Visited on a Monday evening, place felt low-energy, possibly understaffed due to being weekday. The ambiance has improved, and it looks like more changes are coming.
Food was a mix: methi paratha and dabeli were nice. Malai kofta had bland koftas, and cholle bhature didn’t quite work: the cholle didn’t suit the dish, and the bhaturas weren’t puffed or restaurant-style.
Personally, I preferred the flavors at Ritu ki Rasoi on previous 2 visits, but Mehfil seems to be evolving. Hope to see more improvements.
