Don’t know how to treat their clients! First level front desk are RUDE!! Mugging and taking back rudely! I went in as a walk in and they took me down for 2:3pm appointment, okay fine with that. Mind you I walked in at 11:45. I was just told that they would check my insurance and to sit down, I never was told if my appointment was confirmed. They had me sitting there for almost 30 minutes. I go and ask if my appointment was set, so I can go home and do my things. The lady said “if you leave now, you appointment won’t be set” I said “what do you mean, my appointment isn’t until 2:30pm” she checked my information and “okay you’re free to go but you won’t be able to get another parking ticket, so park somewhere in the street” I have two kids who will be seeing the doctor. How will I be parking in the street with Two babies under 3 years !!!

Called and was told to come in but when arrived they stated they aren’t taking any more patient.

My experience there was unspeakable. Thank you for saving my life.

Meharry Hospital is a nonprofit and a school as well that does innovation. Hospital violated my rights in so many ways they claim that I had a hold on me from a judge due to mental health issues for me to find out that’s not true along with that, they would give me medication, I had no idea of before I be evaluated which would cause me to be drifting in and out of consciousness. To later find out that I did not have a hold on me and I was basically just forced against my will. I recently asked for my records, the entire file everything that they have when it comes to me because they have been going on for years when I asked for my records and they submitted my information. There was nothing like I never was a patient. Can somebody explain it to me that place need to get itself together, you can’t be off the street and perform your schoolwork and think that it’s OK .

The Dental Clinic is amazing and even though it can be a time consuming process it has been great so far. I am acknowledged fairly quickly by Ms Goodbar downstairs. Such a fresh face to see, always kind, and always trying to get people where they need to go quickly and it can get quite busy in this clinic because they take walk in emergencies so for someone needing immediate attention they tend to drop others around them those mornings to get ER Patients up stairs. Which is a plus for them since they are in pain. My student dentist is amazing and one day she will make a great kids dentist. I can't wait til my work is all complete. Maybe like 5 visits left and it should be up to par!!

I would like to thank all the staff and volunteers at the Covid-19 vaccination station at the college. I had my appointment yesterday for my 1st vaccine. It couldn’t have been any better .... huge yellow signs directing you where to go; reserved (free) parking on the fourth floor of the garage directed by a nice college student; no waiting in lines, super friendly and caring staff. Kudos on an amazing job. 🙏

I go there all the time. You can have dental procedures done there for a fraction of the cost of going to a dentist. The reason it costs so much less is you are allowing students to do the work. However there is always an actual dentist who supervises to make sure the students don't make mistakes or hurt you etc. I'm thankful for this school. I would have lost a couple of teeth if not for them. Because anywhere else it would cost as much to get a tooth pulled as you can get a root canal here. Thanks guys esp Student Dentist Garcia.

The high professional level by which my procedure was achieved both by my doctor and all the nurses and technical staff was stunning. Every person involved made this day a true joy by the sincere nature that they cared. My sincere gratitude for their joyful professionalism.
