The macarons are more like macaroons than macarons, as has a skirt base and cookie texture. The filling flavors are authentic. it's unique and I like it, but don't expect a French macaron. They are using Self-kiosk tablets, and thankfully they have pictures for everything. The staff are unlikely to help you; they give off an attitude of not wanting to interact at all. Inside seating is limited to a bar of 6 seats, but it opens up to the back area of the other shops in the alley.

Yelp
Really loved the taro bubble tea. They used real taro and made it vegan, not to sweet. Perfect.
google avatar

Yelp
This place was alright. There wasn't much of a selection. They have a lavender latte but no lavender milk tea, which I found odd. Also, I used one of their self-checkouts and they didn't even have the lavender latte on that. The only seating was in the back on a few barstools that faced the wall, so not that great of a hangout place if you wanted to sit down with friends to chat. The service was good though. Really friendly. I ordered a boba milk tea. The boba tasted good compared to other places. The milk tea was average.

Yelp
I came on a rainy afternoon and ordered the coconut milk with sago and purple rice. It was delicious and I loved the consistency. In the cafe, there is some seating to do some work or studying. You can also find some more seating in the door to the hallway next to the other restaurants. For ordering, you can order on the kiosks or through the cafe employee! Overall, great place to be if you're craving boba in Cap Hill.

Yelp
I got a taro milk tea with 100% sweetness (the only way) and it was delish. I really enjoyed this latte, not too bitter, and a great ube after taste. I'm on any ube latte/ube milk tea tour around Seattle right now and this one is one of the higher scoring ones.

Yelp
To be honest the food/drinks are pretty good but the service was terrible. We came in twenty minutes before closing and I get that that the closer it gets to closing, the more it sucks when customers come in. But there really is no excuse for not acknowledging a customer. The cashier saw us and just continued cleaning. I didn't realize there was a tablet service so we were standing there for some time. No thank you's, smiles, or anything and very obvious that we were not welcome. For context, we were the only customers inside. Grapefruit Slushie: was really refreshing and not watered down or too sweet. It was tart, had bits of grapefruit for some texture; overall the perfect summer drink. Cheese Boba toast: very good but a little hard to eat with all the runny cheese (grab extra napkins!) Innovative and the boba was very soft. The food and drinks were a solid 4 or 5/5 but the service was an easy 1. Averaged out but might update if i go back.

Yelp
Not super busy in a Saturday afternoon. After self-ordering on one of two machines inside the store (tiny space), you can wait inside or outside for a text to let you know your order is ready for pick-up. There was only one person making drinks, but the wait wasn't too long. I tried the Taro Dirty Milk with Crema ~$6 - boba was decent, the drink has a strong taro taste and works well with the crema. I ordered it 50% sweet, but I wish it was sweeter so I'd recommend 100% sweet instead. My friend had a fresh mango slushie drink, and she liked it also.
google avatar

Lulu K.

Yelp
When we arrived, there was no one there for like 5 mins. We were awkwardly just standing there waiting for someone to come. May have been in the bathroom? I didn't realize we could just order on the wall. I got to lychee power drink 30% sugar and with coconut jelly? It was watered down and the lemon was way too strong. I would not suggest putting a thick lemon slice in there. Maybe thin small ones. Boba cheese toast- hard to eat and the cheese was really runny and watery. The edges of the toast were too crunchy and hard to eat. Just not my cup of tea. Probably won't come again. Sorry!

Yelp
Service is a 6 out of 10 No greetings or friendly staff Drink: 8 out of 10 You order when you walk in they have tablets on the right-hand side as you enter. I would definitely go again and grab something if I'm passing by, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it.

Yelp
Edit in response to the owner: First of all, thanks for the comments! It's reassuring to see an owner who truly cares. I also ordered the taro milk tea for a friend and could not adjust the ice levels (only sugar) on the tablet which was my main complaint because I was delivering it. And as for the boba options, I think if you order one of the boba options and select an extra topping for 50 cents, you should get a double serving at least so you're not "wasting" your money. It's definitely good to know that all the names with boba include the topping for the future though. I'll be back and hopefully will be able to change my opinion. -- A solid boba spot but nothing overwhelming. I'm interested in revisiting specifically for the boba toast and another drink. I thoroughly enjoyed the boba, it's quite soft and chewy but could use some more flavor and sweetness. The texture is perfect but there wasn't too much flavor, I think most of the flavor in mine was from the brown sugar drink rather than the boba itself, but I can't quite say for sure. My biggest complaint is that you can't really alter ice levels here, at least not on the ordering tablets. You can adjust sweetness which is perfect, but you can't adjust ice to account for something like travel where you want to deliver to a friend or storage where you want to save a drink for later. Without adjusting, your drink could very well be watered down. I also have a personal complaint with the tablet ordering system because they have drinks that include "boba" in their name, but it's not completely explicit whether or not they come with the boba. I'd believe it, but I wanted to err on the side of caution and just added boba as a topping. The one employee working was making like 6 drinks close to closing hour (within 15 minutes or so) so I didn't wanna bug her with these questions (ice/boba). Attached is an image of the screen which notes "Boba Latte" but you also can add boba as a topping. I added boba to be safe and it's not like I got two servings or anything, just paid the 50 cents and I'm still not sure if it comes with boba. If it's less busy in a future visit, I'd definitely want to clarify. I honestly didn't even get that much boba, I had over half (12oz or so) of milk left when I finished all the boba drinking normally. It's a cafe so there's more than just tea. There are some amazing dessert options too and that is next on the list.b

Yelp
Now here's something I never knew I needed. I'm not sure what I was expecting when I heard Meetea offered cheese boba toast, but it definitely wasn't this. They told me it's "lava cheese" because it flows out like lava, but the only thing I can think to compare it to (at least in consistency) is cheese foam rather than actual cheese. It's light and definitely messy to eat. I lost half of the boba taking this pic *face palm* but maybe it was worth it lol. I got the power lychee drink and my friend tried the purple rice green milk tea. The power lychee was rather plain, so if you're looking for something more unique, I recommend their purple rice drink. Overall highly recommend visiting Meetea. My friend came 3x during our month in Seattle. Their menu is extensive and there are lots of good options.

Yelp
This spot is on the way to my gym, and I decided to stop by after a workout for a weekend treat. I loved the ability to order off the tablet! All the options looked delicious, but I opted for the Power Lychee Tea (50% sweet). This drink was super refreshing and had hints of lemon! My only gripe was that the seeds were all at the bottom of my drink. Nonetheless, I was super excited to see purple rice as a topping option, and will be coming back to try that. A great spot for tasty drinks!
google avatar

Shirin B.

Yelp
This place has really good boba. Also I'm a huge fan of taro and the taro options seem to be endless here. The dirty taro milk tea was the perfect amount of sweet (50%) and had real bits of taro! The boba was also made well - soft and chewy. The purple rice and homemade taro sauce toast was really fun since they made it from scratch and the inside filling was cold and refreshing and the outside was nice and toasty. It was the perfect compliment to one another and I was in taro heaven!

Yelp
Meetea has two locations, Seattle and Redmond, and they are most well-known for their boba cheese toast. We walked in at just before 7:30pm, and the staff told us they were out of boba for the day. They close at 8pm. Too bad, but I get it. It's costly to throw food away for a small business. I asked which drinks are made of fresh fruits. He gave me a look and said they're all syrup. Mind you, I genuinely appreciate his honesty. He looked far too exhausted after a long work day to dance around my question. I take his words as the truth. He has no reason to hide fruit from me (LOL). Meanwhile, when I look at the Meetea website, they have an image of a passionfruit fruit tea with passionfruit seeds that is called "fresh" in the drink photo There is also an image of a watermelon slushy that is called "Fresh, Healthy, and Hand Made" with a couple of slices of watermelon next to it. Odd... Anyway, I skipped all that and ordered a Red Bean Matcha Slush at 50% sugar. Not too much matcha, some of the red bean is blended into the smoothie, and the rest sits at the bottom like boba. Too bad, I prefer everything to be blended. I should have asked how they do the red bean part. That's a personal preference thing. Matcha-wise, the drink is pale green color with just a hint of matcha. I like my matcha stronger so this is just ok. I've had better matcha smoothie/slush elsewhere. Well, it's only one drink, so I'm not taking them down to 2 stars. Ranking them 3 stars for now.
google avatar

Brian C.

Yelp
Small boba spot in Capitol Hill that serves all your typical boba drinks and fruit smoothies/slushies. You can order online in advance or at the store. The drinks come out fairly quickly; I think we waited about 8-10 minutes. Boba milk tea with purple rice and sago. Not overly sweet, a little thick. Mango slush was good but for 30% sugar way too sweet!
google avatar

Kyle W.

Yelp
Some friends and I checked this place out as I didn't want to go alone and consume insane amounts of sugar if I want to try both their boba drink and the cheese boba toast. It's better to share so that I can get a good feel of the quality of this place with just one visit. I got the green milk tea with boba which adequately satisfies my boba craving, but even at 50% sugar, it was still quite sweet. Boba is average at best and the tea felt a bit watered down. It's definitely cheaper than other boba places, but quality is also a bit inferior. What distinguishes this place from others is that they make cheese boba toast. They say it's like grilled cheese and they add boba inside, but a better description of this is there is a toast with slightly salty cream cheese with boba stuffed inside. Prepare to wait a bit as the toast is made to order, but it is quite good. I would probably skip the drink and just get the toast if I come back. What's super strange is that the boba milk tea + cheese boba toast combo is actually more expensive than ordering each item separately. They should look into that as bundles should be of a slightly better deal.
google avatar

Annie Z.

Yelp
Honestly not much of a boba snob, but I didn't like my drink. Decreased the sugar and our traditional milk tea was quite watery, and the boba pearls tasted overcooked and were hard to slurp up and chew. It's in a cute area within Chophouse Row, but I'd go to other bubble tea shops in Cap Hill.

Jordon R.

Yelp
Everywhere I travel I get bubble tea so, I look for hole in the wall cafes like this one. The style of the place is cute nothing too fancy. I ordered the Taro Milk Tea with tapioca and grass jelly at 50% sweetness. I've never tried Taro before and it is so good! The lady at the counter was very sweet and helpful she even let me try something before I decided. We were the only ones in so the service was good and fast. I would definitely come back.
google avatar

Hiral P.

Yelp
This place is ok. They're fast and the tea is average. The taro was ok and their fresh orange tea was also ok. There were seeds (probably from the orange) in the orange tea which made it kind of taste not so great.
google avatar

Marie R.

Yelp
Such a cool place! We just had dinner somewhere in the area and I wanted something kinda sweet in a drink form. Voila! We saw this place. I got the Mango Passionfruit Tea with grass jelly. It was just sweet enough and the grass jelly was a cool addition. If I weren't full, I would have gotten one or two of their toasts. Their staff was also very friendly. One of them is from Hawaii and the other is from California. My bf and I chatted with them for a bit. Really cool college kids. I just realized there's a location in Tukwila which is closer to my house so I'll be checking out that location soon!

Yelp
Like most things that have been happening this year restaurants and businesses have closed, changed or just opened. Having Meetea on Capital Hill is a pleasant surprise. Nestled in Chop House Row, Meetea seemed to have made it so far despite the pandemic. We tried several of their drinks on different occasions: -Fresh Mango Lover Slush $6.25 -Purple Rice Green Milk Tea $4.95 -Boba Taro Dirty Milk with Creama $5.75 -Coconut Milk with Sago and Purple Rice $5.45 The teas were fresh and the boba was 'QQ' . Though I gotta say I'm more partial towards the purple rice. Welcome to the Hill Meetea! Keep up the good work with your endless hand sanitizer, your physical distancing and masks.

Desiree C.

Yelp
Adding this to my list of solid boba in the Capitol Hill area. Love that they have a computer ordering system so everything is automated. Ordered the boba taro dirty milk with creama and really enjoyed actual taro pieces in the drink. Was confused because what I got did not end up matching the photo of what it looked like on the menu. Photo depicts purple and orange sweet potato balls but got my drink with only boba in it. Not sure whether it was a mistake or just bad advertising... nonetheless the drink was great. Sugar level can be adjusted but come on... if you're going to have boba why not go all in? This place also has a couple of brown sugar options since that's a must at all boba shops now. Brown sugar ginger latte? Sounds like a good twist on an old faithful. Also, some IG worthy boba toasts! Will be back to try.

Alice B.

Yelp
food is terrible-they charge so much for microwavable breakfast sandwiches that arent even warmed all the way Milk tea- they strain gnats from the milk tea that has been sitting for multiple days Service- workers are tired and overworked without any breaks, i guarantee labor laws are being broken worst experience of my life
google avatar

Ankita G.

Yelp
Found this cafe while take a stroll in Capitol Hill. Their Tiramisu and house made Taro tea are probably the best in town. They have outdoor seating available.
google avatar

Erica Z.

Yelp
10/10 hot coconut milk with sago and purple rice 9/10 cheese boba toast The cheese boba toast has a perfect combination of savory and sweetness. I feel like they add additional sugar on the toast, but that might just be coming from the boba. The toast took a while (~5 minutes ?) to make

Yelp
Mood- that toast So I knew I had to go to Seattle to deal with some things that I didnt want to. I plotted and planned my food excursions to help my mental state as to why I even came home. This place was one of those on my radar. Upon entering was greeted with some of the best customer service I have had in Seattle. Amazing. They were out of boba at the moment and I knew I would wait. I mean I did need that Boba Cheese Toast like STAT. So I used the self serve kiosk on the wall and ordered the toast, Taro MT, and a Mango MT. Now I will admit, holy moly why dont they have this in Vegas???? I mean I should have bought more and brought it on the plane. I didnt know what to expect but it was that perfected yummy goodness. It tastes like fresh warm boba with foam cheese on toast. How perfect and simple is that. I think I would have bit someones hand if they tried to grab a piece from me. Dont Judge. lol Interior is very sleek and modern. Several items for sale. Outdoor seating with bistro chairs. It was very nicely decorated. The gentleman who made my order was stellar. Would most def recommend - pricing beyond reasonable. Staff very friendly and hospitable. Location is 11th / Union - parking is a beast if you come at the wrong time. Make sure you pay as there are pay zones everywhere. However it was reasonable. .25 cents for 15 minutes I believe. Unless you are feeling stealthy and just leave your car in the middle of the road with the hazards on and walk off. ( yes that is a thing, in Vegas they will steal your car you do some ish like that )
google avatar

Karla B.

Yelp
I walked in during the middle of the day so it wasn't very busy. It was my first time and I was just taking a look at the menu. I wasn't really greeted and when looking at the menu, the worker just suggested using the self order tablet. The drink itself was fine. It didn't stand out to me from a similar drink at sharetea. I felt for the size it was more on the expensive side in comparison to other boba spots around. And for the price, I would have thought the size would've been bigger. From looking at other reviews, I will come again & try other things on the menu and re-rate!
google avatar

Junmi H.

Yelp
Came here with three friends. The girl running the shop was nice, but all of our drinks were just terrible. The tea was incredibly bitter and there was barely any boba pearls in all of our drinks. I ordered my drink with 100% sugar, but all I could taste was the bitterness of the tea. Will not be coming back again.
google avatar

Jocelyn A.

Yelp
I was excited to try their boba toast! We came here around 5:30pm on a weekday and it was empty so we got our toast and drinks pretty fast. They had one lady at the cashier and 2 kiosks where you can order yourself. They have a deal where you can get a milk tea or a green milk tea with boba + the boba toast for $10. we also ordered a mango green tea as well and both drinks were great! The boba toast was cool to video/show off, but it's definitely one of those foods you have to try once & I probably will pass on it next time. A cute little cafe, really nice to meet up with friends.

Yelp
Really good taro milk tea. They make it hot with taro powder and then cool it down with ice. The depth of flavor from this is really nice. The portion seems bit small for the price but the flavor is really good and the boba is really good too. We will be coming back here. Didn't try their food but it looked like a drinks place more than a food place. No indoor seating options and two tiny tables outside which were occupied the whole time we were near there. We walked over and didn't hang around, I'd recommend treating this as a to-go place.

Yelp
One of my go to boba shops in Cap Hill. They have a great boba selection and don't skip the boba cheese toast!! They make it fresh and it's super worth the wait!

Yelp
One of my favorite tea places now. The menu here is huge. I like the topping choices that range from purple rice, coconut jelly, boba, taro (actual small pieces of taro), and crema. I decided on the milk tea and added taro, purple rice, and boba. The boba texture was chewy and bouncy. I would say it was fresh. The purple rice was a nice addition but if you plan on getting this, order less sugar for your tea to balance the sweetness of the topping. The taro was delicious because it was actually taro. I also ordered the pork floss and purple rice toast. The toasts were on the small side but it was made fresh per order and was delicious. The self ordering system was neat but the actual customer service could use work. The whole time I was there the employee did not even say hi or make any type of effort to talk.
google avatar

Apoorva V.

Yelp
It was a super quick delivery and tasted wonderful! I can taste the taro bits throughout the smoothie. I liked how it was not too sweet (I choose 30%). I have been most of the bubble tea place in Seattle and I would rate this as one of the best ones for having real ingredients and taro flavor. I would have liked more boba and less ice. The crushed ice was getting in the way while I was trying to taste the small taro pieces. I think if the option to select less ice exists on chowbus (delivery app), I would select it. I want to try more of your flavors, so I will be back!

Yelp
The aesthetic was SO NICE! high ceilings, and some bar seating, although you could also sit outside in the courtyard if the weathers nice. They had lots of options for tea, my friend got a power lychee tea ($5.45) which had real chunks of lychee! He liked how it wasnt too sweet. I had a regular degular black boba milk tea ($4.95) which was big! The boba was chewy and fresh! They also sold big macarons. The storefront is accessible thru the street btw!

First time at meetea cafe! We went as soon as they opened and ordered matcha milk tea with boba. Service was great and drinks came out quickly. Nothing in particular stood out, but a safe choice if you're craving some boba!

Yelp
Their mango slush or anything taro from here is so good! Their taro is freshly made so the taste is amazing! Their tiramisu is also so delicious, I could eat so many of them. I have yet to try their other food items and hear the boba toast is really good.

Yelp
Hard to find high quality boba on the hill and this is definitely one of them!! Super cute cafe that uses organic/natural and local ingredients. I believe they make everything in house including their yummy baked goods! They have great selections from milk teas, smoothies, creamas, lattes. They also have a non dairy lactose option or oat milk. Lots of unique toppings too like sago, purple rice, barley, oats and purple sweet potato. Definitely have to try the macarons and cheese lava toast next time. I hope they add the bowl desserts like the Redmond location and other toasts too! (11/12/2020)

Yelp
I've been here a couple times and so far my favorite is the matcha milk tea. Went on a nice sunny walk today and to my surprise the new flavor is the Ube smoothie which Ube is my favorite flavor of all time so I HAD to try it. i believe it was $5.75+ tax. Skipped the boba today to get the full flavor and i would give it a 6.5/10. It does have yogurt in it which is subtle but enough to know that it's there. I'd say definitely mix it well after you take pics so it tastes better. It could've used more ube but it's a good start and happy it's at least close to my workplace.

Yelp
They have these in California but it was our first time in Seattle. The cold milk tea was yummy with the pudding. It comes lactose free too. Long lines but it goes quickly. The bakery foods was delicious too. I liked the ham and cheese toast.

Yelp
First time trying this place out! I got the fresh mango slush, regular milk tea, tiramisu, AND the breakfast croissant (I was really excited to try everything here!) the fresh mango slush was delicious and had chunks of mango and grapefruit (pleasant surprise) to help balance out the sweetness of the mango and the coconut sago....it was really, really good! The milk tea was unfortunately, just okay--it had a bitter after taste after each sip I took, not sure why. The tiramisu and breakfast croissant were also amazingly delicious! I actually ate all the other ones so quickly I was unable to capture a picture...but next time I'd like to come back to try the macaroons and some of the other drinks!

Yelp
I've been to this bubble tea shop twice now, went yesterday near closing and the girl at the front was super nice! This is the only bubble tea shop that I know of in Seattle that does boba cheese toasts, definitely try their combo boba + boba toast. The interior has a few bar stools and it's nice to have kiosk ordering.

Yelp
I always go here when I'm in the mood for boba and a snack because they have an extra surprise I haven't been able to find in the area at all- macrons!! Never would have expected it but I love the little addition. My favorite is the mango macron (definitely recommend) which pairs well with some taro boba tea. I've seen a staff member get chewed out before because they had to run to the bathroom (which was maybe 3 minutes) and it seemed a little unfair because it's not busy enough to have two people working but someone can't not use the bathroom, ya know? Anyway I've always had a good experience and would definitely recommend! P.S. they're also open until 9- accommodating to my evening sweet tooth!

Yelp
Definitely one of the best (actually top 3) milk tea I have ever drunk. Don't miss this shop if you get a chance to visit Capitol Hill and you like milk tea.

Yelp
Don't believe the sign. "New business hours 10am-9pm", came here at 8:50pm with their open sign turned on and say they were closed.

Yelp
Absolutely terrible. This is a poor excuse for a strawberry green tea. I could see the worker fill the cup 75% of the way with some old tea he poured out from the fridge and then TOPPED IT OFF WITH SINK WATER. That was disgusting... But then he added some strawberry paste and did not manage to mix it up (you can see the paste stuck in the straw). Barely drinkable and tasted like sink water. Do not recommend.
