Very convenient and affordable! The rooms are equipped with plenty of hardware that gets the job done. Meetings and classroom style setup, the offices has plenty of space to accommodate your needs. More importantly, the owner is one of the best I've ever experienced with! Supportive and quick to respond in time of need. It's an absolute pleasure doing business with Dion. The facility is perfect. The whole process was seamless and very affordable. Dion is fabulous. He responded to our enquiry in a timely manner and even communicated after hours which was very convenient. Our guests were raving about how easy it was to park which is a huge deal in Vegas. Dion was easy to work with and very responsive. No thrills space, but gets the job done if you need a meeting space. Would def recommend for a more affordable meeting location compared to hotels in the area.

Great Experience...after MGM did not keep their word and have the room available that my company paid for, I was scrambling to find a replacement location last minute in Las Vegas! Dion was a life saver! They were easy to work with, extremely quick to reply and prepare the contract and we were in the room within 30 minutes. Excellent customer service! THANK YOU!!!

This is a great meeting space. It is professioanl ans spacious. Technology is great. Storage space and bathroom are kept clean. The best part about it is the landlord. Deon is responsive, reasonable and gives great deals for the space. It is refreshing to find a landlord that works to genuinely support small businesses and their needs!

Honestly, good bang for your buck when it comes to having office space for different types of meetings. The layout is a little interesting, but they have different types of spaces based on need. I have been here 3 different times for meetings/trainings and it is pretty straightforward for what they provide and what comes with the agreement. If you need a room and are being cost conscious, this is definitely a spot to consider. Ample parking, huge layout and plenty of space (if need be) with ample lighting and tables/chairs based on need. Easily accessible outlets too!

Meeting rooms on demand is a great find! If you need to have meetings, workshops, classes Etc. without breaking the bank, they are the way to go. Highly recommend this company, our experiences have been nothing short of great! Dion the owner is very helpful, definitely check them out!
